Satisfactory ASMR Dad

One of my favorite longhorns. The food is always delicious and consistent. The staff is always friendly and always on point. The steak is juicy and full of flavor. My mother in law loved the pork chops saying they were perfectly seasoned. The salmon was cooked perfectly and I love all of the sides. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves steak. Great job Longhorn make sure to keep your staff happy.

Amazing food!!! Best steak I've had in a long time. I had the Rib eye 20oz steak with a loaded baked potato and it was full of flavor. I treated my wife to a half rack baby back ribs with Mac and cheese. She loved it!!! Also, the spicy chicken bites and the lobster/shrimp chowder was very good. I'm definitely coming back for more... Thank waiter Brianna for her outstanding service.

The Longhorn Steakhouse is a great steakhouse chain restaurant that offers guests delicious steak dishes as well as high quality beef, chicken and rib based meals. In November of 2021, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at the Longhorn Steakhouse restaurant. We visited and dined at the Longhorn Steakhouse branch at the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers, New York. Both my wife and I were graciously welcomed and warmly treated by the restaurant’s staff and provided with great seats and a table. Our wait time was pretty reasonable, but we do recommend early an arrival at the restaurant because it gets quickly occupied in the evening. Our waiter, Dwayne B was a top class professional and deserves great credit and recognition for the service that he provided. He was superbly courteous, made us feel comfortable and welcomed, and did a great job in taking our meal orders and addressing all of our inquiries. Our meals at Longhorn Steakhouse was delightfully delicious. I had ordered chicken tenders and fries while my my ordered a large size steak along with mashed potatoes. Our meals were well cooked, perfectly seasoned and highly scrumptious!!! Both my wife and I would love to thank Longhorn Steakhouse for providing us with a wonderful dining experience!!! We definitely recommend that everyone visit and dine at this great steakhouse restaurant!!!

Great service and great food. It was very cold, so be sure to bring a sweater or jacket. We had to leave with our food cause it was way too cold. But a good time was had.

Customer service was awesome at this location by all, instantly greeted by someone when we entered the door even though the main hostess was seating someone else. Made the wait time known early although we waited shorter than they said. Great customer service shout out especially to our Server "Cashay". She answered all of my tedious questions and stopped me from ordering extra sides by clarifying what is and the amounts already included in the entrees. The only downfall about this location is the flies and visible spider webs on light fixtures. I doubt this would happen to others; after already waiting some time, This one encounter did have our food delivered to the wrong ppl who were super friendly and made it known to us including notifying our server right away who apologized and attempted to provide a resolution but also got the manager involved instantly. We did end up waiting twice as long for our entrees. I believe we were only able to hold off the "hangriness" due to the appetizers and salad.

Was our first time eating here, we were celebrating a birthday Food was good.. was looking forward to the "Happy birthday" group that normally sings, but were told, due to covd, this restaurant doesn't. But our server was super friendly, brought us a piece of cake with ice cream and candle,, and all was well.

First of all, the food was insane ! Nothing like waiting for delicious steak and actually receiving it. The staff was incredibly nice and super fun , the place was clean and really comfy , cant really complain . The only thing that Im going to criticize is going to be the smell when I first came in, it smelled like dirty baby diapers. I think it was because somebody did something in the bathroom with their baby but other than that , 100% recommended !!!!!!!!!!

Nice chain restaurant, had expected long wait time for Saturday evening. Service was nice for being busy and food was great. For entree, I had the maverick ribeye sandwich with french fries and extra side of broccoli. It was a great sandwich, really rich and greasy though. But I like greasy sandwiches 🙂. Only thing I wish it was toasted a little softer as the bread was a bit too hard for me. For dessert, I had the chocolate cheesecake which was really good. Definitely see going back in the future.

Once our food came we went to work on our steaks which were perfectly cooked, seasoned and very warm. Great experience overall. Highly recommend if you love steak like me.

Food, drinks and service was really good. The side dishes are very generous, same for the main course. Had no room for desert. This would have been a five star rating, but I took one star because of the broken, food covered lamp shade. That shade just was nasty. Will go back again.

No complaints,we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.Also you can't beat their prices. It's worth the trip. Do note however reservations are not accepted, so you'll have sign in and wait. There's an outdoor mall so you can shop while waiting.Go,eat and be merry, have fun!

