BYOB, very cute quaint space. Got the seafood boil and shared it with my mom. We cook at home, so money wise is always a factor for me. I definitely can and have made this at home. Nice for a break from the kitchen. Service was nice, she was very kind gave us a candle for the mosquitoes. Although it was windy and it accidently put our napkins on fire, completely our fault since we moved it when making room for the food. Flavored butter was so good.

An awesome little rustic seafood spot! We had raw oysters, clams, the garlic and butter trio, raw tuna appetizer, key lime pie and cheesecake. All of it was fresh and great tasting. The employees there are really cool and friendly. You can also purchase plants there that are locally grown by the "plant dude" Matt. He gave me a good deal on 4 plants that would have costed a lot more from Lowes or Home Depot for sure.

Is the best raw seafood experience of my life. This restaurant brings Key West to New Port Richey. I can see myself eating here weekly even left with some food for family and friends because it was so delicious. The service was top notch and I'll definitely be back.

If you are looking for great food and great staff with a cool vibe. This is the place. Moving down from Maryland I am picky about the crabs I buy and I have never had crabs anywhere better than what I ate at Frankie's. Sit outside, hang with friends and family and eat some really great food. Prices are just right for a night out and the wait staff are awesome. We didn't want for anything. Make sure you pick up a bottle of the Swamp Sauce . It is hands down the best hot sauce I have ever had. Thank you for such a great night out.

I love this place. They have fantastic seafood, and their raw Cherrystones are delicious. Chilean seabass nuggets are flaky and delicious. They have a BBQ, and Mexican selection for people who don't eat seafood.

This was an incredible place to eat. Was a perfect place to take my wife for her birthday. The decor was actually incredible and loved the zen garden in the back. You do sit out side but we had a wonderful experience. We had raw cherry clams. Middle neck clams and raw oysters. They were incredible. Also had something I had never had before sausage empanada. Looking forward to eating there again when we are in town.

Neat! BYOB!! i wish i could give the food more stars, but i only had the stone crab claws, and they were fantastic. I want to try more next time. Cool hang out. They serve NO beer, wine or liquor, so bring your own, and enjoy your hang out

Really good food; a limited menu; most of the menu was listed at "Mkt Price". Will definitely return but staying away from the "Mkt Price" items, one of which was quite expensive tonite. Fun atmosphere. Bring a sweater/jacket as it is tent/outdoor seating. Bought a great Grinch decor.

The food was amazing, the service was amazing. It was the first time my husband and I had been there to eat. He loves raw oysters and I love raw clams and they were so good we both wound up having a second dozen. Annmarie, Ashley and Joe were so accommodating and friendly. It was a pleasure eating there.🤗😋👏 We'll definitely go back again soon. Also the prices are reasonable and don't forget to BYOB!🍻🍷🧉🍹

Took my Husband there for his Birthday. The food was absolutely amazing. Sorry no pictures we were hungry. We had you peel shrimp, Oyster Rockefeller and Grouper nuggets. The prices were great. The waiter was a nice young man very polite. We will be back!!!

We stopped in for a late lunch and I had peel and eat shrimp which was recommended to me by the server and my husband had the grouper nuggets. The shrimp were very oily and we're cooked a little too much. The grouper nuggets were really expensive they were $16 for just 6 oz of them which is about double the price of another restaurant we go too. The grouper nuggets were tasty. When it was time to pay the server brought over an electronic device and just showed us the total on it. After paying we believe we were charged too much for our lunch without a way to really tell nothing was printed off and we didn't see the itemized screen. Just be sure you ask to see your itemized bill when if you decide to go there.

The band with Sam Clyatt and Jessie Allen Porter and friends was Great!!!.The food truck food was not so good. We wouldn't eat here again. The shock was it's BYOB so we could only order sodas and water from the wait staff but they were attentive. Liked the laid back environment, Great music! Next time we will bring some booze and really get down.

I don't know that this experience could have been any better!!! Jasmine was our waitress and she was awesome!!! I got blue crab- but I didn't know how to crack them- they had a lady come show me how to crack em and then Frankie himself came over to show me how it was really done!!! The whole atmosphere was really great, people were very kind and I felt like I had known everyone there my whole life!!! 10/10 we will be back!!!!

