The person that took care of me was Betsy. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. Very attentive and always asking us if everything was at my liking. Not to mention she made the best blue Hawaiian I've ever had. Great experience. Definitely returning next week. The parking attendant also went above and beyond greeting us.

Tuesday!!! Wing day!!! Mango Habanero is my favorite sauce. Food is good but the service should be improved. One time one box of wings was missing so I had to go back to pick it up and another time the vegetables were double charged.

Got the bogo traditional wings and were disappointed with the size, quality and taste. Admittedly, we’ve been here before and we’ve received some fresh wings, not sure if this time it was because we ordered “to go” Pics below show the hard, skinny, small wings received. Will prolly go back but won’t order out anymore.

We had to wait about an hour and half to get out order and order drinks. Our waiter was really nice but she was overwhelmed with trying to serve every table and the bar. She tried her best to serve us while we never saw no managers. We found out they don't even know how to make drinks. How can they help the servers on a busy football Sunday. I got to give it to our server she handle it like a champ.

Ill just keep it honest its pretty ghetto over here but i mean what do you expect its the bronx. The location really needs a decent waiting area since the food can take up to an hour to be ready. Other than that, absolutely delicious and 100% worth the wait.

Giving it a 3 because I've had good past experiences here. Last visit was horrific. I invited some family who were visiting and it was not a good experience. We waited more than 45 minutes to get OUR wings after all the kids at our table got their food (youngest was 1). After the kids were done it was a disaster just sitting there trying to keep them busy. We wanted to order more drinks but it was a mission to talk to the waiter.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is decent. They have a large facility where you can eat, drink at the bar, and play arcade games... They also provide customers with valet parking and food pick sections. The wings at times are good and then “okay.” Sometimes the meat may taste a little cold or bland but their also times where the chicken taste perfect. Hit or miss sometimes. But either way it’s a great location and awesome to watch games!

Great addition to the area. The wings/boneless are kinda on the pricey side but there are alternatives. They also have special deals on certain days. Every time I go, service is always on point. Wait time is 5 to 10 mins around 5 to 6 pm, I'm not sure how it is during nights or important game days. Their drinks is a must, especially their seasonal cocktails. It's around $8 so that's pretty good in my book.

Of course , Buffalo's is always, another great place to watch all the games. And catch all the tournaments and championship. Unfortunately, there is no place to see the 2018 World Championship Chess match. I know not to many people understand the enormous complexities. But it is still the 3rd most popular sport in the world, behind the Olympics #1 and soccer #2 And Chess #3 The Fide federation. Anyway, the wings are great and the beer selection is large. 🍺🍺🍺Cheers.

The service here is nothing short of phenomenal. My fiancé and I came here and ordered our food. When we got the food my fiancé noticed that her sandwich was undercooked which she brought to our server’s attention. He immediately took the plate to the back to fix it. Then, the manager came out and apologized to us personally, offered the replacement sandwich on the house and a complimentary plate of tortilla chips with guacamole. Before I came I already held this place in high regard, but my opinion of them went up tenfold. Needless to say, we’ll be coming back here in the future.

I guess she left because there was someone else behind the bar after about 10 minutes. first person left unannounced. Very slow service. We were the only people behind the bar after a while. Frequently nobody behind bar. I had requested tater tots, got served regular fries. Ordered chicken tenders, got served without the asked for asian zing sauce. Original server wasn't there, so who's to blame. Lol

There are many things to mention when writing this review on this location. One positive thing to note is the price of the wings. I got the $20 boneless wings deal which came with 30ish boneless wings and a large batch of fries. A very good deal. Another positive thing to note was the sauce. I got one of the most spiciest sauces and it was indeed spicy. It doesn't hit you in the beginning but as you progress in eating, it will soon begin to kick in. The wings are very succulent. Lastly, the service was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Buffalo Wild Wings is always a hit or miss no matter what location you go to. I've come to this location before and I know not to expect the fastest most amazing service. While the staff is definitely friendly it is more of a young crowd of employees who have probably not been fully trained but whom are just having fun together at work. We decided to come here during the super bowl. We were seated quickly, it did take us a while to get a waiter as she had a bunch of other tables and everyone had been super into the game which was expected. We had the pleasure of having Candy as our waiter and she was great she just had a good overall energy. Our food did take a bit long to come out but it was all correctly made and though it wasn't as hot (I think they waited to bring everything out together ) the food was freshly made. If you aren't in a rush and just want to enjoy a game this is the spot. you probably shouldn't go to any Buffalo Wild Wings starving and expecting amazing high class service.

Took a visit here on a Saturday, and was very pleased by my experience. The cashier I think her name was (Alica) was completely welcoming even though she was the only one working up front and lots of door dashers were yelling at her. It’s so sad how she was the only one but she still managed to help everyone. Food was ok.

