PDQ Test Kitchen is a fast food restaurant inside the PDQ Headquarters. It is located inside an office building, which is not exactly the vibe you’d expect from a fast food area. The service was good, but the prices seem too expensive for a fast food restaurant. I got the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich itself was okay. Good flavor, but the heat is unpleasant. The fries are okay, and the pizza had ‘sweet heat’. PDQ Has been a restaurant that has disappointed me over the past two years. Even by giving three stars, it feels generous.

The bee sting Lavash was absolutely incredible! The toasted garlic was a great touch. Staff were very friendly and service was quick.

Ironically, I never had PDQ until I moved to Texas. Fell in love with the food and so did my kids. Tenders are delicious. Have never had a bad experience at any location and the Test Kitchen proved to be on point, too. I had the Tampa Hot bowl today, and it was great! Had a little too many pickled onions for my taste, but the flavors meshed well and the chicken was tender and delicious.

It's pretty good for a drive-thru chicken place, but I still like Canes more.. but we don't have that here in Florida unfortunately. My PB shake had way too much peanut butter in it, but other than that all the tenders were hot and fresh, the sauces were unique and tasted good and the fries were good. The staff is friendly.

A small selection from 3 restaurants. Glory days, bare naked kitchen and PDQ. The staff is super friendly and the different selections are scrumptious. Definitely head over and check out something great you may never be able to eat at any of those spots.

Took my team to lunch today. The computers were down. The lady taking care of us was so sweet. She took care of our entire bill. Our food was amazing and came out quickly and correctly even with handwritten orders and a busy lunch! We got checked on many times. So nice and made our day. Highly recommend. Thank you! Food, location, and staff members are all wonderful! Today, I had the 4 piece chicken tenders with a side salad and a drink. The chicken tenders are between 4 to 6 inches long, coated with flavorful breading. The honey mustard lightly sweet and the ranch dressing have a flavor of garlic. I wish the price did not have to be over $10 for lunch. Whatever happened to the lunch prices between $3 to $5?

They offer the biggest smiles and the most generous welcomes, they all are very happy to serve. From the cashier to the cooks they all smile at you and encourages you to smile back. Very clean and a wonderful place to by lunch and spend time at to dine in or pick up a speedy snack before your lunch is over

Quite delicious but incredibly crowded during lunch time. Your standard white collar workers make the line incredibly long. Despite this, the staff handles it quite well. There are a few specialty things here but I stuck with the basic chicken tenders and fries.

They need to switch up their menu. Add more healthy food choices. Change their soups more often. White Chicken Chili has been their soup of the day for too many weeks. Makes you wonder how old it is. At this point, I would not visit their restaurants.

Serves the standard menu, plus more salad options, burgers, and pizza. The pizza is fantastic, and as always service and quality is top notch. Must-visit for fans of PDQ. And don't miss out on the reserved parking at the front entrance of the building!

They don't have a full normal PDQ menu, but they have things a regular PDQ doesn't because I think they also test for Wow! That's Fresh. So they'll be missing nuggets but have burgers. All their food is tastes great. I haven't had anything that tastes bad. Plus they get rotating test foods, like new sandwiches or salads. The people who work there are also really nice and will greet you by name if they know you.

I got the dinner to go last night for my son and his family, 4 kids and wife. They said it was excellent! My daughter in law just asked me to get the Meatloaf tonight for them as my son is a firefighter and is on duty today, so she won't have to cook and her and the boys will have a good meal after baseball practice. With 4 boys they have a very hectic schedule for them so this will really help them out. I also want to say that the service at R&D is great and the manager's Regan and Rick and staff are awesome, always friendly and smiling.

Glad a friend brought me here. I never knew it was there. Always service with a smile. The food is delicious. I've tried the buffalo chicken pizza and the burger blue salad. My favorite is the salad.

Loooove this place. This is the research and development place for PDQ and WOW burgers. They have the menu of both restaurants, plus other items that they try out and decide whether or not to roll it out to the restaurants. The service is great, and they're very organized for busy lunch hours.

Great hidden place. Eric runs a great ship there. All the staff is smiling and on top of their game. All the other PDQ managers should do a week tour in this store and learn how to handle a rush with near no issues.

Fast service and good food. Menu items not yet available on the regular PDQ menus. Willing to mix it up (pizza with Buffalo chicken pieces is nice to try) their grilled chicken salad is excellent.

I eat here a lot as we get comped from work - probably 3x a week or so. Usually good, especially if fresh. If you go towards the end though you are usually getting reheated food, which isnt anywhere near as good.

Always quick and courteous service. They get slammed from all the surrounding office buildings but get food out quickly. During peak hours don't expect more than 10 minute wait for most of their food.

Food is great, staff is all business, they are moving a line. They need another freestyle coke machine or maybe a separate machine with just ice to allow the tea drinkers to not take a place in line.