Second visit, brought hubs and a sister. The atmosphere is casual, there’s never a wrong thing to say or do, no dumb questions or unreasonable request. Enjoyed the exotic plants and carvings from Bali. Staff treats you like a regular on your first visit. We stayed far too long, ate too much, laughed out loud, took up too much space but they served us anyway. We actually stayed long enough to eat again.

A quirky, fun and pooch friendly outdoor dining experience with the freshest seafood available anywhere. I had the grilled grouper which was done to perfection. They make their Cole slaw in-house and the fries were real, skin on, potatoes! I failed to take photos, but believe me, the place is the real deal.

I bought the Frankie's Swamp hot sauce to put on everything at home too. *Back for another visit May 2022 as my Mother chose Frankie's for her birthday dinner. Super unique experience. If you want a fresh, funky, local experience- go here. My family wanted blue crabs, so I called and got to talk to Frankie himself! He made sure the crabs were there and ready for us to enjoy that night! It’s byob & all outside -make sure you check out their courtyard (complete with a turtle!)

The food was amazing. Service was lacking some but it is worth the wait. Dog friendly outdoor eating and BYOB so stop off and grab your favorite drink don’t forget to bring you cooler to keep it cold here are some pictures of our last visit. Again don’t judge by the meager exterior go eat it is delicious

My friend and I LOVED this restaurant! There was a musician and it was such a cozy atmosphere. Lots of picnic tables and seemed like everyone knew one another. The food was also outstanding!! Crab cakes were delicious and the sweet plantains were so yummy. Next time I'm in that part of Florida again, I'd definitely go back!

Fantastic little restaurant. I was offput by the outside at first so I drove by it for years without stopping by and I wish I didn't. They have a nice garden to check out after eating that has some cool stuff. Everything we ordered was wonderful and will definitely be coming back. The cheesecake empanoda is delish!

I happened to find this place while on vacation and I am so glad I did! The food here is amazing and the eating area is gorgeous! I absolutely would recommend it to anyone who happens to be in the area!! The staff are also incredibly friendly and just overall nice people to be around!

Have been to Frankies Raw Bar many times. My friend & I go for the raw clams, which are always crisp, cold & delicious. We also had their Empanadas which also are fresh & tasty. Just recently went with other friends & they had the Scallops & oysters and really enjoyed them. The staff is so friendly and also Frankie & his friend. She suggested the cheesecake empanada, excellent. I highly recommend Frankie’s. Check their menu out & go. You won’t be disappointed!

My first visit to Frankie’s Raw Bar and won’t be my last. We had 7 and everyone was more than satisfied. Food was great everything from oysters, crab cakes, soft shell crabs, clams. Baked beans were great. All was fresh, service was good as well . It is a BYOB restaurant which was no issue.

This place was so much better than we expected. We chose to grab dinner here because of the great reviews. To be honest when we pulled up our expectations dimmed a bit because the place looked kind of ramshackle. We were asked to wash our hands and put on our masks before being seated which was a nice surprise given or experiences at other places during our month long Florida visit. Once the oysters came out we started to fall in love. They might have been the freshest, cleanest tasting oysters I've ever had in my 37 years on this earth. Better than fancy expensive places. The king crab legs were delicious, as were the plantains, key lime pie, and cheesecake. Service was awesome, and the owner (I'm assuming he's the owner since a table asked to take a picture with him) checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were happy. He even moved a portable heater closer to our table when he saw it was only heating an adjacent table. We only have a week left in Florida but I'm sure we'll be back at least twice. Look no further if you're trying to decide between this place and another one, you won't be disappointed.

After looking up places in the area to try somewhere new we decided to give Frankies a shot. Upon arriving the waitress kindly ask if we could wash our hands prior to sitting down (which was a huge plus for us that they are taking extra steps due to COVID). They have outdoor seating and enough space between each table to still have that distance, BUT the food the food was chef’s kiss. We decided to try the boil special and get the Grouper nuggets to split. The food was fresh full of flavor and the portions were great. Overall Frankies is a chill place, the staff is awesome and the food is amazing. While eating my husband and I was already planning our next visit 😃. We will definitely be back.

