The place is dimly lit with a romantic touch. Not a silent place so no privacy breaches 😉 There are three options to choose from. You can go for the salad bar only option starting as the lowest option (32) and then there is seafood and chicken option at (38). The best full experience option is (58) the highest. The full experience is well worth the price, especially if you have no dietary restrictions. For both the second and third options you will get a round slip/card which will have two faces. According to the side you keep it the servers will offer you food and else they will not disturb you. The system works quite well. The drinks and dessert are extra but are very reasonable and worth the price. Desserts are 8 or 9 per item and the amounts are very generous. Staff members are courteous and very caring. A good unique experience. Highly recommended, especially for a special day.

Overall, a good experience. Salad bar was fresh and delicious. Great variety of sides, cheeses, and dressing. The Spanish rice was delicious, but was empty and not replaced throughout the night. The meat is cooked either medium or medium rare; no options for medium-well. All staff is very nice. Restaurant itself is clean but the Bathroom was not clean at all.

Terra Gaucha won us over. Our party of 15 was there to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was nice and inviting. We ordered drinks at the bar while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. The bar was staffed properly and we didn't wait long for our delicious cocktails. My spouse ordered the smoked old-fashioned and said it was great! The hot and cold bar was stocked with so many options like lobster bisque soup, wedge salad smoked salmon and more. The table service was acceptable and the small party room was accommodating enough. The full experience meal included various meat options and sides delivered directly to your plate. The servers were plentiful just like the lamb, beef, chicken and salmon to name a few. Everything was hot, fresh and fast!!

Nice restaurant. Salad bar has a lot of filling dishes, and the sides they bring to the table include mashed potatoes, some type of thick fry (looks like Yucca, but I'm not sure), and caramelized bananas. They serve a good variety of meats, and they're pretty tasty. You can ask for sauce if you'd like to have some with your meat. I had A-1, Chimichuri, and horseradish. Nice place to go for a special occasion. I get full fast, so I didn't eat as much as I wanted to eat, but I enjoyed what I did. The servers were all pleasant.

The food was amazing. The servers were awesome and super friendly. I’m very impressed with how wonderful they were with us being deaf. We celebrated our 50th birthday there with a group of 12 people. Definitely will return!

What a sumptuous meal I had here at Terra Gaucha! Food was great and service was even better. The steaks were seasoned just perfectly, unlike other places where they season too much, probably to mask the freshness of the meats. This place was not that!

What a delightful place. A week day lunch provided and endless parade of amazing meats, some seafood, a large salad bar with tons of choices and all for less than $35. Dinner and weekends is around $50. The level of service had no boundries, friendly and attentive. Every gaucho that brought food was super nice. I was raising a white flag in no time. In addition, they provide each patron with mashed potatoes, polenta, caramelized bananas and bread from the kitchen. An amazing selection for the money, it's win win. Highly recommend. Sorry, I was to busy eating to take pictures of the meat.

Dinner was absolutely excellent! The meat was fresh and had rare pieces and more medium pieces to suit everyone's tastes. The lamb was definitely one of the best parts. Don't fill up too much from the salad bar because the meat they bring you is definitely worth it. You will fill up quickly. I had the Godiva chocolate martini and it was delicious. Our server was excellent and gave great service. It was our anniversary and they brought us a really nice dessert!

The service is incredible and so is the amazing food but by far, The bread was to another level it was fantastic and it was very very nice and it was soft on the inside and hard on the outside a perfect level so not too much or too little of anything, the flavor was there but it wasn’t intense I loved the bread pleas try it!!!! The food was so good if it fell on the floor I would most likely eat it.

This is the best Brazilian Steakhouse we've been to down here in Tampa. The staff is great, friendly and quick with service. The meats are all cooked and seasoned well. This is our go to for Brazilian.

So so good. Loved our waitress and the staff. The salad bar is amazing just by itself, but the cuts of meat at phenomenal. I've been to several different Brazilian steakhouses, and I believe this had the best variety of items on the salad bar out of any of them. The lobster bisque is great, the beans with pork belly were so good. Very professional inside and excellent service. Can't wait to come back!

I ate so much I could barely walk out of this place! The food and staff were fantastic. We came for my brother’s birthday party and they did not disappoint! The meat and seafood options were fantastic. The buffet was decent but the hot to order food was best. We gave the staff the birthday cake for my brother and they cut it for us with no extra charge. My familia and I had an awesome dining experience!. Our restaurant waiter ( Zack ) was great. Gaucho servers were formal and friendly; the respect we received was commendable. Incredible Variety at the Salad Bar, rotating sides, vegetable medleys, cheeses, and dressings. It's a great compliment to the Rodizio "Experience"! Guaranteed satisfaction, and likely beyond! Visit for an enjoyable outing! Definitely recommend.

