first timer - we had a GREAT experience. went around 4pm on a Saturday, wasn’t busy we were able to be seated right away. We ordered drinks, which were super good. the right amount of alcohol to mix ratio. we ordered a small plate and appetizers. They also offer bread and olive oil to start. they have a variety of food options not just pizza! i was surprised. The crust for the pizza is sooooo good. the food was flavorful and hot. the sauces were amazing. we will definitely be back!

Service was a bit slow and uninterested. Food was good and drinks were pleasant. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here but it was nice coming back after so long. Kind of disappointing that the smaller pizzas aren’t available after a certain time.

California Pizza was very generous with the Veterans tribute. They had a big menu for Vets to choose from. I got a pepperoni, mushroom and sausage pizza. Soooo good. And they included a drink. They didn't even bring a check just said "thanks for your service." Then when I was leaving the manager came over and thanked me again and gave me a card with a free entre to be used in the next couple of weeks. Felt very much appreciated.

Went to a dinner with the family, had a nice experience but the service was little slow. Food was good and kids has few nice options. Thought that drink n fruit was included was kids but that’s isn’t, paid extra.

I had only been to California Kitchen once 20 years ago and didn't find it to be impressive. Not sure if they all changed since then but this place was amazing! So much so I came back the next day. Sangria Flight Amazing! Steak Pizza - Delicious! Hawaiian Pizza -Delicious and Pineapples were so fresh! SERVICE WAS A+++ BOTH TIMES! Definitely one of my new go to places. Especially those Sangrías!!!

Wow! A family celebration and just as good as ever! Enjoyed the chopped salads, pizza and drinks! Gluten free options but no vegan cheese for my 4 yo granddaughter that cannot have dairy. Great service, too!

The tequila fettuccine which I usually order is spot on, but the last two occasions have been watery and looks like they have lessened the portion. Additionally, the service has been lacking. There were no refills on drinks, no complimentary bread, missing utensils. All had to be asked for. The location is great, but I believe it just needs some training of the basics and the rest will take care of itself.

We love, love, love CPK! Great food, drinks, and service. We eat here every other week or so and highly recommend it. BUT PLEASE, clean the bathrooms! In the 3+ years of coming here, the bathrooms are literally always a mess. I don’t understand it. I know this post may come off as funny, but really just highlighting something I hope you all can address.

CPK never disappoints, I am giving 4 stars because the tequila chicken pasta wasn't my favorite, it was too much cilantro and not much chicken in it and kind of watery, too much sauce. I've been there a few times, I will definitely visit again, but won't be ordering pasta. The service was good even tho it was busy at the time.

I came here with a group of friends and it was an amazing experience. Terrance is the best server that I have ever had. He went out of his way to accommodate my peanut allergy which has kept me from coming to CPK for the last 6 years. He exceeded expectations and I will be back asking just for him. I am so thankful for his amazing service.

The food is great quality. The wedge salad is one of my favorite. The tables are kinda close and when it's packed, it can be a bit much. The service is hit or miss.

The appetizers are personal size. For the price and the concept of an app they are to be shared while you wait for your meal. There’s just no reason to get a personal portion of chips and Guac. The pizza is always great! The cauliflower crust is so good! The staff was nice and our server was very prompt.

I gave it a 3 because the service was "OK", it wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't bad. Also, I ordered the garlic fettuccini with shrimp and my noodles were pretty dry. My sister ordered the same, but with chicken and once she stirred hers around it was nice and perfect with the amount of sauce. I had to ask for more sauce. The butter cake was great as usual. My brother ordered the chocolate cake and it was phenomenal.

I used to work inside the mall and would stop by for my lunch breaks, food was always super quick and delicious. I would order the kids spaghetti and it was enough for a good sized lunch but for half the price of a regular portion size. Service is always great and the rewards program is cool too so you can earn free meals.

I have been going to this place for more than 10 years, Kung Pao Spaghetti with shrimp and Thai Crunch salad is what I usually order, and they are my favorite. The pizzas are also very good.

