We placed an order from our work,& we called to check on the dilivery. It was a bad storm out & their system was down, Our order was lost. NOT there fault. Not sure who I spoke to, but the gentlemen on the phone was super nice & took our order and went out of his way to make sure we had a great lunch. delivery was quick. The person who delivered our lunch was very nice. this was our first time ordering from there. The food was asolutly wonderful. We all enjoyed our lunch. Thanks so much and will order again soon.

Order cheese and pepperoni pizzas alongside truffle fries for date night. The man working was so kind and upgraded our pizza sizes for free! Service was timely and everything was hot and delicious! Definitely going again soon! Truffle fries were AMAZING!

I ordered the steep cheesesteak ahead of time. I was a little frustrated when my online order said it wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes but luckily when I arrived shortly after my order was placed it was ready. Great presentation, excellent food. It would be nice if they had air conditioning inside so you could eat there. Otherwise, five-star experience!

This was exactly what I ordered it was amazing. the pizza crust is just the amount of perfect crispy without being overdone the gyro sauce is really fantastic. I also had a gyro and fries but forgot to take a pic I ate it immediately... I ordered through an app called slice and even ordered my French fries extra crispy extra sauce on my gyro through the app and everything came out perfectly it was here earlier than expected even. Extremely happy with the food and the person who delivered it was nice as well

Ordered a cheese pizza. When I arrived the pizza just came out the oven. The dough was nice, crust had a nice texture. The sauce needed more flavor, and the cheese wasn't too bad. Was a bit hard trying to find the place at night. Overall the pizza was decent.

I order from Jays often. The pizza is amazing and the customer service is even better! Pizza is not super greasy, wings are great and their chocolate cake is to DIE for. I did notice the type of chocolate cake they serve that day changes, but both I’ve tried so far were nothing short of excellent. They are always so nice and if you do have them deliver they are quick, sometimes I pick up and that’s always quick as well. Great job Jays you have a loyal customer!!

Being for New York hearing a Florida place say by style pizza is usually a no go. But ordered any way and honestly pretty effing good. Crispy crust foldable slice and plenty of toppings. Delivery was within 5 minutes of estimated time. Will deff be liking them up again next time we are in town

True New York style pizza (this is coming from a former New Englander). Jay's is one of the best pizza places in the Bay Area. The new ownership (since late 2020) believes in delivering a great product and service with a smile. Great little place to stop in for lunch or dinner. We'll be back.

This is by far the best pizzeria my wife and I have been to in South Tampa and we have been to many. Our orders have always arrived fresh, hot and so tasty! The owner and staff are always friendly and once you meet them it is obvious they take pride in delivering a great and delicious product. I will always go to Eataly Pizzeria because to me there is nothing better than great pizza made by great people!

We are ordering our Saturday employee pizza's from this place and its always nice and fresh . I personally went their shop as well and the pizza was tasted even better because it was fresh out of the oven . Well I have read the reviews people complaining about an hour delivery which is market standard in the area and also if you are ordering delivery you should never expect to have the same quality that you would get at the restaurant. I ordered from Jay's for the first time tonight on grubhub and I have found my new favorite place! My food was delivered 10 min before the scheduled time, and their driver was the nicest man ever! I called right after he left because I stupidly forgot to tip him and spoke with who I believe was the owner and he was so very sweet! The food is high quality, great prices and the customer service is above aND beyond! I will definitely be telling friends and family about this place. Thank you so much !!!

My husband and i found this little Italian restaurant while we were jogging since they are just a block away from us. The owner lady recommended their meatball sub is delicious and informed that its the closest recipe to his Italian dad. Meatballs were absolutely delicious. It was juicy and cooked just good enough to keep all the moist in. I would recommend this place to everyone in heart beat. Welcome to our neighborhood guys. See you soon. Christina

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the pizza was PRETTY good. The man who answered the phone was very rude and did not know the deals that were being advertised. Although we were 8 minutes away, the delivery took an hour and 20 minutes. When the delivery driver got here, he was very eager to ask for a tip. Not interested in ordering again.

