My boyfriend and I have been coming here consistently for about 7 months. The food is always wonderful and the people are always so welcoming and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone who loves a good burger. Danny served us last time we went and he was great! The mac and cheese burger and the breakfast burger are my favorites here.

FABULOUS! My new favorite Burger place! Totally worth the drive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was so delicious and plenty of it. We tried the Breakfast Burger and the Doughnut Burger and both with Steak fries in the side. Both were amazing and steak fries definitely worth the extra money. Can't wait to go back and try some other tasty treats.

Burger Culture, food truck ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I have been really looking forward to trying this place out! Burgers were juicy and large, portions of fries were good. I loved all the options of burgers and will definitely go back to try the donut burger! I gave it 4 stars because of the wait, over an hour at about 4 pm. Lots of delivery orders seemed to slow them way down, there were 4 people in front of us but the Uber eats caused it to be misleading on how many people are really in front of you. I chose the mango chutney burger, it was supposed to have cream cheese on it but was definitely goat cheese (which is on a different burger option), thankfully I like goat cheese 🤣! Husband got Mac and cheese burger and he was happy with it, could only eat half in a sitting. Burgers were cooked perfectly with a light pink middle. Son got Mac and cheese burger burrito and it was huge! Will try again by ordering on line and going on a warm sunny day to sit and enjoy on their patio next time!!

Burger Culture has some of the best burger I have had. The staff Is really friendly. The prices are really reasonable. You can get a meal with fries and a drink for around 13.50. I would highly recommend this place.

I absolutely LOVED this place! The atmosphere of the people around us was interesting (we went at like 9 or 10) and it provided its own little entertainment in a way. There was also this stray that was hanging around, super friendly, made the place get bonus points too! We ended up getting the street burger with steak fries and it was sooooo good! Please check this place out, you will not regret it!

I like the idea of this place. The menu has a ton of fun and unique options for burgers, hot dogs, and chicken sandwiches. And the truck with outdoor seating and lights is nice. However, it took forever for someone to finally take our order. The burger was dry. The waffle was burnt. I had really wanted to like this place more! Plenty of parking.

Best burgers I've ever had! The burger selection is weird...one is on waffles, with blueberries n cream (goat?) Cheese...but every one is SO DAMN GOOD! Well worth every penny! And don't forget their fries!

I had heard about Burger Culture online and was eager to try out the Burger Culture. So for the Tuesday dinner after work we decided to have burger at the Burger Culture. It is a food truck which has nice ambiance and nice seating place with the lighting. From the menu we decided to order Fried Chicken Sandwich burger with mac n cheese and mushroom burger with fries. We decided to have dinner at the seating place. We got our order in 10 minutes and it was hot. The chicken and patty was hot and cooked now. The mac and cheese was also delicious and we loved the french fries too. Delicious food.

Oh my GASH!!! Best burgers!!! Fun environment and awesome cooks. I had the Street Burger and the cooked pineapple on it was absolute perfection!! My husband detests pineapple and when he had a bite of my burger he loved it! I told him he needs to start trusting chiefs more because they know what they’re doing!!

This place is lowkey bomb and frankly one of the best burger spots in the Tampa Bay area in term of the food. Way above and beyond your average burger joint. The quality is top notch, putting bigger chains like shake shack and five guys to shame. But what's more, they've got a ton of really creative options that you never knew you wanted but will make you wonder why everyone doesn't have the same variety after you have a bite - can match whatever craving you have. My favorite is the black and blue - has blue cheese, super crispy bacon, apples and barbeque sauce.

This place is amazing!!! Had a burger with no bun and the meat is sooo delicious as is the bacon. My nephew has the donut burger...he loved it!!! Highly recommend it!

