Google led us here and it was great. Nestled in a strip mall of stores, once you step inside you feel like your dining in the bayou. We sat at bar and bartender was attentive and friendly. There’s sports on in the bar and the restaurant is nice and very clean. Appetizers consisted of delicious raw oysters and fried clams with sweet potato fries. All amazing especially the house made cinnamon butter for fries. Yum! Dinner was snow crab and shrimp with the spicy crab sauce. Messy, we’ll cooked, and tasted great. Come check it out.

We were seated right away. The food was amazing!!! Tiffany our waitress was so friendly and nice!!! This was my first time having a seafood boil!! I hope I can find one just as good in the Philly area!! We will definitely be back when we visit FL next year!!

Great food and not too packed. No wait time on Thursday evening. This was the only place that I could find close to us w/crab legs. We ordered one special A combo w/an extra snow crab and sausage added. It was plenty for both of us. I don’t eat a lot, so maybe the average person might want to add 1-2 more extras for shareables. It should be plenty for 1 person. Crab cakes were a little well done, but still had a great flavor. Parking in this area is a little cramped & not appropriate for big rigs or towing. Bathroom was alright and restaurant appeared to be clean enough. Waitress was very accommodating. Service was pretty quick. The guy who made my drink was a little friendly and flirty which made me feel some kind of way while at the the table (not the bar) with my husband. He seemed like a happy fellow though.

Before and after pics!!! I am so happy to have found an excellent Cajun food restaurant. It was so delicious and the best thing to know is you get to eat with your fingers and wear a bib!! Great drinks too, in house made Sangria was right along with the great food!!!

Greetings was very cheerful and welcoming. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Drinks from the bar were on point and the food was super delicious. Most definitely I will refer this place to my family and friends or anyone looking for a good and delicious Cajun seafood.

The quality of the food is always great. While seafood in general is expensive to eat out their prices are also quite reasonable. They also have a full bar if you want to enjoy a cocktail with your meal!

Simply the most delicious seafood boil I’ve ever had. Came out pipin’ hot and fresh. Reasonably priced. Fantastic service and accommodating. Eat here. You won’t be disappointed. I got snow crab, shrimp, and crawfish with the Cajun/Butter seasoning and “hot” level. Simply perfect.

Food was great, the hot and crazy sauce was a little salty but over it was very good tasting, food was super hot, spicy, and delicious.. service was excellent... only thing I had a issue was there was way to much juice/oil at the bottom I had to dump the sausage dry to even eat. If it came a little dryer or even half as much juice it would excellent...

SOOOOO GOOD !! We have been to so many of these same restaurants, decided to try here. Everything was very clean, decor was cute, and the food was phenomenal!! The crab slid gracefully out of the shell, the potatoes were perfect, crawfish delicious, and everything else was just GREAT! We were used to the portions at Crafty Crab so we accidentally ordered enough food to feed a family of 4 lol but worth it!

This is truly a gem in Brandon, FL. First to say, our server (I do believe her name was Missy) was absolutely phenomenal. She was so attentive, fast, and friendly! Second, our food came out amazingly fast, hot and so fresh. I have traveled over the USA and have had 5star seafood boils in Hollywood CA, Cleveland OH ……. Hot and Crazy really blew me out of the water with the taste, portion, overall atmosphere was just amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys seafood.

It has been a long time since I’ve seen good service. The food is amazing fresh hot. The shrimp and chicken wings is to die for. They even help put a combo together for me that just melts my heart who changes they menu. If I can say again great service and Justin you’re the best

It’s a hole in the wall spot that was well worth the trip. We love Mr. and Mrs. Crab and as soon as we walked in, it was like that but more mom and pop and quality . The food…. Amazing . The server was hilarious and he explained everything to us no problem. The price was good for what we got as well. Definitely a must visit spot .

Very nice seafood broil restaurant. You can choose from several choices and/or create your own. Pick what you what, choose your sauce and choose your spice level. If you are a scallop fan, I definitely recommend them. Large sea scallops with lots of flavor. Friendly service.