An extremely popular pizza chain located inside International Plaza. To be honest, my expectations were as high as the pizza chain itself. Without a doubt, the restaurant appears amazing in terms of the structure, interior, layout , seating arrangements outdoor & indoor plus the bar within. They offer takeouts, also multiple vegetarian options along with a few Gluten Free options, Kids menu & crayons/activity sheets for their entertainment too. The service was expeditious for the staff, as I observed, was quite efficient, moreover, Our server was super friendly & quick. Now comes the food, we ordered for Schezwan Chicken Dumplings, Shaved Mushrooms & Spinach Flatbread, A Platinum Margarita and a couple of beer. Everything mentioned above was drool-worthy and palatable until the pizza arrived! I set my expectations higher when rest of the food I devoured was utterly delicious, Not the Pizza for sure! The hawaiian pizza we ordered for, wasn’t appetizing, the base felt off & nothing else surprized me about it, only parmesan I could taste & of course that wasn’t enough to please us. So 5 stars for their amazing service, family friendly environment, lively ambience while only one star for the unappetizing pizza !

CPK has been a family favorite for years. Good pizza, good price. Everyone’s favorite has consistently been the avocado club egg rolls. We get them every time and they’re alway delicious. The staff at this location is friendly and attentive. Great lunch/dinner option and there’s something for everyone.

Great lunch. Pizza and salad for $12. We also shared spinach dip. Cauliflower crust pizza was among the best. Try it even if you don’t have to eat gluten free! Thin and crispy without tasting like a cracker. Yummy! I chose the Mediterranean salad. Fresh and generous with feta, olives and tomatoes. The spinach dip was gone between the 3 of us. Thick and creamy with fresh nacho chips. I just wish there was a CPK closer to home!

The guacamole is so goooooodddddd! Personal sized apps though- wish they would give you more for the price. Tried the cauliflower crust pizza and it’s was fantastic but thin crust bc it’s cauliflower so it’s best for someone that’s okay with that. It’s worth it though, really tasty. This location is clean and the waitress and hostess were really nice and prompt. Went on a Saturday’s evening and got a table right away.

I had to give a shoutout to Addiel (hope I didn’t mess up the spelling), as a former waitress, I know what good customer service should be and he did just that, he was entertaining and engaged in conversation, and it felt like you were talking to a friend! The food was also amazing. As a first timer, everything about this experience was wonderful and would recommend it to anyone. Definitely coming back!!

Omg I have eaten at all of these restaurants in central FL, this one by far has the best tasting pizza. I always get the cauliflower crust and it was cooked perfectly! All of the ingredients we equally proportioned throughout the whole pizza so every bite was just as good as the last. IF you love pizza I recommend that you stop by and get some!

Came here for lunch and got a shrimp Cesar half salad. The food was fine — if you’ve been to one of these places, you’ve been to them all. I sat at the bar and the service was really pretty slow. The bartender made no attempt to refill my drink until after he dropped the check and he seemed generally overwhelmed. They either need to run a second bartender or train them to be better at multi-tasking here.

My wife and I always make it a point to stop in and have a bite to eat and have a drink at California Kitchen. The Servers and staff are always so nice and friendly . The food has always been served hot and fresh and drinks as well. We love coming here when we shop at the Int'l Mall. It's a nice place to have lunch or dinner when you're shopping for the day at the mall.

It's been a few years since I've been here. I ordered the lunch special and got a 7-inch pepperoni pizza with a spinach and quinoa side salad. I really enjoyed it. They were quite busy for coming in a little bit before 4 p.m. so I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my lunch but I wasn't in a hurry so it was all good. The only thing I would have changed is getting my salad ahead of time and not have it brought out at the same time as the pizza.

The food is excellent and the portion sizes for the lunch specials are great, and the restaurant was very clean with guests spread out fairly well. Our server was very friendly and offered helpful suggestions for food options (definitely grateful about the warning on the spicy salad dressing and recommendation for an alternative option to try as well), but not as attentive as we hoped. The group of 4 went without refills on water and tea for a good 10-15 minutes, and we spent quite a bit of time waiting for our food to come out in the first place. We were all waiting with payment in hand by the time our checks came because it everything took so long. All that to say I wouldn't recommend CPK if you're looking for a lunch that takes an hour or less; but if your time is flexible, it's a good place to go.

We had chicken piccata, three cheese pizza and bbq chicken pizza. All three were very good! Portions were good. Very enjoyable. We've been here several times before. Always good! first time here, what a great experience! We were seated and served quickly, and our server, Ernest was the most enthusiastic and wonderful part of the trip. Very attentive and friendly, definitely set a standard for future visits! Plus a 7" pizza with a salad for only $12? Sold a thousand times over. Plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options, the veggies tasted fresh and the flavor combo's are amazing 😍 Can't wait to plow my way through the menu, will definitely be back for delicious foor and amazing service!

