Fun place with a great atmosphere. Great place for a lunch meet up. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were tasty. The type of fries aren’t really my thing but they were still good. The basic burger quality and taste was a 3.5 out of 5. Next time I’ll try more options on my burger.

It’s a very good Double Cheeseburger! Let’s break it down: perfectly griddled fresh beef patty. Fresh lettuce & tomato. A good thousand island-ish dressing. Good cheese. Requested onions grilled +$1 hmmm. Potato bun not heated, or ideally would be lightly toasted on griddle with that little bit of crunch around the edges hint hint😉The Black & Blue burger was on the same very good level, and both are messy in a good way.

Man, I got to tell you. I am a burger guy and even own a burger restaurant and this place is legit good. A lot of care goes into what they do. The burger meat is fresh, bucks are perfect. I didn't try the fries or shakes but they both look delicious. I would highly recommend anybody that wants a great fresh burger to come here

Gas station that serves hot food from Breakfast to Dinner up until 10:00 pm. Super nice store clerks that treat customers extremely well so it's always a pleasure on your return visits. Gas prices are the cheapest around here as well. Store has a great selection of beverages and tobacco products and snacks. Hot food is Take-out only.

Cool little tucked away gem in Seminole Heights. Great burger... make sure to ask for medium or it’s really well done. Delicious fries... good seasoning & crispy. Awesome milkshakes. A couple good local beers on draft too. Definitely a great place to enjoy!!!!

The food is pretty good but the atmosphere is so fun! The food is a bit pricey but there are games and you can enjoy the outdoors. It does get pretty dark though and there sometimes are kids running wild but it's definitely worth a visit!

Parking might be a little tough at times, but that's how popular this place is. Burgers, fries, and shakes are very good with good portion size and they have a few beer and wine options too. Kid friendly and plenty of space if you have a larger group. Very friendly staff as well.

Burgers, fries, and milkshakes! This is my boyfriend and I's go-to spot. The burgers are inspired by In-N-Out, basically elevated fast food which is a compliment. We love their monthly specials, always fun to try a new burger or shake. It has a super retro vibe with free games like bocce ball, ping pong, and shuffleboard.

VERY NICE! Awesome atmosphere with games for the family to play outdoor. Burgers are good. Single all the way and double with cheese only + 2 fries & 2 drinks came to $25. Burgers are not HUGE but if your really hungry you may opt for 2 (my 15-yr old son wanted a second one after eating lunch). I could have easily had another one. Fries were fresh & crispy. Only have ketchup packets. Would like the pump style in small containers even if they had to do it behind the counter. They only have can drinks & water in plant-based cartons. They do not have iced tea (sweet or unsweet) which is a bummer. Also means no refills. Parking can be tough however they have clear signs where overflow parking is located. Staff was polite but not over the top nice. Good sound system playing a great selection of music. Small indoor spot & mostly outdoor seating. Bathrooms were clean! Give it a try and leave your review to help others. I would recommend the place to a friends & family.

Fun,fun and mas! Genius idea! Adult meet up spot with decent munchies and inclusive vibe. Kids welcome too. Would be ideal for divorced parents to come w/ their kids. Food, games and beer. What a memorable time already! UFC fights can be viewed in their indoor dining area. Varied music played throughout the property. It is located in a residential/commercial space so, the joint closes relatively early on the weekend, 9 pm. And they are ONLY open F-Sun. Almost forces you to leave the house for some F. U. N. Their own signature chicken sandwich and craft brew. Bocce ball or table tennis. All n 1

My whole family absolutely loves NMM! Such a cool concept and atmosphere with tons of room for outdoor seating which is perfect during these times. Being from California I crave an in n out quality burger quite often... NMMs burger knocks it out of the park. Super high quality ingredients, every bite is delicious! The house sauce is perfect to dip the fries in, I ate every bite. Any negative reviews on here are most likely false and are trying to attack a small business over a piece of art the find offensive. NMM made the right call and explained this on their Instagram. As for me and my family, we will continue to enjoy delicious burgers and try to keep an open mind and listen to both sides before jumping to conclusions.

First time visiting. Right now they have a very simple menu; burgers and a chicken sandwich. From reading other reviews it sounds like they normally have a more varied menu. The virus is obviously forcing many restaurants to trim. We enjoyed our cheeseburgers, freshly made with thousand island instead of mayo. Fries have a light coating making them super crispy. For me, I thought the prices seemed about right and the food was good. I’ll be back.

