This place was amazing. The food was excellent yummy n hot! The service was very pleasant and the wait staff was extremely nice. The decor was beautiful and warm and inviting. Plenty of seating and the drinks were delicious!!! I definitely recommend this place. Can't wait to go back so much more I wanna try!

Great Restaurant!!! Friendly and professional staff. Strating with the hostess, wait-staff and the Manager. My family and I, feel always welcomed here. And a must have is their Avocado 🥑 Salad 🥗. Every time we come back we try different dishes, so far everything is delicious! Keep up the great work!

Our server had no enthusiasm to be a server. Seems like he hated his job. We ordered our food, but it wasn’t in a way that we enjoyed it. We were 2 people and probably 6 or 7 in total in the entire restaurant. We order wine which that took around 20 min to get it. The food took probably 45 min to arrived and thank god the restaurant wasn’t busy or full at that time. The food was great by the way but to fat, to much sauce or oil in the pasta, was crazy. The price is correct and the dish are very big, for sure you won’t leave that place with an empty stomach.

Very nice place to have a special meal. The restaurant is usually crowded but rarely full. Food specials and pizza are always the best choices. It has an open kitchen making their pizza's fresh to order. Great wine selection for the Uber nights....

I came here for a party. This place was great. The food was very good. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The food was brought out in a decent amount of time and you also got alot of food. The place itself was very nice. A great place to go out for a great meal, a date night, or celebration. If I lived closer I would come back more often. They also have valet parking and an upper deck for outdoor seating.

The food and the atmosphere were good, but the servers were a bit in a hurry and rude. Someone would expect for a restaurant of that kind to be more careful with its staff.

Went here for a family dinner with the in-laws. Food was excellent as was the vodka on the rocks with twist!. Waiter was funny and had my son laughing. You can certainly do worse but perhaps not better for a nice evening dinner with family. Highly recommended

Great décor and pretty good food. Was there for a private family event and the service was great. Appetizers came out one after the other and I was stuffed by the time we got the entrees. I particularly like the pizza. It was thin crust with a sweet tangy sauce that definitely had the authentic NYC pizza slice vibe. Only issue is parking if you do not want to valet. (they have a pretty small lot to begin with as the place can get busy). Street parking is not easy and aside from Sunday's you'll have to pay for the meters. And just be aware the meter maids are always checking around there!

My favorite restaurant the Staff is wonderful and the food is fabulous and the service is the best. They make sure you are enjoying your experience there but not over done. I recommend Ciao for larger events as well. They never disappoint!

Im not gonna lie some exquisite food great service. The Manager ''Benny'' great dude but may I say he has a massive nutsack GOLLY!!!! I found this out when he was giving specials and walked and dragged his nuts in my kids mac n cheese. That guy is nuts but all around great restaurant.

This is a 5 star restaurant. It's clear the owner is concerned about food quality and preparation. I could tell the food was prepared by a chef, not a cook. It's definitely not an inexpensive pasta place. The quality of the food was incredible and it was very clear everything was cooked to order. The dining room is simple, clean and very elegant. The service was as good as it could possibly be. Everyone was very polite and well mannered. The food was beautiful but smelled so good we couldn't wait for pictures.

One of our favorite restaurants around. A place that can’t go wrong when we decide to treat us one a month. I’m not a fan of Italian food so I don’t know much about the food but my husband love their food. W also love the atmosphere and the waiters here, they all friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Oh my, what can I say.....food was excellent, service the best I've ever gotten. Servers attentive.. Owner/ manager was very welcoming. We celebrated a birthday there and we were surprised when other diners joined in to sing happy birthday....warm atmosphere.

Very efficient and pleasant service. Plenty of breads, butter, olive oil, etc. My fish, sole,and potatoes were good, but the lemon and butter sauce with spinach was very sloppy, soggy and WAY too much. Would not recommend the franchese preparation [sole]. Salad fair. I didn't have dessert,but the 2 ordered at our table looked very good.