I came here to watch the basketball and the customer service was outstanding especially on a busy evening. Upon entering, I felt very welcomed by the hostess, Vivian. She greeted us and before sitting myself and friends down, I requested a different area to sit, she was very pleasant and handled my request. My friends and I ordered the wings, of course, with the basket of fries and our orders came in a timely manner. Our waitress was also friendly and outgoing.

I reserved 2 seats, when I got there they said they don't do reservations. Took Alot of time to sit while there are plenty of empty tables. Waiter took a long time each time to show up. The screens were good to watch the game, food was good and price was good. Parking here was great!

I happen to live closer to the location in Harlem but I go out of my way to go to the Bronx location! It’s more intimate and the dining experience is better!! The staff are attentive, friendly and engaging (last time we went our waitress Kaitlyn was awesome 10/10). We were checked on not only by our waitress who was MORE than accommodating but by the General Manager himself. He was even helping his staff!! I was so impressed.

Been to one been to them all but it's a good place for some wings and beer. During fighting and big sports events it gets packed! That online ordering and pick up is a game changer for me!! Staff are usually nice although sometimes hard to find. Overall not bad, stick to the basics wings and beer!!

Food was good as always, however, our server was very disappointing. Very serious, spoke under her breath the whole time, barely made eye contact and overall just didn’t seem to know what good customer service is. She seemed to be happier when she was on her phone in clear sight and playing basketball in the little arcade area.

Games all over the place. I had a great time. My Waiter however was too busy watching the games and did not pay close enough attention to his tables. He was an OK Waiter just not there when we need him. He had to be called over each time. The manager was great. Very friendly and accommodating. My food was delicious chicken taste fresh. Table for four came up to about $80. Good deal! A bit pricy but still affordable. They have about a $2 upcharge on all good and drinks compared to chains outside the city.

My family and I went here not too long ago , and let me just say our server was excellent. He was extremely attentive and so genuine . I believe his name was Fabian. Normally I go to other Buffalo wild wings and the servers aren't attentive at all. The one in 125 is one of the worst locations. But with Fabian any little thing my family and I needed, he was on it. He made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we got everything exactly as needed . It's so hard to find great service . But I was grateful to have a excellent experience here. Fabian, you are great ! I hope your management knows that.

Overall I must say, I have been pleased with the wings we have received from here. HOWEVER, just ordered some on August 3rd, BOGO. The plain ones mainly, some pieces STILL had feathers on them🙈🤯😒😳. Hoping beyond hope that the others which has sauces on them does not have any🙏🏿. Ordered them for a gathering we are having on August 7th, decided to freeze and reheat🙈. Again, hoping ALL will be well when we decide to dig in😥.

Went here twice in one week with my husband (what can I say we love wings)😋. We went once during mid day hours and the second time late night. The first time I literally almost had to seat myself after waiting in the front and no one greeted us. After that my visit was Excellent! I recieved great customer service from my waiter and the food was Deeeeelicious! We had the large traditional wings half garlic parmesan and half spicy garlic and an All American burger.😋😋 The second time was even better service since I was greeted and seated immediately. My waitress was so sweet. We had the same meal and it was just as good if not better. My one minor critique was I asked for pepper jack cheese on my burger and got swiss. 🤷‍♀️Definitely recommend this place and will be back👍😁

The staff here is great and there are many booths and tables so there is rarely any wait time. The lunch specials are great when your on the run. The food is out in 15 minutes tops. The food is well cooked and they have yet to mess up an order. The place also has many TVs which you can ask the staff to any specific channel you want to watch.

The best Buffalo Wild Wings because the other ones I have went to doesn’t beat this location. I come here a lot and every time I come my food is cook well and fast. This place is good to watch sports and eat wings but if you like drinking beer they have that also and drinks. For the kids they have a kids meal plus to entertain them while the food gets their they give you tablet that has games or they give you color paper with crayons. This place is great for adult and kids!

Wing varieties are great. Try the mango habanero it's hot yet sweet. What nice is that your bite into it get this sweet mango flavor and then get slapped by the heat. Waitress was awesome, helpful and honest with suggestions. I'd rate it a 5 but service was super slow and the place mis week at about 7 was dead. There was no reason for the 30+ minutes delay.

Like most BWW locations, the food was absolutely wonderful. The wait times however, were insane compared to other locations. I understand that volume was high during my visit, but even so, it took about an hour just to receive an appetizer, and then another 45 minutes between our table telling our server we were ready for the check all the way to her processing the payments. Again I get that volume is great, but efficiency is key and it's something they nail at other locations. I'll still be returning to BWW, just not this location again. Oh, and also the table was pretty dirty too... Really sticky. But I have a feeling that BWW isn't providing optimal cleaning supplies. Regardless of fault, the table was still super sticky and a big turn off.