Sooo Nebraska Mini Mart is not what I expected when driving up to this spot. The parking is where you can find it. We came here for a MindTheBap event with a live music and an artist. The event itself was all the vibes and definitely a good time. The venue had good snack options but only beer and wine. I definitely will look out for other events happening. What was ordered: Buffalo Cauliflower / Pineapple Cider Beer Buffalo Cauliflower = Very tasty and filling snack

Went here for the first time this weekend, and it's a really cool experience. The food is great, and the vibe is really chill. It's a wonderful place for kids, families and adults with free to play outdoor games. The seating area is outdoors and adds to the chill feel of the restaurant. The people that work there are great to talk to. It has a fun classic touch when it comes to the great burgers and hot crispy fries; it's almost like being in an outdoor diner 😀. I had a wonderful time there with friends and truly enjoyed the environment and food! I honestly recommend Nebraska Mini Mart for the fun environment, great variety of food, and fun outdoor games.

I enjoyed their BLT sandwich. The price is kinda on the expensive side. If you just order the sandwich, it would be less food for your buck than what you would get if you ordered from a meal from a fast restaurant, but the BLT was pretty darn good. They make you charge extra for fries-which we're good, but wouldn't pay again considering you're paying a lot for the sandwich already. It's a beautiful picturesque environment. The place is very relaxing, somewhere you would take your friends to get a beer and chill out.The place isn't what I would consider family friendly, the music is not clean and you mostly just see adults sitting down having a beer.

An eclectic exposed restaurant with a special vibe. They offer a wide selection of food and beverages. I had the Korean Cheesesteak which included kimchi, it was very delicious! The service was pleasant, quick, and efficient. A great place whether you’re in the mood for a beer, sandwich, or entertainment. Shuffleboard and Bocce Ball are available, for a fee. This matter is the only downside of Nebraska Mini Mart; it isn’t cheap. The draft beer was priced at a reasonable $6, but we bought some onion rings for $6. They had bacon bits, and a tasty sauce. However, there was only about a handful of them. But, overall, a great addition to the neighborhood!

Nebraska Mini Mart is simply awesome, which is what one would expect from the minds of Tampa’s Rooster & the Till. I live in the neighborhood and have eagerly watched this place get transformed from an overgrown, unused lot to what it is now. It’s the perfect spot for hanging out; great food and drinks, lawn games and shuffle board. Most of the seating is outdoors, but there is some indoor seating as well. The food actually has a nostalgic quality to it. It’s sort of a cross between elevated bar food and in some ways, transformed cookout food (their hotdog is the best I’ve ever had). I can’t wait to hang out here when the weather is cooler. Definitely a welcome addition to the neighborhood!

The amazing guys from Rooster and the Till have done it again. This space was an old rundown mini mart, and they have recreated it into a outdoor haven with shuffle boards and bocce courts. They offer a great selection of local brews and wine as well as small snacks similar to what you would find at any bar or street vendor, but more progressive and thoughtful. If you are familiar with Chef Ferrell’s style you already know he can’t put anything average out there. He’s always pushing the limits, even when it comes to street food.

The burger and fry's were good but the quantity to the price ratio was way off. This review is weighted heavily on the price being off. I think they are charging a lot for the ambiance which doesn't lend well to the take-out squad. Also they don't really have a special sauce or anything that makes them stand out other than their outside festivities (which are great).

This place is awesome! The food is great and the area is well maintained. 4 stars because young children are allowed to roam free and unattended (which I normally don't care about) but when the children start messing up games (grabbing bocci balls while adults are playing, kicking shuffle board pucks while adults are playing) it gets really old. This has happened to us twice now.

We ate there yesterday. 2 out of 3 our burgers were wrong. One was a Hamburger, no tomato and the other was a kids Hamburger no sauce. We received a cheeseburger and kids burger with sauce. The staff was happy to fix it. Everyone was finished eating and ready to go by the time we received our 'fixed food' that was still wrong with no sauce on both burgers instead of one. Its a little disappointing. Messy fries were really good.

I had been waiting to try this burger for about three months. I waited until after I visited Vegas to give this a try. I heard it was comparable to the infamous in-N-out burger but in ALL honesty it is wayyyyy better. The quality of the beef doesn’t come off like that fast food chain beef. The seasoning was just the right amount and the bread was nicely toasted. The staff was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was nice and chill. I will definitely be back!

