I had tried Edison (and loved it) so I tried this! I happened to see my favorite waiter at the main restaurant, Dylan, so I already knew he was absolutely the best! He’s so genuine, and kind, and he has an incredible memory because he actually recognized me! Like last time, I took his recommendation again because I know I can trust his taste buds. But they ran out of conch fritters, so he validated that the other dish I wanted to order was great- and it was so so soooo good. Once again, I am so glad I took his advice because I know I could trust him! Seriously, y’all have the best customer service here to take care of customers! Thank you again!

Wow! Just amazing food and friendly service! VERY big shrimp in the shrimp and chips. It was suggested to me, by a very good source that I try the fish and chips but I have a bit of an issue with fish. The friendly service pointed out that the shrimp and chips is very popular and was a great alternative. We also tried the jerk chicken sandwich and the onion rings. Onion rings were great, more onion than ring and plenty to go around. The jerk chicken sandwich was outstanding! I'm typically not a big fan of mango but the sauce that comes on the sandwich with a perfect flavoring and greatly enjoyed! Jacey gave me friendly service and made great suggestions. Thank you!!

We were near channelside and decided to have dinner from Edison's Swigamajig. For the dinner we ordered Fish Sandwich with French Fries and Piri Piri Grilled Jumbo Shrimp. The service was good and we got our dinner in 15 minutes. The food was freshly made and tasty. The Fish Sandwich was amazing and delicious. French Fries are one of the best we had. It was crispy and delicious. French Fries were the highlight of the food. Piri Piri Grilled Jumbo Shrimp was also tasty and delicious. Loved our food that we ordered.

Went to Edison’s last night for the first time and was surprised by the speedy service and good food. The bartender Spencer was knowledgeable and patient while I asked a questions about the menu. I couldn’t decide on a cocktail so I explained what kind of drinks I like and he recommended one for me. I trusted his judgement and the drink came out so good !! Great conversationalist and great bartender- definitely made the experience worth it. I had the Jerk Chicken sandwich w chips- it had a ton of flavor and and the chips were nice and crisp. Look forward to going back! 🙂

Great food and drinks! Bartender was friendly and gave good insight on the menu. A little pricey but portions were good size. Definitely would recommend!

Sparkman's Wharf is a fun environment, and Swigamajig delivered on tasty food & drinks. I had the jerk fish sandwich- delicious, saucy, kinda messy, and went down in about three minutes. The Parts of Eight cocktail is dangerously slammable. Fast and kind service. Definitely a good experience.

Great experience here! Just had drinks, they were pricy, but thoughtful ingredients and interesting flavors. Bartender was great to chat with. 1st round of drinks were a tish weak, but the second round was perfect. Had 3 different drinks here and my favorite was the loose cannon. Would come back!

I was pretty bummed about the portion size. I knew it was only 3 but it was super tiny. I got the piri piri- grilled jumbo shrimp.. The flavoring was great..with the toast, avocado, the oil they use and shrimp etc it mixed together well. It’s a refreshing snack I should say but I wouldn’t get it again.

Their shrimp and chips are delicious! The shrimp is absolutely amazing and the people working there are very friendly! My order came through incorrect (was rang up as fish and chips when I ordered shrimp and chips) and they didn't hesitate to give me the fish and chips then still get me the shrimp! Overall would definitely come back!

Fabulous food. I had a Shrimp and Chips, with Curry Tamarind Tartar (they should bottle that stuff!). Fries are hand cut, cooked nicely and a very good slaw. Shrimp were huge.. Hubbie had an awesome blackened Grouper sandwich, with fries. Sat and looked out over the bay

We ordered the dive bar cheeseburger & some drinks. I hate to admit it … but this is the ONLY comparable burger to in n out. and I say that being a CA native my whole life. Quick & friendly service, even on a busy Saturday night. Good fries, good burger, excellent service. We would choose this spot over some of the 5 star restaurants around. 🙂

I just moved to Tampa recently and found Sparkman Wharf. Such a cool area! Out of all the food containers my husband and I chose Edison’s Swigamajig. They had a full bar and a solid food menu that caught our attention. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the bartender Jaycee. He was pleasant and knowledgeable of both the cocktails and food. We had a hard time choosing between all of the signature cocktails so he chose for us. The Seadog at 40 and a twist on a tequila old fashioned hit the spot for both us and the fish n chips and Conch fritters were perfect for the appetite we had that day. We will certainly regular the area now and try more of Swigamajigs impressive menu. A perfect spot for showing friends and family a good experience!

Got the best drink from here! I got the "swiggu stardust" and it was AMAZING! I don't remember his name but he was the sweetest and even made my friend a great drink too!! 10/10 would recommend and WILL be back!!

The bar staff is warm and outgoing! Excellent drinks! The kitchen staff makes delicious food and is fun to engage with as well! Shouts out to JC, Spencer, Will, and Lawrence for making every visit a happy and yummy time!

I have not had everything, what I did have was amazing "dive bar cheeseburger"!!! Fire, hit the spot. The five stars, go to the guys who actually care about taking and making your food to enjoy.

JUST SAYIN'

Had a nice first time experience (Bar Only) wish we got the Bartenders name.... but when we asked him to make a cocktail that he was not familiar with, he was more than happy to give it a try and to let us teach him how...with no hipster attitude or malice, that seems to be the norm at so many Bars these days. The drink was great, and he was so friendly and interesting to chat with... we’d definitely come back.. for another cocktail and look forward to trying the food as well. Thks.

I ate the fish and chips. Service was great and they were reasonably quick for a fresh order. The amount of food was good and ok priced for being downtown. The hand cut fries are very good. They told me the fish was fresh, caught the same day. I would eat there again.

Great fish that's made to order. A very average burger with a stale bun that crumbles apart. The fries were surprisingly OK. They aren't made to order but would be really good if they were.

Hip and flank refurbished train car turned into a local full Liquor Bar with offerings of fish and chips. Beautifully located in the new Channelside District. Sparkman's Wharf! Wonderful place for a quick bite or just a moment to relax.
