Chipotle is ALWAYS a great place to eat healthy with Vegan options. My wife and I always enjoy their food. This location the staff was very nice and helpful. They made sure I received everything ordered and the food was good. The store was clean inside and outside. The tables were clean and available for dine in or dine outside. We chose to dine outside and enjoy the weather. I couldn't resist feeding the birds as they looked to me for a bite. I don't know if Chipotle wants you to do that but I did. It's within walking distance from a few hotels in the area and right across the street from the mall. I recommend eating here. Go ahead and enjoy the food and atmosphere.

Was a great experience dinning in this location. Food is good. If you are used to Chipotle food,to my its still the same but if you are not, wouldn't hurt to try it out. Basically don't keep it as left over because you wouldn't like it afterwards.make sure to order and eat right away. Overall usual great experience and the staff were friendly. The location can be easy seen from the highway and it wasn't busy at the time I visited although the are pretty quick in getting your food ready. Will visit the location whenever I am in the area again

Always good for a quick meal that leaves me feeling good. I always with the staff would take a bit more care, constructing the bowls, burritos and tacos as sometimes the tacos and burritos are very hard to eat. I like the options for kids as they can pick the things they like. I think it is Slightly overpriced, but if the staff are making a living wage I am happy to pay it.

The team behind the counter were pleasant but appeared out of sorts. It was completely bottlenecked with a poor soul trying hard but more like his first day. Others were kind of walking around aimlessly, and a number of were items out. The store was not busy. Might have been a bad day.

The food was great and the line moved fast. Parking here is absolutely terrible but there isn’t much they can do about that. Friendly staff and they had everything ready to go for the lunch rush (not out of anything or waiting for something to cook). I’ll be back.

I’ve had good service on more than one occasion, and I have no complaints about the food there. Several key factors matter to me: *1 The staff was very polite and acknowledged me immediately, *2 They very respectfully and clearly communicated with me with dignity, 3* They were very inclusive in their service and addressed me as I would prefer to be addressed (i.e. “Yes, ma’am,” and “How can I help you, ma’am?”), which may seem trivial but it goes a long way because it is very nice when people just volunteer to treat you well, 4* They attentively accommodated all of my requests for my food and they treated me as I would expect they would treat any of their most valued customers, and 5* They have single-unit private restrooms that are tidy and supplied, a definite bonus.

The staff was very patient with me has I hastily ordered lunch for staff because they did not deliver. Yes, that's right-this location does not offer delivery but you can thru GrubHub, if necessary. Like I said, staff was helpful but I started off being helped by one person and she quickly faded into background as another took over placing my order. Behind counter seemed to be in a bit of disarray, but it was excusable as it was lunch and there was a line. Moved me through quickly. Fairly good distribution of product. Everyone was very happy with their burrito bowls. Well, except for one who thought it was a bit on the spicy (heat) side.

I love chipotle but the workers never seem like they want to be there, they come off as cold and nonchalant, also they never have coins so instead of giving you back a dollar they’ll round up and keep your dollar, I asked today why they never have coins and she was like “i don’t know a coin shortage” i work at two restaurants and we never have a shortage of coins. Not sure why, but the chicken just isn't as flavorful as other Chipotle locations. And the serving sizes are just a bit less generous. But still a good value for lunch. Sometimes there is a delay because they are always short on one or more ingredients and it is a very busy location. Could be a little cleaner looking on the serving line.

The location is nice and is very clean, however the service not so great. They didn’t have any mild salsa, and when I asked for a basket to put my burrito in, the girl wanted to hand me the wrapper and rudely told me no that I couldn’t have a basket. I sarcastically asked her if she was sure I couldn’t have a basket and she rudely asked if I was eating there. I told her yes and she never apologized for how she reacted to me and just handed me the basket. No signs on the door to indicate there was no tomatoes, but, I’ve been to much better locations. Did not appreciate the disrespect from the employee.

I work in the area, and I eat here for lunch all of the time. The food is always great, but the parking lot can be a challenge sometimes. The spots are compact, so bring a smaller vehicle if you have the option. After noon on a work day, it gets very busy, so it is worth it to come a few minutes earlier if you can.

Very inconsistent in taste. Spent $23 Saturday and the food was great the best was flavored it was just great. My husband asked do I want some again on Monday expecting the same great tasting food again and it was horrible. The meat just tasted like cooked meat. Who ever cooked Saturday August 1 2020 around noon needs a raise and to always cook to the meat.

In my last visit, I could see the tension on the employees. The guy that made our burritos was great and sweet even though he was the only one on the line , the lady that was on the register however was looking at his very movement with her hand on her waist and didn't help him at all, we had a big order and it didn't matter, you could feel the tension. I felt sorry for him I asked if they were short stuffed and she said no.

I've said it before I love chipotle, been a customer for 9 years. The line here is loooooong over the summer. I get it kids need a job but the shifts should be scheduled to have the more experienced employees handle rush hour.

I've been to the restaurant at this location many times- the food is always fresh and delicious and the employees are very pleasant. At my last visit, I had the pleasure of meeting assistant manager Nathan Waldron, as I needed to ask him few questions regarding the store. He was absolutely delightful- knowledgeable, very patient and well-spoken. His exceptional customer service is just one more reason to love Chipotle!

