A great friendly place to grab a meal. Friendly and efficient staff who serve delicious food. You walk through the bar to get to the restaurant area. The place is small but cozy. I had an early bird special which consisted of soup or salad, a choice of several entrees and dessert. They also have a large menu to choose from if you don’t want any of the items on the specials. Parking is on the street ( McClean Avenue) which has meters up until a certain hour or you may find a spot on one of the side streets. What an enjoyable dinner.

Never had shepards pie before but it's is fantastic. Make sure you have a few Harp's and at least 2 Jameson's. Fantastic environment and don't forget the Manhattan Truffle on your way our. Take your time cuase it's once in a lifetime experience. Cheers!!!

The food is excellent. The bartenders and the waitresses will make you never want to leave. I've had the wings the properly cooked burgers to the sizzling ribeye platter. One of my favorites is the Thai chicken wraps. Truly a wonderful neighborhood bar. The thing is, it feels like your aunt's house with all the good food and the funny patrons and staff. Amazing place to decompress after a hard day's work.

Always excellent. Clean, good food and excellent service. Great for steaks and pub food but a pretty good menu that has everything. Nice atmosphere. Small place and price is pretty good. One of the older and best kept secrets in Woodlawn.

The staff was very close by us like uncomfortably close but on the bright side we were nerve without a water refill. The french onion soup was the cheesiest ever, I actually couldn't finish all the cheese! It was great. The potato skins were fine. My dinner companions enjoyed their meals.

We were visiting family in Yonkers an came across this bar, we had some food and beers, there was a great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly, highly recommend. Fabulous place to stay and visit. A home away from home. Warm friendly Irish staff and ever so helpful. Great home cooked food at reasonable prices. Fantastic friendly atmosphere and would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone. Can not wait to visit again.

Took my parents here for there 50th wedding anniversary. We all enjoyed our meals. I had a filet mignon that melted in my mouth. Everyone was happy. Only downside and this is with all businesses on McLean ave is the parking. There are meters but if none available you will be walking.

I have been coming here for years, and I have never been disapointed. The service, staff, and restaurant are all top notch. My favorite is the sizzling steak, which when its served to the table is just that, a sizzling hot steak. The steak is cooked to perfection, served on a platter that sizzles hot from the broiler.

Came here for the first time last month. My wife and I are new to the area. We sat in the back room which was warm and inviting. Our waitress was a very friendly irish girl called Emur. She recommended the sizzling steaks and she was not wrong, one of the best steaks I have had in a long time. The bus boy conor was very friendly too & brought us some extra bread for our soup (which comes free with the steaks). We will definitely be back in the New Year. Food was fresh, drinks game quickly and staff were excellent.

I was in Yonkers. I drove past an Irish neighborhood. I chose McKeon’s for the touch of authentic old style in their decor. I was pleasantly surprised the service was great too. I chose the Roscommon Chicken Topped with sautéed Spinach, Tomato, Mushroom, Fresh Mozzarella & Gravy It was wonderful. I found out that Cuba-Libre is called here Bacardi and Coke. It’s just as good. In general I loved it. I definitely recommend it.

Go for the good specials. I had the best lamb shank of my life there. Prices are really reasonable. Only thing I would change is stuffing more local brewed beer