Looks like a fun place to get creative with some crab! The tables look like the front row at a Gallagher comedy show! Remember him? Smashing watermelons and everything else with his sledge hammer? The owners apparently know people are going to be getting down to business! I was solo on this first visit, without my Fab One, so I kept it simple. Leaving something to look forward to for our next visit. (Especially based on other reviews. Crab! Crab! Crab!) Be aware, the focus on the Cajun part of their name is SEAFOOD. Crabs of all kinds. Mussels, Shrimp, Lobster, Scallops, Clams. No Jambalaya, no Gumbo. But it appears as though they nailed the seafood part! I started out with that classic New England Clam Chowder. It was served in a foam cup, I would have preferred no foam, but hey. The consistency of the soup was thinner than I'm used to, about like a broth. The best clam chowders I've had are a heavy, creamy potato and clam filled mix. I will say there was an abundance of clam flavor in this soup. I followed this with a simple order of Coconut Shrimp. I got 8 shrimp for just $8.95 and they were absolutely delicious. Plenty of coconut crunch and sweet shrimp yum! I'd definitely order these again. Evan was my server. He was very polite, called me Boss. LOL He made me feel like a valued customer. As I walked around to leave I saw a whole lot of finger licking seafood picking going on! Tables topped with mounds of crab, shrimp, mussels in a traditional boil style with corn and potatoes. The aromas were intoxicating... I can't wait to come back, with my Fab One, and a raincoat...

Customer service started off rocky because when we were seated it took a while before a server came to our table, but afterwards it was phenomenal and the food is really good. Just wish it weren't so pricey for the amount they give you. But that's most seafood places.

First time being here. We were sited immediately for a party of 2. The sauce that comes in the food was really tasty. Better than other seafood restaurants I've been at before. The price was even more affordable, the mussel were also bigger and the crab legs sweet. The only cons is that there are no desserts.

I gave it 5 stars because the place looks good, service is good, food was ordered and out in less than 10 minutes, and overall the atmosphere is good. Areas of improvement: The Hot n Crazy crab special sauce was a bit over powered with lemon pepper. In addition they are higher in cost than local establishments in their specific food category. And they did serve smaller amounts than their competition. My husband and I will go back a few months from now, in order to get a second review.

Awesome place to take family and friends if you like crab. The king crabs a little pricey but OMG it's awesome. I've been 4 times and each time I've enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for crab lovers.

I took my family for lunch on Valentines Day. It was clean. The customer service was excellent. The food was great. The calamari could've been better. Everyone including my 5yr old ordered the Combo B. My 13yr old tried the Double Hot N Crazy sauce 😆 it cleared him out until the summer time 😆 🔥 We will return for another lunch date to beat the crowd. Enjoy!

Harrel was a great server. Very attentive. My wife had the fried shrimp basket. Shrimp were perfectly cooked and the batter is very good. Fries are crispy. We had the crab cake for appetizer. Good flavor and will get that one again also. I had the crab, shrimp & sausage bowl. Had the house sauce, and hot spicy level. It was perfect. Love it. Very messy, but incredibly flavorful. I lived in New Orleans a while, and I like it spicy and hot. This is probably too hot a level for most people. I would recommend stepping it down to medium or mild if you are just in it for the flavor. We will be back. One of my new favorite restaurants out there.

Delicious! Best customer service with a good sense of humor! It’s fun, welcoming, and friendly. My boyfriend and I decided to do a seafood boil type of night, so we come here to try it out. Best seafood boil ever. The price is super reasonable and you get your money worth! Very good, I recommend coming here and enjoy a messy, but delicious dinner! We ordered 1lb of snow crabs, 1lbs of blue crab, 1lb shrimp, and 2 1/2lbs of crawfish with hot and crazy medium spicy sauce. Just perfect for a date night.

This place is very nice, great atmosphere, very friendly staff and we were seated quickly. Food came out fast and hot. I don't like Cajun spices, so they offered me a garlic butter seasoning instead. Ordered the snow crab legs and 1 pound of blue claw crabs. Snow crab was very good, but the blue claws were small and all females, which to me is a little frowned upon. It's my understanding you're not supposed to keep any females that are caught. They didn't taste fresh. Probably cooked and put on ice and then reheated. Not sure if that's truly the case, but that's what they tasted like.

In searching for lunch time take out today I was passing by and decided to stop in. I did not realize this restaurant has been here for over two years.I can say what got me going YAY was the presentation hands down! The restaurant is very clean and well decorated with all the symbols of the sea. Customer service is A-1with smiles that hug😊 I'm thinking this restaurant is best known for the spice which I really didn't entertain on most of my order. Maybe that is why in my opinion the food was somewhat under seasoned. I just loved the ambience so much I will be back for drinks and to try something different on the next visit. 👍🏽🖤

Went for a family birthday party, here is my experience: ✅Customer service was excellent ✅Food was 7/10 but I’m biased since I live in Puerto Rico and eat much better seafood. ✅Cleanliness was great at tables ✅Bathrooms were super clean 👎Only issue I can find is the room for private parties needs to be much bigger to accommodate more people. 👎 Tipping is fixed into total bill for large parties which sucks. 👎 A little bit expensive for what I ate

This place is (in the words of Snoop Dogg) The SHIZNIT! Pretty reasonably priced, friendly staff, great selection. My wife and I had a great time. The 1 and only negative was the price of bottles of domestic beer. Domestic lite beers for $7.50 a pop is ridiculous no matter how good the food tastes. But that being said, I'll still go back. I'll just be drinking more water.

