Nice place for Greek and Italian food that isn't expensive. The staff are super kind and the service is amazing and really fast! We got our entrees within 10-15 minutes. The food tastes pretty good and they give huge portions.

Hands down the best Gyro I have ever had and it was huge! Hubby got the chicken fettuccine alfredo and he and I are both in agreement that their alfredo sauce is the best we've ever had. We have traveled all over the country and this is our new favorite restaurant. As another review said...this is definitely Tampa's hidden gem! Our server Nina was amazing and the kitchen staff definitely knows what they are doing. 10/10 would most definitely recommend!!

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat after Busch Gardens. WOW! We are so glad we found this place. The Greek salad for one was super fresh and flavorful, and the fried fish sandwich was huge! We will definitely be returning soon!

Great family restaurant, good Greek food, reasonable prices, huge portions. We had the mozzarella sticks, lemon chicken and chicken and rice soups, and gyros. Everything was great. We saw people who ordered the Italian food meals and one meal looked like it could feed 3 people.

Best place we have ate on our travels through Tampa. My husband and I come to Tampa every month and don't know why but never heard or been to Stefano's it's definitely a hidden Gem💎 honestly if I could I'd give 10 ⭐ I would the atmosphere is relaxing as if you were at your parents house for dinner, the staff is so nice and on top of everything I didn't once have to ask for a refill. The food was AMAZING! Hot and fresh. The prices are not bad at all and the portions are huge. This is our #1 place to eat from now on when we come to Tampa. You will not go wrong with eating here. I ordered the chicken Napolitan and my husband had the baked lasagna both were very delicious.

Such amazing food! It was definitely the best Italian cuisine I've had in the bay area. I had one of the specials, the Scampi Seafood Trio, it had a large piece of grouper on top with 6 large scallops and 6 good sized shrimp. The whole thing was big enough to feed 2 people. My wife got the Chicken Napolitan, it had 2 large chicken brest pieces and large pieces of artichokes and mushrooms. We will most certainly be back!

This place is awesome. Me and my wife want to go and eat there. We have two kids but the kids don’t like the food they wanna pizza the manager let them eat the pizza there with no problem and we ate there like we wanted these people a really nice I recommend this place food is awesome.

Great food and good service. Lots of good food choices. Take out business seems quite robust and several people near by commented on how they like this place. We were able to find a table as soon as we came in, sitting wherever we wanted to sit.

This place is absolutely delicious. Highlight for our family was the chicken alfredo, with a delicious creamy sauce. The chicken parmesan was really good, as well. Salad fresh and chicken & rice soup was delicious. The only item that could use some improvement, really, was the garlic bread, which seemed to be missing the garlic. Staff was friendly, as well, and place felt clean. Was a much better choice on our vacation than some normal chain. Will definitely come back if we're in the area. Heck, we might eat here in two nights before we leave :-)

Best kept secret in Temple Terrace. Authentic food, servers know the dishes and offer suggestions, if asked and you can tell they have tried the dishes, not just saying what they were taught. Cook knows ingredients and it shows in the food he prepared. New fav for me!👍❤️

I'm very iffy on rating places 5 stars. This place very well deserves it. I got the chicken parmesan sub. Phenomenal. Also got the pita bread and tsaziki, best tsaziki ever and the pita bread was so fresh and fluffy. Will definitely come back when I visit Tampa! Waitress was very kind aswell. Food came out pretty quickly. If you want to try Greek food for the first time, go here. The dolmades is delicious.

If you are not super hungry, don’t come here! The food it’s not only extremely delicious, but the plates are huge. I ordered Salmón mimosa, this was the biggest salmon I ever had in my life! We all asked for doggie bags! Friendly service! Big tables. Good location. We discover this place on our way to an AirBNB. You won’t regret it!