We love this place, the food, Service, and now newly decorated interior is amazing. My personal favorite is the really thin pizza or the chicken scarp. The wait staff is amazing, they’re always quick to assist with anything you need. We dine here frequently but also do parties such as birthdays, graduation parties, fun raisers and my wife even had her baby shower here. Five stars all around :-)

Our annual holiday party is held here. The service for this private event is always very good. The food is tasty as well. The space is nice. The special event area is on the second floor, but they do have a chair lift for mobility impaired individuals.

Was there to attend an 85th Birthday Party which was very nice. The food is always excellent and the atmosphere very nice. Have been there for dinner other times and even other parties. The only negative experience was that as the event was winding down -- but not yet over with under an hour remaining -- they either shut off or lowered the AC so much on a very warm day to "make a statement" like leave soon. I had to ask them to put the AC back on/up because people were now sweating. It felt better after that but to think someone had to say something to the staff is plain stupid. The party organizers noticed immediately after.

I had the pleasure of eating here many years ago, when they first opened. It was very good. Since then, this Italian has grown in size and reputation. It is wonderful family restaurant that everyone can enjoy. The décor is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very professional and you can even get take out. Their menu is extremely well designed. They plate food beautifully. It's been around since the mid 1980s and that says something for this fine restaurant. Where others have failed in this corner of Eastchester, they have prevailed. It is expensive so get ready. You can celebrate many occasion's here as well. Parking isn't the best but it's free. It is great for couples as well and small parties. If you have a special occasion, go meet the owner and do something great.

Excellent service.. loved the cold antipasto & traditional Italian pizza. I loved the open view of the kitchen as well. If not for the noise level I would have given this place 5 stars ! We ate early (6pm) on a Saturday night and it was already loud... despite the fact that the place was only 50% full !!

great place. quite, inside space is very comfortable, I enjoy also the outdoor space, especially on summer time. second floor space great for small family parties. the staff is very professional. food is excellent. I highly recommend to try “the green fettuccini pescatore”, the best pasta ever. Zef the owner is very respectful and great person. Five star for the staff and everyone who works there.

Stopped by for dinner. Food was authentic and tasty italian. Atmosphere was great. Prices reflect an uperscale restaurant so keep that 20-25% increase in cost in mind. If this is a concern, there are other great places within a ten minute drive where you can get great Italian food cheaper. Just Google it.

Super amazing! Food was classic Italian, but with a NY 2020 flare. Service and Valet parking, excelent. The owner came by every table to solicit comments, but hard to complain about anything. I had the sea bass, which was slightly crispy on the outside and very moist inside. Pure Perfection. My wife had the green pasta pesactore and tge scallops were fresh and tender, as was the lobster meat and shrimp. My 7 year old ate half of the cheese pizza and we will snack on the rest tomorrow. 100% recommend. I will be a regular

Nice family owned business serving the local Eastchester community. They have comfortable outdoor seating, as well as indoor dining. Recently had a burrata salad, grilled portobello mushrooms followed up with linguini seafood takeout. All the food was delicious and good portions with lots of the ingredients, seafood, mushrooms, etc.

Another great meal at Ciao's and we were lucky enough to have Leonard as our server again. Food was so tasty and a large serving... I had enough for lunch the next day. I had the Chicken Paillard and loved it.....chicken perfectly grilled and pounded thin with a wonderful topping of endive, avocado, tomatoes and mozzarella. We shared a Tiramisu for dessert and it was equally good. Leonard is terrific....always polite, no rush, no fuss and with a smile....everything here is a pleasure....like eating at home without the work! Will be back again for sure! Hope we get Leonard again!!!

Great spot for Italian dining in Eastchester. Pizza is a local favorite as well as their salad dressing (Chicken Azel tastes great). They have done some recent renovations which look great. They have also added an outdoor patio level for outside dining. Quick & attentive service by all staff members.

Ciao is a well-established neighborhood Italian restaurant that has been here for well over 20 years. The decor is a bit dated in style, but the large glass partition to the open pizza kitchen continues to be a popular feature for children, who enjoy seeing the pizza being made. This place is always good for a local meal, good portions and very reasonable prices - I can recall many a fun meal here with friends and family. There's also a 40-50 person private room downstairs, for any occasions.
