Visiting from out of state; the name is what brought us in and the food will definitely bring us back when we visit again. The peasant potatoes are amazing! Most places have bland hash browns but these are perfectly seasoned. Had the country fried steak and it was super fresh. The breakfast burrito is huge! Great atmosphere, despite being a little loud due to echoes off the high ceiling. Service was great, shout out to Denise!

I may live in Orlando, but Le Peep is worth driving an hour out of my way for! This amazing breakfast/lunch/brunch restaurant has all the breakfast classics that you could want, prepared perfectly with some awesome additions that make you want to return. Number one on that list for me is the gooey buns. These delectable bites of perfection are English muffins covered in butter and cinnamon sugar and topped with slivers of almonds before being broiled. Holy cow - these are the best things EVER. Everything else was also cooked perfectly and tasted great and service was amazing. Can’t wait to come back and hopefully they return to Orlando!

Great breakfast!! Eggs Benedict were sublime...perfect proportions egg to hollandaise to ham to muffin. Son loved the crepes as well. Definitely will go back. Also, as a bonus, service was outstanding as well and the restaurant was very busy.

First time here but it won't be the last. Hubby is the Eggs Benedict connoisseur and says, hands down they are the best around. I had the biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs and potatoes. It was good, however the next time we come I do want to try something else. (I had suggested going out for breakfast and wanted biscuits and gravy so that is why I ordered it.) As we sit here waiting for the check, we are already planning our next visit!

We've eaten here several times and every time it's been takeout. Every item that we've tried has been very delicious! Even my picky eating child loves to eat here. The place appears clean each time we've gone inside to pick up too. We also tried their burgers and those were delicious as well. I'm confident whatever you try, you will enjoy it!

Such a terrific breakfast place, we ordered four very different dishes and everything was delicious. Would recommend that they figure out what gluten is and put gluten free recommendations on the menu. (My kids probably don't have careers in photography)

This was exceptionally great food, it's only been opened a little over a year and their food is fantastic. We had the Salmon eggs Benedict and the scrambled eggs kids meal and both did not disappoint! We will def make it a point to return more often.

Place has good parking.Easy to get in and out.Food is priced higher but so is everything else. We ordered a kids item, a pancake sandwich, and breakfast burrito. The burrito had lots of filler potatoes. There's a conversation to be had knowing you don't like potatoes but you never know what chef out there has figured it out. Chorizo didn't taste like a quality chorizo. Pancakes tasted like Bisquick. Very thick, very meh. The meal didn't resemble a sandwich at all. Bacon was good. I'm on the fence might go again and choose an omelette. Seating is kinda tight

Rock lobster scramble the most amazing breakfast dish I have had in some time. This place is clean, staff is amazingly friendly. Leah was great. The food was quickly served and surprisingly tasty. This will be my regular breakfast spot from here on out. I am very glad we stopped in this morning.

Food was good and portions generous. Lots of choices unless you are allergic to eggs like my husband is. We enjoyed the caramel macchiatos and the gooey buns. We will definitely put it in our rotation of breakfast places.

I must admit. It took me a moment, but then it clicked. Le Peep, is an homage to chicken and hence eggs. This place after all is a brunch spot, and a great one at that. Really appreciated the diverse menu. The food was amazing. I had the berry granola pancakes. #yum

Food was good. I was served a carafe with water at the beginning. Which is very good. I ordered the food and it was delivered in a timely fashion. When I completed my meal, it took the server a few minutes to realize that I was done and needed the check. Overall it was a good experience. One thing to note, it is extremely loud in there with conversations and needed some noise dampeners.

My favorite weekend brunch place and the only place my kids want to eat at ALL the time! Very fast service, even when they're busy. The staff is always super friendly. I've pretty much had everything on their menu and haven't had a bad meal once. My favorite is the country fried steak, get it with extra gravy if you can risk the calories.

Loved everything about this place, especially the menu, except the noise level. Every surface is hard, so sound amplifies and echoes. The bigger the crowd, the bigger the noise, and you can't even move a chair without a loud screeching sound. Go for the food and the service, but be prepared.

Great experience, Candace made us feel welcome as soon as we were sat down and always had the thing on hand (syrup, creamer, sugar, etc.). Food was some of the best I’ve ever had, I had the Stuffed French Toast and my cousin, the Hen Pen. Just awesome, upbeat, and friendly place, definitely recommend!