The food was great and my server whose name is Tiffany was great. She check on me multiple times, to make sure everything was okay. The man I think was name Franky brought us our drinks. Me and my friend and I didn’t like the way the drink tasted. So we ask for some different. Franky came over to us and said nobody never said they didn’t like my drinks. And which we replied.we didn’t like them. And can we just have a strawberry daiquiri. At this point franky start get all high strong like he couldn’t believe we didn’t like them the way our drinks tasted.He struggled his shoulders and said nobody has ever told him his drinks weren’t good. So instead of going back and forward in the restaurant, around other customers. I simply just said can we just have two soft drinks instead. Franky was like yes I think that’s better because I make my drink different. And walk away. I just felt uncomfortable with the whole conversation. Never had I been to an restaurant and the bartender didn’t try to even help fix it. But rather do nothing at all. And then said to me as I was leaving. Next time I’ll have somebody else fix your drinks not me okay. Lol and the guy works in customer service. But decided not to even ask us is there any thing I could add or do Differently to the drinks but kept asking was it that we didn’t like about the drinks and said he don’t understand and being nasty about it when we told him it just tasted different and it was okay .but he folded his hands and made it a really big deal .but instead of apologizing and saying okay .

Service was outstanding! Best corn I have ever had. Great portion, good flavor. The menu is very easy to navigate. It was my 1st time at one of the crab in a bag places. They did not disappoint. Full bar available as well. Price was I believe avg for what you would pay at these seafood places. I recommend getting a combo if you never been. At first I thought it seemed like a little but I was stuffed and still had food left. Thumbs up!

If your ever in town and looking for a great vibe for a drink and eafood. Our waitress was everything. It was my bday anf im so mad I forgot her name. She had ort blond hair d was a ball of joy. She help make my bday so special. From the time I walked in she jumped in my picture. She recommend a drink I wont forget the punch bowl so funny I put it on my FB. She even had the cook make me a small sake with my name on it. Please give her a big hug for me and a raise. She truly made my bday special. The crab anf shrimp bag was delicious. I told her to tell the cook he need to be arrested for the sauce. She said thats a woman honey that even made it better because we rock. The food and vibe people at the bar clapped and sang happy bday with the crew. Loved this place.

As a third party driver I do quite a bit of business with them, which says something all in itself. The manager/owner? is amazing! He has been manning the counter, hosting, taking to go orders and cashing out orders. The food has always been quick and correct. I love working with them so much I have tipped them my own money because they make my job a breeze! If you haven't been go check it out! I highly recommend it 🙂

We ordered enough food for seven people and had a pretty good taste of the menu as a result. I had a cajun boil with blue crab, sausage, and crawfish. It was perfect. The total was a pretty reasonable $120. That's not bad for takeout for six adults and one child. Not a single person had something bad to say about their meal. Great seafood at a reasonable price is hard to come by so we'll be ordering again soon.

But I waited for a refill for a long time & I was eating spicy food, I wasn't happy but I think our waiter was brand new to being a waiter so he was learning (we all have been brand new at something). Took my mom here just the other day, she loved it ! Food was great ! They prepare the food to your liking. Do not be fooled by the name of the restaurant, the food is not spicy unless you order it spicy.No spicy for mom but I had spicy ! Place was nice and clean. Servers were friendly and polite. Very good seafood. I get the Combo A and the flavor is always consistent. However, I've noticed recently that the price increased by a couple of dollars and the food portion decreased. The crab legs and shrimp have been smaller in size. Also, the portion of sauce is less than I'm used to as well.

The manager and staff members were extremely friendly. Everyone was very professional and wanted to make sure to meet our expectations. The only reason I am giving it four stars best because the spiciness of the seafood is not as spicy as I would have hoped. If you’re looking for something with more of that hot, cayenne-like kick, it will not be very strong here. But as far as the staff and environment, excellent service and great experience. Thank you so much for providing your excellent services to us.

