This was my first time at Fazoli's and they didn't disappoint. The smell when you first walk in is awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Oh yes, the food was very good. It was sit-down quality at a quick-service turn around time. If you dine-in, you will order at the counter and the food is brought to your table to give Fazoli's a sit-down feel. Fazoli's is the perfect topper to a day at Busch Gardens as it's, literally, just around the corner from the entrance.

The staff very nice. Answered question and kept checking to see if we needed anything. The food was about 10 per person and came with drink and pizza slice or salad. It cheaper and taste better than olive garden hands down.

Love the strawberry cheesecake and the mouthwatering hot bread sticks. Pasta dishes were seasoned well, I did add sugar to my meat sauce to add extra Zazzle to my lasagna and meatballs.

Not giving 5 stars only because the tables are wobbly and a little high. Also the slightest move scoots the table and the benches. 4* because the staff was friendly, not happy looking, but friendly. The prices are reasonable due to what we're going through economy wise. What I ordered was basically appetizers to try them out. I was not disappointed. The mozzarella skewers were crispy and plenty cheesy. The pepperoni and cheese bread sticks were soft, cheese stretching a mile and not too greasy. The regular bread sticks were also soft and not too greasy. I will be returning to try some other things.

We came to fazoli's the first time 2 days ago. Loved it. Husband had spaghetti n meatballs and I had baked ziti. Bread sticks omg the food was fantastic, bread sticks divine. Price is reasonable. Staff friendly, restaurant clean. We each had half our meals left. Yesterday they were lunch. So good. Late this afternoon we were craving Italian. Back to fazoli's. Baked spaghetti for me n husband lasagne. So good and of course bread sticks. Tomorrow we will have the leftovers for lunch. Tables are stable. We have not bothered with olive garden in a couple years. Over priced not good valve for the money. More important their food tastes like microwave yuck. Bread sticks ok. Once you try fazoli's you will never go back to iffy Italian at Olive Garden. Highly recommend. We will be going back next week trying something else.

I was so excited to see a Fazolis in FL- told my daughter to get ready for the best breadsticks she’s ever had, and I was right! The restaurant was clean, the employees were very friendly (maybe a little understaffed when we came in, but that’s not their fault), and the food was just as good as I remember!

This place is my favorite! It’s really convenient, delicious and affordable! It kinda reminds me of Olive Garden but in a better and more convenient way. My cousin and I both love it here. We actually talk about it all the time and joke about how much we love it. It’s got a fast food vibe but the workers are very friendly, attentive and easy to be around. I get excited every time I’m about to come here! My favorite is definitely the ultimate Alfredo.

Best 35 bucks I ever spent. I got the Super Family Deal. It comes with 1 pizza, 2 pastas, 16 bread sticks, and a half gallon drink. Worth every penny. I have a family of three and we had leftovers. So this could easily feed a family of five or six. Everything was good. I have never been more satisfied with a fastfood "family combo" and will definitely be back.

My family used to live near a Fazoli's and always got good food from it, but were sad when we moved to somewhere that didn't have Fazoli's, so me and my mom were happy when we came to spend the day at Busch Gardens Tampa and found a Fazoli's across the street. They, like normal, had great food as well as great service. I honestly can't find anything about my visit to complain about. I VERY strongly recommend it.

The service here was great. The staff came around often with breadsticks and they helped serve many people in the restaurant with disabilities with care and ease. They also had tvs to show the football games. Great job manager, as you have a good team.

First time I ate here was in Chattanooga Tennessee, I loved it. So glad they brought one to Tampa. I live in Sarasota but make the drive to eat there. Best bread sticks I ever had!! Good is inexpensive and good. Bring Fazoli's to Sarasota!!

First time at a Fazolis and loved the experience. Food was delicious and affordable for it being Italian cuisine. Service was amazing, very kind, quick and attentive making sure all our needs were met throughout our visit. Definitely will be returning often.