I been to a dozen different Brazilian chains all over the USA and Mexico. This one is my second favorite of them all. Very impressed. The meats were plentful and fresh, all cooked perfectly. And if mid rare to medium is not your preference, you can request the meats more well done of you do not mind waiting for your special request. Lamb steak and flank steak were my personal favorites, but all cuts from the ribeye to the salmon were excellent. And the self serve bar had fresh selections from greens to shrimp and cheeses to cold cut meats and a few soups. The self serve bar alone could be a meal for those who are not feeling as carnivorous. The service here on this visit was also top notch. It was a busy Easter Day celebration for us and we are glad we decided to eat out here versus cooking at home. Thank you for the great holiday. Eeyore left happily stuffed.

This is an overall take on my experience. We had a reservation at 6pm, party of 8. It was in honor of my graduation from St. Leo University. We were seated immediately. Overall, the staff was friendly. There was one female server came acrossas rude. Maybe she was having a bad day. When someone in my party commented on it, she adjusted accordingly. The atmosphere was nice. It was loud because the restaurant was packed. We didn't mind because our party contributed to the noise too. We were able to talk, hear each other, and not feel as if we were impacted by anyone else's conversation. Once seated, the server explained the experience. Go to the food bar when you come back flip your card for, the meats! The bar had a good selection of salads, sides, etc. After about 10 minutes, the meats kept coming. Most of the pieces I got were well done although they said it was medium. I would have preferred more seasoning on the meat. At one point I was overwhelmed by all the food but in a good way. The manager checked on us a few times. We tried different desserts. All good. Our bill was $$$. We left full and satisfied with our experience. I didn't get to take any pictures of the food because I was in the now, enjoying myself. I recommend checking them out. Be prepared to eat well and pay for it!

Incredible experience! My girlfriend and I came here for our 5 year anniversary and wow, we were impressed! The staff was amazing and extremely kind. The food was some of the best food I’ve ever had. All of the meat/chicken/seafood we had was flavorful and delicious. The dessert was impeccable! All in all — I would rate this place over 5 stars if I could. My girlfriend and I are so happy we had such an amazing experience! We even got our dessert on the house!!!

Loved our experience here! I didn’t get any good pictures of the meats, but they were all absolutely delicious! They have salmon and shrimp in addition to beef, pork and chicken. Love that you can sample a little bit of everything! Lobster bisque at the salad bar was so delicious too!

This place was SOOOO good!! Our waiter Washington was very attentive and nice. We got so many servings of filet mignon, flank steak, ribeye, all the good meats!! Our bread basket never went empty, my water cup was never empty, overall great experience!!! I would say the ONLY thing I didn’t like was the lobster bisque. But 10/10 will be coming back!

Be sure to book a reservation if you go anytime in the afternoon/evening. The meats were very good, you can tell its been cooked on charcoal. They are very quick with service despit it being packed on a Friday night. Our server was great and made sure the meats we wanted were making their way while also supplying us with fresh plates and timely refills. Place is a bit crowded in that we did seat very close to other tables. Understandably it was full, but also tight. Our seat was also right in front of the buffet so we felt it even more, but that was our experience. It's also a bit dark in there. Again worth a visit. Definitely go for a weekday lunch if you can its nearly half the price and less busy.

GREAT PLACE. I’ve ate here 3 times now and the service never lets us down. Food is fresh, tasty, and high quality. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. This visit stood out from the rest, our server Jason was very attentive and got every we asked for within a minute. Excellent and tasty food. The sides were great: Fried cheese bread, fried plantain, mashed potatoes... the buffet had a variety of tasty food as well. My family does not eat pork and the waiters were very respectful and aware. It was helpful because we didn't have to ask..and no one would accidentally take without realizing it was pork. Everyone was super nice and very fast to continuously bring a taste of so many different kinds of steaks, lamb, chicken, and even shrimp. Finally, we went to celebrate my twin nephews' birthday and they gave them each an-out-of-this-world slice of chocolate cake!! The only problem was feeling super thirsty for the rest of the evening after eating all that meat!! But once I fell asleep...I was knocked out!

Me and my wife celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it was excellent. We arrived early and had some great cocktails at the bar and the hostess found us when our table was ready. Brilliant Date Nite for hubby and I. Our server Albarro was very attentive and bent over backwards to provide fresh out of the oven bread, extra well done plantains, and constant coffee flowing. The manager Alex ran circles around everyone doing just about anything that needed done including clearing and bussing. The steak was amazing and I do ask for special requests which are fulfilled always. This is the best Brazilian steakhouse in Tampa so don’t settle for less.