Best place in the neighborhood for recreational games to play outside with friends, family, or sometimes the staff. Not really a sit-down restaurant but more of cute large picnic seating options. Greatest fries I’ve had! Also cold drinks including craft beers and neat sodas etc. all around nice place to hang around outside with friends while snacking and drinking. I mean it's a little overpriced. Like why not just be open everyday?? Food is delicious but just skip the fries and drinks and milkshakes they're too expensive. Get the sandwich to go and eat since chips or fries and drink from home to save money. Almost $19 for chicken sandwich fries and milkshake hmm

NMM has been exceptional since it opened! Their atmosphere is always welcoming, their music selections are on point, and everything on the menu is delicious. Since the pandemic started they’ve done everything they can to stay open, support their employees and our community by delivering knock out burgers!

Went for the first time tonight. The visit was something I was really looking forward to but I was pretty disappointed. I was completely taken aback by the fact the Mini Mart charged for lawn games. In my opinion, their higher than average food and drink prices should make up for not charging $6-$10 an hour per person for the lawn games, which include ping-pong, bocce, and shuffleboard. I only ordered dessert, which was the condensed sweetened milk ice cream. Taste wise the ice cream was delicious, but came almost all the way melted. Positives for this business include easy signage for parking including location of overflow lots, a TV inside a covered and air conditioned room, and a very dog friendly environment. I also enjoyed the music which was loud and fun for a weekend night. I do think this is not a kid friendly environment, so I would not recommend for families. This is definitely a fun adult night out.

Awesome place to hangout if you want to not just sit around at a bar. The outdoor games are super fun. Plenty of drinks to choose from, including local brews, ciders and more. Also love the In-n-out-esque offerings when they have them. And as long as some folks are leaving fake reviews that in no way relate to the actual food: please do not be misled by the attack of recent one-star reviews from people upset about a piece of art that was not in any way intended to be offensive. These folks have worked hard to help revitalize the community, and since the pandemic to keep their employees employed and their neighborhood fed! Love the Mini Mart!!

I had the best Low ABV cocktails of my life here!!! I also lived in this neighborhood as a young adult trying to make a life for myself. I am thankful for the energy and genuine love for our community this place brings. It feels like the best of the past and future of Nebraska Ave. 10 years ago I would never have thought I would be sitting in the grass with my 1yr old daughter in this long abandoned spot. Thank you for creating a place I can feel proud to show others where I came up! So much love!

I stopped by to support this restaurant because they were being criticized for their artwork. Turns out, the burgers and fries are quite good. I got the Impossible Burger (we eat mostly vegetarian) and fries for the family. I like a lot of sauce on my burgers, so I probably should have asked for extra sauce on my burger, but it was otherwise quite good. It was simple - lettuce, tomato, burger, toasted bun, and sauce. The fries were flavored and crispy. Also quite good. We got a shake as well, which wasn't amazing. We got the food to go, but the environment at the Nebraska Mini Mart was pretty cool. There was space for games, space to sit and relax, and I even saw people playing chess. Groovy vibe there. Finally, a note about the blasphemy claims. It seems like some of the employees feel bad about the artwork situation. If you're not familiar with it, the owners hired an artist to create some artwork for them (it's not their official logo). The artist copied the body of Ganesh, a Hindu deity, and put on it two alligator heads, but had it holding a beer in one hand and an orange in the other. They had the artwork for a while and sold it on t-shirts and such. Some people got upset about this because they saw it as disrespectful of their religion. Whether those people are coming from the right or left, I reject their claims about blasphemy. They need to learn what the First Amendment means - we have the right to say almost anything, and that includes artistic expression. The US is a secular country with a secular government. We do not have blasphemy laws because they are a violation of one of our closely held rights - freedom of speech. I have no personal animosity toward Hinduism, but I strongly support everyone's right to criticize religion or to artistically represent religion however they want. Trying to censor free speech by claiming that you are offended by what someone says is the very epitome of what it means to violate the First Amendment. All of this is to say, Nebraska Mini Mart - keep your artwork. We don't live in Saudi Arabia. We have free speech. People need to learn what that means. Stand up to the bullies and keep your artwork!

I had the chance a few weeks back to get my family the Burgers!! They might be more money then your used to pay but they are worth it!!! I am going back tonight but only getting the single the double is crazy big. Great food..great people and what a great business to have right here in the heights!!!! I am sorry to see some of the bad reviews but if you love BURGERS then get your butt in the car and get one!!!! Everyone at the front was so friendly and could not be more grateful that we where there!!!

