We enjoyed our food except for hubby he said the pork in red sauce was dry. The other thing I noticed was they charged us for a meal we never ordered! Called them & spoke to someone & they said to come back & gave me a meal to replace what I got charged for!

Absolutely delicious Cuban restaurant! Reasonably priced for large portions. Would highly recommend the moros rice, plantains, picadillo. Their papa rellenas (fried potato ball with ground beef center) are amazing. I usually do not enjoy tamales because I feel like it can be dry - but Liborio’s knocks it out of the park. We will definitely be back to try more.

Massive servings. Cafeteria-style Cuban restaurant. A half-dozen+ choices in each category: meat, vegetable, starch. Impossible to not get a combination that suits you well. Active, family-friendly dining area with separate full service bar-area, pool table, and even an ice cream station!

Just got all the way back home this morning to find out they did not again, put cheese on my breakfast sandwich. Three people were served before I even got my sandwich. Don't know why. But when I finally got it I should have checked before I left. Other than that the employees are always very friendly, and the food is excellent. I would recommend it

Shame the servers are always on a hurry because the food is delicious but seems too much pressure when ordering. Good business but they better take care customers better Becareful, they load up your plate with rice and a side so the main core dish or meat is served very small.

Hole in the wall type of place. But, exceptional food. I was overwhelmed by the amount of food to choose from. Ended up with their Cuban sandwich which was delicious. Granted, there was a long line to wait in but they may be because of the lunch hour. Regardless, try it for yourself.

We LOVE Liborios! The food is always delicious and they give you large portions to share or make two meals. The staff speaks limited English but are always courteous. The Cuban sandwiches are one of the best around. The rice and bean are delicious! I recommend any item in the menu... you can’t go wrong no matter what you choose. If Cuban food is your thing... this is a must visit location!!

We moved from the area in 2012 but still stop in everytime we come to town, I noticed on this last visit that the potatos and devil crabs were different😕 but the pork on the Cuban sandwich was delicious

This place deserves 10+ stars, hands down!!! The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. I've been eating here since 2020, and they NEVER disappoint!! They're jam-packed from the morning through lunchtime, I'm not sure about dinner, but I'm certain the lines are still long during those hours. Food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and made to order. Plus, you have a variety of choices to choose from. Btw, whether you eat there for B-L-D, you will always have extra to eat later.

If you’re looking for hands down amazing Cuban food- this is your place. Repeat this is your place! We ordered the grande combo-3 sides and 2 half entrees plus a side of morro rice for $14! What an awesome deal considering how mouth watering delicious the food from this place is and their generous portion size! Thank you Liborios! Will have to swing by here again next time we are in the area! 👏👏👏 Pictured: Goat, shredded beef, morro rice, veggie fried rice, tostones, and potatoes! Also I didn't get a chance to add a picture of the churros they make but WOW, just try them and you'll know what I am talking about!

Great food, but if you aren't getting something from the hot plates, it will take a while. This includes sandwiches. The parking lot is really small and there is debris from the construction around it.

Food was ok Cheese toast was good Coffee was good My husband loved the rice with cabbage Service was slow and the ladies were preoccupied amongst themselves. Once we got back into the car and got settled, we noticed she was so busy paying attention to the other ladys conversation she forgot to charge us for 2 separate items. No wait upon entry. Waited the longest for cheese toast. Huge assortment, everything looked good, nice full presentations in the gondolas. Plantanos maduro was cold. Chicken wings were cold. I prob would only go back to have cheese toast & cafe con leche specifically for breakfast only...and probably call ahead.

The food was good, big portions and cheap. The food was good, not great. Latin cafeteria style with Cuban style Latin dishes. The Latin music was extremely loud in the bar. There is seating in the restaurant, but it's difficult to talk to each other over the music. The servers are very nice and helpful.

I have been going to Liborio's for over 20 years and never been disappointed! Everything is delicious and there is such a variety to choose from. Buffett style and has a pool table/bar area on the other side of the restaurant. Highly recommend!

Great food and great prices! My son's favorite is the Cuban sandwich. He calls it comfort food! It is his number one choice on lunch break. You can eat in or out on the patio which is covered. They also have a buffet style order I which is served by the staff for you or you can order from the menu.