I ordered the pizza, two slices. I parked in the parking lot to eat them. Within 2 minutes, the cashier came outside and brought me my breadsticks that I didn't even know came with the meal! That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was ecstatic to see Fazolis coming to the Tampa Bay! Grew up in Missouri and went to Fazolis all the time. We stopped before heading to Busch Gardens and I was not disappointed. Great food, great service, and very clean. I know it's not super authentic, but fast Italian is good too. 😋

I haven't been to a fazolis in forever. I was so glad that there was one close by! It was amazing to be able to take my son to one of my favorite restaurants from when I was a kid. And the breadsticks were everything I remembered and the meat dipping sauce was great! The customer service was really nice too and the place was extremely clean. Favorite restaurant.... 5 stars😁

I went to the drive-thru and no one came to take my order. I end up parking to order inside. I ordered mozzarella skewers, a spaghetti and meat sauce kids meal and breadsticks. The associate asked if I wanted Alfredo or marinara. I said one of each. Not once did she say it comes with 1 and there would be an additional charge for two. And my daughter's kids meal didn't have meat sauce. We were very disappointed. I now understand why the restaurant was pretty empty. The only good thing was the breadsticks.

When I found out there was a location this close to home and not in another state, I HAD to visit! Remembered it from when I was younger and coming here brought back memories and was definitely not a let down! The food was as delicious as I remembered, if not better and the bread sticks were amazing. So much better and affordable than Olive Garden since the meals I eat here are also at Olive Garden but without the weird smell and fresher food! Super excited to have visited, all that's missing is a location in Davenport, Kissimmee, or Orlando!!!

My wife and I drove 2.5 hours to eat at Fazolis today and it didn't disappoint. The service was great. The breadsticks were unbelievable (all you can eat) and the pizza baked spaghetti was perfect. The new restaurant was clean and well staffed the breadstick server brought us breadsticks three times plus we bought a dozen to take home. Please Fazoli's put a restaurant closer to Fort Myers!!

Well it is hard not to like a Fazoli's. There used to be more in Florida. Not sure what happened to them. Anyhow, did a to go order from here. Service was very friendly and helpful. If you have never had a Fazoli breadstick, then you definitely have to try them out. On top of that, the lasagna is delicious. The meat sauce for the spaghetti is enjoyable too. Wish there was one of these closer to where I live.

Following the Grand opening on February 13th 2018. I had to stop in and see what all the fuss was about. The store location was easy to find & is in close proximity to Five Below, Ross, Rue 21 & many more stores. The inside of the restaurant looked great & I was greeted by multiple staff. I ordered lasagna and chicken penne. It arrived steaming hot in about 180 seconds ! Server Karla was very pleasant. Great prices and great food. You can't beat it. After dinner I spoke with one of the Manager's - Livingston. He ask about my experience and was a very nice guy. 5 star

I did an order to pick up. The website is VERY easy to navigate. Messages were sent to make me aware of pick up time. When you walk in it smells AMAZING, freshly cooked food. The restaurant was VERY clean with a few people dinning in. The person at the counter was very helpful in gathering my order and making sure I had everything before leaving. The food was so good, large portions. I will DEF make this my regular dinning out choice.

Visited this location after a day at Busch gardens with family. Very delightful experience. The place was very clean and the staff welcoming. The lovely lady manager was very attentive and friendly. Food was excellent and arrived quickly after ordering. We were there for an hour and a half eating and enjoying the atmosphere after a long day in the heat. Would definitely return again was the consensus of my companions. Thanks to the management and staff.

Many years ago, when our family was young and we couldn't afford eating out very often Fazoli's was our go to because the kids really liked it. Our local Fazoli's closed and we were unaware of other Florida locations. Jump forward our kids are adults now and we took a trip to Tampa to go to Busch Gardens and we find a Fazoli's very close to our hotel. After a full day at the park we decided to visit Fazoli's for old time sake. Side note: I don't know what happened to Olive Garden but ever since Covid hit it has has been just awful I refuse to go anymore its just gotten that bad. We were so pleasantly surprised with Fazoli's in Tampa the food was very very good, the prices were great, and the staff was amazing and super friendly. The restaurant was very clean we were checked on by several different staff members, and again the food was very good. If all the remaining Fazoli's are this well run then they have a bright future. I hope they expand all over the State again so we can enjoy it locally. Thank you Tampa Fazoli's for a wonderful dinning experience.