This is the Longhorn I always go to but this time felt different. The waitress took a long time in between check-ins, and when we needed something she was nowhere to be found. Sweet lady and very nice but took to long. The Mac and cheese wasn't as great as it usually is, just ok so that was a let down. They called us to be seated but made us wait five more mins. If you call you seat the guest, that's it. Overall still good food and nice service but when you're wanting a refill so you don't choke and you're ready for your bill, then ready to pay it there should be someone around.

As far as chain "steakhouses" go this one is one of the better options out there. The ambiance is great, easy ADA parking and food is great. The Ceasar salad is one of my favorites anywhere, parmesan crusted chicken a great option for those who aren't in the mood for steak. Great fresh bread and drinks, and of course the steaks are always on point. Definitely worth a drive and afterwords hit the mall up to burn off some of those delicious calories you loaded up on..

I went to Longhorn for my husband's birthday and me and my family had a great time. The customer service was amazing and the staff was so friendly and professional. I will definitely be going to this location in the future without a doubt. Also the food was absolutely amazing and I would like to personally give props to the kitchen staff for that reason. We had our favorites. Ribeye and my partner had the 20oz. T-bone. Both cooked to our exact specifications. Good stuff!The pecan strawberry salad was a first. De. Li. cious. Sex on the beach and Mojito...both just mediocre. Not a deal breaker. Rafael our server was a doll and a very interesting young person to look at. Plus pandemic or not, we love to go out to eat early. To avoid the crowds. So this social distancing dining is new but right up our alley. We'll be back.

Really good food. Service is ok. 2nd time at this location. First time we waited 45 min at our table for food to arrive. When we inquired why the long wait, apparently the waiter had forgotten to put the order in. 2nd time was better. Got there around opening time. Waitresses were chatting in back and took their time to seat us despite seeing us. Service got better as more people arrived and the servers put more pep in their step. Food was really delicious.

Some of the best meat I have ever tasted. I had the ribeye which was thick, smoky and succulent. The asparagus was decent. The side salad was very good and they give you a big portion with diced tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons. The ambience is excellent. Feels like you are in Texas. Highly recommend. Come prepared with $: Steaks in the $30-40 range. Money well spent. Only two waitresses for lunch 12/21 so come for dinner but she was very good and quick.

I was giving this restaurant one star and it wouldn’t allow me. I went to this restaurant in September to dine and I was so turned off from food in the utensils and my cup had food also on the rim. It’s very important for a restaurant to provide customers with clean plates and utensils. Imagine eating with a folk that a previous customer had just use! That’s absolutely disgusting! Please have someone supervise the way the person or persons washing the dishes do the process. I would never ever dine here again.

The last couple of Sundays I’ve came the food wasn’t as up to par as it usually is …including this past Sunday but it was still decent. My drink was a bit watered down but I didn’t even care because the service I got from the waiter Carlos on the noon shift was just so amazing ! You know the waiter is amazing when your food and drink is trash and you don’t even care about it ! Give that man a raise or a promotion immediately! He’s amazing at his job ! May 1, 2022 was date day! Hubby and I had gift cards given to us from our son for the LongHorn Steakhouse during the Pandemic, and we were excited as we just got the chance to use them. It was our first time visiting LongHorn Steakhouse. We found the greeting warm and welcoming, the ambience charming, the service by waiter, Rafael, warm, patient and friendly, the food simply scrumptious, and the prices moderate. I offer only one suggestion. It would be nice if the management allowed the kitchen staff to cut the steak for elders who request it, as many of us have severe arthritis in their hands and really need the help. I only wanted the steak cut in half and away from the bone. I was told by the manager that when they are busy, they don't have time for that! However, in the end, he did honor the request. I was very grateful and was able to enjoy the meal. Our compliments to the Chef! I look forward to returning to the LongHorn one day, as the menu had very nice choices on it that we would love to try.

I am a big steak fanatic. I come here for their Longhorn Steak, as it is called. The biggest steak they have, a 22 oz Porterhouse steak. Cooked to well this steak still holds it juice and flavor. I have never gotten a Longhorn steak dry. Chefs do know how to handle these select meats without drying them out. Just one of my Favorite places to eat, when it comes to steaks. Go for it! It is worth every penny.

I ordered a takeaway at around 9 pm because there weren't many restaurant options at that time. The chicken parmesan cheese was delicious, with a side of yummy mashed potatoes (no gravy ☹️), and the french onion soup was tasty but the cheese on top of the soup doesn't travel well so it's better to eat it fresh at the restaurant. It's reasonably priced, the pickup at the restaurant was smooth and on time.