Went here for the first time with some friends earlier this week and I’ve already mentioned it to more of my friends and family to make plans to return. Staffing really does make or break a restaurant, and everyone at this establishment was superb. Very well informed and attentive. Great attitudes. Our experience could not be better! Our first time at this place and for sure, we will be coming back! Starting with booking, we did not make a reservation but we got seated in less than 40min. The service was perfect, waiters very friendly and promptly to attend, if needed. Salad bar had lots of options like Hearts of Palm, Plantain, pineapple with cinnamon, 5 options of cheese, salami, farofa, polenta frita, pão de queijo e feijoada. I loved the sliced smoked salmon they had there, it was spectacular, fresh and tasty. Gauchos will feel like home, the meat quality was beyond my expectation: Juicy, tender and perfect: picanha and vazio were my top choices. Not even mentioning the "butter rib" slowly cooked brought to us by Cicero, where you can see on the picture. You know if the rib is well cooked if you don't need a knife to cut, we just used our fork for that! Amazing! They offer great options for desserts, but we decided to go with Creme Brulee and Papaya Cream with Cassis as it was Paulo's recommendation (one of the owners that stopped by to our table and was talking how happy he is to meet Brazilian Customers when they are at his restaurant). Me and my husband had a great time while we enjoyed the best BBQ in TAMPA. Learned more about his experience brought from Nova Brescia - RS! We are pleased to recommend this place if you really want to enjoy a great BBQ done by a Traditional Brazilian Gaucho! Well done Paulo! Congratulations to you, family and your great employee team!!!

This was my first time at a Brazilian steakhouse and Terra Gaucha did not disappoint. The salad bar is fabulous on its own, and I will come back for just this. The Churrasco experience is delicious and fun. We had a large party of 18 for a Christmas celebration. Service was impeccable. The weakest point of the dinner for me would be the cheesecake, which I felt was rather dense and peanut buttery in texture. I will definitely return to this restaurant in the future!

This place is SO posh, yet SO comfortable. Claudia is one of the best servers we have had in a VERY long time (no joke, so attentive) and we have gone to a lot of different places as we own a customer service auditing company. Thank you so much for the great customer service. It’s a breath of fresh air in this post covid environment where it seems like not many people care. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The problem I had was as follows. We were a party of 6. At the end of our meal we were having coffee. We had paid the bill and we’re finishing up a conversation that lasted about 5 minutes. A waiter asked us to leave because they needed the table and we spent over $500 dollars. I am a sixty year old man and this has never happened to me in my life and I have been to many restaurants. I felt insulted and rushed. They got paid and received a generous tip and this is how they treated us. Very poor approach.

The severs were fun and explained how the restaurant works very well. The bar was full of all kinds of different sides. Including this delicious lobster bisque. After you're done with the side bar you come back and flip your chip from red to green showing them you're ready for the onslaught of meat. From lamb to 4-5 different kinds of steaks, shrimp, chicken etc. Phenomenal experience.

This was absolutely incredible. I kept my green button on just so I could keep getting the grilled pineapple! The shrimp, the different cuts of beef, the lamb… everything was fabulous. The salad bar had the most amazing potato salad ever, and if I could buy that and the bacon to go I’d be here buying bulk. They came around frequently, changed your plates regularly, and kept the water glasses full. Exceptional service and quality foods. I would say you could be more than satisfied with just the salad bar, but if you are big on meats, it’a absolutely worth it.

A bit pricey, but when you can eat as much meat as you could possibly consume and they still want to serve you, well I'll take it! Without a doubt will be back. Greatest dining experience I’ve ever had, all around. From the selection around the cold bar and array of hot foods; they had something for everybody, but I personally liked every single thing I tried. Not to mention the service was simply incredible, not just our server, Jason, but everybody. My girlfriend and I both had nothing but good things to say throughout our date; but also the little things that make it a bit nicer is the atmosphere: simple and minimal with not too big of a dining space, so it doesn’t feel loud or crowded like a lunchroom. Can’t say enough positive things; will come back.

Today was the second time I've tried this concept. My first experience was at a different restaurant, and it was far from impressive. However, my experience at Terra Gaucha was a total game changer. Terra Gaucha is a beautiful restaurant full of the most impressive staff and most delicious food. I have never been so amazed at the level of courtesy and attention that this experience provided. If anyone was passing by and had even a hint that we might need anything, they stopped to see if there was anything we needed. Our water glasses were never less than half full. The meat runners were quick to ask if there was anything that we wanted and then suddenly it would appear. The meats were tender and juicy; seasoned well and always hot and fresh. The manager stopped by our table to inquire about our visit and to ask if there was anything in particular we were looking for. Just a wonderful experience that left us feeling overwhelmingly cared for. Even though the restaurant was full of other customers we felt as if we were having a VIP experience. The bacon wrapped chicken was delicious, as were the pork ribs. Although I can't actually say which item was superior to any other, with the exception of the grilled pineapple that was freshly carved table side. What an absolute treat for your senses. Upon your first bite, the pineapple bursts with a juicy explosion of flavor that fills your mouth, and leaves you desiring more. I've never enjoyed a dish so thoroughly intriguing; that left me curious as to the experience I'd just had. I must say it is a most pleasurable dish that I believe everyone should have. Such a simple idea with the most impressive result. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Terra Gaucha and we are looking forward to our next visit. I highly recommend this restaurant, it brings delicious food, beautiful atmosphere and, an amazingly, attentive staff together in harmony proving a VIP experience to rival others.