Great atmosphere in the mural room! Amazing service 👍 but phenomenal authentic food full of flavor and love! We have lived nearby for years and tonight's first time has made us customers for the future for sure! So happy to see a mom and pop restaurant survive so beautifully in standards in these times now a days! We will be back with smiles for sure! I found this place searching for a place for dinner and hoped for the best. It's a friendly relaxed atmosphere with a homey feel. The menu offers a wide variety and prices are reasonable (lower than expected). The food was delicious. The friendly waitress recommended the smaller portion of spaghetti for my daughter, which we were thankful for since portions were very large. The seafood and pasta had plenty of fresh seafood in a wonderful lemon butter sauce. The fettuccine alfredo had a nice thick sauce with great flavor and the spaghetti and meatballs were just as good. This place is a little gem and we will be back next time we're in town.

A clean,cozy family style restaurant with good food and service. I had the gyro platter which included gyro, rice, garlic bread, and a little cup of chicken and rice soup and it cost $10.95, which is reasonable. The wait wasn't too long either. I plan on going here again to taste more delicious menu items.

They make the best grill chicken salad, I highly recommend this item on the menu. They also have a salmon salad that's the bomb also. The salad could be enough for two people. I've never eaten all of it in one setting. The waitress was very friendly and restaurant appears to be clean.

Always order take out from here while I’m at work. Always on time like they say, food is always delicious and they are very accommodating for those of us who don’t eat meat. 10/10 on anything I’ve ever gotten from them. The Greek for 1 is amazing with no ham. That’s my other go too.

I love coming here, prices are reasonable and the food is great.. my favorite is the gyro platter that comes with the choice of soup or salad....I also like the mini Greek and the gyro salad with the house dressing. The parking is a little difficult especially if you come during lunch time so being here before 12 is a better option....the service is good, except for this one lady with curly hair that doesn't seem to enjoy her job. You sit yourself down wherever you want.

My mom and I had dinner here last night and this is one of the best places to eat I have ever been to, period. She got the eggplant parm and I got the open face gyro plate and I ate until I thought I was going to die lol. Came into work today and told my coworkers about it. I mean the food was 10/10 hands down. I am very petite and should probably start eating here more often to gain some weight finally. Someone below said the food tasted canned????? You must still be suffering from covid side effects because there is literally no way that is true, like did we eat at the same place??. Waitress was very sweet but the food was just AWESOME! I am now obsessed lol.

I have eaten here four times in the last 3 weeks in groups of 5 to 12 people. Food and service were good. My favorites so far in those visits were their eggplant sub and the gyro salad with homemade tzatziki sauce. I also had a meatball sub and a sausage sandwich. They were good, but in my opinion, they could have used a little more sauce. Eggplant was the best I've had in a long time.

Tonight we had our family pre Mothers day dinner. It was our first time eating there. What a pleasant surprise this was. The service was polite and very on point. The salads ,with the house creamy greek dressing and the warm garlic bread and entres were superb. Portions were large and very tasty.the prices were reasonable and I very much will come back.

Excellent service and huge meal portions! My relatives who live in Temple T always drive by and say they're going to try this place and never do because they only do fast food (YUCK!), well, I finally put my foot down on a family dinner and said we were going out and made everyone come here. Their eyes literally bugged out at the portions (they usually share meals) and they probably had leftovers for a few days since they each ordered a separate Italian meal. Which means no one had to cook lunch or dinner for a couple of days! WIN WIN!! We all said we'd definitely be back, even though my husband and I who are food snobs said we thought the chicken could be more moist.

We went here on a Friday evening around 5 pm for a quick dinner. Service was good & I had the baked ziti. It was good & reasonably priced. It had a thick layer of cheese on top, & the sauce was marinara. I don't know if it is available with a meat sauce, but the marinara was very good.

This establishment always has great customer service and clean. The food is always good with the best flavor. We love going here. Also, the portions are really big. The side salads and regular salads are big in portion too.

Went there for lunch and had the lasagna and chicken parmeson. Portion was very plentiful but the lasagna tasted very "thick" with very little sauce. This left me with a full stomach but not with a desire to ever return as the flavor left a lot to be desired.