Great experience. First time here or at any Fazoli's. I attached a pic of what I ordered. AT THE TIME OF THIS REVIEW they are running a limited time offer (weekdays until 4pm I think) of 2 items from a list, bread stick, and drink for $5. Or 3 items, with same bread stick and drink for $7. Bread sticks are unlimited when dining inside (not via drive-thru). Self-service beverage station is in dining room. Cashier gave me the salad and drink cup immediately upon paying. I put tray at table and went to fill my drink cup and get utensils/napkins. By the time I got back to the table (maybe 2 minutes) the hot entrees were there. Entrees were better than the average TV/frozen dinner. Everything was served on actual plates/bowls, not paper. Eating utensils were actual silverware, not plastic. Dining room was clean and spacious. During my meal someone came around to ask if everything was okay and offered me additional bread sticks. Restroom was extremely clean. Employee interactions were all very professional. Based on what this is... Italian themed fast food, the value, and customer service it's 5 stars from me. Don't come expecting Olive Garden or Carrabba's quality food, fast, and cheap here. That's unreasonable. If you're sick of burgers and fries, subs, tacos, etc., maybe pressed for time and don't want to spend a lot, this is the place to go.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was decent for the price. The breadsticks were disappointing and extremely greasy and salty so much so they soaked through the paper they were served on. The pizza was also sitting in a heavy garlic butter sauce which wasn't needed. Not somewhere I would want to eat if I had to go back to work since I can't get the smell of garlic off my hands.

Fazoli's is one of my favorite places to grab delicious hot quick lunch. The food is always hot made fresh. The staff here were Beyond nice and courteous. How can you go wrong with unlimited breadsticks too. I am from Colorado we have a lot more Fazoli's in the metro area than Florida. In fact this is the only Fazoli's in the state of Florida. Plant City you are lucky. I really wish they would open more Fazoli's in Florida because this one is 71 miles from my house.

We were going to to go to Olive Garden today not cause we've had the best experiences there but simply because we wanted pasta and bread sticks. We drive by Fazoli's everyday and hadn't tried it yet so we decided to give it a chance today and boy am I glad we did. The bread sticks were amazing! Pricing is very reasonable. This location is new right across the Busch Gardens entrance. We ordered take out for our anniversary and the portions of baked spaghettis were delicious and very generous. Pro tip: order extra breadsticks. Half a dozen were $3.29 - not too expensive and they were so good! And get the app- earn some free food!

Still as good as always. I operated the one in Tallahassee, FL. It was the best place to work and the food was always perfect. Went in on a Sunday around 3 pm. Cashier was very friendly and helped me with everything I ask. Food came out quickly and was hot and very tasty. Of course they passed out hot fresh and delicious breadsticks and checked on my meal. The manager was coaching her staff and giving positive feedback. She was very professional and attentive. Fazoli’s is a must try place! I promise you will not be disappointed. A meal with a drink and salad for $10?? Unbelievable!!!

This was a very nice restaurant. I don't really like italin food. But the breadsticks were way better then olive gardens. Soft and flavorful. The kind of taste that makes a non greedy person full of greed. Then the lazagna was amazing. We received enough food forv4 people and drinks for under $13.00 for lunch. But most amazing of all was the service . Everyone was very nice , helpful and patient with us. They chexked on us to see if we needed anyrhing. Brought us sharing plates. And kept our unlimited breadsticks full all the timw when they were not busy with customers they were busy cleaning. I will definitely return. Very impressed. I hope this restaurant stays here. Not many before them in this location survived i really hope this one does.

Wow! So impressed with this Fazoli's location! The food was so fresh and good, the portion size was generous, and they weren't stingy with the bread sticks at all. Service was good and everyone was friendly. Very pleased with everything and I'll definitely be back here again.

What can I say? There needs to be 10 stars! I am absolutely blown away by the staff. I am a Kentuckian and we had Fazoli’s a lot. This location blows ALL of them away. The staff are incredible friendly. From Arianna who placed our order, to those who brought it out. Our food was incredible and delicious!!! The ownership needs to be very proud of their staff here! We are definitely coming back and everyone needs to check this place out!