Food was amazing and customer service even better. Guys where slammed busy but they did great! Never once did they let the crowd get them stressed or the 10 plus orders they had coming in. Oh my gosh…my husband and I have been looking for a burger place since we moved Tampa. We got a Tampa magazine in the mail this week and it had best burger places in Tampa. Burger Culture was listed as local favorites with a beautiful picture of a Ramen Burger. As soon as we saw it we said we had to have it. So today we went to Burger Culture. First the customer service is amazing. Danny and staff were very personable, courteous, and funny as all get out. Second….the atmosphere was so chill with good music. They were jamming to Sade who was one of my favorite artist. You can’t get more chill then Sade. Now the star of the show….the Ramen Burger….maaaaannnnnn. It was as Vince Vaughn said in wedding crashed for the crab cakes. It was phenomenal..F$&@ phenomenal. We will definitely will return and I can’t wait to try the whole menu.9

It's a food truck that serves gourmet burgers. I got the street burger I has a large pineapple it was very delicious. I got the sweet potatoe fries and a Dr. Pepper. The Dr. Pepper was a small bottle but big bottle price. All of the food was delicious and staff were nice. I would come here again.

Burger Culture’ has been a favorite of mine for a while. So I looked them up and noticed they have a Ramen Burger w/ sweet potato fries.. Bingo!! I’m there.. this location is next to Harley Davidson Bike shop.. it’s a stationary food truck and they are located in the Intl Plaza. Now the burger is moist and well, the Ramen bun is just that .. looks can be deceiving. But it eats like a regular burger bun. I would recommend to flip it upside down because the the spicy sweet sauce is just marinating the bottom Ramen.. and yes, there is heat. It does get a little messy but, it’s worth it .. so have napkins .. the sweet potato fries are fried nicely w/a flavorful seasoned salt. A finger licking, worth the sauce on the corner of your lip meal. 😊. But if you like chicken, please try the Chicken Waffle

I ordered The Kicker Burger and added Jalapenos, with a side of their Mac and Cheese Fries. It was the best burg I've ever had! The fries were fire too! But I'm not sure I needed that extra patty haha I would definitely recommend sliding through and smashin one of their burgers!

Only picture I got because our meals were to damn good. I couldn't take another pic before my first bite. The street burger hits is on every taste bud I got!. The fries are different than anywhere and I wish I lived in tampa. I've been here every visit and will always eat here when I visit! The burger in the pic is the donut burger and it's so damn good!

Burgers were delicious, fries were crispy and plenty of salt. The Mac and cheese was gooey but held together on the burger. While the black and blue melted in your mouth with the granny Smith apples adding a nice bite! We can't wait to return.

We have seen this place on Instagram for soo long and finally had to try this on a lunch date. The pictures on IG are mouth watering. I got the gold burger, burger with grilled onions and a ton of nacho cheese. My partner got the bacon cheese burger. The best burger I have had in a while. The burger comes with fries unless u specify another side. The fries are good and crispy while still soft in the middle. Perfect fry for me at least. The burger I got was e xtrememly messy, but was so worth it. The burgers are good size but not so much you feel to stuffed. They don't have an indoor area but they have a covered shaded tables with fans so its pretty nice. It like having a burger in your friends backyard. We will be going back. They share a parking lot with the Harley Davidson bike shop next door, so its easy to miss.

So I'll first say that it took over an hour to receive our food. I was going to take a star off, however, burger culture has the best fries I've ever had in my life. I ordered sweet potato fries, and I haven't had any fries come close to the crunchiness and fluffiness of the fries. My friends ordered regular fries and those were absolutely amazing as well. The burgers were a solid 4.4, but the fries, truly are the best thing they make.

Danny (the manager) was an amazing chef!!! The food was superb!! Everything fresh! Philly steak fries are a MUST. He also came out and made sure all of the customers were okay and satisfied. The location and spot is also a VIBE. If you’re looking for a sign to eat here, this is it!!! You will not be disappointed.

Came here to try the mac and cheese burger that everyones been raving about, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. Sure, the burgers may be on the pricier side, but they are monstrous! I could only finish half! The staff there were also very kind. He explained which burger was which when he left them at the table, and recommended some sauces that go good with each one! He also came out a few times to make sure we were okay, and to make sure we liked the food! Definitely would come again! Overall enjoyable experience.

I have been eating here for a long time. They have every burger from simple to outrageous along with standard sides and drinks and their outdoor seating is perfect for these socially distance times. I’ve tried a number of their sandwiches and never been disappointed.