The food is fresh and tastes great like other Chipotle locations, but the downfall of this one is the parking lot. It's designed horribly due to not having enough space I'm guessing, so if it's crowded you have a real chance of getting in an accident trying to park or leave. Service was good.

First time using the online order service and I don't know if it was just that day or what but it would've saved me more time ordering in line. Ordered food at 12:3p, said it was supposed to be done at 1245 but didn't receive it until almost 1pm. Definitely didn't make that experience enjoyable. There were no big orders before mine. Other than that, the flood was good, asked for extra rice and it seems like it was more but honestly couldn't tell. The food was probably the only reason why I didn't rate it lower bc that parking area is horrible as everyone had said before.

Friendly staff, located close to the hotels, about half a mile. Staff was very friendly with great smiles. They also ensure that you receive your order in the best shape possible. While making my food, the cook got sauce on the wrapper. Rather than just wrapping it up and moving on, she quickly grabbed another wrapper and cleaned my food. This type of customer service is what distinguishes Chipotle from any other high speed restraunt. Thank you.

I work down the street, food is always good. I will not order on the app beforehand anymore, twice I ordered and when I got there at the given time, my order was not ready. They did accommodate the ppl that were waiting on their app order with free drinks People that just walk up get their order faster. Just walk in and wait in line. I know we came later in the evening but they were out of the things we like. No white rice or veggies. I asked for a burrito and the guy made a bowl. I wasn't going to bother fixing it especially after I saw them make a burrito "ball" for the previous customer that was falling apart as he was wrapping it. Not bad just bummed out that there wasn't much left. Don't go here inn the evening that's for sure. We almost left and went next door to the gas station Subway for dinner.

The restaurant is okay, kinda slow at times. I've had two unsatisfactory visits; one where the chips were so heavily loaded with salt that they were inedible and another where nearly half the guacamole was browning. But, the cashier Jo-von is always friendly and quick. Last time I visited, I got the impression that he picks up the slack of others. If he doesn't see something get done in a timely manner, especially if a customer is waiting, he doesn't hesitate to jump in and do it himself. I am happy when I see that he's working because I know that everything will be satisfactory.

Friendly, fast but sometimes the portions sizes can be different on the day. It is odd to be the one to ask for "a little more (rice, beans, meat)" because you got half the spoon full you got last time. That would be my only suggestion for improvement.

What originally started as a poor experience, was swiftly fixed by their on-site manager today! I placed an online order through their website, which didn't appear to come through to their system. Doordash delivery canceled the order; and is working on a refund. I called the restaurant, they apologized, and while I had to place a 2nd order in, they made up by re-issuing my free birthday chips and guac (since the coupon now showed as used online), along with a few burrito cards for my troubles! Thank you! (Side note, the "bag ripped" in the Doordasher's car, and he attempted to hide my free burrito cards! I didn't believe him, as I had just spoken to the manager at the restaurant, following him to his car, asking to see the ripped bag, and found the cards on the floor of the doordasher's car - it was quite sketchy!)

I always love going to Chipotle and getting a vegetarian bowl with two different types of beans and guacamole. Tonight did not disappoint and I emptied tons of Chipotle Tabasco sauce onto the meal, which made it awesome to eat. Walking back to the car was a bit difficult because of how much food it was.

The featured Chorizo was bland - steak was fantastic! Cheese dip was oddly-textured, almost mealy. Service at the line was okay, but there wasn't a single clean table in the place. Lights above the bar-height tables were inconveniently low and gave me a headache. For my first visit to this chain, I doubt I'll return.

Can't go wrong with Chipotle. Either a packed full burrito or a good hearty burrito bowl you will be full leaving there. Never a bad experience and we frequent here often. The prices you can't beat for what you get and also their selection of proteins are always good.

This was a Chipotle, and like the rest - it was a Mexican grill. I have stopped at many of these restaurants, but this was my first visit to this location. Unfortunately, it is likely my last. Given that I was only in Tampa for one night before a cruise - there isn't much sense in my flying all the way back from NC to eat here again. However, I will take solace in the knowledge there is a Chipotle waiting for me back in Raleigh.

Customer service was great, food was great as expected, parking lot is way to small for that kind of restaraunt. The lack of space makes the parking spots small, barely got out of my car, while trying to avoid hitting the car next to me.

Arrived in Tampa after a horrible trip to Houston. All we wanted to do was eat some Chipotle. When we walked in we were greeted by smiling and happy people. We started talking and I told them how terrible the trip had been for my friends and I. They ended up not charging us for drinks, and told us that they had felt bad for our bad trip. I really wish I could leave a review higher than five stars because that is how good of an experience I had there. If the manager reads this, please, give Marith a raise!

This place usually has a very friendly staff. I've only had one or two undesirable experiences here. The food is great, offers many options and customizations. The only real downside is the parking lot is very small for a store that is consistently this busy.

Somewhat of a "customer service joke" here.... My first two kids ordered their meals, then the young girl took a couple of to go orders (or fellow employee orders) and five minutes later took mine and my next two kids order. Huge gap of time! There was no mistake we were all together since I was picking each kid up to the glass in order to see... None-the-less, on these "$15 an hour demanders" behalf, I will say they were fun to watch while horsing around with each other, fairly comical for me and the kids to see, they made my 10 year old laugh. And I would also be willing to bet they had little to no training from the Chipotle management. Just hope your not in a hurry!