I could give it a 5 star but The only thing that is a bit issues when I was seated by the Bar to order food and drink, The Lady behind the Bar saw me but failed to say hello and never approach me. She's not even busy at that time Luckily 25 minutes later I asked the 2 Ladies that passing by if they can take my order and they did. Im about to walk out...very disappointed with the Service.

I'll start by saying that the service was nothing short of WORLD-CLASS! Gold Star to Alex (girl) for her service, professionalism, product knowledge and general sweetness. There was a discrepancy with my wife's food and not only was it promptly replaced but there was no charge for the dish. I love everything about this restaurant and the staff I dealt with. We always have a great experience at CPK at International Mall! We’re always quickly seated, our drinks are out faster than we can order them, the food is always hot and AMAZING (get the Avocado Egg Rolls), and our servers are always incredibly friendly and quick. Mr. Ken is by far our favorite. My better half has been going to CPK down in Brandon since before her daughter was born, and he was regularly her server. She’s been bringing her daughter in since she was a baby, and he’s watched her grow up and they have such a great relationship. He’s the best!

I went into this establishment Tuesday. I had been a regular of the Brandon mall a long time ago I was expecting about the same level of service. I was pleasantly surprised to have some of the best service I had received in a long time. My servers name was Ben he took time to help with our choices on the menu,He filled out drinks on time, He joked with my party. I think he made this experience the 5 star that this place always deserved. The food was delicious and the tables were clean.

We were told there was a 10 minute wait which turned into 20 minutes. When we were taken to our seating, they seated us at a small booth, my boyfriend is 6'7 so we had to ask to be moved to a normal booth. We ordered a BBQ pizza which was pretty good, but it has parsley on it which just ruined it because it tasted like soap, I spent more time picking it off than eating the pizza. We needed refills, my boyfriend got his, but mine took quite a while. All in all, relatively good food, it was very clean but service could use improvement.

Their menu is a little pricey for the amount of food you receive; however, the food is very delicious. If you're looking for a good deal, checkout their lunch specials. The soup and salad combo was great. The baked potato soup was perfect and I highly recommend trying it.

The food, the atmosphere, and especially the people at this restaurant are top notch. That said, everything costs significantly more than it should. And they currently have the 16 or 20 closest parking spots reserved for pickup orders, none of which were being used right at dinnertime. I should have just parked there...

Food was great and service was even better. Went in last night with 2 little ones and received the BEST service from Ben! He went above and beyond during the entire dinner. To give you an idea, he brought over dough for the kids, baked it and then after hearing my niece say she wanted to bring home her pizza and decorate it with sprinkles, Ben brought some sprinkles over for her to use right there! Really small things like that really can make the customer experience that much better. Thanks so much, Ben!

I absolutely love this place. I usually order the Kung Pao spaghetti and its just amazing. Staff are nice, food is good. Only issue is that sometimes my Kung Pao spaghetti can have a lot of sauce, which is good, but other times its really dry and it tastes like plain spaghetti.

I don’t usually like fish but California Pizza Kitchen has Halibut cooked on grains in their coal oven and its delicious. I highly recommend the Halibut. Had to come back and update my review. California Pizza Kitchen in Tampa no longer sells the Halibut. This was honestly their best dish. The pizza is decent but not the best. I mainly go here for the ambiance and the fact it is relatively close.

One word... AMAZING margherita pizza! It was so tasty I could not stop eating it!!! The atmosphere was relaxed, especially for being in the mall. Service was great! Our waitress was very attentive. The only thing I didnt like was that she called us "sweetie" and "love" and "boo". Especially being younger than me, I just don't like that. But other than that, would definitely go back & still give it (🖐️) 5 stars!

We like the shops and restaurants at the plaza mall in Tampa. Cal pizza kitchen has good menu items, different selections, not just pizza. Tried the cauliflower buffalo appetizer. Very good, like chicken, only with cauliflower.... does that make sense? I had pasta, and my wife had a Jamaican flavored flatbread pizza, which were both decent. The server forgot our salad. Oh well.... we also had one cocktail and water. Although the food was good, the service was not. For a $65 bill for two people, the value just was not there for us. If we ever return it probably will be for the less expensive lunch lunch menu, and maybe when they're not that busy for better service.