Me and 7 of my family members went to this amazing seafood restaurant to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation this Sunday and Baby let me tell you the food was amazing the service was exceptional! The have a great bar and private room for larger parties! But the star of the day is the amazing seafood, fried calamari, catfish and shrimp, the sweet potato fries and seafood boils. I usually add pictures but it's so good I never think about it. I've been twice. The first time I went in and ordered. Masks on, sanitizer available. The person who took my order explained everything and gave me an accurate wait time. The seafood is well priced and large. Second time I ordered over the phone. By the time I paid my order was coming out. Restroom was clean as well. One note....the corn was under cooked both times. I'm not taking any stars from it because I don't come for corn but it should be fixed.

Was seated immediately after walking in. Waiter was very attentive. Made sure our cups were full. Order the 1 lb shrimp, 1/2 lb scallop, and 1/2 pound sausage. Food was a bit salty but was great. I love seafood and if you do as well then definitely check this place out! It's awesome having a spot like this in Bloomingdale with great pricing for everything you receive. If you're with someone who doesn't enjoy seafood then there's a small selection of other items they can enjoy, like chicken wings. Will definitely return!

Amazing! If you love seafood boils and Cajun flavor, stop reading and go. Now. Edit: Had one of the make your own options and chose the shrimp and snow crab legs with the Cajun seasoning. It was insanely good. If you love to eat seasoned seafood that could potentially burn the hairs off your chest, you’ve found the right place. The mild seasoning will make your mouth tingle and isn’t bad at all, so if you want to feel a real kick at least go with the moderate seasoning. After that, I can assure you it’s going to be an experience. I knew this place was going to rock when they have buckets, paper towels, bibs, and even gloves to handle the food. 😂 I’m definitely heading back here soon. Pros: The food is amazing and there is a bar with multiple TVs. Your choices of seasoning and level of intensity is also a very good thing. Cons: No beer on tap, bizarre location in a shopping center that you could easy never see/find, and yeah, it’s gonna get messy so prepare yourself!

New business in remodeled space. Aesthetics nice. Seafood menu w/Asian flair. Lunch time had few diners. Wait staff courteous. I questioned the fried selections & was assured they were lightly breaded. My fried oysters were overly greasy w/moderately heavy breading, masking the taste. They were served over nicely seasoned cajun fries that weren't crispy from being served under the oysters. I may give this place another try but not order anything fried.

Service was good. Food was great except the blue crab. It taste old and extremely mushy. It was so bad we couldn't eat it. The rest of the boil was great. I recommend the Hot n crazy sauce! However both our stomachs have been trashed since the middle of our dinner. For $85 bux I expect my entire plate to be edible and not be tore up from it. Perhaps it was just a bad batch of crab idk. The snow crab was perfect.

We had such a great night. The food is amazing good and fun. Their Hot and Crazy juciy sauce is the one to get. It is a combination of Cajun sauce, Garlic Butter sauce,and lemon and pepper sauce. So damn good! I created a regular shrimp no head and snow crab leg combo with the hot and crazy sauce. For about $24 it also came with potato and corn in a bag. It was ahhhmazing. My husband had the same but with a lobster tail. He normally takes an hour or more to eat, but it was so good to him that he finished it in a few minutes. His was $30. Definitely recommend!

It seems that quite a few of these Hot Crab places have opened up lately so we decided to try this one out. Pretty good according to our friends from Thailand..we were a group of 8 service was good , but kitchen got behind, 2 of the orders came about 20 minutes later than the rest of coarse one of those was mine! Most of us had the crab, crab legs and sausage combo, pricey but crab legs are expensive. Messy too! Anyway did go back a week later and ordered takeout 3 combo dinners for my moms 89th birthday . Frankie set us up, picked up and ate at home where nobody cares how messy you get!

Seafood Boil at it's best and tastiest! The number one thing I appreciated was that pork was not standard, the ala cart approach was perfect for me because, one can select which items were in the boil. You can also select the level of seasoning and which flavor. We will certainly be returning.

I called ahead of time to make sure we would be able to dine-in as it was quite late. We were able to dine-in at 9:30pm. A couple was just leaving when we arrived otherwise the place was empty. Very clean restaraunt. I ordered D. and my girl ordered A. on the menu. D. Everything in my order was great except the potatoes for some reason they tasted burnt even though they didn't physically look burnt. The seafood tasted extremely fresh which I love. Being a pescatarian I knowww when seafood is fresh. I suggest this place even though it's about 30 mins from where I currently live I'll still travel for it. Once they market the place more it'll be busy from the time it opens to the time it closes