Ordered Signature burger. After an extended wait I received onions and lettuce burger. Missing bacon, cheese , tomatoes and sauce. Poor for the $12.99 they charge.

(10/17/21 visit) Had the panhandle hash, churro French toast and vanilla cappuccino. The chopped turkey, sweet potatoes, bell peppers and onions blended well into the savory taste. The churro French toast tastes like you would imagine it to. The bold cinnamon flavor and crusted edges were amazing. The cappuccino was flavored to perfection. I look forward to coming back and trying other menu items.

Good breakfast can sit outside as well open till about 2:30 on Saturdays and Sundays and 2 o'clock on weekdays. Several gluten free options and they work with him but great food it is well. The staff was very helpful and very nice.

Way too pricey for a salad with some lettuce and chicken, barely any other toppings that they stated were on the salad. Based on the Salad and the dismissive tone of the takeout person, I would ONLY come back for convenience.

Very nice spot for a brunch. It is clean, well organized, staff is friendly and attentive. The food was really good and prices are fair. My only wish is for them to bring in some vegan options (vegan pancakes, crepes, waffles, just egg for egg replacement and vegan cheeses) I do appreciate the vegetarian options as well as the fact that they offer plant based milk for their coffees.

Their place in Tampa is very big. They've been there for about a year and still seems like they just opened. The servers were quick to take our order and the food came to us super fast! Good coffee (Lavazza) and they also brought a huge carafe of water too. Big portions = happy tummy. We loved it and will definitely go back!

What an amazing place for brunch. I went there with my husband and two friends, and we wanted to try everything, so we did. The food is delicious and creative - cinnamon roll waffles, churro french toast, pancakes, eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, sweet potato fries, and more (including lunch foods). The food came out fast, the service was great, and the place is adorable. Alex (the chef? the owner? the manager?) came to our table to see if we needed anything, and I joked that they should make a specific food creation, and 10 minutes later he presented our table with that creation (and it tasted like heaven). Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed.

Jessica was very patient when we placed our order. She explained some of the items on the menu. She was kid friendly and catered to my grandkids. But, one thing I didn't care for ... Some of the gentelmen that were cleaning the tables used a wet rag, that they carried around in thier abron pocket... I didn't get why??. I didn't see them sanitize the tables... I will know for next time! Besides that... the food is great, portions are just right for the price.

Very good food. I love the Tex Mex burger. They recently took it off the menu but they will make it if you request it. It’s a burger patty with cheese, pico de gallo, scrambled egg, hash browns and their home made pork green sauce like a molé. Delicious. Food is fresh and well prepared.

Being from Chicago I know a good food taste like. I have been in Florida for a year and it's taking a really long time to find places that really have great food Le Peep's is in Chicago and I've eaten there many times and this restaurant is as good as their Chicago partner they give you a great selection the prices are worthy and the staff is quite nice so yes if you're chicagoan and you want a good breakfast this would be the place to go because truthfully Florida does not understand good food they only understand corporate food

This place is great!!!! I had the mini veggie omelet which was anything but mini so come hungry. Lots of gluten free options if needed, and the country fried steak is out of this world. Standard breakfast place. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was okay. I had the aspen fruit blintz. Way too much cream and really sweet. If you love sugar this is for you. Me, not so much. The friend I was with did not care for his skillet potatoes either. The pancakes were good. Coffee was tasty. The plus is this place was not crowded.

Love the modern farm feel of this place. They serve Lavazza coffee which is a quite a bit better than your standard diner coffee. Portions weren't huge which is a plus. Healthy and flavorful. Definitely make a stop here for breakfast or brunch.

I had the most wonderful opportunity to try this new upcoming breakfast, brunch & lunch restaurant! Let me just say I was really craving a nice breakfast this morning and they had everything I wanted! It was absolutely the most delicious eatery I have ever visited. Employees were all kind and helpful, always checked how the food quality was. Which I will admit was the best service I’ve had at a restaurant ever! My man and I have officially made this our Saturday morning breakfast spot! The environment was great, & lovely decorated! Everyone in the Tampa Bay area should try this place out, it definitely is a sunny place during this crazy storm of 2020!

The waffle was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The batter flavor was sweet and delicious. I only wish they had put fresh blueberries on top, instead of frozen. I would definitely go back to try another dish. The staff was also super polite.

Really nice breakfast spot thats got friendly staff, fast service and good food. Pancakes are amazing. I suggest avoiding the aspen fruit crepes unless you ask for the enormous amounts of ricotta on the side. Other than that dish was a great experience.