Every single thing we ordered was great. My fiancé had the longhorn steak and I had a NY strip, cooked exactly how we requested. The salad had fresh parm and the mac and cheese had such a nice crispy top. Wine was smooth and the jack and coke was well made. Lava cake was so good we ordered another one before we finished it. Sever was awesome as well 👍👍👍 super affordable the bill was only $110 for 2 steaks, 2 Mac and cheese, a salad, 2 drinks and 2 lava cakes.

Food was fresh and very tasty. Party of 4. We ordered filet and tail, t-bone, filet and the salmon. Waiter was super attentive but unfortunately didn't get his name. Minus 1 star because the server brought out our main course while we were just getting started on the salad. Not a deal breaker, though because they were very busy and I can see how easily that could happen. Recommend this location and will be back.

I haven’t been to a LongHorn in forever many years but was so glad when my friend surprised me with the offer to go to lunch. I loved the food. The waiter was a sweetheart! Very attentive. Great setting to enjoy a good meal. Prices were decent for steak. Just wish they had a few more options for the appetizers but that Texas Tonion was SOOOOOO GOOD!!! I would love to return to experience this good place to dine in again!!!

This restaurant is located in the outer portion of the cross county mall, so there is ample parking. Went for lunch, although we didn't have any of the lunch specials. My friend and I both had steaks. Both were cooked according to how we wanted them and were very good. When the waitress brought a peach iced tea with lemon slices, my friend didn't like it and it was replaced immediately. The salad was hearty, not just your basic lettuce and tomato. They served hot bread, which is always a plus to me. Didn't have any alcohol, so I can't comment. The food was served pretty quickly, but it might have been because it was between lunch and dinner times. Prices were pretty decent but now you have to pay for salad when it used to be included. Had a delicious strawberry shortcake for dessert. Overall, a good experience.

But I find the food as always is superb! Customer service is on point as well. Unfortunately, the last time I went took a friend with me to have a good dining experience. The owner is a very nice guy. He knows well how to treat the customers and get you seated. I give four stars because when the food is right, and the service is right — it’s a great place to be. To be a five star location, it always has to be great and the steaks need to be cooked consistently (sometimes steaks are overdone or underdone). Something about the mashed potatoes that makes me sick to my stomach. There are some issues: Staff is obviously hard to come by and that reflects as some of the hostess and servers lack: attentiveness, attitude, follow up and timing. However, it’s the demographic location I believe to be the issue and pickings are limited with talent — I understand that, but it needs to be fixed. The area towards the back — I assume another kitchen entry? Very dirty and stinky, and the bathrooms are usually pretty dirty. I try to avoid this area as it gives me this moist stinky closet vibe. I’d say just steam clean the carpets, use deodorizers. Clean the carpets well again for good measure and keep the back area clean, and under the tables kept well. Make sure staff is more attentive and hostesses more attentive to priority seating and customer requests. Again, owner is great: he really just needs about thirty more clones of him and the place will always be great.

Nice place with good food but a service a bit slow. Be cautious, place off the carpet is really slippery, the chair will glide and slide under you. It is crowded in the evening but worth that. The parking is big since shopping mall is nearby.

The spicy chicken poppers were great! the steaks were cooked nice, and the sides were very tasty. I always have a great time at Longhorn Steakhouse. The food is great and the servers are very pleasant and attentive. They also have high chairs and booths for small children. The drinks get you feeling good so don't worry about weak drinks. If you call your reservation in ahead of time, the wait time for a table will be only about 15 minutes. I definitely suggest you try Longhorn Steakhouse in Cross County Center Mall.

We visited Longhorn for the first time this Saturday evening. We were celebrating Father’s Day and my children and I took my husband to enjoy some delicious meals. Longhorn Steakhouse came highly recommended by a friend. From the moment Bernadette, our hostess/waitress, met us, she greeted us with a wonderful smile and took care of our every need. Our drinks came quickly, followed by the appetizers and they were big portions and delicious! Our main courses were big portions as well and cooked to our specifications. Our hostess made this experience special with her attention to details snd by bringing the meals quickly from the kitchen to our table! They were hot and so flavorful! The place was packed but it did not stop the staff from ensuring that everyone enjoyed their meals and by making sure that our wait time was minimal. Can’t wait to return to Longhorn! I will definitely ask to be seated in Bernadette station but I’m sure that all the staff were as pleasant as her! Everyone was enjoying their meals. Thank you for giving my husband, George, such a great Father’s Day experience! Hope to go back again in July!