The customer service was great. The young man in the drive thru was the only reason I didn't get annoyed waiting 17 mins for my order. They just opened last week so I'm giving a 4. I have been addicted to this place ever since it opened up. Not gonna lie I was disappointed in the Alfredo sauce, however the sliders bread sticks and meatballs made up for it.they also have this Italian ice drink that is out of this world. I would recommend the lemon flavor, and if you're in a dessert kind of mood they also have cheesecake factory cheesecakes.

A treasure from my childhood brought back! All the staff was attentive and helpful, excellent job by everyone working on 5/4. I will be returning to this location as often as I can! I’m begging for Fazoli’s to come back to Orlando. We need several locations. Whomever has the authority to make this happen, please hear the cries of the people of Orlando! There is no fast casual Italian here. I guarantee it would be a hit.

So glad to have another Fazoli's reasonably close by. It's been a long time since the Winter Haven one closed. I'm happy to say this feels just like the old one. The food tasted the same, the lemon iceys were still refreshing, and the bread-sticks still unlimited and good. My only complaint is that they don't have the same straws, but that's such a nitpick I won't let it impact my feelings. The new decor also looks familiar but more bright and colorful. I can't wait to go back soon.

Their new location in Tampa not too much the food had poor quality the fountain drinks station was leaking everywhere and the cheese in my salad had mold on it, the cashier got aggravated when I showed the salads like was my fault or something is crazy that they just open this location not to long ago and the conditions and quality are not even close to the plant city store Hopefully the owner puts hands on to fix it, will be sad that such a good brand name won't succeed

It was my first time ever trying this establishment. Not the fastest of fast-food service. I am not really a pasta guy anyhow. Did try the ultimate sampler, it was ok. I do recommend their bread sticks and the brownie though, both were top notch.

I decided to try this place because I used to eat Fazolis years ago when I was younger. It's okay if you're hungry I guess. The lasagna and spaghetti was bland with too much red sauce. I doubt I'll go back.

I have always loved Fazoli's and I'm glad there's one in Tampa. This is my 4th visit to this location. It should be mandatory that everyone changes their gloves often. Especially, if you touch your hair, face, money, deliver food to a parked vehicle just to name a few. If you wouldn't fix your food at home with those gloves after keeping them on after work...change them.

On point! Exactly what a Fazoli's Family restaurant should be. They didn't skimp on the bread sticks at all, the serving portions where perfect and everything was made fresh! Clean seating area and a very friendly staff, backed by the food we were hoping for, made the experience one that tye family and I will come back again for.

First time being to Fazoli's is almost 10 years and it was really good. Got a chicken parm (with extra sauce) that came with two bread sticks and sweet tea. It came to $13 and the portion is enough for two. I also drove for almost 40 mins with it and when I reached my destination is was still hot and tasted good. And the bread stick were still soft, fresh, garlicy and so yummy. My only regret is I dont live close to one.

I had never heard of Fazolis before. My first thought was fast food pasta? I got the fettuccine Alfredo. It wasn't bad, I have had worse. Their traditional pasta and lasagna were pretty good. Now we must mention their breadsticks... those were like crack. They are soo good! Very unexpected.

Fazolis,when Olive Garden meets Cici's pizza in the best way! Great place for kids, food is simple and very well seasoned, in fact, almost a touch too salty. No shade cuz we all know the alternative! One of the stars of this visit were the mozzarella balls🤤🤤🤤 I know they have a name buuuuut🤷🏾‍♀️ gimme more! The bread sticks were warm, soft and yummy❤️. A slice of pizza as a side? Yes. Italian ice? Yes.

This one has an updated look and is very clean and bright. The food was very good and fresh. The bread sticks are really the reason we go, hot, soft and garlicky. I wish there was one closer to us.

I was able to sit down and eat real food (aka not mcdonalds) for a good price without going over my 1 hour lunch break, and had time to spare. Service was fantastic, felt like a more relaxed olive garden. the dining room is vibrant and open. My visit today was genuinely one of the most pleasant "dining experiences" I've ever had. If you're in town be sure to stop by, you won't be disappointed.

Was really excited to go here. I traveled about an hour to get there. When I arrived there was 3 parties in front of me. It took about 30 minutes to get to the register to even place my order. The girl behind the counter would take an order, then would walk away to deliver food, then come back and give people breadsticks. She needed more help. You can't have one person doing everyone's job. I went for lunch and ended up with dinner, well at least that's what it felt like. The food was hot and fresh. They did forget my croutons for my Cesar salad.

