Great place to get boba tea and something light. Love the fusion bowl which is rice lightly seasoned with soy sauce topped with bacon bits and sliced avocado. Really like the tea because they don't make it sugary like all the places that I've been to. Great service even when busy. Good food.

Stopped here on a rainy Sunday, the Beef pho was excellent, but the broth at Bamboozle is a little better. The dark oolong tea w/ boba was devine.

excelente food and service! my kids and I were leaving from a restaurant on the same block very unhappy. I was a little upset because i didn’t even had a good coffee and my breakfast was awful and this place was open and i ordered coffee and eggs, avocado toast and both of them were very good, my kids order chicken pho and it was delicious. The guy who assisted us was extremely kind and the place was cozy

I have no complaints this is something light on the stomach everything is completely fresh & tasty . I love the quality of food & warmth of the restaurant. I was very impressed as a first time customer. I cannot remember exactly what the name of my meal & fusion drink was but I have some great pictures and I will visit again soon.

It’s a good place for Vietnamese lunch. The spring rolls and other items are very fresh! Enjoyed the items. Busy but quick!Banh Mi sandwiches could have used a little more meat. The teas are worth the visit!!

Food was okay, but too expensive for what it was. Udon was a little salty, but flavorful ..the actual noodles were good. The gyiza was deep-fried and tasty. Service was professional, but not particularly friendly or inviting.

This is the best restaurant I tried in Tampa. The Tofu Pho had fresh and various topping that tasted so yummy. The juicy beef was also amazing. This is a perfect restaurant for Asians and Americans. I would like to try undo noodles next time. My American husband had the beef bun bowl and found it very good. In addition, the price is great and the place is clean.

Food was ok I tried the teriyaki chicken pretty fresh veggies and white rice. The chicken is light on flavor as well. I also tried the Thai Thai that was ok as well kind of bitter but boba was good. Overall so so good

This place is delicious! I love how they have sauces at the table to jaz up your bowl. This place gives you silverware and chop sticks. Smells nice in the restaurant and in the ladies room (apparently not in the men's room...) BUUUUUT our server today was rude so that was unfortunate. I'll still go again though for sure. @emmas_oddyssey

Really really really good. The pho was Phonomenal, the broth was really good, perfectly cooked noodles. The spring roll was on point, great dipping sauce to go with it. Clean place modern open plan and friendly staff. Definitely recommend and I can't wait to go back! The ice green tea was very refreshing.

Meal was decent, but lacking in taste. I had the salmon with a teriyaki sauce (salmon piece was extremely small for price). The springroll appetizer with lemongrass seasoning was a better choice. My girlfriend had the Udon noodle dish and said it was just "OK"... on the flipside, service was solid and the menu was varied.

The mouse tea was tasty and good amount of sweet. The tea bear was cute and strong tea smell (like it). I will come here again. It located in downtown, but the price is reasonable and worth it. Unfortunately, They only open for 6 hours.

The service was fast and courteous. The boba tea was really good and of good quality, boba tasted fresh and had a good chewy consistency. I got the Taro flavored milk tea with boba and purchased the bear separately. Im from out of town but I do see myself driving back just to get some boba.

Legit the best pho I’ve found in Tampa - including Thinh An. The broth is so light and flavorful it is amazing. Typically I add hoisin and sriracha at other places because the broth is kind of plain but never here. (I know you’re not supposed to but sometimes I swear it’s just chicken stock at other restaurants). Just a hint of spice and plenty of anise! The noodles are just right and never clumpy, and the beef in the beef pho is always perfectly cooked. The bubble teas are also delicious.

food and teas are excellent, server seems a bit displeased/unwelcoming to host , even for the three times we’ve frequented this establishment. Lovely decor and seating. Make sure to specifically ask for ingredients in some vague food options.

Great place to eat during the handful of hours they operate. Seriously, please stay open for dinner. Compares well to Pho 813's Bun bowls, maybe even slightly better. Solid dine-in ambience for a slightly more than casual lunch. Large portions and very healthy.

I love the food, drinks, and overall atmosphere of this restaurant. The food portions are large enough to serve two people. There is a wide selection of tasty teas, and adding boba is an option. Great place for casual dining or just to relax and enjoy a tea.

This place has such good boba that they have ruined all other boba for me. It is made fresh and is still slightly warm at the bottom of your cup. All boba should aspire to be as good as fusion bowl. The Banh Mi is also very good!

It is rare you would find a good Bahn Mi so I was happy to see it here, and I recommend it. Their pho on the other hand, is ok. I would recommend to ask for all of the traditional sides so be on the side rather than in the bowl by default. Their pho specifically compared to other pho in the area is a 5.5 / 10. Great service and nice interior.

They have Italian cold cuts in their vietnamese banh mi.. maybe that's why they're called fusion bowl. Just wished there was more authenticity. drinks were good. Food was okay.

Fusion bowl just updated their decor. I love the neon signs and plants around the restaurant. My go to order is the Jasmine milk tea with boba and Pork and Egg Roll Bun bowl which is a noodle salad bowl. It’s super light refreshing and healthy. The Grill Pork Banh Mi sandwich is also delicious. Stop by if you are ever in Downtown Tampa area.

I loved their beef soup! So delicious:) The best Pho in town, and I’ve tried them all! I also love their fresh spring rolls. There’s a sweet/tangy element to them, they have more flavor than any other spring roll I tried around. My only critique is that they are open for dinner! :)

Ridiculously good and fresh food is served here. The Pho is incredible, the salmon and shrimp/mushroom platters are perfectly cooked and a great bargain, and the Power Bowl is hands down my favorite breakfast. If you like good, inexpensive (but NOT cheap) food, try Fusion Bowl.

