I love when places with good food are open late. It is great being able to eat here after getting off of work. I recommend the burgers and salchipapas. They are very well done here. The only negative about this place is that there are crazy homeless people that hang around here. It's not any fault to the business, it just so happens to be the homeless hangout at times. This place would get five stars all day, if I were just rating the food and the service. You have to take into account the environment and the crazy people who gather around here bothering you for money definitely take away from the ambiance. It can really kill the vibe when your waiting on your dinner and you are worried someone might harass you or try to break into your car for some change. The Food is Outstanding though for sure. Try the salchipapas.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s the best Spanish fast food in Tampa. The cook knows what he’s doing. I personally recommend the chicharon. There a bunch of different meats in there and all of it cooked perfectly. The portions are huge and are delicious to the last bite

Outstanding service! Price is about right. Tostones were really good and crunchy but the meat was missing seasoning. Our latin food is known for flavor and tostones did not met that. Covid social distancing and mask are on place. Thank you Salchipapa is really good.

would i recommend this Fast Food Place?? absolutely . i have been several times and the food and attention to costumer service is outstanding, i would like to see more kinds of food in their menu but still the overall experience was fantastic and you cant ask for a better environment. i had the pressure to have Daily?? making food for me several times and she does a great jobs and very fast waiting time. i couldn't ask for a better place to relax and eat great food. thank you.

The food was good and portions very generous, but the service is very poor. I accidentally walked up to the food truck because I missed the signs and was yelled at very rudely by the cook. He shed know better than to talk to paying customers in such a way.

The food here is great. We get the burgers and tostones and my fav mango smoothie. They also make a creamy garlic sauce that is sooooooo good. Prices are comparable to the food your getting and portions are good.

Think I just found my place to stop for food at 2am on Friday night when I get off my shift. The people are great, and the food is phenomenal. People are getting it confused when it comes to price. Working at a brewery, I'm around food trucks all the time. It's definitely worth the money for the great food.

Visited on a Friday at 6pm, service was quite fast, especially considering that the food is made to order. The server was pleasant and knew every single ingredient of every menu item. My son (a burger-holic, yet thin as a beanpole, grrrr) said he liked the paisa burger just as much as five guys, but in a different way. Moreso as an option when you want to mix things up a bit with a different take on a burger. He did say he much prefers the fries at five guys to these. Nothing wrong with them, they're just not over the top. My only reason for dinging a star is that the prices are a tad bit high, not just for a food truck, for anyplace really. But hey, if the food is worth it we can't complain (plus, to be fair, the portions are generous), just know that if you're on a budget you can't visit as often as you'd like. We'll definitely be back, especially since they're open till crazy late and we're quite the night owls. Give em a try. I can't wait to try the other dishes.