Went for game 6 of the 2016 NBA finals on thurs night and it was crowded. I'm happy to have such an establishment in the Bronx. No complaints except there were plenty of open seats but I guess they did not have enough staff to seat the parties. Stood in waiting area for a party of two, only to walk in to look around and see open tables all over the place. I much rather be seated and wait comfortably watching the game than stand in the lobby. The service was good and everyone was courteous.

Outstanding service. A girl name Gabi was my watress and she had such a fun bubbly personality. She constantly checked up on us to make sure everything was okay. Food was good, however this location is charging more than the place in new Rochelle. $14 for 9 wings?! This is insane inflation to say the least. Its bad enough the prices are going up so quickly but now we are getting our servings cut. This is why people are preferring to cook at home its cheaper and more convenient.

I've been coming here for a year now and the best host would have to be a young women named Vivian. She knows exactly what she's doing, and never hesitates to take charge. She even interacts with us to make sure we are ok. When she's not here, I'm always having to wait while the hostess talk about their personal issues between each other or their always on their phone, which makes me feel as if my wait time is because of them, since the place is empty! I don't know what's up with all the negative picky reviews? Probably just a picky bunch. Other than my very first visit here,my overall experience here has been ok,other than one other time these idiots messed up my order,and had to come back to have them change it. I've ordered my favorite garlic Parmesan wings,and these morons gave me Asian zing. Now,how do you get it mixed up with garlic Parmesan sauce? I would have given them 5 stars if they had reimbursed me,for my carfare. As far as the dirty glass,cups. Always check the glasses,cups,for cleanliness of the glasses,nothing on,or in cups. Besides,I don't eat in often anyways. One of the reasons,the waitress,and waiters are average at best. You might wait,for a while to get your food. It would be cool if they put a BWW near my house.

Sports bar mixed with an Applebee's type feel. TVs everywhere showing all sports. I go in the evening during the work week and have to just wait 5 minutes to be seated. Polite staff. Drink specials.

If it weren't for the kindness of the staff, it'd be 3 stars. I'm not rating it 4 for the place, but for the people that go there. There were a bunch of wild kids throwing basketballs by the arcade machine, and no staff told them to stop. Another group of people proceeded to threaten the mothers of said kids with death threats. It's a chaotic place at night, so I'd advise going there later on in the day.

Jiggle worthy. Maybe it was the beer but MAN that quesedilla was SLAMMIN. Even the door cream was good! I kicked the little cup it came in. It's a big open space which I can imagine it getting very crowded pre covid. I wish I could try more stuff from there. If it's of the same caliber as that quesedilla... Im gonna sneak in the kitchen and kiss the chef and maybe steal some food... nah that second thing isn't a good idea........ the first one might get me sexual harassment. Worth it.

Sometimes the food and service is a bit off but that happens when there is a big game or a ppv, which is understandable but it drops to 2 stars. They do run out of the monthly special sauce frequently here which is odd, but it's a good place for a large group of people.

It's buffalo wild wings... Bar food and an unreasonable amount of TVs. Seriously, I counted, anywhere you look at least 8 tvs were in view. Honestly, who needs to see one 55 in tv directly next to another 55 in tv? How many sports can one person watch, and how many can this establishment show? Does anyone even read these? Guess I'll never know. Anyway the food is cookie cutter and you probably know what to expect.

If you ask me, this is the better Buffalo Wild Wings available to most of us in the Bronx. The reason for this is because of the parking lot, which makes things so much simpler. The other option available is the New Rochelle Buffalo Wild Wings, but unfortunately on top of the drive, you also have to look for parking and chances are we'll end up paying the meter around the corner or parking in the mall parking lot. So I personally like this one because it is right off of I-87, and can also be accessed via many of the major roads that our local as well. When you get there there is parking not only underneath that is free, across from a BJ's and a Dunkin Donuts and a Petco, but there's also parking on a hidden ramp around the corner that brings you to the same level as the Buffalo Wild Wings. They even have takeout parking there which you can quickly use to run in store and grab your food. During the quarantine there was also expanded parking up there, but it seems as though a valet has returned, and is now taking people's cars and parking them on the rest of the structure. Either way, the parking makes this particular Buffalo Wild Wings a pretty chill trip, and the fact that it's also located in a little mall that also has other spots in it means you can grab some coffee or do some quick grocery shopping while you wait for your order. The staff is super friendly, and they have always been very accurate, or have gone out of their way to fix any issues that I have had. I would recommend checking them out one day!