I really do miss having this location in the Orlando area. However, we are lucky enough to have the only one in Florida a close drive away. This one is about an hour away from Orlando proper. We made a day of it and went to Dinosaur World which is only 2 miles away from this location. As soon as we headed in we were greeted by the cash register attendee. I got the spaghetti with meat sauce and a chocolate cheesecake. The husband had the spaghetti with meat sauce as well. As soon as we sat down after ordering we were offered up some fresh and hot breadsticks from a basket. Another one of the great things about this chain is that it's unlimited breadsticks. They have several high chairs on site for little ones if you need it. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept. Both of our spaghettis were delicious and even our daughter ate a fair amount. The cheesecake was good and we shared that together. We opted for cups of water with our meals, however, they have a soda fountain and other drink options available. It was a great reminder of why we missed this chain so much and was an excellent experience overall. Overall: A Make a day of it and do some things in the area! And be sure to get the chocolate cheesecake as well.

I've been here 3 times now. The ravioli is on par with Olive Garden and the breadsticks are much better here. Plus they are unlimited and the menu prices are unbeatable. I've also had the cinnamon bites and they are very good and plentiful. I do have to say one of the managers is not very friendly. I think hes rang us up twice. The last time the manager was in a better mood and more friendly ir it was a different guy. Other than that wonderful place always clean and fast. Best Italian fast food around.

Love this place!! We don’t eat at Fazoli’s as often as I’d like (not always in the budget) but I am never disappointed when we do. The salad is always fresh and crispy. I am disappointed they got rid of the white balsamic vinaigrette but the honey French is pretty amazing too. I love the garlic breadsticks so much!!!!

I was so excited to stumble upon this location when Googling! I ❤ Fazoli's. Food is flavorful. The price is reasonable, too. I drove 3 hours to dine at (this) Fazoli's. Unlimited breadsticks and a couple to go for a snack while I went to visit friends in nearby cities. The atmosphere is loud due to the type of flooring (concrete), but that aside, the food and service is top-notch. I did give it four stars because the atmosphere is loud, even with few people inside. (This place does get busy. ) I am excited that Fazoli's is making a return. Now to make a return in NE Florida, please!

Bread sticks a like buttered crack (highly addictive). Just wish you were closer to me (40 miles one way). Fresh grated table side cheese is a nice touch. Update-they are closing permanently as of May 30, 2021. They are opening a new location in Tampa -July 2021.

Visited Fazoli's on Monday, June 22nd. While their dining room was not open, their drive-thru service was excellent. We ordered food and drinks for 5 people, including special orders, and they were fulfilled correctly! I drove 1.5 hours to eat here, the only location in Florida. Will do the 1.5 hours drive each way again once the dining room opens. Keep up the good work. I echo the request for its return to the Orlando area.

This was so good, I used to live in Colorado and loved the Fazoli's that and was so excited to find one here in Florida! I had high expectations after having such a friendly time at the old one and wow did they deliver! Staff was so friendly and accommadating. I absolutely love Fazoli's. Was introduced to them back in Georgia in 1996ish and was so excited to see they opened one up here in Florida. My wife and I have been to this one 3 times now(its about 35-40 minutes 1-way from us) and absolutely enjoyed each trip. It's clean, the food is good, and the staff are attentive. It has all the qualities I look for which is why we are willing to drive almost an hour and a half roundtrip for it. We are going to be coming back many more times and Id definitely recommend it for others. P.S. get a BUNCH of the buttered breadsticks, they are great.

Always amazed going through the drive through, ordering for 6-10 people and they get it right, get it done quickly, and we are on our way. More than enough food with a meal. I'd eat here over the fancy salad bread sticks and pasta restaurants any day. Sometimes, the bread is over garlic or salted. Otherwise easy choice for fast food.