My husband and I went for our anniversary dinner. The hostess greeted us at the door and acknowledged our special day. We decided to do the full Brazilian experience. I don't know if I quite ate $53 worth of food, but everything was good. I think the only thing was we were hoping to get a happy anniversary creme brulee but that didn't happen. Seen so many pictures on the reviews, but that's okay. Also with so many different people waiting on you for different things and it was quite a bit noisy. Never really knew our server was. We had two different people and then the various people obviously delivering all the meats to the table. I think if I go back I will just do the hot and cold bar.

Wonderful experience. This was our thanksgiving day choice. I had the most amazing blueberry mojito. Definitely worth the money at least once. Lots of different choices and they just keep coming. Fast for at least a day before coming here. Don't let the side dishes and salad bar (it's far more than that description) distract you from the reason you're here...MEAT! The staff was exceptionally attentive and very accommodating to our request for a special (dietary) dessert. The final dessert presentation was awesome and worth the wait. I made reservations a month ago for 12 people for my sister's graduation 📷👩‍🎓dinner.They confirmed immediately, the morning of I received a call to confirm that our party was still keeping reservations of course we did. We arrived a few minutes before 5 once they opened our table was ready in 3 mins.The greeter at the door and the entire staff treated all of my party like we were the only ones there.They gave my sister a free lunch to come back as a gift for her graduation (so sweet)❤❤🙏 Food was absolutely delicious, I love how every 5 mins they were bringing different styles of meat it was a great experience. Even my kids love it,the cocktails were strong just how we liked them.Even though we were the only Black American family there we were treated like anyone else they really went all out to make our celebration dinner fantastic !! I give them 5 stars we will be returning, I would definitely recommend this restaurant very clean fine dining ,white table cloth , staff sanitized after each party and were masked up! Thank you for a terrific experience 🙏🙏🍽

Such a phenomenal place! The food was excellent! The service was in point! The meat cuts were tender and very flavorful. The salad/ side bar was consistently freshened. I want to say that Terra Gaucha is not just q great Brazilian steakhouse because of the food, but the atmosphere is inviting as well. I have to say that the staff was attentive to our dietary needs, and they were very helpful and friendly. A special shout out to Eileen and Raoul for making a great night for my wife's birthday celebration.

Have been to Texas DE Brazil 25+ times live it, then I went here... The bar was definitely set high and they smashed it! I absolutely love this place. The shrimp, salmon, multiple kinds of steak were all so good. I ate myself into true displeasure lol it will be on the normal rotation now.

It was really good. Service was great even tho we had reservations right before closing. The hot cold bar was fantastic. My only ossie was the grade of the meats. They were ok, possibly result of making 10pm reservations without knowing they closed at 10:30. So hopefully it was just being late , and the meat had been off the grill walking around too long. I'll probably go back at a better time of day because I really enjoyed the hot cold bar.

Ehh. I mean, it wasn't the worst but it pales in comparison to Texas de Brazil. The food isn't as good, and the service is definitely not as good. I will say the hostess was very nice and gave us options as walk-ins on a busy night. But then we were seated, the manager (I'm assuming) came over and awkwardly asked us if we had reservations with no context for his question's reasoning. Strange. Regardless, they did have some good dishes, but place can feel cramped. Another table's waiter bumped into me at one point. No biggie, but just to give you an idea of the spacing. All in all, not a bad place but there are better options.

Was here for the first time and i have to say I loved it!! Made Reservation and we got there a little late but they didn't make a fuss out of it. We were seated immediately and we had people left and right asking us if we needed something. They suggested alcoholic drinks as well as non-alcoholic ones for me and ended up trying the watermelon and mint drink! It was very refreshing! I like the variety they had in the salad bar...they had sweets and cheese and rice and plenty of other stuff...but my favorite part was the meats. I usually order my stuff well done but the flavor was so good I didn't mind having medium rare. I loved the picanha! The flavor was bold! Excellent customer service and Very welcoming!

Food was 97% fantastic. The sirloin was definitely overcooked with not a lot of flavor but different strokes for different folks. Host was quick and friendly, not mucu more you could ask for. Wait staff was kind of indifferent. Mostly helpful but acted a little snobbish, for lack of a better word. Parking absolutely sucked. Would I go back? Yeah, probably. Would it be my first choice of Brazilian style restaurants? Probably not.