I never had a turkey sandwich that was so hard and dry in my life OMG. They do not I repeat they don't butter The outside of the Cuban bread when pressing it. Next time I will just request it. But they are clean everyone looked clean. Customer service was good.

Great food. Huuugggeee portions (I got 2 full meals and I’m a big eater) for the price. I got the chicken, black beans, and yellow rice. Chicken was super flavorful but honestly the rice and beans were the star. I could have had a whole thing of just them. My wife got the pork and it was cooked well but bland in terms of spice. Cafeteria style ordering and I will say if you do not speak Spanish and are unfamiliar with the cuisine it may feel overwhelming, especially since they are usually busy. You gotta make a choice and get going!

This place is amazing. The customer service is excellent. I feel like I am at a family’s restaurant when I am dining in. The food is very delicious and they are very generous with the portions. It is very inexpensive and they have a lot of varieties of food but if you do see something on the menu that is not Spanish for example teriyaki chicken do not order that because most likely it’s not gonna be good. Been there done that.

I visited 2/20/21 I love there food however while I was waiting on my order I observed 2 of the cooks behind the open window with their mask below their chin. They were also talking to each other, that was a big turn off for me. It will be a long time before I visit again.

Delicious lineup of freshly made Latin dishes. The combo is my favorite to go item and you get so much food. The ground beef is so good and seasoned to perfection, the fried rice is what I usually get and man it is just delightful. Between the mashed potatoes and sweet plantains you can't go wrong with either as a side. The service is super fast and the staff is full of friendly faces. A definite must visit on any occasion if you're in the area.

Impossibly good! Seriously this food is amazing, the portion size are not stingy and the prices are top notch. The ladies behind the counter are absolute sweethearts. Everything about this place is good. There is a reason often times the line is out the door. If you haven't ate here yet you are missing out!! The amount of food you get compared to the price gives it the best value there is. Truly an amazing place to have around. If you are really hungry and in the area, make sure to stop. I visited here with my husband and sister. There’s many food choices for good prices. They are very professional and friendly. They give you big portions and taste very fresh. My boyfriend love their potatoes balls and rice pudding. The reason why I only give this place a four because we went to order their Cuban sandwich, it wasn’t too tasty. It tasted plain and simple like a Walmart sub. But overall, I would recommend people to come here and try it out. Also, cozy atmosphere and pool tables to hang out and chill with friends and family.

There food is good and they have generous portions. The reason I did not give an extra star is they charge you a .50 cents meat surcharge for pork. This was okay during the beginning of Covid pandemic but pork prices have gone back done since then. I would suggest going to Fresh Market in Riverview as they do not charge surcharge

The food is awesome, you always get more than you need so left overs yay! I have had many different meals here and I have never been disappointed. Bathrooms are clean as well, the only down fall is the music is loud but if you like Latin music then you are good.

This is spanish food at its finest: authentic, delicious, hot and flavorful!! The servings are more than enough to share or have for later. Although they seem to always be super busy, they move you through the line rather quickly. It's certainly a treat for me when we're in the area because I know we're going to stop to pick up something scrumptious. This is one of my FAVORITE spots.

Amazing food! Portions are huge for the price, and the bread is complimentary. Staff isn't very warm/friendly (got jumpy when used the wrong cup for the soda vs water when I paid for one of each), but the staff gets the job done. We go for the food!

Talk about a highly efficient cafeteria style restaurant!! This food is made fresh and served daily!! This restaurants been around awhile and they know their business! The restaurant is very clean and the food is outstanding! I highly recommend the Cuban sandwich and devil crab! When you get there parking can be a little tight and when you walk into the restaurant there may seem to be a long line but it's worth the wait. The line moves very quickly because all of the people behind the counter are multitasking constantly. I have seen them make sure that all of their customers are thoroughly satisfied and happy.