This is the best place my husband and I have ever found. We have been back at least 5 times now. The portions are huge. I usually get the grilled chicken alfredo and have enough to take to work for 2 days afterwards. The food is very delicious. The staff is incredibly kind. We come back every time we are in the area. Great authentic Greek and Italian food at reasonable prices. Portions are large, so go there hungry! The soups (we've tried the Greek Lemon Chicken and Chicken w/Rice) are delicious and perfectly seasoned. We ordered Spaghetti with Italian Sausage and Stuffed Grape Leaves which were also deliciously prepared and brought home more than enough for another full meal. Another time we visited we had the Baked Lasagna and Cheesy Garlic Bread which was just as good. Friendly staff, awesome service and the dishes were nicely presented! We highly recommend and will definitely be dining here again!

Incredibly generous portions for a very reasonable price. The food is incredibly good, and staff could not be friendlier. Wow wow wow!!! Best Italian in Tampa!!!!! We arrived near closing time and everything we ordered was cooked to order, fresh, and hot! I had Chicken Napolitan. It had 2 large chicken breasts, lots of mushrooms, and large chunks of artichokes. My husband had the special, Seafood Scampi Trio, with a whole filet of grouper, lots of shrimp and scallops. These dishes could feed 2 people each!!! Definitely will return!!!!

I've passed by this restaurant for years. A friend of mine invited me to dinner and I was blown away by the tasty food. Very affordable, homemade lasagna and spaghetti. I've been here twice in a week. Portion sizes is enough for 2 people. Very friendly staff. Tampa's hidden gem.

Food here is really good. That's were it stops. Call a to go order in, and your told it will take 20 minutes to prepare. Show up after 20 minutes, and the food you order is still not ready, After waiting 45 minutes for salads the food finally arrives, now you have to hurry, because you have to go back to work! Not sure why it takes 45 minutes to make a grilled shrimp salad, especially now with COVID-19 restaurant shut down. The place has more restaurant staff, then they have waiting customers. Too bad, like I said the food is good, but staff doesn't have the sense urgency on food delivery. That's ok, I'm done with the place! I'll find another establishment to buy food for lunch.

We drive from Brandon for this fun family-owned place. They have the best eggplant Parmesan (unlike anywhere else!), chicken Alfredo, crab cakes, gyro salad (with the most amazing house dressing!), fried fish, fried shrimp, the list goes on. The portions are large. The staff is friendly and service is good. **Sometimes their hours vary from what is on Google - we always check first before driving the distance!

The food is very good. We are treated well and our orders are always correct. I always take home leftovers for the next day as the portions are quite large. That way I don't have to cook for another day. Love all the vegetarian options. The fish is good as well as the eggplant. Really can't beat this restaurant.

Really great food! Not busy when we went so service was really fast. I had the Eggplant Parmesan. Husband had the Chicken Parmesan. Both my boys had the Fettuccine Alfredo. We all loved our food and the portions were huge. We all took boxes home. Hubby and I also had salads and they were super fresh. Definitely coming back to Stefano’s!

Found this place by chance and so glad we did! Went in today as they only serve breakfast on Sunday's. Food was very good and portions generous! Friendly service. I got the Greek salad and chicken and rice soup as takeout for lunch. I'd been meaning to try this place since I moved nearby. The salad was watery and definitely not the "best" Greek salad I've had. The lettuce needed to be drained properly. An unexpected lump of potato salad was served under the salad, so I couldn't save the salad for later without it getting soggy. The potato salad was bland and lacking color. The dressing was pretty good. The soup was okay. Not much better than canned Campbell's. The pita bread was soaked in butter. I was hoping for better food after seeing the ratings. It seems like the kind of place that's been around so long because of regulars who don't expect better food to be out there. Maybe I came in on a not so good day, who knows. I don't think I'd go back.

Love coming here! My family drive 45 minutes to come visit me and they always request Stefano for dinner. Huge portions and fantastic food. I've never had a bad meal. I would also recommend going for breakfast and trying any of their omelets.

This place has been a standout in Temple Terrace for years. They also serve Italian food and American food, but Greek is their best. They are hugely popular for takeout, and also have a nice interior for dining. The service varies - let’s call it friendly but sometimes slow - but you’ll see the same staff all the time, they are a great group of people.

