Really cute and small diner. It felt really old school and it’s extremely clean. Burger was delicious but the bread to meat ratio was off (more bread than meat). Service was exceptional and everyone there is very sweet. Already looking forward to coming back. Prices are extremely good too

Small local diner with delicious food and fast, friendly service! Went mid afternoon on a Sunday and lucky to found an empty booth. Burger was juicy, onion rings were nice and crispy! Grilled chicken had great flavor too. Will be happy to try the breakfast next time.

Went to lunch, food was hot fresh and yummy!! I had lemon sole and was happy to see they do serve sole and not try into pass tilapia for sole which is done in some places…Place was small cozy and clean … food was Super enjoyable …our waiter was very friendly and a good sport. I have to say that I wasn’t feeling good about going to this place because some diner’s food is just not enjoyable….but it took me by surprise!! Definitely returning again and again… great! Forgot to mention the beef barley soup I got with it was delicious 😋

👍2022 Recommended 👍I made a great choice. They food was fresh good and affordable price for a diner. I had the Sautéed Breat of Chicken Giambotta with olive oil, garlic, onions, mushrooms, peppers and potatoes in white wine sauce. I definitely recommend it.

The food was very good! The service was even better. I was in town for a wedding and saw the reviews and decided to hit this joint for breakfast and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I left Yonkers 36 years ago and still miss NY. Not sure if and when I will return, but I will NOT miss this Diner.

Such a lovely and quaint little diner. Felt like a family experience. Burger was amazing! Highly recommended. The mozzarella sticks were ok, but not the best for me. Will definitely come here again and again.

I have passed here numerous times but as I am going further north have never stopped. Even though I had to make a Uturn to go do a pickup I decided it was time to try it especially as the diners heading north are starting to get pricey. The prices here are still decent amd I was able to pick up dinner for 2 for just under $20. It was $19.99 to be exact and would have been a little less had I paid cash. The food was fresh hot and yummy. Definitely going to get another meal from them.

Overall the food and staff are great. Mainly the girl in the morning, she’s a sweetheart and always smiling. But I’ve had 2 problems with the same server again, he’s missed my order twice! And it’s always an excuse. He clearly can’t handle the morning rush by himself. And to hear that he IGNORES THE ONLINE ORDERS! I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again sadly.

This place is great, a little small but the food is amazing. They give you exactly what you order. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese with the yoke a little wet on a beagle I kid you not best breakfast sandwich I've ever had no cap. I think it is because they use real sausage links so none of those bs patties. Foods fresh responsibly prices, people are super nice.

Driven past this place a hundred times, a friend recommended it. Parking not a problem (hard to see that from central Ave.). Great food. Great service. Corned beef hash very good. Kids got waffles, they looked good.

Central Plaza Diner is a small, cozy diner that has a great selection of food. From salads to main entrees, sometimes it's hard to decide because it's all good! Food is prepared home style. I can see Jerry, Elaine, George and Kramer hanging out here. 😊

I've been here with a friend a few times and the restaurant is very unassuming, but a great spot to grab a meal and chat. I usually get some kind of breakfast, which is usually very tasty. In fact, the only thing I had here that I did not enjoy was the French toast. The Staff is friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. You can park right out front, but be warned, this diner is CASH ONLY. I think there's an ATM in the restaurant, but why throw away the benefit of the great prices? Just bring cash with you.

Lovely diner. Self seating. BEWARE they DO NOT accept cards. The nearest atm is in the same complex area but charges 2.50 (plus your bank fee) so just prepare for that. Prices are fair, service is great, waiters let you do your own thing and don't hover over you.

The chicken is all char grilled for wraps so if you don't like that kind of flavor don't buy any of their wraps... I did not like it because if the charcoal grilled flavor...but the staff was nice and attentive..

This is one of those hidden gems. Great food, superb service and reasonable pricing. Just remember to bring cash as they don't take credit cards and you might have a little wait on the weekend...but it is well worth it!!