When I tell you, I am satisfied. I am satisfied. I have absolutely no complaints at all. I had a dozen of seasoned steamed Blue Crabs with a garlic butter to dip the Crabs. Rockefeller oysters on a half shell. I am stuffed, can't hardly move.I recommend Frankie's to anyone 😋

My wife and I went for dinner there last night. We started with the smoked mullet dip, it was some of the best I have ever eaten (we used to live in the Panhandle where this is a staple). We decided to share the lobster boil, which was excellent. The lobster was perfectly cooked, the shrimp were huge and delicious, and we enjoyed the clams and crawdads. Corn and potatoes were good and it came with a generous helping of coleslaw. The service was amazing. Sam,was our server and she was cheerful, friendly, and very attentive. My wife commented that she was one of the best servers we have had in years. If I had one complaint, we we're seated next to some smokers (dining is outside). Not the restaurants fault but I wish there was a nonsmoking section.

So yeah I grew up east coast always eating seafood, been living in Colorado for few years family just moved to new port richey and damn best oysters, blue crabs, and crawfish I've ever had. It's BYOB so grab some friends a cooler of your favorite refreshments and head over for a guarantee delicious experience. My friends in st Petersburg will be regularly making trip up for this spot.

Our first visit was last Saturday with our good friends....they never steer us wrong! Zen garden was really cool and met the owner who was very welcoming. Best shrimp out ever! And the stone crab was delicious too! Our server Dineen was attentive and fun. Jasmine was too. Can't wait to go again.

You wanna talk about some GREAT seafood!!! Growing up on the water and catching most of my own fish, I'm always skeptical of seafood places but Frankie's does not disappoint. All the seafood is as fresh as can be, most right off the local boats. The prices are some of the best I've ever seen, nothing here ever disappoints and the atmosphere is truly authentic. My son, his wife and 2 children, my husband and I visited for the first time. Wow! What a hidden treasure!! Shrimp, smoked mullet, scallops, burgers, crab cakes, grouper and fries were cooked perfectly and delicious! The gardens in the back are awesome! So beautiful and relaxing! Little place on 54 that has some great food. It's an outside eating atmosphere, picnic and long table's etc. It is a bring your own beer/wine situation. They have offerings of sweet tea and soft drinks. We ordered oysters with spinach and garlic also a smoked mullet dip appetizer both were excellent. For dinner blackened grouper sandwiches and broiled grouper platters were all spot on. Would highly recommend. Spray down for mosquitoes if you sit near the garden area, before you go though.

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat with my friend from Tarpon Springs. He had the Oysters Rockefeller and I had to pull pork sandwich. I was really surprised at the service and the quickness that the food arrived. Next time I'm in that City no, I will make sure I stop there for another quick bite to eat.

Worth the drive for crabs and crawfish! We had a great time leisurely picking. We heard about this place on FB and drove an hour to try it out. I didnt expect such great quality seafood to come from a food truck, but I was mind blown. There is all outdoor seating only, so I was eaten alive by mosquitos. Spray yourself down in the parking lot to fully enjoy yourself, learn from my mistake lol

I was there for lunch at 12pm noon on 8/7/2020. Was a pleasant experience. My order was to go and bought, combo platter (shrimp, scallops & lobster tail) with cole slaw. Also Oysters Rockefeller broasted and a Coke. All good. Nice setup. Photos attached.

Frankie's has a culinary reputation that simply can't be argued against. I'm told there are several locations in central west coast Florida. The restaurant I visited was just off of US19. Set in an indoor/outdoor Bali tropical theme, which may be too rustic for some, the food and service were excellent. There aren't enough adjectives to describe the sumptuousness of the fare. Sampled were shrimp in garlic & butter sauce, cole slaw, the house barbeque, ribs and house baked beans. All of it was stunning...perfectly prepared & delicious...absolutely a delight. Frankie's also has live entertainment. Alcohol is BYOB only, but that is abundantly allowed.

Food is okay :) I got the triple threat (fried) with fries and coleslaw, which was pretty good beside the coleslaw, it lacked flavor to me. Boyfriend got the fish and chips with rice, which he also said was good. For dessert we shared a key lime pie, neither of us liked it. The layout of the place is kinda confusing, there’s several different seating areas so we weren’t sure what was what. We had to find a staff member for help and then we were seated! Staff friendliness is okay. Overall I think the place is just okay and we most likely wouldn’t come back, but I’m glad we tried it!