It wasn’t packed at all in the restaurant which was perfect, the food was amazing , the hostess insisted on taking pictures of us which was so kind we really appreciated her ! As well as the food omg was just soooo good. So many options for sides, all the cuts of meats were tender !!! We loved every moment!! We originally had a 12:30pm reservation but we hit traffic so we were late but they were sooooo accommodating and sweet . I loved the whole experience we will definitely be back again ! My husband was so happy😍😍 I’m super grateful it was an amazing experience for my husband as he deserved it ! We enjoyed our company holiday party here on 12-09-22 in the private dining room. There was a good assortment of meat to choose from, & it was cooked to perfection. The restaurant is a great choice for date night, birthdays, anniversaries or other special occasions. Reservations are recommended as the facility can fill very quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful and quick to assist customers with any requests. Carla P., our server, checked on our party several times to ensure we had everything we wanted while we dined. The salad bar contained a wide variety of vegetables, fruit, bread, cheese, soup, condiments and other traditional items. Diners are given a red and green disc to alert staff when they want servings of grilled steak, chicken, pork or lamb. The Filet Mignon was excellent. The restaurant has an extensive wine list and full bar for specialty drinks and other adult beverages. The restaurant has a very nice website that displays its menu, pricing and other information. It can be used to make a reservation, notify staff regarding food allergies, enter special requests and other dining needs. Dinner for two will exceed $100 but the food, service and quality provided will make the meal a very memorable experience.

This place was great. The food was delicious, the staff was very kind, and the atmosphere was nice without feeling like too much. As every review for Terra Gaucha has already told you, order the Rodizio Experience. It's a learning curve, but it's well worth it. Along with the fresh and hot bar, you get a constant atream of beef, chicken, lamb, and pork being served right at your table. Loved the Picanha and Fraldinha. The items at the fresh and hot bar were also really good, They offer chimichurri and other sauces if you need it, but the meat was perfect on it's own to me. Serving staff was also excellent, taking the time to explain how the restaurant worked for those who hadn't eaten there before. And if you have a special request for a dish to come around, they're more than happy to accommodate. My party left the building asking when we'd be coming back, so that should tell you how we felt about it. Looking forward to returning soon.

Amazing! We came here on a Tuesday night after Christmas weekend for 8pm. We had a reservation, it still took 20 minutes to get sat but that’s okay it’s super busy during the holidays which is a good thing :) Our server promptly got us drinks and then we went to the salad and hot bar. There was not one thing I didn’t like. I am a vegetarian and found tons of stuff for myself to eat. The salad bar here was even better than the one as Texas de Brazil. I don’t mean to put them down they are awesome as well but there were options here for myself and they had these delightful fruit salads that I couldn’t stay away from. I normally don’t like fruit and nut salads but the ones here are superb. My boyfriend got the full Rodizio and tried everything except for the seafood. All his meats were tender and the lamb was delicious. At Texas de Brazil they don’t have seafood and we weren’t offered lamb there even though they have it. We filled up quickly and decided to pass on dessert. They didn’t have as many dessert options as Texas de Brazil but I don’t imagine people have much room at an all you can eat meat buffet haha. I cannot wait to come back and take my family members here. If I had to compare Texas de Brazil and Terra Gaucha, I would say Terra Gaucha wins. They have the same prices as Texas (maybe even better during lunch hour) but have more options for meat and hot bar, fancier-decor, and more accessible parking . However I am not putting Texas de Brazil if you love meat, you should try both places! But if you have to pick one, try this place! You won’t be disappointed :)

Great place , awesome service and delicious food. The variety of steaks here is amazing. You can have lamb chops, filet mignon, tenderloin, newyork strip, sirloin all kinds of steaks. The salads here are fresh and absolutely delightful. There are soups, fruits , breads everything. The dessert manue is separate but equally impressive. Honestly I didn't even order dessert because I was sooo full. You gotta be measured to enjoy this feast of steaks. The servers are very knowledgeable and well-seasoned. 5 star all the way.

We decided to hold our annual Holiday Party for 85 people at Terra Gaucha. Before selecting, we “secret shopped” a luncheon there. Let me tell you, it rocked! We only ate the salad bar - which isn’t “only” a salad bar. It is alone a meal. This salad bar would put the Ritz to shame. Impeccable clean, food fresh and the right temperature - hot food hot and cold food cold. Everything you eat is delicious. Service was beyond outstanding even though we only had the salad bar. On the day of our party - the management and staff was incredible. They met our every need and desire including catering to a couple vegetarians and kosher diners. We do this party every year at fine dining establishments- and this year our Physicians (we are a large medical practice) said it was the best holiday party ever. Our staff works so hard and looks forward to this treat the entire year - they were blown away. This is the only restaurant where we have had excellent service and it was perfect for the event flow. The meats were delicious - beyond delicious. I can’t even tell you how highly i recommend this restaurant for both individual dining and parties. I have been to Texas De Brazil for both and thus far exceeds it.