The burger looked pretty good but they took my order wrong. It was missing some topping requests I had (and probably paid for) and it had some I wanted removed, like pickles, and the whole burger tasted like pickles. I tried real hard to enjoy it but It was too late. Maybe I'll give'em another chance and be more clear with my order.

Food was good. Meat was tender, juicy and well cooked. Fries were the bomb! Can definitely use some focus in their service and their wait time. && if you’re only taking cash please put a sign next to your menus in order for everyone to know right away instead of standing in the line and then having to go get cash elsewhere. Wouldn’t crave to go back but probably would if i’m in the area.

The guys working there were extremely nice. The philly cheese steak fries and the cheesecake empanada was amazing. I also had the macaroni burger with pork, but it was extremely dry. There wasn't any sauce on the pork and it was supposed to have onion rings at the bottom, but they put potato sting fries at the bottom which made it even more dry. What ever special sauce they use it wasn't enough for the amount of meat on the buger. Then, I had to wait a little longer than expected. One of the guys left for a little and when I went to check on my food, the guy that was cooking seemed distracted and my food was just sitting there. I would go back, but not soon.

Initially not impressed by the truck on the deck, but was very impressed after the meal. Came with friends on a Friday evening. Excellent burgers and steaks, reasonably priced. Quick service. Wide selection of burgers, nice outdoor seating, easy parking. Had the Philly Cheesesteak, they did a twist on this that made it the best I have had in Florida so far. Go to the Harley tiki hut across the parking lot if it rains. I am a believer in this place now and expect to return. Wow good.

For a place so hyped up I was a little disappointed with what I spent 26 bucks on. Street burger was decent but the patty was cooked to well, which may be how they do it but I'm not sure. They forgot the mac n cheese for my fries and they added it when I brought it back but they then forgot the bacon and sauce its supposed to get. Mac was lukewarm but really cheesey and the fries are great. Would go again on a different day, very awesome burger concepts.

I’m not a beef lover whatsoever although @burgerculturetampa had other meat options. It was quiet of a taste of a nice Buffalo Chicken sandwich with sautéed mushrooms added to them and it was so good! Besides over the fact that my strips were coming out because they were too big but you can’t complain it was too good and I must say their fries are the best and they definitely won me over!

Very overpriced for a turkey burger that was just okay (very salty), however the sweet potato fries were delicious. Service was slow- my grandson's empanada didn't even come out until the rest of us had finished eating. Actually, we had to go up and get it, it wasn't brought out. Parking lot was very noisy with leaf blowers during the entire meal (not their fault but wanted to warn you it can be noisy). Definitely won't be going back.

My gripe is the water they sold me was very warm and the cook forgot to put my cheese so he took my burger back and came like literally 20 mins later with my burger then at that point it was cold. Drove 45 minutes to come to Burger Culture based off a recommendation from a coworker, and I was not disappointed! Burger Culture is a “permanent food truck” sharing a parking lot with a Harley Davidson dealership. They have some nice outdoor picnic type seating and rustic casual decor. Their menu is pretty extensive with many, many gourmet burger options. I chose the Breakfast Burger which came with a big juicy beef patty, hash brown, fried egg, bacon and honey. YUM! It was a messy delight! My son also had the Kicker Burger, which he demolished and then asked for some of mine! Both burgers came with seasoned fries which were served hot and crispy. The two men working were both pleasant and even brought our meals out to us when they were ready. We were thoroughly impressed with Burger Culture and will definitely be coming back again soon!

Know before you go- very long wait times, so I recommend ordering online before you leave your house. They don’t ask how you like your burger cooked, they come well done and a bit salty, it’s more about the toppings than the beef. It’s a good sloppy burger that you will enjoy. Nice atmosphere on the porch/deck. It is a food truck, so no restrooms. We ordered two burgers with coleslaw “for here” they gave us our food in to go containers with no forks. We asked for forks and they said they were out and offered us plastic one ounce cups and said laughing, sorry we aren’t the owner we are just cooks, to which I said, why would you sell me something I can’t eat? More laughter and the offer of plastic knives. Which honestly it is funny, because conflict resolution in the food industry is pretty easy. Most places would say, I’m sorry, how about I bring you some fries? Or can I offer you a cheese cake empanada on the house? This is easy training. This small business has grown into multiple locations and the customers are the ones feeling the growing pains. But sometimes you just need a big greasy burger so order ahead and bring your own fork! Haha

One of the best places for burgers! Surely ranking number one on our list for real hearty burgers! I tried "Street" burger, came with meaty patty, fresh fixings and home style fries. All generous portions. Make the drive here, you won't regret it! Yummy! Oh, and great service too!

