Stopped in October 26th for lunch and had the 2 slice with a drink special. As you can see the crust is nice and crispy. Had the right amount of fresh mozzarella and tasty made-in-house marinara to satisfy your pizza cravings. It was deliiiiiiiicious!

Had a delicious meal at your pie yesterday night! The staff was super friendly. Everything came out great it was our first time there and we will definitely be back they left such a good impression on us and walked us through the menu and all the toppings. The Brick oven cooked pizzas are really crisp and the pizza sauce is too good!!

Great NYStyle pizzas in size & ingredients. The crust is just like NY. Last time I got pizzas though, there were signs of help needed. Apparently a new hired cook. The quality was missing and the large was much smaller than they used to be. I will try again on a different night to see if the original cook is back. Under normal circumstances, it's one of the best !

The crust was the best part of my otherwise lackluster pie. Love the brick-oven char it had and it wasn't too sweet or too salty. But the actual toppings and sauce were pretty bland. Fine for if you're in a pinch, but not something I would go back to often.

Giving three stars to be fair, I think the pizza was ok the crust is way too thin, and their pizza sauce is wayyyy too watery in my opinion. They were nice and greeted customer when they walked in. They don’t offer Parmesan or crushed red pepper and no paper plates to eat there, it was a true “ hole in the wall “ left me really bad heartburn their garlic knots were missing the garlic and the atmosphere wasn’t really that great. Overall 3 out of 5. Also not kid friendly no high chairs available.

Previously was a huge fan of this place. Noticed more recently that they removed my 2 favorite types of pizza (the one with the Alla Vodka sauce and the ones with prosciutto). They still list prosciutto as a topping option but when you order this they just put cheap ham on instead. Saddened by the decline in quality.

Tried this place for the first time tonight and I'm hooked for sure. Everything was fresh and delicious, definitely had that homemade feeling. I had the Tuscany salad, fried raviolis, and mozzarella n' carrozza. Can't wait to try the gourmet pizzas!

Best pizza in the area. However, tried the fried Calamari for the first time tonight and while delicious we received LITERALLY 9 pieces of calamari for $13. That's rediculous.

Claudio is the BEST pizza maker ever!!! Not to mention his salads, garlic knots and cheese sticks are out of this world delicious!!!! If you have not had the honor of trying this place, I highly recommend it!!!!! Great location!!! Close to Busch Garden, stop here to get it to go if visiting and staying in a hotel close by.....😁😁😁🍕🍕🇮🇹🇮🇹🥗🥗

I live nearby but have never tried their pizza. Saw some negative reviews but not my experience. Ordered the Fat Pig and it tasted great. Plenty of toppings and you could tell the fried peppers were homemade, not from a jar. Place was clean and wearing masks.

We’ve driven by this place many times, Finally decided to try it and IM SO HAPPY WE DiD!! Let me tell you it’s one of the best places in Tampa Bay. Their sauce and crust is out of this world!!!! Brings me back to NY flavors. Absolutely delicious!! I don’t think any pizza I’ve ever tried beats their pizza!!! A+++++

One of my husband and I’s favorite pizza places in Tampa! The pizza, wings, and salads are all outstanding! The perfect width of the crust, a generous amount of cheese, and if you ask for it slightly well done, it’s spectacular! This is our go to! We moved farther away and will still make the trip for their pizza. And their staff is always extremely friendly!

Just moved to the neighborhood by this pizzeria. Had to stop in and try it out. Wow… won’t be going anywhere else. Their pizza is phenomenal. The crust is perfect and their sauce is amazing. I’m also a huge fan of their fried ravioli and garlic knots. I go in frequently throughout the week to get a great quick lunch. Can’t beat their 2 slices and a soda deal. The staff is super friendly and remembers regulars. Can’t recommend this place more. ❤️

I have been very pleased with forest hills. I have a broken knee and I've been home lately and forest hills has come in handy wih my kids. The pizza is hot and fresh, the cheese is chessy the crust is crunchy but soft at the same time, and to my surprise the pasta alla vodka was very delicious. The mozzarella sticks are good, even the garlic rolls are great too. They have done well and are consistent... you have a repeat customer in me. Thanks

So this was my second time here and what can I say the Philly cheesesteak combo with fries & 20oz fountain drink, is the way to go. The sandwich itself is on a nice soft hoagie/hero with mushrooms,onions, green peppers & cheese. I'm not sure if the cheese was American or provolone, but its good. I was to busy inhaling the Philly to look. If I had an constructive criticism it would be to double up on the cheese, that would take it to the next level. To the buyer: eat that sandwich within 5 mins of it hitting your hands for the Best taste. My family has had 2 or 3 of the specialty pizzas & they all enjoyed them. No pics on this review but I will get some next go around. Every employee & owner were extremely polite & very nice. See you guys next time.

