Honestly, it's not badd but the amount of food for the price I definitely feel isn't worth it. Done quick yet still cold by the time I went home to eat it. Smh. Certainly expected better than what's shown for $20 but it is what it is. Everything is expensive these days but I wish they'd make it more worth it when we're generously tipping and giving our money to businesses. Other than that, decent service and food.

I have wanted to eat here for a while, and I finally did. The service was very good and the food tasty. The biscuit was a little cornbread-like, which while not a bad thing, was not what I was expecting. It did not enhance the meal. The eggs and home fries were delicious!

After having fasted the night before to get blood drawn, I was starving and looked for the nearest breakfast place. I came here and immediately was impressed by the vast arrays of breakfast foods and breakfast combos. They have 17 types of omelettes! I ordered the Lue's Triple Play which was three eggs; three slices of bacon; three sausages either links or patties; grits or home fries/hash browns; toast or a biscuit. My three sunny side up eggs were cooked right, the bacon was a good texture and the sausages were nice and tender. I went with the home fries which were well browned and helped me eat the rest of the yolks. The kicker was the biscuit. It was not the typical small round one that you never know if they made them there or not. It was rectangle shaped and on the larger size. Almost like a big piece of cornbread. It had a bit of a denser feel compared to the round ones which was a nice change up. It also was fantastic for soaking up yolk and was used to clean the rest of the plate. The coffee is mentionable too as it was a good strength, smooth and the sweet waitress was amazingly attentive at keeping it full during the meal. The place had a cozy, friendly, laid back vibe to it that I prefer over places like Denny's and IHOP. Now that I've discovered it as another favorite breakfast spot, I will definitely be returning soon.

This review was a bit more challenging than many of my other ones. We dined here on Friday 12/23/22. My wife and I were immediately greeted by the hostes/cashier. There were 3 maybe 4 other tables occupied as we arrived after the morning rush and before the lunch rush. The waitress quickly brought our menus and took our drink orders. Our coffees and orange juices came out soon after. Coffee wasn't anything great. Had that popcorn flavor many lower quality coffees have but it was drinkable. Our orders were taken in a reasonable time. My wife ordered the waffle combo. I ordered an Philly omelet add bacon. This is were our experience went downhill. It took over 40 minutes for a basic breakfast to be served. The last 5 minutes of the wait our food was sitting on the ledge ready for the server to bring to us but she was engaged in conversation behind me with a friend or family member. Our coffee cups had quickly gone dry during the wait but even after pushing the empty cups to the edge of the table to garner attention, they weren't refilled until just prior to our food being brought out. This alone would have taken off 1 star but then my wife's waffle was cold and with cold butter, couldn't be spread properly. She said it tasted and had the texture of a warmed up frozen waffle. The syrup was artificial, eh. My food wasn't hot but was better than warm. The only reason this place got 3 stars was because my omelet was cheesy and delicious. The icing on the cake was the bill, $42. 2 ppl. 2 sub-$10 meals, coffee, & OJ. No one was rude to us. However, serving their guests (at least this day) wasn't a priority either.

I like a place that does Togo orders. Especially when they make them right. It seems like a cheese omelet with hashbrowns and toast shouldn't be that hard but I find that from some places when I order the eggs don't have the right cheese, or hashbrowns are not crispy, or toast is cold. I ordered today and everything was perfect! Even the toast was still warm. I will order again! And the inside was so interesting looking I might even go back and sit inside.

The Columbian Burger was phenomenal. All of it was super tasty. Cute place to eat. The service was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they helped each other out. I highly recommend this cozy and charming hidden gem if you are looking for a feeling of nostalgia and delicious food. While I wasn't looking for a healthy meal, they did have options for that. I will definitely be back to try more.

We actually just googled her breakfast place and came across this restaurant. We live over in carrollwood so this wasn't that far. We came in and immediately were kind of almost distracted by the age of all of the people that work there. We had a really tough time with communication The food actually no complaints was actually good diner food. Just had a weird vibe that there was actually no one in charge kind of a thing. Not on our to-do list anytime soon

Food was very good, cooked well, served hot, good portion size. Cost has gone up since the last time I visited, now most omelets are $9.99, comes with a choice of side and bread. Ice tea and coffee are now $2.99. Service staff friendly. Not sure why but service was slow and when we walked in, there were only a few customers there. We waited to be seated, waited quite some time to order and then talked for nearly an hour before our food was served and had to flag down a waitress to ask for refills on our drinks. Don't go if you're in a hurry. I still suggest you give them a try if you haven't already. They are a well established family type restaurant and have been a fixture in Town N Country since the 1970's. It can get busy as the day rolls on. They close at 2pm.

Pretty solid breakfast place. I used to live in the neighborhood and went to the ranch house a couple of times a month for Sunday breakfast. My favorites are the corned beef hash. A few years ago they had 2 pancakes 2meats and 2 eggs for $2.99 now it's $4.49. It's well worth it. I like the inside its sort of homey.

Our server was very kind and was definitely doing her best to work with the situation she's in as the place seemed like it was a bit understaffed as we had a long wait to order/get our food. However the food was good, atmosphere is nice. The sides are a bit pricey but otherwise not too bad with pricing.

We love this place, the service is always so warm and genuine. The staff smiling so naturally is a good sign of the leadership and the product. The food is also really good. Those biscuits are fresh, fluffy, and so good. All the comfort foods you'd expect at a diner with an addition of Latin comforts this place is a home run. It closes at 2 just a heads up.

Excellent breakfast! Ordered the steak and eggs, medium rare and over easy. Steak was perfect and the yolks were just a little runny, exactly as requested. The french toast was scrumptious, and the bacon was crisp and meaty. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff was responsive and friendly. The interior was cozier than most diners, and very clean; the tables were smooth, not sticky. Highly recommended.

One of the best mom and pop style restaurants in town. The food is made to order and it's delicious. You want a quesadilla? Well they don't skimp out on the meat or cheese. Breakfast foods are awesome especially the eggs Cindy Lee. I highly recommended this place.

Great Latin American twist on the American diner. Fantastic prices on food. Not the best coffee and plain eggs aren't seasoned, but I find that's the norm in these diners. Anything else on the menu is delicious. Service is always good and the decor is just the right amount of tacky fun.

The food was the only good thing about this place. We arrived at around 11:30 and there were probably only 5 tables total. It took our waitress 10 minutes to come over and give us menus and then another 10 minutes to get us drinks and take our food order. All of the waitresses seemed a little irritated, none of them were really smiling or in a cheerful mood. Neither of us received refills on our drink. I even watched a waitress take 10 minutes to fill another customers drink order after they gave her the wrong one. The food is not even worth coming back here for, you can go somewhere else and pay the same and receive better service. The cook should not have to come up and cash us out because the waitresses are not paying attention to the register. I don't think we will come back here again.

Basic, affordable comfort food with friendly service. I have never had a cheeseburger with that much mayo (heavy amount on both buns). They redid the burger with no fuss. Would go again, but would get mayo on the side.

We were looking for a local restaurant to eat a late breakfast and/or early lunch. We found the ranch house on line. The staff was friendly and the food was good. My wife forgot to order her sandwich without peppers. They fixed her order without any hesitation or complaining. If you are looking for a local restaurant instead of a chain that has friendly people and good food try the ranch house.