Love this place , Wonderful hamburger, very flavorful , I did get cheese bacon hamburger classic , perfect side of the meat. The onion ring were crispy and made with real onion. Very cosy food truck, well decorate area you can seat and eat it is out side. I have to go back and taste the great variety of hamburgers they have some sound very creative The only problem that the drink was warm , not sure if they have problem with the refrigerator that day .

First time customer while visiting Tampa and this just happened to be on my way to running an errand while picking up supplies for work. Very tasty menu. Keto option. OMGosh!! THE world's best burgers!! I had the Kicker and fries, the egg was cooked perfectly and the ground beef was so fresh!! My hubby had the Cajun Burger that was equally amazing!! Most amazing variety of burgers we've ever had. Some of our favorites are the Black and Bleu, the Breakfast burger, waffle burger, street burger. We love this place so much now we're just working out way through the menu to try every one. They make a lot of their menu items in house and they make every burger special. Plus they're open late and makes for the perfect late night or after the bar/club food!!

When me and my two strength athlete friends arrived at this place we were taken back by the sight of it. It is a food truck with a deck built around it. But my experience has told me that the most unlikely places typically have the best food. And based on all of the reviews we thought we would give it a shot. I have to say I probably had the best burger I've ever had in my life at this place and the fries were pretty good too I can't wait to come back and try their other options I would highly recommend this place to anybody who enjoys a good burger.

I got to say it! Hands down one of best hamburgers I have had in a long time; flavorful, juicy, and above all tasty!!! The hamburger was cooked to a perfect pink, the cheese and mushrooms were cooked perfectly without damaging their taste or texture, and all in a delicious warm bun. Ok, this place is way more than a gourmet burger spot. Its truly for connoisseurs and aficionados. The menu is mostly burger, with grilled cheese and chicken for the faint of heart. The food truck turned permanent location adds great ambiance and lends itself to the mystique of the off the beaten path burger stand. I wish I had taken pictures of the meal before I devoured it but the “kicker” is awesome! I will definitely be back and I’ll consciously remember to record the next episode. This might be my new favorite spot! Don’t hesitate to stop here!! Went back today, 4-17-18, and snapped a pic of the kicker before polishing off! Delicious!

Burger was pretty good! Grabbed the peanut butter and egg, added cheese and bacon. Which made the tastes explode in the mouth. Onky complaint is the meat it self lacked flavor. They have a variety of gourmet burgers to choose from as well as hotdogs. The guys that work there are really nice. You definitely should check this spot out. A little disappointed in the taste of the burger itself. I ordered the breakfast all day burger and my girl ordered the cajun one. I felt the beef patty was under seasoned. It did not have much flavor at all and my girl agreed with her burger. The pictures on their Instagram look great but they're overhyped in my opinion. However, the customer service was excellent and gave fast service. I recommend Thee burger spot as a better alternative.

Amazing! So, first off, this place is located right in the parking lot of the Harley Davidson dealer. You can park inside the parking lot and walk up to the truck. It does have a handicap entrance ramp but it's more towards the back of the tables, so park accordingly. They do Uber Eats so you can go on their website and see what they have to order, although I love that you can grab a seat out on the benches in the cool, Tampa night air and enjoy a burger. I had an Avo Burger with onions and a fried egg and it was amazingly good. Everything in the burger came together very well. A little sloppy cause it was PACKED! Fries were great, and they even gave me a side of spicy mayo (you gotta ask for it). Wait time for me was about 10 - 15 mins cause they had plenty of orders, which was a good sign. The two guys making the food were excellent and friendly; I didn't catch their names but, if you are reading this, let me just say that U DA REAL MVP'S!