Unfortunately, inhaling someone's cigarette smoke while trying to eat ruined the experience today. My husband and I came here for dinner tonight to enjoy the “cool” October evening. Pretty slow, being a Sunday night, but still a great atmosphere and vibe with super friendly and helpful staff. We ordered the charred corn, the Brussels sprouts, the messy fries, and the Korean cheesesteak. Everything was a hit- all delicious, with their own standout flavors, and totally different flavor profiles. We were also super curious and ordered both of the dessert options. Both amazing, but that sweetened condensed milk ice cream with butterscotch and coconut pineapple jam is one of the best desserts I have ever had. Overall, a great evening. Can’t wait to pop in more frequently now that summer is behind us!

We love the food, the atmosphere and that it is a great space that you can feel safe and distance as needed. The fries are TOP NOTCH and couldn't ask for friendlier faces or better service. This place is absolutely amazing and is a true gem in Seminole Heights. The atmosphere is top notch and the food is spectacular. The Honey Chili Dipped Fried Chicken Sandwich is out of this world.

Headed to Nebraska Mini Mart after reading the reviews and to support the new local spot. Staff is friendly. Music is good. BUT! Their food menu is small. I'm a vegetarian so i ordered fried oyster mushrooms and charred corn. Oyster mushrooms came in large fried clusters impossible to cut through with the plastic utensils the place offers and too messy to eat with hands. They tasted alright. Charred corn was just okay. The biggest disappointment came with their "mixed drinks". The place doesn't have liquor license, drinks are vermouth & sherry based, so although pleasant tasting are very watered down and small for $9 a piece. They charge a fortune!! to play ping pong, shuffleboard and Bocce Ball which is another downside. After all, spent $53 for two and didn't feel like it was worth the buck.

Really bummed about this being marketed as “In-n-Out” or in n our style. This is not even comparable. Please don’t falsely advertise this. Continuing to see social media posts by small local creators that seem to be sponsored as they all kind of say the same thing. Drove from St Pete, and as a California Native not vibing with the “in n out” burgers. The Chicken Sandwich was good and the vibe is cool, but the burgers are very basic and are not worth $10

So I guess a bunch of people with nothing better to do got triggered over a simple piece of art at the restaurant and posted a lot of negative fake reviews (see 1 star reviews over the past 1-2 days). I have been a patron of Nebraska Mini mart for the past several years and want to support them here. Pre-covid, Nebraska mini mart had a great variety of food but due to covid, they consolidated their kitchen and transitioned to a burger joint. The burgers are great and the fries are perfect, especially when followed by a milkshake. I regularly order delivery from Nebraska mini mart whenever I have a burger craving. The place itself is good for a chill afternoon or evening. They have bocce and shuffleboard with multiple tables to hang out at. I would definitely recommend Nebraska mini mart, and it's a shame some people have tried to hurt their business with fake reviews. Edit: to Nebraska mini mart: keep Seminole heights weird and don't pander to cancel culture. Art is art.

The concept is fantastic. Love the staff, the service, and the location. The food is still getting dialed in and they have a hard walk to educate people on why French fries are $10. I know these guys will make it work, and this will be a great neighborhood spot for years.

The concept is amazing. Wonderful place for social gathering with friends. I was greeted with a warm smile to accompany amazing service, and they do have options to help keep you cool. Btw, the games are free to play before 5 PM. The 2 reasons why I'm docking it a star are 1) the food is incredibly expensive for what it is and 2) while they offer plenty of fans and a small room with AC, they could explore the option for shade.

Well this was an experience! I stopped by because I had noticed the Bocce Ball courts a few weeks ago. I though,"Cool, a nice little neighborhood bar". Little did I know! The food is out of this world. I had the Korean Cheesesteak, and was not mildly surprised, I was blown away! The owner helped me pair a beer with my meal and I was most pleased with beer I would not drink in most cases. So anyway, the Bocce Ball courts. They are really cool and they have tournaments and leagues. Add this place to your bucket list because these people know what hey are done for!

Free shuffle and bocce. I always feel welcome there. Wear some sunscreen if it is really hot out because there isn’t a ton of shade but other than that one of my favorite places.

A jewel of a spot, completely fits the Seminole Heights area. The food is good blend of familiar items with unique twists. A definite stop that must be made. I love the mini mart!!! It’s such a unique space to hangout. The wings are INSANELY GOOD and the staff is even better. I like to go in the evening when it’s not super hot, but the inside room is always there if it’s too hot or rains. Great place!!

I always have a great time at this place. As long as you can park you're always rewarded with great food and outdoor space. Since moving back I stop in once a month, at least, to try out their monthly special. Can't wait to try their mart bra burger with shrimp on it and a shake with cake pieces in it (Portillo's anyone?).
