Had my first slice of pizza here in 1979....no better pizzeria in the city of Yonkers....My Grandfather Frank Squillante would send me for pizza and Italian ices for lunch almost daily....it doesn't get any better...I still remember a guy name John? that always worked the counter....he would always give me the new flavor of Italian ice when they got one for free...sure do miss them days....God Bless the whole Alfonso's family...🇮🇹🍕

Food is always good. Been eating here since I was a kid. I ordered a Cobb salad, but the salad didn't have much lettuce, but lots of the other ingredients.

Hands down a 5...I normally can’t stomach more than ONE slice from even my favorite place, but recently my wife started ordering from here and I must say probably the best pizza I’ve had in years I just finished half a pie. The dough the SAUCE and cheese PERFECT even with it being 11 degrees outside my pizza came steaming hot absolutely amazing anyone who gives them less than 5 stars is lying and or miserable lmao

Family owned. Excellent food. Some of the best,no, Alfonso's Pizza,and all of the wedges,rolls,dinners,there is not one thing,that I can say ,it's bad. So,if you're looking for a great meal,a quick lunch,or just an appetizer, believe me,"THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE TO EAT. OPEN, Tuesday to Saturday,till 10pm,(summer schedule). Just try it.

Been my go to spot since I was a kid! Grew up knowing Alfonso, John, and David. Quality in food and service! I wish I could recommend one thing but honestly I've tried a lot from their menu and it's never ever been a wrong choice. Chicken parm wedges are huge, tasty and fresh; pasta dishes are very filling but you won't want to put your fork down; the pizza is absolutely perfect

I'm from Yonkers and Alfonso's is a staple in Yonkers. His food and service is amazing. I've been eating there since I was a kid. Even though I have moved away I always pick up something to bring back home. My husband loves his shrimp parmesan and I love his HUGE NY pizza slices. Pepperoni and sausage are a must.

Good food. You can either get delivery in about 45 minutes, order and pick up in about 15 minutes, or have a seat and eat in. Pizza is good, you can ask for crispy slices if you prefer them that way. Sicilians are good too. Always a decent slice of cheesecake around. Zeppolis are good. The ice cream is okay.

I am Italian and I don't like any sauce other than mine but I make an exception for this pizza, it is delicious. My favorite is white pizza and here they spread the ricotta on the whole pie instead of dropping it in globs like other places. Pretty much everything here is delicious

I've been ordering from Alfonso's for over 15 years. Best pie in yonkers, maybe even westchester county. The crust is nice and soft , the cheese is of great quality and spreaded generously, and there sauce is full of flavor with just the right amount. If your in business for over 20 years, your clearly doing something right.

The pizza tastes great.I think their pizza taste exactly like Sam's Pizzeria in Getty Square.These 2 places have the best pizza I have ever had.I'm not crazy about the owner.His kids are great.I'm never disappointed in their pizza because it's always a delight.I wish I wasn't lactose intolerance. If I wasn't, I would eat their pizza by the pound.The Riverdale area always makes me nervous.I eat my pizza, and I'm on my way.I don't hang out in that block.

Best Pizza in Yonkers! However, those wingettes were horrible fried to hard and asked if they were hot wings. Was told no ! However, once wings arrived and tasted them they were HOT LIKE FIRE!!! Also, one more issue- the cheese on the pizza was on one side of the pie. That is because the position pizza was in during delivery or the angle the driver held the pizza enroute to deliver. Otherwise, than that THE PIZZA IS GREAT!!!! WAIT ONE MORE ISSUE- IF YOU ARE GOING TO SERVE GYRO'S PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE REAL LAMB MEET USED BY THE GREEKS.