Everytime my family and I go here we always have a great time. We make it here about once a month for a nice lunch/dinner. The service is phenomenal and the food is outstanding! We've always had a great experience. Many different cuts of meat are brought to your table and they treat you like a king/queen. If you like pineapple, make sure you try the grilled pineapple they serve on the skewer, it tastes so good you wouldn't need dessert afterwards. Staff were on point and very courteous. But let's get to the food. I'd say it was very bland. All the steak cuts could use more flavoring aka salt. The bacon wrapped chicken was very dry and had absolutely zero flavor. The cheese bread was good. I honestly just come for the picanha. The mash was extra runny and definitely made from a box. Caipirinha was very sour but a little sugar fixed it.

This establishment rates better than Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil. The waiters come around with the meat with much greater frequency than the other two restaurants (almost to the point of delightful overkill!). Even at midpoint of dinner service, the “salad bar” still appears fresh and fully stocked. There was a much more varied selection of food at the salad bar than the other two restaurants also (sushi, cocktail shrimp, beef stroganoff, etc). Please open a Terra Gaucha in Baltimore!

Amazing Staff, Service, and Food! We travel half the year and have been to many Brazilian Restaurants! This has been the best experience out of all! We did not have to wait for service or food and we were having dinner at their peak service; at least 200 people. Amazing Staff! The Atmosphere was such a good vibe; so much diversity in cultures and attire, and everyone seemed comfortable. Lots of laughter in the air. Food was fresh and meats were so flavorful! Our main server was Ramiro and he was very attentive to our needs and wants. For a long time I've been a huge fan of Texas de Brazil. They do an excellent job but I have finally found a Brazilian churrascaria with a superior dining experience. The food is better, the wait is less, the room is quieter, there's no wait to be seated, the service is exceptional. Texas de Brazil also has a habit of over seasoning their meats. They do not fall into that trap here.

Most Excellent Sunday Night Dinner! Alexis A. was our principle waiter and he is a true gentleman, as well as perfectly adept in his role. We were a party of of 8 adults plus a toddler and an infant. Alexis and his team always had our plates and glasses filled, and they provided great guidance to us with advise and suggestions about the food choices. We will recommend this restaurant to everyone, and we hope Alexis A. receives a bonus from the restaurant's management staff!

Excellent Brazilian steakhouse! Tradition from southern Brazilian cow boys. Charcoal and sea salt, slow roasters and quality food make them a top Brazilian steakhouse. Great food and service, and a nice atmosphere. The quality of all of the meat selections is phenomenal, and even the salad bar is several steps above what you would find elsewhere. The staff is very attentive and there was never a time where I was looking for a server to bring more meats. If you leave your card flipped to green you will almost be drowning in meats.

This was my first experience at a Brazilian steakhouse. From what I heard, I guess the concept is similar from one to another. The servers are constantly bringing different types of meats around to all of the tables. Many many types of meats. They give you a little card on the table that flipped one way tells them you are ready for more and another let's them know to check back later. It's a pretty cool concept. There is also an extensive self-service soup and salad (and much more) bar you can go to as often as you like. The ambiance was nice, although I somehow managed to sit in the only seat that on this particular day of the year catches the sun setting through front door. No matter. The service is wonderful. Plenty of quality employees walking around making sure you have everything you need. I would recommend this place to someone who is a meat aficionado, as there are so many different types and cuts that a person with my limited expertise felt a bit overwhelmed. I doubt I even tried half of them before I was topped off. The server even brought a menu with picture to help me out, but full is full, so I'll be more picky the next time I go and try to get a bit of everything I want. I can say everything at the self-serve bar was delightful. We tried a blueberry mojito (not the exact name, but that sums it up) which was strong and refreshing. Multiple employees asked if it was my spouse's birthday (which it was), but nothing ever came of it. I was wondering if they do something for birthdays and it was accidentally forgotten. Also no matter. We ordered our a Crème brûlée and it was great. It was pretty crowded on a Saturday evening. I would recommend reservations. I think it is reasonable for a party of two with a couple drinks and a dessert to walk out paying around $150 which in this case feels acceptable. Definitely enjoyed my first experience at a Brazilian steakhouse and will come back for round two once my well earned stretch marks from round one recede. 2022 Update - I came back for my second time, and the experience was even better. I was more confident declining the meats I did not want and waiting for the ones that I did. I think the salad bar, the AMAZING salad bar, got an upgrade since I last visited. This would be a great place to bring out of town friends for a memorable experience.