I had no idea how the food would taste. I took a chance. Beef cheeseburger with fries. My order came up complete in less than 5 mins. I asked if it was hot. I ate it and it was hot. I haven't had a good Philly cheesesteak in over 15 years as I just moved to Tampa from another state. Love this place. My boyfriend and I heard about it a year or 2 ago and been wanting to go. We recently went when we realized it was in our zip code. Absolutely amazing and decent pricing. The only thing I would say that they need to adjust is their 3rd party menus. A lot of items are not on the 3rd party menus. Which sucks. Because they you have to do special instructions after contacting the restaurant to order what you want. But then the chef does not read the special instructions. So it would a whole lot better if you just put the full menu on the 3rd party apps to order. They also miss items when ordering on a 3rd party. If you want their food, to to the actual location don’t order online

The service was actually pretty fast considering how busy it was. I got the bacon cheddar cheeseburger with fries. That was delicious. The burger had good flavor, and the bacon was cooked perfectly. My first visit there. It was very expensive $33 for two burgers and some fries ouch! It's a food truck not a restaurant inside an airport. Ordered the kicker and the street burger. The kicker was very good. Meat patty was seasoned and cooked perfectly (between medium and medium rare). At the same time, syracha mayo and sunny side up egg in a burger make everything better. The street burger was mild, no seasoning or very little seasoning n the patty. It was cooked good, but no flavor. The size of pineapple in the burger was like the size of a small-medium tomato and very thin. I was hoping to taste the pineapple n each bite, bur that wasn't the case. My burgers came out fast and I didn't experience rudeness from staff, but prices are outrageous. it is a jusr food truck selling burgers. Giving it 3 starts bc one Star is by default. The 2nd star bc one of my two burgers was good and patties were cook correctly even though one needed season. The 3rd star is because the place pretty, tables were clean, music wasn't loud, food didn't take long to come out.

Burgers were up there with the best I have ever had. Everything cooked to order, so takes a little time but comes out hot and fries were perfect. Only complaints would be out of diet coke and water bottles from fridge were not exactly cold. We went at a time that it was not crowded at all. Was visiting Florida over the last month. After looking up "best burgers in the area" I knew I had to make the hour drive and try them. Each burger has a different style and twist to it, I got the Kicker! Burger was thick n juicy, nice and spicy with a side of crunchy onion rings. 20mins on my way back to the hotel I'm already wishing I got another specialty burger to enjoy. We ordered a regular cheeseburger, the kicker (the Sriracha mayo is amazing and egg was perfectly cooked) and the waffle burger (my spouse said the blueberry compote surprised him, normally people cheap out on that). All 3 of us were very happy with our food and would 100% come back. Friendly service and delivered it to our vehicle so we could enjoy the ac while we waited. The freshest most delicious burger I've ever had. You can tell everything from the dill pickles to the bacon was fresh. It's very rare to have nice crispy bacon on a juicy burger. I almost got the waffle burger but I really wanted to judge this place on their traditional burger. So I got a double bacon cheeseburger medium well with a side of fries and it blew my socks off. Highly recommend. Staff kicks butt too. Very helpful and food was ready in less than 10 mins.

Update: I texted my order in for another Cajun burger because I loved it the first time I went, but when I got there, all 3 of the employees behind the counter had their masks off. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I know it's hot in there, especially near the grill, but you guys really need to keep your masks on and find a way to ventilate your workspace so that you're not suffocating behind your masks or spreading anything you might have. The first time I went, everyone was masked up, so I don't see why the inconsistency. I felt so uncomfortable with them not having masks on that I didn't feel safe eating there this time. I told them that I wasn't going to eat it, but I would pay for it anyway, and they said not to worry about it which I appreciate. I just hate having to waste your product and my time, as well as being disappointed by this experience. I got the Cajun burger and it was amazing. It also saves well if you can't finish it. The fries were also very good. The food came out nice and hot - even the buns - so I felt really safe eating it. The service was excellent and there was plenty of space between parties. Finally, the wait was minimal (we went at noon). An excellent experience.