There is a distinct musty smell when you walk in. The carpet probably needs a little deep cleaning. Steak was over cook. Servers should always clear out table of apps and bread prior to serving main course. Also, servers should not drop plated meals causing it to slam on the table.

You have to wait outside until you are called to be seated. They try to follow social distancing rules. Although as I was waiting outside there were about 6 people in the vestibule waiting. Meanwhile I was told no one can wait there everyone had to wait outside.So if its cold wait in your car. The service was very excellent, we had Ivelisse as our server. My steak was salty, the mushroom appetizer was delicious. The sweet potato was amazing!

I ordered for curbside pickup since the restaurant isn’t affiliated with any food apps like grub hub and door dash. To try and save me some money i used Uber package to pick up my order. After 2 drivers canceled on me, time flew by and it was 10:00pm closing time. I called the restaurant and spoke with Amir, and explained the situation to him. I told him i had an uber 10 min away and asked if he could leave my food on a bench out front with the hopes no one takes it. instead of putting the food outside and risk me losing my money, he stayed late and personally handed the driver my food when he arrived. As a former employee of multiple restaurants i know the feeling of wanting to leave at closing. A simple nice gesture hto him meant a lot to me, especially my 10yr old son who has been begging me to eat here again because he says they have the best mashed potatoes on the planet (even better than mine 😢😂) i never leave reviews but i felt it necessary to share my experience because with so much going on in the world, there are still very genuinely nice people out there, and Amir is one of them! So to the boss, i just want to let you know you have a wonderful employee!! Oh and he deserves a raise!! Thanks again Amir!

Waiters & waitresses get a lot of credit for good services, but i have to start getting the names of chefs! I had an absolute Awesome Longhorn parm encrusted steak...cooked medium. DELISH!!! Had a side of tasty Chicken Caesar Salad, & very flavorful Steak Mac & Cheese. If I have to throw one negative, my sisters broccoli was a little over cooked...so it was soft, no crunch, & had the olive green look, versus the more brighter green when not boiled too long. (More of the nutrients retained when not overcooked.) This is only my 3rd visit to a Longhorn, but 1st at this location. This was definitely the best of the 3, followed by a location I visited on a trip to Milwaukee. Oh...yes my waitress was good with a sense of humor, & did a good job helping with a BDay surprise. Should have gotten her name as well. Darn!

This place is a jewel. The staff is so friendly and the food is so excellent. The prices are very affordable compared to a higher class steakhouse but the quality of meats is first rate. I would say the only difference is the meat is not aged compared to Ohio and steakhouse but the salads are humongous and fresh with amazing dressings the stakes are large and they have specials that you should look out for plus coupons. Are we really affordable place to go if you want to take your family out for a really nice dinner. The only problem I have on this particular restaurant is the same to put the front entrance in the wrong place you have to walk around the whole building for the parking lot or cross heavy traffic. LongHorn has been in my neighborhood for a while, but I've never been there until a few months ago. After my first visit, I go for lunch about twice a month now. It is such a lovely place to dine. The deco is great. Each booth has its own light. I like the quality of the wood, leather, and also the food. The table bread is always warm. The quantity and quality of the food well worth the money. I love their coffee. And the hostess, the waitress have been all very good. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Hello my family and I went to this LongHorn Steakhouse in Yonkers yesterday 6/25/2020. In celebration of my daughter's graduation. She was a little down due to Coronavirus and not being able to graduate with her peers. I have to say the experience there was quite good. The waitress was awesome, very attentive and the manager was very humbling and gracious.There was a little mix up with our orders and both the waitress and manager went out of their way to correct the situation to the very best of their abilities. I apologize to both women as I don't know their names but a job well done. It almost brought me to tears as I was talking with the manager and thanking her for the great experience...again thank you and job well done!!!

