Alright place. The menu is extensive. Service was only one person running around, and this was around 6pm. Food was at least made really well and the prices weren’t that bad.

I was walking to the 242 St-Van Courtland Park train station when my sister and I saw the diner. After a few drinks we decided to sober up at the diner with burgers. I enjoyed the fries the most. They were fresh and well season. The restaurant service was. Nice and quick. The space is clean; including the woman's restroom. I recommend coming here of you're hungry and it's late night.

Service was sub-par, especially for a NY diner. I had a corn muffin. My friend had an English muffin. My son had an omelet and became violently sick that same day. Unfortunately, something was "off" with the omelet.

Food & my drink was excellent. Very good. The first guy was very friendly & brought water for my dog & a disposable container for him to eat ot of. I really appreciated that. At first the waitress didn't want to serve me with my service dog. She was rude & ignorant. She thought that I had to have an actual service animal license. No, I don't. The only thing that I have to have is his rabies vaccination tag & his NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Dog License. No Federal, state, or local government agencies issue service dog licenses. Private companies do. However, they're not required under current ADA laws. I'm hard of hearing. I need hearing aids but can't get them. So, my service dog alerts me to noises I don't hear. I also suffer from panic attacks occasionally. Petting & holding him helps to calm me down. So, unfortunately I had to call Yonkers Police on this Diner. I told them I wasn't going anywhere. They had to serve me. I got on Facebook live & started recording so that I'd have evidence in case I needed it. I would've sued them in federal court for discrimination & violating my rights. Anyhow, the police came & they were very polite. I explained the situation to them. They asked me what I wanted them to do. I said please enforce the law officers. They went & said something to management. Then left without saying anything else to me. Except knocking on the window behind me to let me know everything was cool. I know the police couldn't have physically forced them to serve me. They may have strongly suggested that they serve me or face a lawsuit. Whatever happened it worked. The manager came & served me. He was very friendly. I ordered Lucky a plain hamburger without the bun. I ordered fries & a philly sandwich. I ordered a screwdriver that tasted very good. I got a slight buzz. Would've got a second one if I hadn't gone through all the hassle. Anyhow, the manager served Lucky & I efficiently delicious fresh food. I was pleased with his service. Maybe he was trying to kiss my ass. I don't know. Maybe not. But, I always tip 20% when service is good. I gave him $6.00 I heard the waitress in the background complaining. If she'd acted right in the beginning it could've been her tip.

Confusing. Ordered online for curbside pick up. Ordered at 615 pm, and my credit card was immediately hit for the amount. Then got an email saying it would be ready for pick up at 640 pm. Then got an email to call and confirm the order. We called and confirmed. We arrived at 645 for the order and nothing at 7 pm we went inside only to find out it wasn't ready for 10 more minutes. But after getting the food home, the portion sizes were very large and there was a lot of flavor to the meals.

Incredible food. I had the Western Burger and coffee. The coffee is AMAZINGLY delicious. I'm already talking to a couple of my friends about coming back. We're from Manhattan too! That says a lot. Oh and the prices are so favorable.

Superstar diner. Best diner food I've had in eons. The diner itself and the signage are 60s glitz outer space, the food is out of this world. Western omelette ordered soft came exactly as ordered, but with more ham, green peppers and onions than I've ever seen. Superb prep, super taste. French fries were crisp on the outside, just the right softness inside. Husband ordered pancakes, and again, the prep and the cooking showed in the taste. Both plates came out hot, with food that came out hot. Pancakes nicely browned on outside. And the coffee! Yes the coffee!!! Staff busy but very helpful, quick, professional and warm. Wish I lived close by. Would be my go-to for breakfast, lunch and dinner... And teatime with all those gorgeous cakes!

We stopped at the diner on Wednesday. 7/7/21. First time there. Waiter was definitely overworked but very pleasant. Anything you asked him for was promptly brought to the table.. I ordered the gyro sandwich with French fries. I was surprised that it came with a Greek side salad with olives and feta cheese. My friend ordered the Philly cheesesteak. The soup included with the lunch special was very hot and delicious and it came with a beverage.. $12.00 for the lunch special was a good deal. I live on the other side of the Bronx and I would venture there again when I visit my senior citizen friend who lives nearby. I really enjoyed my meal. Compliments to the Chef...

I have visited this diner several times! Waiters have great manners, attentive to orders and great customer services. Is a great location to grab a quick bite before the office; or a great place to meet up with old friends. Price is inexpensive (not cheap!); meaning that the quality of food is good! This diner is right down the block from me and it just has this old fashion vibe to it. Waiters and waitresses are always so nice. Food is solid. Milkshakes are great. This diner isn't usually overcrowded so it's a great place to go hang out and have a conversation where you don't have to talk over one another.

Been coming here since I was a child with my mom and dad. Still to this day I have never been too disappointed because in the food industry sometimes something is mediocre. Fair prices and decent portions depending on what youre getting if you either dont want to cook or are craving something late night and you dont want McDonalds(which I barely eat..maybe a few times a yr) or any other fast food joint in the area. Staff has always been honest and friendly. Bathroom has always been clean when I dined in...I wash my hands before every meal is how I know......

This place is okay, not up there with the better diners but it won't kill you..lol. The hostess is very sweet and always greets with a warm hello and smile. Never crowded, your choice of seating and the wait staff also pleasant. Not enough desert choices and the soups need an upgrade in flavor.

Love this place. I can always rely on broadway diner when coming home very late from a long day at work. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge. Really enjoyed the lamb chops over rice with garlic bread. Service is also a plus.

a tad over priced but a definite go to. Breakfast is awesome and the gyro plate is amazing! Burgers a little dry and the Italian dishes could use more sauce. It gets crazy busy on the weekends but I've never had to wait more than 5 mins. My little girl loves it there and is always asking to go back

It's comfort food and a place we go to a lot. The service is pretty good too. Some of the options are kinda strange, like things you wouldn't imagine. I got French toast with pralines, and it was literally French toast with raw walnuts on top. Still one of my regular spots.

Wow, even at midnight to 1am the folks here are perky, up and about! My food came in nice, fresh and tasty (pancakes, eggs w/mozz, bacon, and hot chocolate). I also came with my folks so we could share our plates. Both the regular fries and sweet potato fries are Uh-mazing!

This place is a good old classic diner. With so many options. They're always very friendly. They are not open 24/7 and they do not deliver after a certain time. You also have to triple verify your order because they may get it wrong.
