A beautiful place, run by beautiful people. I'm so glad I decided to try this place, it is owned by a very friendly man, and the woman who was working with him was very sweet too, possibly his wife. They talked to us the whole time we were ordering, asking us about how we found about them. So I'm very glad I can give them a glowing review. It was so clean, food hot, fresh, all looking so good. We got 5 different dishes, and everything was so delicious. The roast pork was tender, flavorful, and so much I could make two meals out of the to go dish. The sweet plantains were perfect compliment to my moro rice covered in onion. Definitely make your way, and eat 😊 can't wait to come back.

We have known the owner for several years, we live up in Wesley Chapel Florida and will make the drive down to Mandy's whenever we can. The food is always amazing. hot and fresh and if you want a good authentic Cuban sandwich this is the place to get it. The customer service is out of the world the owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The shredded pork over yellow rice and apicadilla are always the dishes I get if available so if you want some down home cooking I can pretty much guarantee you you will never leave unsatisfied

Stopped in here for lunch and got the pork lunch special for $7.00. on top of it being a very generous portion that came with two sides, the food was absolutely fantastic. I took 2 orders to go that fed a family of 4.

Some very nice Cuban food at one heck of a nice price. The plate is filled to the brim. I wasn't a big fan of the flan, a bit overcooked for my liking. The pulled pork and black beans a rice was fantastic. If you are ever on this side of town you got to stop by. Great Cuban food without the Columbia house prices.

Honestly the best Cuban food I've ever had in Tampa Bay. Catered a party and got to try a lot of their menu items. Phenomenal mojo pork, chicken and rice also fantastic, and perfectly seasoned black beans. Definitely give them a try...I'll certainly be back soon!

This place is an awesome place to go grab a delicious meal at an affordable price. All of their food is delicious. I have yet to try something from this place that wasn't perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend anyone in the area swing by for lunch or dinner. I love the seasoned rice and pork with plantains.

We were actually across the street and the restaurant we had planned to go to was closed! It was only luck we saw Mandy’s on the other side and decided to go there! The inside is quiet and there’s a line of food on the counter just waiting! I was afraid the food would have been cold or hard but I was dead wrong!! We got the rice, yuca, and roasted chicken. The moment we ate it, the food was so juicy and cooked to perfection! I couldn’t believe it! It was so good! We also ordered the cuban with pork and I couldn’t believe how juicy the pork was! I have not had a cuban like that in Florida that wasn’t Miami. The prices are so reasonable and they even had a drive thru! Honestly one of the best places I have ever been to and I am definitely becoming a regular.

This place has been here for 13 years and we just discovered it. Well thanks to google. Very welcoming owners. I tried the fish, but most likely wont again, cuz it was mostly breading. Sides were awesome. I will most likely go with the pork or chicken. All patrons seemed to be enjoying the food. Colleague tried the Cuban which was awesome. There is some issue with AC which I hope is temporary.

Best Cubans, best pork, and love their plantains. I have also tried several other things there and I am pretty sure you can't go wrong whatever you order. Very reasonably priced. And if you need some pep in your step after lunch order a shot of espresso.

I don't visit Tampa often, but when I do, I head to Mandy's. They are a simple, casual place and have a very limited menu. But the Cuban pork is on point from what I remember tasting as a child. Black beans and rice, of course! It gives me my Cuban food fix fast and efficiently. I can stay and eat there or get it to go. Love it!

Your basic Spanish cuisine served here at a reasonable price and adequate portion sizes. It's cafeteria style so food is served up quickly and you move through the line at a pretty quick pace. My roast pork with two sides and a can of Coke was just under $9.00. The pork was tender and had good mojo flavor but was a bit too stringy/shredded and my order of plantains was too old as they were hard and way too crispy. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Mandy's is a good basic no-frills Cuban cafeteria restaurant. Their food is good Cuban comfort food. They always have roast pork, beans and rice, yucca. There's normally chicken, beef, sometimes fish. I occasionally go there at lunch from work, and I'm happy with my choice every time. Don't go they're expecting fine dining. It's good, wholesome, working-class comfort food, and it's one of the best places for that.