Came in with very high expectations and left with unfulfilled experience. 1st of all, out reservation was at 8:30pm we arrived at 8:20pm and was told to wait 10minutes, 10min later we were told to wait another 10 min, then 15min. Finally we got a table at 8:50pm. Then we were told that side item of mash potatoes will be provided. Many people in our table waited for the mash potatoes, 30min later we were told they're out of mash potatoes. The main hot side item on their menu. This is like Burger King saying they're out of fries. And then to top it off, I went to the potato salad and guess what. No potato salad. This really make our visit unpleasant and unfulfilled. Now here is the good. The meat here are really good. Compare to Texas De Brazil, they are higher quality and better seasoned. I just wish they were run a bit better.

Lunch salad bar during weekdays is very affordable for the quality and variety of hot and cold dishes. The feijoada was excellent! The only issue was the covid Precautions not being enforced: customers not wearing gloves to serve themselves at salad bar, tables full of customers too close to each other, customers going to restroom without mask and even a customer walked in and stayed without mask all the time.

First time going to a Brazilian Steakhouse and I definitely encourage visiting this one. I really wish I would took more pics. For those unfamiliar, as I was, a Brazilian steakhouse is basically a buffet of steaks and protein. A meat eaters dream come true. Your given a coaster. Blue on one side. Red on the other. This is used by the servers to communicate rather your full or not. Several times we( my fiance and i) had to flip the red over to slow down the servers!! Just meats atop meats. And the salad bar is just as appetizing. And the salmon and shrimp 😍😍😍😍 Went for my ladies bday. They definitely helped to make her 32nd memorable. Even gave her a present afterwards. Cheaper than I thought. 3 drinks, seafood, salad and entrees, 140 with 40 dollar tip. Seemed like a value

This was a nice semi-fine dining Brazilian Restaurant! Our waitress was amazing and gave some great suggestions on drinks that would pair perfectly with our selections. I traditionally do wines. But the Brazilian based beer and cocktail was point on! The food came like a flood and there was no way to leave hungry. The $50 was well spent! Don't shy away because of the price. This place does have a coupon for a free meal if it's your birthday witch is great! You just have to go online and take a picture of the coupon or advertisement and show it to them and have three other people get the full service.

I decided to reserve a table at Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse to celebrate Mother's Day lunch. My significant other and I are definitely into different things when it comes to meals. I like salad bars with an abundance of veggies and choices of sides along with my entree. He mostly just wants meat and potatoes and is very content without all the extra fanfare. Both of us were extremely happy with the options and the service at Terra Gaucha. Even though it was extremely busy, the staff were all superb and we were never waiting or wanting for anything throughout our experience! They were incredibly attentive, plus there were so many delicious cuts of meat being served tableside. Each person carving was so excited about their particular offering that I kept changing my card from red to green so I could sample even more. The flavor and cook on the meats- steaks, chicken, lamb and salmon, were all tasty. I also could venture into different levels of cook on my steaks, which I appreciated. I used to be a well-done person and am always tentative to order a whole steak in the medium ranges. (They had pork and other seafood options- those are just things we don't eat- but they appeared to be well received by other patrons and definitely looked appealing.) Finding restaurants that are a win-win on all fronts is a bit of magic. This place checks all the boxes and will definitely be a date night/ afternoon spot for us. I would add this to my faves list. We will definitely return!

Everything was above and beyond my expectations. I have never been to a Brazilian steak house. I cant wait to come back. The variety of food was great and the flavors were spectacular. You can really tell that they prepare the food fresh. The service was exceptional. Our waiter Brian really helped to bring the whole experience to a new level. Very friendly and welcoming. He took the time to explain and recommend different items from the menu. The food servers were outgoing and pleasant as well. Ive been coming since 2018 and this is by far the most incredible and amazing Brazilian steakhouse to exist. Texas de Brazil doesn't even hold a candle to this place. My husband and I have been to several Brazilian steakhouses and I believe that this one ranks at the top! Unlike the other ones, this one offers grilled shrimp and salmon (with a mango sauce). Which was a true surprise. The service was phenomenal. We have 4 young children and the server actually brought out plates of meat already cut up for them. I thought this was very incredibly considerate. The price was around around $100 including 2 drinks, the children were free. The server (Simon) even brought out a complimentary dessert to honor my husband and I's anniversary❤️🙂👍🏾

Wow! So very good. Definitely go hungry as there is a ton of great food to be had. All of the meats were fantastic! Pro tip: try a few things before you get to the ribeye because it is perfection. Thoroughly enjoy the chicken, flank, and (great) pork without having to compare with that ribeye. 👌 It's is a bit pricey, with a 1-price all you can eat model. But, yeah. It's worth it!