Amazing service. Ordered for dine in had to go back to the office and my bowl was left out and noodles were all soggy. Management + staff did a super nice gesture of remaking my pho. Will be coming back again

Fusion bowl is ALWAYS good! Their Pho is exceptional, their bun bowls are super delicious and their Bahn Me is very fresh. Their boba teas are also excellent and it even has its own new brand Bo Tea Tampa. Their menu is pretty extensive and I have yet to try all other items but the ones I’ve tried I love and I keep coming back to those so that means something no? ✌🏼

Arrived about 2:15. For lunch. They were out of almost everything. All jelly bobas and most of the popping bobas. Tried to order 4 meals bed or just asking what they did have. When food arrived it was good. If I didn't have to worry about them being out of everything I would prob go back. Good thing I didn't show up much later. As we were waiting for our food they had to turn away other customers because they didn't have anything left.

This place was fantastic. I had a bun bowl which was so delicious. I also had an order of gyoza, a coffee, and chai tea latte. All exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend eating here. The tables were all at least six feet apart and all staff were wearing masks.

I love Asian food. I had passed this place several times as I have walked around downtown Tampa, not giving it much thought. I tried this the other day and I was thoroughly impressed. The food is great and the atmosphere is really nice. I am now upset that I hadn't even given it a try earlier. If you ever get a chance to give this place a shot, I highly recommend it. Worth every penny.

This restaurant knows how to do pho. They have fresh toppings and if you get it to go they present everything to you separately from the broth which is a plus. Really good taste, great service, the only thing that's inconvenient is the parking but that's because it's downtown, which is expected.

The crab rangoons were really good they are super generous with the crab. I also got a vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and that had really good flavors. I do wish there was more meat but for the price it was worth it. The fish sauce they use is a little spicy but it all came together really well.

I love the rice plates with the steamed veggies. Bun Bowl is also an excellent option. Although I wish they had nutritional labels for me to enter in the data to myfitnesspal, I can tell their food is a pretty standard serving size. Fast service, great price, it's my new lunch spot.

I personally didnt like the food that much, the cabbage tasted weird, but my coworker did. We got the chicken and beef teriyaki. The portions are big, you get a bowl shaped portion of rice, 1/3 of the plate is broccoli and cabbage and carrots, and the other third is chicken.

The first time we went here we were not impressed. The udon noodles left much to be desired but the spring rolls were enough to bring us back. We made the right decision though by giving it another chance for our pho. Unlike Bamboozle they didn't overload the broth with cilantro, although you may want to pick out the mint leaves but they are big enough to not be an issue. The spring rolls are big and very leafy if that is your thing. The peanut sauce is delicious. I can definitely reccomend this as the best place to go for pho downtown but not so much for other noodle choices.

I stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The outside of the building is unremarkable, and over the past several years, has had several failed restaurants in this space. The inside has been spruced up with minimalist Asian decor, including a lot of live plants and flowers. The menu includes a lot of various Asian dishes, including pho, udon noodle bowls, and other fast fare. I chose the udon bowl with chicken, and was not disappointed. The cost was about what one would expect for a downtown quick lunch. I will definitely be back.

Service ok. You order at the counter, you pay right away. They prompt you to include service tip. I don't understand how you can pay service fees (tips) before service is even provided... I wanted to say that food was ok, however, both of us had upset stomach within an hour of our lunch. Both of us had beef, but different meals. Hence 2-star rating: don't charge for service fee before service is actually provided, food quality was not to our satisfaction. Although place was busy during lunch time, service was quick, place was clean.

I've been here twice with my wife. Both times I've gotten a bun bowl, one beef one pork. They were excellent, especially for the price. They have great customer service and even gave us a free dessert when an error was made.

Saw this cozy place passing by and ate lunch, we ordered one seafood soup and seafood udon topping it off with a crab Rangoon. With the shrimp over cooked but great amount! Amazing herbs in the pho ginger, beanstalks amazing! Best friend order a chai tea latte and woke right up. Nice chill down place next time a beef pho and latte

I discovered this place earlier this year just browsing around downtown. Had a craving for some good Asian food. I went in and tried the pho....fell in Love! BEST PHO I'VE EVER HAD! The fusion power bowl is amazing! Literally everything I've tried here has been so delicious and the prices are reasonable. Their boba tea is awesome as well. First time I tried it was there. I always have to come here to get my "Fix" whenever I'm downtown!

I tried a rice dish, beef teriyaki.it was very tasty and was presented very nicely and the portion size was just right. The service was good and was quick. The interior decor was nicely done and a lot of attention to details. I would concider it intomate and cozy and you can dine alone on the bar-like seats by the window.

Good pho and quick service. I knocked off one star because the water cups they provide are six ounce cups and, if you like your pho spicy, you have to get up for a refill far more often than if they gave you a normal sized cup.

No other pho compares for me. Broth is AMAZING, always hot, all accompanying goodies are always fresh, no packets of hoisin or siracha-always a container so enough to mix to your liking. Rice noodles are great and basil fresh and aromatic. Time and time again my phavorite pho!

Excellent Bahn mi sandwiches. Boba is fresh brewed tea, not that franchise type from powder with the heat sealed top. (You know what I'm talking about if you drink boba.) The Earl Grey Lavender Milk Tea is good. It is pretty strong on the lavender, and I love the taste of lavender. I really like that they have real flatware/silverware. (Real plates and silverware as opposed to wasteful paper/plastic/Styrofoam.)