Great food. Portions were enough for two people. We ordered three main dishes and each one was enough for two people so we had leftovers for two days (there was only two of us). The staff was great, the prices are a little expensive but it's well worth the money. I will go back here again.

Amazing fresh ingredients. Superior flavors, simple yet complex eating. I loved everything starting with the hearty, hot, and delicious chicken and rice soup. I slurped down every last drop. Not just because I was starving. The mini Greek salad is to die for. The lettuce crisp, tomatoes sweet, crunchy cucumber, tons of feta cheese and potato salad. Not to mention a homemade dressing you can't get enough of. I decided to go with the moussaka. I couldn't have been happier with the taste, texture, and amazing squash they served on the side. So many layers of delicious. Each just mending together like beautiful music. My boyfriend got the New York strip, with greek lemon potatoes. And they have such a tangy, delightful kick. Super cute inside, with wonderful wait staff. Cannot say enough good things about this greek Italian eatery. I love it. I am very eager to return. Do yourself a favor, go there immediately 😁😁😁.

Can't review their food, as I went in, sat down to eat, waited for a server to come, who never came. The place was empty,with the exception of one table. Server or an employee looked at me. She never said hi or I'll be right over. Nothing. I still waited after she saw me and she still never came. Edit: I returned to get take put and the food was fantastic and employee was extremely helpful. Everything is worth a second chance.

We accidentally found this delight. (In town to catch a cruise ship.) I had the meatball sub, husband the veal parmigiana. Superb! Portions were generous. Always great food and solid service even when they are extremely busy. On truly busy days parking may be a bit difficult, but the kitchen runs smoothly in their smaller environment than you'd expect. Greek twist on stuffed shells with spinache or their paninis make for excellent meals and leftover lunches as the serving sizes tend to be huge. Girlfriend says they have best tiramisu she's ever had!

This place is amazeballs and proves the old adage "quantity over quality" is crap. The servings are YUGE and very good. Had a chicken parm sandwich and it was hearty and probably some of the best I've had. Very reasonable prices and laid back. As in, real laid back. Where do I start? The eggplant parm was mediocre at best. A negligible amount of (if any at all) oregano, thyme, or basil in the sauce. Thank goodness for the cheese on top or otherwise I may have thrown it out. We also got one of the specials, The Seafood Trio. It was served atop very good and tasty spaghetti, but alas, there was no sauce - kind of dry. And speaking of dry, the shrimp and fish were drier than a popcorn fart. Cooked WAY too long. And the scallops were not seared as one might expect, but perhaps steamed. I've never tasted a scallop with a bitter taste before now. Time to buy some new, fresh scallops guys. I will say that the upgrade ($4.95) of house salad to Greek salad was ALMOST worth the price increase. Very tasty as always. The pita was pretty dang tasty, too. Will I go back? Meh, maybe, but doubtful.

Asked for their Chicken Parmesan with linguini (instead of spaghetti), and received a very LARGE portion of pasta and chicken (the chicken took up three quarters of the large plate). The presentation was spot on (the perfectly browned and melted cheese was the predominate visual element), and it tasted as good as any chicken parm I've ever had. Friend had spaghetti with meat sauce, and received a LARGE bowl of delicious spaghetti. Neither of us could come close to finishing our meals, and we are both big eaters. Brought the uneaten portion back to the house. Gave some to my father (visiting for holidays, who does not eat much lately and is VERY picky) who tore through it (which is a miracle in and of itself), and I had some for breakfast this morning. There's still enough left for another decent sized meal, but it probably won't make it to lunch. It's too far away for me to eat there regularly, but it would be my (close) second favorite restaurant (my first favorite is TacoSon, also on 56th Street in Temple Terrace). Matter of fact, they may now be tied for first place. Delicious!!!

I am so in love with Stefanos Greek salad for two that I order one to go every single week. I am a single mom, so sitting in the restaurant only occurs once a month. However, I make sure not to miss my once a week awesomeness to take home and devour. I also call ahead for my to go salad, and they are kind enough to bring right out to my car.