First time ordering from here and the pizza was delicious! However, the calzone was missing ricotta.. would have gave them 5 stars but a calzone is suppose to have ricotta! Let me know when you all start putting ricotta in ur calzone!

"Best pizza I've ever had" says my son. We just got half cheese half pepperoni so this isn't the best pizza review but it's my new go to spot. I'll definitely be trying a specialty pizza and other menu options in future. Cheese was good and tasty, dough and crust was a 9.8/10, and the sauce came light (perfect) but I'm a extra sauce guy so nextime. It's really good cold too, not all pizza is. Wings, calzone, and Philly here I come. 10/5/16.

By far one of the better pizza places that actually has really good pizza. These guys are from Italy so they know how to make Tasty Pizza. They also have other stuff too like sandwiches and pasta would highly recommend to anyone who loves pizza

I read the reviews before I ordered today because I haven't ordered from here in about 8 or 9 months but jus as I thought before....My Food Was F'n Awesome jus as it was when I first tried this place! I ordered the Lasagna & Caesar salad. It came with 2 garlic bread knots! Mmmmmmm!!! 😋 & the delivery guy was sweet...cute was too! Lol it did take a while but I was happy it didn't take 15 min & it was fresh & hot!

The pizza here is pretty good - not "wow," but definitely solid compared to a lot of the other slice shops in town and they have a good lunch special. However, I have largely stopped going here for one reason and one reason only: I typically eat lunch around 12 or 12:30, and despite the sign in their window that says they are open at that time, I have at least 5 or 6 experiences (out of maybe 10-12 times trying to go there) where the door is locked and no one is inside, despite the posted hours. If the management would either correct their hours so I know what time I can go there, OR actually open on time, I would probably start coming here again and give it an extra star. I have heard that there have been challenges keeping the placed staffed, which I sympathize with, but if there's no one there to open the shop, there should at least be a sign or something.

Our order: Chicken Parm, Cheese Pizza, Garlic knots, Key Lime pie & Tiramisu Chicken Parm was great. The portion was big & the pasta was prepared perfectly. The Cheese Pizza was a nice New Youk style. The best part was the cheese, usually with NY style the cheese is sparse, well not here. It was great coverage. Very good pie. You must order Garlic Knots! They are amazing. Great flavor, not swimming in oil/butter. Nice crisp outside and a chewey center. I haven't had knots this good in years. Key Lime pie was very tasty, however the slice was tiny. The outside of the slice was about 1 1/2 inches wide and quickly tapered down. I'd say to a small child's portion. Tiramisu, I wish I could tell you about it but it did not arrive with my delivery, I was charged for the Tiramisu. I did receive a slice of cheesecake. The consistency was great, not like a cream pic which seems to be the norm anymore. I like me cheesecake heavy, like a doorstop. This wan not that heavy or thick but was firm and creamy. I rated 4 🌟 based in the price/value was inconsistent for the desserts and also for receiving the wrong dessert. I do recommend the food, it was terrific.

After driving past this place everyday, but not having the time to stop in, I was finally able to stop for lunch, this past Friday. I am from Brooklyn, NY, and we are fussy about our pizza-they served me the best puzza I have had in the Tampa Bay area. I highly recommend this pizzaria.

I ordered(off grubhub). The food was awesome the delivery driver not so much. I only got one of my 2 liters I ordered. When I told the guy that I ordered 2 he proceded to tell me that there was only one on the ticket in an annoyed voice. So I have to explain to him that what i ordered had a 2 liter with it and i ordered a seperate 2 liter as well, he seemed not to really care. He went back to his car, checked the order and then told me he'd bring me another one. No apology for his attitude at all. After recieving my second 2 liter i opened it and it exploded on me. I think he may have shook it just bc I told him i didn't recieve it. Not to mention he tried opening my door both times he came up to my apartment.

As a New Yorker, I’m not sure what part of NY this style of pizza comes from? The pizza was very bland with only trace amount tomato sauce. Please ask Jay to go back to NY for some pizza, it’s been tooooo long since your last visit.