The food was GREAT!! My husband normally picks up our food from this place but for the first time the other day, he asked that I go. I was surprised to see all of the variety of choices. It made it so hard to decide what I would eat. The restaurant was clean, the staff was super friendly. My only pickle was how people were just hovering in the door trying to order on top of my daughter and I as we were being tended to. Two different old men nearly trampled my child as they were trying to push their trays past us, asking us to move even tho we were already being tended to and were clearly there first. That isn't the staff's fault, but I would recommend a divider of some sort so that people dont push past and on others as they order their food. Other than that, my arrow blanco con chicarrones y platanos and pencil and Cuban sandwich were all made perfectly and they were delicious. We will be back for sure. We just hope it isn't as crowded next time around. That food tho, it was seriously delicious and the restaurant itself was kept clean.

The food is delicious, the people are wonderful, pick-up is quick and painless, and you can dine in if you'd like. It's a fast-casual setting, so kind of like Chipolte where you can walk through the options of food and check out at the cash register at the end. I highly recommend this place. I ordered pick-up, and it could not have been easier. Lovely.

Food is great could be better plus the couple times I've ate here I have had a hard time hearing the servers behind the glass talk to me. I would give a 4 but for some odd reason I don't like the vibe in this place, more on the spiritual side of things, most the tables are too small and the food could be better compared to good home style cooking. If you're in the area and feel like eating Spanish food then go ahead and give this place a chance, they might surprise your taste buds, in a good way lol.

One of the best Latin restaurants in the area. Normally get breakfast they have great breakfast sandwiches. I stopped in to get a Cuban but the other options looked too enticing! Ended up with roast pork..yellow rice..black beans and plantains. They continually refill foods. I was lucky enough to have gotten there as almost everything had just been refilled. This place is great. You get a lot of food, I usually share the large combo with 1 or 2 people. The shredded pork is my favorite. Somare the stuffed potato balls. So good... the service is usually great and the place is pretty clean. Sometimes there are flies, but not because the place is gross. Just florida. There is outside seating and a bar which I have never gone to. I just go for the food. It's not the most fancy or beautiful place, the aesthetics could use a little help. But I like it that way because it feels more like a spot for locals. Their yuca is great as well!

Well I just moved to town and was looking for a spanish place to have a quick dinner with my son. I have to say that the food was delicious, a little expensive for rice, beens and carne molida. What I did not like from this place was the attitude of the servers, they don't seem to fit in the Florida spirit, she was not a very pleasant person and I attentively look at the rest of the employees while I was eating and they are like that with all the clients. When we go to a restaurant to spend our money we at least like a good customer service, we are not coming to eat for free or asking for favors. Not even one of them took the time to thank me for my visit, even when I did try to make clear it was my first time in the place. One of the ladies was waiting for me to pick my tray from the stand and literally she was just telling me with her eyes to move the tray instead of kindly direct me on how things work here. I usually don't take the time to write reviews but I really think the food was great just that the manager have to give a little training on how to treat people the right way. I see that the management team read all the reviews, I hope my review help you develop your staff's customer service, I work in a bank and for us customer service is our priority. Att. A new Tampa resident who will love to refer people to your business.

My family has been coming to Liborios for over 15 years would be my guess. I can even remember when they were in the same plaza but on the opposite end before they moved and upgraded their restaurant into what it is now. The food has always been superb and my favorite is their shredded beef with black beans and rice. Everything on their menu is delicious espcially their mango shakes as well. The only thing to be aware of is traffic flow of customers inside the restaurant as the line will be lined up to the door between 11am to 12:15 pm on weekdays. It can get very busy however the line servers get the line moving very quickly and they do a great job not over extending you wait. Occasionally you will also get a noob to the restaurant who doesn't know how the line works and will slow you down if you are behind them but if you placed your order you can just go around them to the cashier it's a fairly normal practice from the regulars of the restaurant. Overall this place is fantastic!

I've been having lunch and placing catering orders here for years. Quality is great, price is very fair and serivce is fabulous. Roast pork, picadillo, yellow rice and beans are always a winner.

Let me tell you — we stopped here because there is a big ass sign that says CHURROS in that strip mall. Then you have to figure out who is selling the churros because there is also an incredible bakery there. But the churros are here — at Liborios. They come freshly made, no wider than a pencil. A dozen for $3. You will be very happy you stopped.