Now the place looks nice and has a good ambiance. My only issue was with the food I ordered. I ordered the outlaw ribeye steak. I got it medium well. Honestly I did not like it. I ordered a side of onions and mushrooms and the flavor from that made the steak taste better. I also had the sweet potato with brown sugar and butter. When this place opened it was great. The quality of the place and the food is way down. One too many times I went there and there are lots of people waiting for a table and when I go to the bathroom I see empty tables. Apparently they don't hire enough people. The bathrooms are always filthy as are the floors. I was there last weekend and it doesn't matter if you have an elderly handicapped person with you. You wait. We waited over an hour eventhough we were told around 25 minutes. The stake I had was cooked to perfection about 3/4 of the way the last 1/4 was cold and uncooked. This place needs better management. I will give it 1 more shot then that's it. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞

My food, my service, and my wait was awesome, excellent and acceptable, respectively. The only reason that my visit didn't get five stars is because of the conditions in the bathroom. There was water or urine or whatever on the floor under the urinals. The sinks were not clean and there was water on the floor under the sink. And on top of that there was water right outside the men's bathroom, probably from wet footfalls, that I almost slipped and fell on. This was my fourth visit to the Yonkers location and I have never had any issues prior to this last visit. I will visit there again. The food and service was exceptional. No issues there.

We lived in nyc all our lives but never been here. We happened to take a small trip to Florida and we were starving so we ate at a Longhorn. It was amazing. Cant say the same for this particular branch. First, I hate loud people and the waitress was extremely loud. I didnt want the entire restaurant to hear what I was ordering...but whatever. Secondly, we ordered the safe choices of Margaritas. They were pounded with sugar. It was way too sweet. You taste nothing but juice and sugar. Disgusting!! We ordered a french onion soup, NEVER came. The food was okay. The lobster tail needed more flavor (in Florida they were amazing.) The steak was perfectly cooked and juicy, but was missing a bit of flavor...but was still "tasty." The mashed potato was good. My daughter had a chicken crusted parmesan....it was too salty for our liking. Unfortunately, we wont be going back.

We ordered the NY strip, a steak that is not currently available at Outback and currently has a limited menu. We ordered the steaks medium rare and they were cooked to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the food and service at this establishment. My Aunt wanted to try this steak house out for her birthday, the wait was about an hour during peek time on a sunny Saturday afternoon- (as covid is winding down and people are ready to begin living life again) this seemed normal to me. The staff was awesome, the service was top notch. Ivelisse M was excellent. Beyond the wait to get in, we never were left waiting for anything after that point. The food was awesome, it wasn't that microwave stuff they serve at fridays or outback...no offense. Everyone's food was cooked perfectly, the long horn steak was out of this world. My first time visiting and when we e tered there was no one to greet and seat my party of three. 2 other waiters looked up and assured us someone would be with us shortly. Once seated we were greeted by an unfriendly, unsmiling, distracted waitress. She was however able to change our order preference at short notice. We got our food which was pretty good aside from the brisket appetizer which was watery for some reason. We ordered a lot of food and needed containers and the waitress seemed reluctant to bring them and the condiments for our steaks and fries. Not sure why. But Kim(I think that was our server's name) was so nice and patient with my food allergy(gluten, ughh). But she stayed aware of my allergy with every item she brought out to me and had a few remade without me even having to ask. I just love when people go above and beyond without my having to ask. The kitchen people were the ones who got things wrong. So,I can understand some of the other reviews about slow service being accurate. However, this shouldn't deter anyone from going. Bad kitchen staff can easily be forgiven by good wait service!!! That girl deserves a raise!!!

I was slightly disappointed since it's a steakhouse that my porterhouse/longhorn was thinner than expected and the baked potato was small too. I'm really not sure of how to review this restaurant. I was very happy with the Prime Rib I ordered, the service was great and the restaurant itself was clean. At the end of the meal I went to the bathroom. I should have just walked out. I couldn't becuse the floor was all sticky and filthy. I had to put paper towels on the floor to stand on so I can wash the bottom of my shoes. I understand that it's the customers that leave the bathroom like this but it is Longhorns responsibility to clean it. It just ruined the evening for me. Not sure if I will go back.

BEST PLACE. We come here weekly. Out favorite bartender is Danielle. She is the absolute best. We sit at the bar just to be able to be served by her. Her drinks are consistent and she is beyond pleasant. Firecracker chicken wraps and angry shrimp are our go to appetizers. Delicious. We love the prime rib steak and chicken crusted parmesan is amazing. Manager is Bret and he rocks. He works right along with her staff to help when they are packed. He is awesome. I recommend Longhorn hands down.

I went to the Longhorn Steak house. We had to wait a long time to be seated for dinner. My bestie and I went to dinner. Once we got seated OMG!! The service was amazing. My host that took our order was so polite and friendly. Made us feel welcome. The meal was Amazing ,from the appetizer to the main course all the way to the desert. Everything was great. I told all my family and friends to go to this restaurant. Oh I forgot to mention it was our first time to go to the Longhorn Steak house. It definitely won't be the lost. The atmosphere was beautiful.