Went to this place for the first time tonight and ordered a classic cheeseburger and fries. Burger was superb! The flavor on that burger I have not had that at no fine in restaurant. My family are burger people and we have tried a lot of burgers and this was the best we have had. Perfectly carmelized onions mayo lettuce and cheese never taste so good! My husband is a hard burger critic and he was blown away by his double burger. Fries had great flavor as well. The beef was good quality and everything was made fresh. They give you a ton of fries too and they're delicious also. I'll definitely be returning to try a different burger. Highly recommend.

I Tried Burger Culture for the first time on Friday... and let me tell you, they taste just as delicious as they look! I had the “Street Burger” and boy was that good! The sauce, buns, meat, pineapple, potato sticks, I mean incredible. Some of the most UNIQUE burgers and flavors I have ever seen in Tampa, if ever. On top of delicious food, the staff was extremely nice. The gentleman who took my order was very nice and helpful. You can really tell how much time, effort, and love these guys put into their menu and food! I will definitely be back. :)

First time ordering from here and I had to wait 1 hour for 4 burgers. I ordered at 0631pm and they texted the order would be ready in 35 min. Waited 30 min in the parking lot and went to get the burgers. They said it wasn't ready yet, so they gave a number, I paid and went to wait again. I finally got my order at 0727pm. We have no idea why it took this long. I came to this location because the international plaza location didn't have great reviews. Was coming from Port Lucie after a wedding and going to Riverview, took the detour because it has good reviews. Honestly didn't expect the one hour wait. The street burger and kicker was good, but the green chili burger not so great.

This place was awesome! I got the Street Burger and my wife got the Cheese Burger. We are glad to have gotten the single patty burgers because there’s no way we would have finished a double. These burgers are massive and they are delicious. The two gentlemen that were working there were very pleasant! The atmosphere was stellar too! Outdoor seating was comfy and my son loved playing with their arcade style basketball hoops. If you’re in the area and want a killer burger, Burger Culture is the place for you!

I have been wanted to try this place for years. I loved the selection of different burger options and it made it hard to choose. I settled with the Mustard Burger and my boyfriend had the Breakfast Burger, both cooked medium. They were absolutely fantastic and we will be back!!!! I can not wait to try the Grilled Cheese made with Mac & Cheese and Bacon. The fries were also seasoned perfectly.

Cheeseburgers are by far my favorite thing in the world. So we drive from Brandon to Tampa just to sit in our car and eat these Burgers and it is worth it everytime. They are the best burgers I've had in the entire country and we travel a LOT and eat a lot of great food. You want to eat one of these. They are perfect. We were soooo excited to go here! I stalked their IG for I know, months lol..we stood at the window for at LEAST 3 mins before we were even acknowledged. Big no no for me. "I'll be right with you" goes a long way, to me. Those are the basics. I personally don't mind waiting for food, but if you're not willing to wait 20-25 for fast food, don't do it. Also, I'm not a fan of eating with cats around. Dope atmosphere with music, games, and enough parking.

An array of burgers and other sandwiches to choose from, but all are worth it. Best burgers in town, period. New locale in Int'l Mall just opened as well. Definitely recommend.

They have crazy mixes of topping they add to your Burger, but by far the best Black-N-Blue Burger I've had. By far one of my go to places now. First time here and let me tell you, it won’t be my last! I had the Cali burger, my wife had the B.C.B.G and our daughter had the chicken and waffle sandwich, I recommend all three! However, my wife rates hers as her favorite out of the three! Oh, and they had a little bar set up in the dining area and the bartender was friendly and his margaritas even better! Great price too.

Let me start off by saying the burger I got was really delicious--it was nice and cheesy and well made. The disappointing thing were the unexpected fees. I don't mind paying $16.28 for a gourmet burger, but there were 3 things that made me end up paying about $3.00 more than expected. 1. The $0.55 fee for paying with card --the convenience fee. I didn't really receive any warning of this fee, otherwise I'd have just paid with cash. 2. The 8.5% sales tax that I was charged. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the Hillsborough sales tax was reduced back to 7.5% in March. 3. This is less of an issue, but the item I got was displayed as $13 on Ubereats, but it was $14.50 in person. You would think the storefront prices would be cheaper than Ubereats, but no, it was an extra $1.50. Overall, good place if you don't mind the price and fees.