I used to really enjoy Fazoli's but the last couple time's I've eaten here I've been very disappointed. On my last visit my daughter and I went through the drive-through she ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and a brownie, I ordered Baked Ziti paid my $16.57 and headed home. As my daughter ate she realized she got hair with her Fettuccine and I received spaghetti with my ziti. Now I can live with the sloppiness of mixing pastas, but we couldn't live with the nastiness of eating hair with Fettuccine. Quality has fallen off substantially in this place. I only gave 3 stars because they we accommodating to my daughters request to remake her meal while we waited inside inspite of the fact they already had a replacement waiting for her when we returned. I really hope management changes so the place can return to its former standards. When it was a CLEAN place to eat and you could see and taste the quality and care they put into the food they're feeding people.

The biggest issue I have with this location is the noise level. Extremely loud... your ears hurt after a visit here if the dining room is full. I'd take out tbh. We have always loved Fazoli's and heard about the new Plant City location, so we decided to try it out. Couldn't have been a better experience. All the food was fresh, service was professional and quick, prices were a great value for the portion size. This new location is great and I hope more are to come in Florida. We still miss Fazoli's in Orlando, but until it's back, this will become a regular stop for us on our trips to and from Tampa/Lakeland. Just down the road from I-4, it's a quick and delicious treat.

Keeping in mind that they just recently opened and will have some kinks to work out, we were very satisfied with the food and the service was great. After our order was placed and we were seated, we found out they ran out of Alfredo and it would be 20 mins until more was ready. The manager was extremely apologetic and offered any other dish as a replacement. Not only did we get a replacement meal (no addt charge) but we ended up with the Alfredo order minutes later too. And the breadsticks are so yummy!!

When I was growing up, whoever’s birthday it was got to choose whatever restaurant we’d go to. I always chose Fazoli’s. Well about 10 years ago, the Fazoli’s in Lakeland closed down, I was really upset, until this last week when I found out there was a Fazoli’s in Plant City. Yes, we drove 35 minutes just to go to this restaurant. Let me tell you, the breadsticks are just as amazing as I remembered them being and the food overall is just as good as I remembered. My only complaint is that they don’t build another location Closer to my house, but I will definitely continue to make this drive!!

I’m going to go ahead and rate this place now because I don’t have to visit a new Fazoli’s to know the priceless value of fast high quality and reasonably priced Italian food. Fazoli’s kept me alive during high school and after they pulled out of FL in 2009, I sank into a deep decade long depression, which has now been cured after the discovery of a new Florida location. I just found out that this Fazoli’s opened in Plant City and I will drive from Orlando tomorrow just to be there when they open at 11:00 am and revel in all of its delicious glory. I would walk 500 miles and I will walk 500 more, just to taste those tasty free breadsticks and Chicken Parm and so much more...

I finally don't have to go to Valdosta from Tampa to get my Fazoli's fix! This location is very clean with friendly service and fresh food. Clean restroom, too! Right across from a movie theater, so you could make a day of seeing a movie, a good meal and not have to do any driving in between.

The food is great The prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and professional in every way possible The food is gotten out to you quickly and easily having love fazoli's even as a kid I highly recommend coming to the only fazoli's here in the Tampa Bay area and I sincerely hope that they do expand and include more locations in the Tampa Bay area such as Brandon Florida so that way I don't have to drive out as far to enjoy one of my favorite restaurants.

First time eating here. I ordered the sampler not know what to get. The alfredo noodles are the best I have ever had. The spaghetti was good and the lasagna was good as well. The alfredo was the best by far. Will definitely be going back for that alfredo.

Great location... Got both the baked spaghetti and baked ziti... Extra sauce is always a must (at all locations)... Food was burn your leg hot... Fresh... We are from Kentucky and have missed Fazzoli's very much in the past 5 years! I was so excited when my husband checked again for a Fazzoli's near us and one came up that wasn't over 300 miles away, lol 😂 I am stationed at MacDill and live there as well and my husband and I drove to Plant City just to eat at the NEW (6 months only) Fazolli's. we were not let down at all. This place was so great! Andrew was terrific along with his entire staff. I'm leaving a 5 star review without even having stepped foot in this location in Plant City. Fazolis used to be all over the place in Florida. Any place with a CiCis is likely to have atleast one Fazolis in the area as well. Seriously, I was depressed to see this place leave Florida several years back. i was suprised to actually find one in the Panhandle area a few years back now there's one in Plant City. I seriously hope Fazolis makes a come back. They have great and inexpensive food and everything is fresh. The breadsticks are also unlimited and put Olive Garden to shame.