Love their Lunch Duos menu! If you're taking a lunch break or just visiting the mall around lunchtime, the backside of the menu has some good duo pairings of pizzas, salads, soups.....you get to choose two items off the list. The lunchtime service is usually friendly and quick. It's not too busy during the weekdays.

Went today for dinner and it was packed but service was phenomenal!! we didn’t feel rushed and our glasses of water were never empty. Food came out quick, fast and hot. Great Original chicken BBQ pizza, Shaved mushroom & spinach flatbread, and Banh MI Bowl! Service was a bit slow, but it was the weekend and the mall was packed with people, many of whom had a hankering for this restaurant's delicacies. All in all, it was a good experience, involving a very pleasant server and excellent food.

Everything was great! Three for lunch on a weekend. Fish tacos, Asian salad and a pizza. All of it was really good. Service was good even though the restaurant was busy. Menu had plenty of choices to keep everyone happy. We will definitely return.

Wife and I stopped by while we were in the mall last Tuesday. The location was not very busy, but the service from our server was not very caring. Seemed like she was too snappy while we were trying to order. This was our first time at this location, and it seemed liked our server did not have enough patience while we navigated through the menu. Really a pain. Not coming back to this location. Split a salad and a pizza with a friend and they were very accommodating with changing the ingredients of the salad and splitting the pizza. I had mine with artichokes, fresh tomatoes, and mushrooms, Now the combination they offered but certainly a competitive one in the over all arena of pizza flavors. If you're going to the mall, it's worthwhile stopping here.

Frozen California Pizzas have been a go to for us for a while (the BBQ chicken is always a win). So, when we visited the area we knew a trip to California Pizza was going to happen. We got the curry inspired pizza since it's not available in stores and were pleasant surprise! It had flavor but not a lot of heat. One pizza was plenty to share. What prevents this review from being a 5 Star was our server. His attitude became cold and rushed after we ordered water and a pizza to split. He assumed we were cheap, I suppose, and would tip bad. Not so! That's just what we wanted. He also brought our check out before we were finished. I suppose his assumption was a self fulfilling prophecy.

The pizza here is very good, however you will find that the portion size is disappointing. The pizza's are small and overpriced. While the actual food is great (and surprisingly the appetizers are delicious as well), the menu prices are out of budget. I don't eat here often because of this. But we have had consistently great pizza and good service at this place, all things considering. If you're hungry and dining for two, I recommend getting an appetizer and 1 pizza. That'll save your wallet, and any overeating.

Whenever I am at the mall , I like to stop by California Pizza Kitchen. This trip, me and my friend ordered my all time favorite Jamalaya linguini fini and wild mushroom pizza. Delicious as always and expected! For the first time, we ordered spicy buffalo cauliflower and it was delicious. Lightly battered crispy outer layer and lightly deeped into buffalo sauce- delicious! Service is good as always and our server was prompt and friendly.

Yes, the pizzas are good but I dont come to California Pizza Kitchen for pizza...I come for the amazing Ceasar Salad!! I know what you're thinking..."really? Salad?" but hear me out. The Ceasar Salad has super cold PRE CUT romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan pieces and crunchy bite size croutons all mixed with the best dressing I've ever had. My 8 year old son loves it...I fight off my teenage girls for the last bite and I have never had a bad experience with it. Just try it...even if it's before you eat your pizza.

this was action my first visit to California Pizza kitchen and have said was pretty enjoyable experience I had a couple of guests with me and we had lunch and found it to be very ambiance is great as they say seating was good got seated immediately real quickly place was cleaned squared away that helps the server came by initially took or district drinks and water and gave us some time to prove the menu menu is pretty broad a lot different stuff of course it leans towards pizza and salads and so that seems to be a specialty here I know there was a calzone and a salad and the pizza for me and the other guest had a salad and a bowl of soup so we pretty much covered the main items in the menu and they were very tasty meal was delivered quickly warm when it was supposed to be warm and cool when it was supposed to be cool we enjoyed it server came by several times to check and make sure we all right actually I was pretty surprised with the speed since the place is pretty full something we got there but by the time we got ready to order the places had filled up pretty well so that was enjoyable experience

This is a great place if you like to be crammed in and not able to hear. So it wasn't that bad so take it with a grain of salt.