Showed up on Saturday for the Mayweather Berto fight. It was packed and my fault for showing up late, as there were no seats. But there was standing room. I ordered food and ate it off of a counter. The food was comparable to Applebee's or Friday's. It was decent. Since I did not get table service, I can rate the take-out service since I was in that area and observed that operation. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I noticed several workers (Haydee, Elizabeth, Noureen) providing excellent service to customers, double-checking the packed take out orders with customers and fixing any problems quickly. The security guard was very nice and allowed me to check if there were open seats at the bar. After standing for a while one of the take out employees checked to see if there was any seating room, anywhere. And the hostesses were very polite. Also the valet was just a tip, no fee which is a plus. I would definitely go back to this location, even on a packed fight night.

The waitress took too long with food and the lobby area on the 1st floor is plain so when i first came i was confused as to where the buffalo wild wings was. The food was good they gave minimum fries and the chicken was overfried and some undercooked .

I decide for Super Bowl 50 to preorder from this location. I have dined here on other occasions and would agree with other post. The food is great but the service was subpar. However I called in advance no answer (mind you this was around noon). We arrived around 1pm. As soon as you enter the restaurant it was empty with barely any patrons. There were more staff than customers. One member of BWW stood out she was wore a purple hoody. She stood out for extreme arrogance and bulling ways. She pummel her way threw me and my significant other. She didn't say a word no excuse me nor sorry for her actions. I was told by manger were I could or my food for take out. He walked us to the bar and took a interest in our take out experience. We spoke to him about our initial interactions and he expressed a deep apology on behalf of his staff and willing to rectify it by take out order himself. We order extra large 40 piece of boneless wing he suggested that it would save us on our over all bill plus we order street tacos and he added some chips and salsa as well. So Kristian Garcia if you reading you deserve the five stars for his overall managerial disposition and we will surely return.

I absolutely love the beautiful Leica Sr Waitress here. She was tested with almost 20+ crowd of mine all football FANATICS last week. She rose to the occasion. Unfortunately, the kitchen and the bar had a few mix haps. But she had me coming back to celebrate my birthday and watch my football game. She's surely amazing and genuine. Wow!! I loved this place, good food, great energy, friendly workers, tv screens everywhere lol they have a lil section where the children can shoot hoops. They sang happy bday to my daughter nd brought her a lil cake with candles. Free parking available. Clean tables nd cutlery. Wen ur done eating they give u towelettes nd toothpicks. The waitress checks up on u many times nd is always smiling. I loved this place. I was in a party of 6 and the bill still didnt reach $200 nd we ALL ate!!

I go here every Tuesday for their half off tradition wings...every time I go it's the same thing..I have to wait 30mins to be seated.. And also wait awhile just to get my food. ..thank God for the waitress..Gabby(the cubby guy)...he always try to seat me as soon as possible..and he's very nice...while the Manger is suppose to be helping seating guess but he's know where to be found...also every time I go there they always run out of something...when I went they ran out of napkins..they was giving us bar napkins smh. Also a couple of weeks ago they didn't have any wedges smhhhh...this place need to be under new management!!!!

My husband, daughter and I had dinner on a friday evening. I expected a crowd for a friday but to my surprise they had tables available right away. This is a big place, very clean for the most part, good staff, good food and a great amount of TV's, beer selection, drink selection and selection of wings. The only reason the lost a star was because its a little over priced and some times it can take a long time here, from the point you enter to the point you leave even if you order right away and leave right after you eat it can still take an hour and a half so don't come here if you plan on hitting a quick bite to eat.

If you are looking to hang out and watch some sports it's a dope spot. Just be careful you know what you get free refills on Lol. It can be a bit loud at times and they have a mini basketball game that people play at times so it can add to the noise at times, but not too bad in my opinion. I would say it's not ideal for a date but, definitely a dope hang out!

This is an amazing spot I discovered in my "back yard". Couldn't find a good spot to watch NBA games one night and discovered this new spot. Service is great. There are a lot of TV's with a variety of sports to chose from. Great selection of bear and great environment where everyone has repeat for each other. Also this is great spot for dating and family outings. There is so much space and enough table options to fit any party. This is also a great alternative to Applebee's on 225th!

My 1st time there and the food I had was very underwhelming ...I ordered the buffalo chicken mac and cheese and the mac was dry, pasty and hard and the buffalo chicken was clearly reheated and way too much buffalo sauce ...my appetizer sounded a lot better on the menu than what it turned out to be when I got it ...I ordered the chili con queso dip with nachos and the chili had 1 bean (yes 1 bean), so the flavor came from chili seasoning I guess ...this dip was not hearty at all and I only got it because according to the menu it's a customer fave!! ...My mother had the wings without sauce and they just tasted oily and unpleasant ...oddly enough for a place known for its wings the double bacon cheeseburger my sister had was pretty good and very juicy ...the fries were whatever (nothing to write home about as they were very generic tasting) ...we did however get a free dessert for waiting so long to get our food and that was delicious ...they gave us the dessert nachos with the cheesecake balls ...Now I will return again because you never know I might like it the 2nd time around and if I don't than I'll know not to return!!