The place definitely deserves 5 stars. The main course is endless Brazilian style meats of all kinds, filet mignon, brisket,picaña chicken,fish,shrimp,etc that is brought to your table on a non stop basis..there is a buffet with cheese,salads,soups and some other fillers..the restaurant's decor is beautiful with a very elegant and modern decor. The service is spot on and on par with other high end restaurant's..the price is definitely worth it (around $50 p/p) for everything you get. I give this place an A+ and definitely recommend it for any occasion. I will definitely be back.

Have to give this place five stars despite it being painfully pricey for your average person. Three of us, one regular alcoholic drink each for two out of three diners, with tip, was definitely over $200. On the other hand, you can eat all you want, and everything was delicious. Can't blame the restaurant for us not being able to stuff down as much as we would have liked! Tips: pace yourself, wait on the buffet, and give it time on the meats to come around. We missed some things because we got too full. The service was great, too- we never lacked for attention and it was fairly busy.

Meat Sweats!! Our friend took us out to eat here while visiting the Tampa area. We dined on a Saturday evening, parking lot was packed and had to park at a business across the street. He called two days in advance and the soonest reservation that evening was at 9pm, we took it. The wait staff is 5 star, almost too helpful. They give you a disk that is green on one side and red on the other. When you have the green showing, be prepared to be showered with troves of top notch meat being sliced by your side and place on your plate. All meats are 5 ⭐. There is a salad bar that really resembles a small buffet of everything you want to eat. Be careful, is you fill up at the salad bar, you won't have room for the rounds of meat that show up unannounced at your table. Drink service is awesome, what you would expect from such a venue, full bar with an experienced staff. This is a very popular restaurant on the weekends. Make your reservations early if you wish to eat at a normal dining hour.

Compared to TDB the salad island did not overwhelm me like TDB. Missing some key items. However the meats had lots of choices that TDB did not. Food was nice and hot. Can't say enough good about this place. Salad bar is excellent. They come around constantly offering meat, a few times even when our card was red (green means feed me, red means pause). Wonderful staff and delicious selection of food! The folks writing reviews on here saying they "only got chicken and fish" chose that option with their server when they sat down. I highly recommend going with the FULL service dinner and you'll see why this restaurant is so well rated. Our waiter was extremely attentive to our needs. All the staff made sure we had plenty to eat, including tender cuts of lamb and beef. While there were a lot of people, everyone was well spaced out and there was hand sanitizer for the salad bar. Pace yourself, we left stuffed! I was celebrating a new job with my spouse, and the waiter even brought out a complimentary congratulatory dessert after our bill! We'll definitely be back! Went at lunch time (it's much more affordable) but I'd go for dinner as well and not bat an eye on the price. It was so worth it. The full rodizio experience is wonderful unlimited meats. Of course some were better than others but they were all cooked very well. Also the salmon and shrimp options come with it if you get that full experience. The salad bar alone was excellent. My wife and I decided to try this place for our anniversary. We chose this place because it was one of the highest rated steakhouses in Tampa and also the number one recommendation from trip advisor. We were very pleased with our experience. The staff was super friendly and pretty attentive. Anytime we asked for a specific meat or something cooked at a specific temperature they had someone over within a few minutes. Everything seemed fresh and high quality. My favorite was the bacon wrapped filet Wich was melt on your mouth tender. Would definitely recommend and visit again for a special occasion.

Terra Gaucha has always been my go to restaurant when I am feeling an extraordinary meat experience. I enjoy coming to Terra Gaucha because of the plethora amount of mouth watering meats they have to offer. Aside from the amazing meats, the staff is extremely caring to their guests as they read you and truly offer an amazing experience. Cicero, who is one of the servers is hands down my favorite person there. Cicero always has a smile on his face and loves to make the guests happy. After coming in a few times, Cicero recognized me and my party and has made my experience so much better. I appreciate your awesomeness Cicero and I will be seeing you again soon!

Good service. Nice variety. Some of the meat such as the broiled shrimp and chicken legs was way over cooked and dry. Overall quite good especially since I could put the dry meat aside and get something else. Like any all you can eat it is easy to overeat.

Been here several times and we keep on going back… it's really great value for the money, the buffet is incredible - so well prepared and looked after...... All the meats are extremely salty, Not good for anyone's blood pressure lol..... But it's not like you will eat there every day.....

Had a great time an left eating more food then twice planned. ("Only for the fact that I didn't know about flipping the card on the table saying you want more, or your good for now.") I had it on green till the end an then I was informed about it. But, with food that good an it's always being put on your plate, who could really say no.

This is a very nice place with the open salad/cheese bar and then they start to bring meats to every table. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly. The sausages were spot on and the beef sirloin was to die for.. About 20 different meats are offered to each table and then comes out the grilled pineapple Yum-O!! NOTE: You will be stuffed like a Thanksgiving dinner..