Claudio takes extreme pride in all the food that comes out. Never talks down on the younger employees there unlike most restaurants. Pizza is consistent and thin crust. Ask for well done for more crunch. The Philly Cheese is comparable to Jersey Mike's but almost half the price. Once my wings were small after the so called wing shortage. When I mentioned how small the wings were the next visit while picking up pizza 🍕..Claudio made it right, next batch of wings huge and made up for the tiny wings...obviously a supplier issue but never made an excuse. Any other place would have pulled the covid excuse! Generous and delicious blue cheese.Also the AC is sized right for that stone hot oven...great feeling after a bike ride..really ice cream parlor cold!!!...setting a new standard!

Great pizza always, throughly baked crust always good. Calamari changes, sometimes it’s a ton and fresh sometimes the opposite. I order it anyways, love supporting local AND you can order on Slice. You want the gruff Italian guy making your pizza, he’s the best. When I see him in the kitchen I know my pie and calamari is going to be cooked to perfection.

My first time ordering and it was great pizza. I also ordered wings... They were cooked well but super small. Owner really needs to buy better meat. I'd rather pay more for wings I can actually bite into. The owner is super friendly. The red haired girl at the counter had trouble applying the coupon I had and had a bad attitude and was just plain snippy. None of the three people behind the counter had a mask on. What's up with that?? 😡

Had my first experience with this place tonight. Picked up 3 pizzas for the family on my way home from work. I think this was the best pizza I have ever had. This is a big step up from all the ones you have heard of. The meats on the pizza are all better quality and the brick oven gives the crust a great texture. The smell of cooking tomato sauce hits you when you walk in the door. I will definitely be back.

Edit: After a few months of not being able to place an order (missing ingredients or unannounced altered opening hours...) they took the Indian Butter Chicken pizza off the menu... Terribly sad as that was the main reason we kept coming back. I hope they reconsider! Until then, I guess we are looking for another pizza place in the area. Original Five Star Review from Three Months Ago: Love this place! This is our go-to pizza place, for sure! My husband is obsessed with the Indian Butter Chicken pizza (which is SUPER delicious). The buffalo chicken and the mafia pie are also to die for. A simple slice of cheese is always a great option. Don't forget their sides. I cannot order this place without getting the mozzarella carrozza. Always gooey and warm - better than the best cheese sticks. Plus the spinach and artichoke dip (comes with bread) is some of the best I've ever had. They've only ever made one mistake in my many, many orders and was quick to make it right.

Eh it is alright for pizza, very floppy... They should learn how to cook pizza properly especially if using a brick oven, flavor was there but seems the the ingredients were cheap. If you are looking for NY style or New Haven style pizza this is not for you, I give it 5.2 out of 10. Slightly better than Papa Johns, but that isn't saying much.

This the best pizza I have ever eaten, and at a great price too!. The workers were very nice too and their wings are to die for! If you are in Hillsborough and looking for some food i strongly recommend :)

Best pizza in town....best cheese steak in town...we're. Lucky to have such a good neighborhood restaurant in the area...eat local it's worth it...I left my wallet there and they kept it overnight for me and every dime was in it. They have incredibly honest employees...and in this day and age that's amazing...I highly recommend Forestt H Brick Oven!

I have to say when they first opened I didn’t care for the crust and felt like it was burnt. Since then I have been back Atleast 4 times and I don’t know what changed recently. If it was the crust or the cook but they pizza is so delicious. Fresh flavorful toppings. Looking forward to trying other menu items.

Tonight seemed like the perfect night to give this place a try. It was only OK. They are currently running an advertisement that states 50% off all menu items. THIS IS NOT TRUE. We ordered a small pie and were charged full price. UPDATE: The owner did make up for this. We did try the Mafia Pie as suggested by another review. It was good.

We have had the pizza a few times, we think it’s pretty tasty. The issue is never knowing if they’re open. I called and went by on a Sunday at 2pm (based on their house they would be open) and no one was there, no sign on the door. I really would like to keep supporting a local business but you’re making it hard with inconsistent hours and a lack of communication.

Googling around, I found Forest Hills Brick Oven Pizza. As I love pizza, I decided to try them. Excellent decision. I always go for pepperoni and extra cheese when I try a new place, and the very nice people at FHBOP did not disappoint. I will be back. (Hi, Miss Kryptonite!)

Pizza was good but I can't recommend the fried calamari appetizer i paid 13 dollars for 9 pieces of calamari on top of that they looked like they were soaked in old oil and tasted horrible. I def won't be going back there.