I just had lunch here. We sat at the bar and I want to give 5 stars to our bartender Thomas. Thomas was very personable. He connected to my pregnancy by sharing his own personal stories, I felt like I was dining with a family member. We eat here a lot and the team is usually very “busy” and I’m just amazed by Thomas’ hospitality and patience. Thank YOU Thomas. Stay GREAT!

Steaks are top notch for the prices. You will not find better cuts of meat for as cheap as Long Horn is. I used to work at Mortons Steakhouse and I can honestly say that even though their steaks are prime grade, they are extremely over priced. Not Long Horn. The outlaw ribeye is absolutely amazing!!

Food was good, but the atmosphere was a little too much like Applebees... just too noisy, a few too many mishaps, etc. A server left a tray on the wall of our booth, another server came by and knocked it off, almost ok to my wife's head. Service was slow, my wife's steak was overcooked and it took forever for a replacement, by which time, we'd had enough and were ready to go. The manager was thoughtful and understanding. He graciously comped my wife's meal and offered her a free dessert (did I mention it was her birthday dinner?) And we left. Our server was sweet, but a bit ditzy. Again, food was great, and it was our first time. We will probably go again.

This is my new favorite restaurant!! The food was delicious and perfectly cooked! I had the NY Strip Steak and let me tell you, there was no need for A1 Sauce! (A1 Sauce is a must with my steaks). Also had the loaded baked potato and asparagus. My auntie ordered Baby Back Ribs....sooo so good, fall off the bone delicious! We went on a Friday night about 5:45, perfect time to go, no lines no waiting. As we were ordering, it got quite busy and by the time we left there were people waiting to be seated. This is a very clean establishment.

Came here last night with the family and MAN, I cannot stress how AMAZING it was. Waiter Thomas was absolutely amazing and definitely made our first experience here amazing. Made great recommendations which was spot on, place was clean, upscale, family friendly, and don’t even get me started on the food. EVERYTHING tasted absolutely great. I will absolutely be coming back. For any steak lovers (why else would you come to a steak house if not so) their menu is spot on with the outlaw ribeye it is most definitely a crime NOT to try it. My order was placed to go. Although the food was good I had to tell them my order three different times over the phone and then when I went to pick it up it still wasn't right! It took an additional 2 more times for them to finally get the order correct and that was super frustrating for me. Lesson in this is to be sure to check your food.

Second time I've been here. First time the wait was horrible the food ok but one of the waiter mistakenly dropped a glass of water on my mother's head... The manager didn't even offered a discount. On the second time the waiter was really good but I specifically asked for a no pepper seasoned steak and I tell you there wasn't a spot from that steak that didn't have pepper. The Rib-eye was out of this world. Recently read a review stating that LongHorn Steakhouse was the number one Steakhouse-chain in the U.S. I definitely believe it for sure. The service was incredible, very polite and direct, felt very taken care of, and enjoyed the cozy home atmosphere. Remember to order your steak medium-rare, never kill it twice!

Came here for dinner since I tried most of the other locations around the area. I got the wings for appetizer. The wings were crispy and well cooked. However, not sure what the hot sauce they provide to dip is made of since is not spicy or hot at all. Good wings but bad hot sauce. Ordered a medium steak with steamed brócoli. Loved how juicy the steak was. However, it was very bland. A little bit of salt and pepper would go a long way. Overall given it 3 stars since I had better steak at apple bees.

Located in the Cross County Mall it was a good experience. The food was great and so was the ambience. We went on a Wednesday afternoon so it wasnt that bad but we still had to wait about 25 minutes to get a table for 8, which wasnt bad compared to the Olive Garden next door for which we were told the wait was 90 minutes. The service was good except for one hiccup: all orders were out at the same time except for one for which we had to wait 10 minutes. What did we order? Prime rib, Rib Eye, Porterhouse, NY Strip Steak, Baby Back Ribs, Salmon, Chicken Tenders, Chicken Parm, Cheddar Cheese stuffed Mushrooms, and Chilli-Cheese Fries. We also had complimentary bread which was delicious.

I'm not sure if I would be picky about the steak because chain restaurants in general aren't that great at them, but I went yesterday and had a chicken dish, two appetizers, a beer oh, and my uncle had the sirloin and mashed potatoes. Every single item was done perfectly and the service was great and I really like the ambiance in the place. As far as chain restaurants go this is definitely a step up from the regulars