Im origionally from Indiana, so was super excited when I saw this place being built. Watched and waited - was on pins and needles till it opened so I could go. Had bragged about how amazing the food is. Sadly, I was super dissapointed. Food was same ol same ol that I can get at most breakfast places. Now granted - I did not get any of their specialty items - but even every day things are usually above the norm at this place - not the day I went apparently. Food was luke warm. Potatoes and gravy had a "this is NOT home made" taste. No flavor or seasoning on either as well. All the food was bland tasting. On a positive side - the interior is lovely, and they are perfectly set up for social distancing/covid mandates. There is also dining al fresco. The service staff was cheerful, warm and friendly as well with just the right amount of attention given. However with the dissapointment on the food for the cost paid. I will not be returning. And thats a darn shame.

I love that they opened a Le Peep down here in Florida, growing up in Colorado back in 1999 this was my family's go to breakfast restaurant, I absolutely cannot wait to go & reminisce over a great breakfast!! The food at Le Peeps never disappointed!!! Stay golden!

Not impressed with the portions of meet placed on my sandwiches their was only one single slice paper thin on my sandwiches and for turkey apple brie costing 10.95 .. sandwich should have meet on it to match your pricing. The service was good and food was good I will give your place another chance, but as for now 3 out of 5 stars because of your portions of meat for your sandwich. The French Toast is AWESOME!! Fast friendly service. Our food arrived in 6 minutes!! I can’t believe they have pork green chili! The breakfast burrito is huge and stuffed with pure deliciousness. I have searched for a restaurant with this since we moved to Florida and their recipe sets the bar high! What a great addition to the breakfast/brunch market! Today, once again, I had the best breakfast experience at Le Peep Florida. The place is exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly and attencious. The food is always fresh and flavorful, the kitchen always quick and make the eggs just the way I like them. They are following good safety guidelines, such as table spacing, mask usage and cleaning after each guest leaves their table. I will surely come back again, and I recommend this place to everyone!

This place is like no other I have ever been to. Their kids chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and juicy with great flavor. Their burgers are made with high quality Angus beef and cooked to perfection. My "Wanderer" skillet was so good and the eggs on top were perfectly cooked with no slimy white stuff and just the right amount of yolk. The latte was even made with just the right amount of everything. Friendly attentive staff. Decent prices. Oh and their French toast churros with the sweet dipping sauce were to die for. I'm going back, a lot. It was that good.

We got it togo last time and it was decent so we went for dine in today and was not impressed for the amount of money. What was good: service, gooey buns, Belgian waffle, smoothies, eggs & coffee Not so great: noise level (this normally doesn’t bother me but it was so loud trying to talk to the person you’re dining with), ham in the eggs Benedict & bacon both tasted “off”, hashbrowns & potatoes both tasted like frozen style & had been sitting out for a while and while the churro French toast tasted good, it was only 4 sticks for $5-6.

Best teamwork service anywhere in Florida. Checked on our table 11 times during our visit. Everyone did something. Took dishes, got coffee brough food asked how meals were, general questions of need or want Simply fabulous attention. I would expect to pay much higher prices in a upscale place like Le Peep but it was so reasonable. Will go again and again. Don't wait go try them out today!

My boyfriend and I have come here several times for breakfast/brunch and we are always so pleased with our experience! The food quality is fresh and consistent, while the service is always super friendly and quick. My boyfriend is gluten sensitive, so he is obsessed with the GF waffles and other GF options they offer. I'm so happy to see that this family-owned business has continued to grow since opening. We will definitely be back and will continue to refer friends to give them a try!!

I was on my way to Nicki's and noticed this spot and said, let me see what's going on. I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed the Sunrise Decor and pleasing personalities of its employees. Vintage Decorations are given life with a Potpourri Color Design, strengthened with a Large Screen that posts wonderful images of the Bay Area. All of this seeps into your skin and when you order and your food arrives, you understand that though we don't Speak Spanish, we do KNOW this will not be the last time we come here. I promise you - when you have time - come PEEP Le Peep!

Has great potential, but fall’s short. We ordered 2 sandwiches off their lunch menu and both were underwhelming. Bread was wet and the chicken on the pesto sandwich looked like it came out of a frozen bag with artificial grill marks and all. We also ordered the chicken noodle soup also which wasn’t great either. Soup was watered down. Their breakfast is good, but lunch not so much. I’d have to say First Watch far surpasses LePeep in both flavor, a freshness.