I've been here several times. This place CAN deliver great tasting food, but often the employees way over salt the burgers and fries. And they are not consistent with quality of their ingredients. Sometimes the fries are great. And sometimes they are totally different....Not good. Update: this place has not been up to par lately. I think their business is growing and they are having some growing pains. C'mon guys...step it up. I'm staying away for a bit. Update 2: I've tried it again. Burger was good, but my order contained a smaller than usual amount of fries. On another visit I just ordered fries and told the guy I like them fresh because I got soggy ones once. He asked if I like them soft or crispy. I said a little crispy. He got those out to me so fast there was no way they were fresh. They weren't. He took old fries and put them back in the fryer. Not good. Greasy. If you go at night and it's not real busy you will observe many rats around the outside of the food truck and around the dining pavilion. I've only seen them outside. But I've never actually been inside the food truck, of course.

Got to try two of their popular burgers, Street Burger and 3 Pigs. Both were unique in their own ways and you can't go wrong with either one. All depends on your mood. Took a decent wait of around 10-15 minutes after ordering but it wasn't too bad and it is made fresh on the spot anyway. I'd rather have it cook right and take a while that fast and all wrong. The fries were nice and crispy. Area to eat was clean and nicely covered by canopies and trees. Just fine on a sunny but low humidity day. Definitely skip the regular plain, cheese, or bacon burgers and go with something different. It's what makes this place it's own.

Phenomenal! What a find! I felt like a food show celebrity uncovering truly exotic offerings. I'm sure the burgers are amazing, but I couldn't resist the chicken and waffles grilled cheese. I honestly can't decide if it's the best waffle, chicken or grilled cheese I have ever had, but it was damn sure the best hot sandwich! It has a surprisingly long menu for a food truck. I didn't like the cheese on the burger. I can tell individual tastes of things and the combinations. So as I was eating what I consider by the way to be a GREAT juicy burger, the cheese didn't impress me. The bacon was good, the bread good, I didn't have pickles. I put a little ketchup on it, that was good. I don't know what cheese it was. Cheddar I guess. I like cheese. So next time I will try a different cheese. The sweet potato fries were good too. So I give 4/5 stars. I will come back again!!!

Burger culture Ambiance-b Loved the outdoor, tiki beach vibe.....very retro beach feel.... Customer service-b Great staff..very kind and pleasent. Took the order and got it right. Also speed was good as my food was done under 10 min Appearance of food-B My burger look good, the bun was soft and plush.....plus toasted very well...with a nice buttery finish to it. Burger had plenty of grilled jalepenos and pickles. The fries were well seasoned with cajun spice....and looked crisp Taste- c The beef patty had a decent flavor, but didn't have that "beefy" flavor you want in your burger. Meat inside was crumbling which usually means higher fat content and a little over cooked. The jalpenos had that kick you love to love and the pickles were nice and tart..with good crunch. The onion ring I tried from my sons food looked fresh and well fried....but lack any flavor or notes of seasoning. The fries, while seasoned very well...has that fresh from the freezer taste....basic qaulity fries. They did the job. And the grilled cheese was cooked the best......nice crisp and buttery finish on that sourdough.....and the cheese was oozing out.....my one complaint was that even though they used 3 types of cheeses in this sandwhich....it lack flavor from those cheeses....they all tasted the same... Overall b- Would like to see a better beef qaulity used....also a different cheese used in the grilled cheese to provide some contrast...but if im over in the area...I would comeback and try other menu items....I see they have bison......

Here's a tip for you... read your receipt before leaving... Wait is long. Burgers are good, but pay in cash or you will be ripped off as one of their employees automatically without your permission puts a tip on your bill of no less than $5 & change then you may tip on top of that so he's making excellent tips by stealing them. My husband and I stopped in for lunch and had the $8.99 cheeseburger, fries and a drink special. The cheeseburger was huge and it was really good. The fries were naturally cut potatos. I liked them but my husband thought they were a little overcooked and he didn't like them (I like my fries on the burnt crunchy side normally though). I love the cool patio area. It had music playing and had flowers and plants along the fence line. The staff was very friendly.

I went here for the 2nd time recently & it wasn't as good as my 1st visit. The fries seemed different (not hand cut) and the burger didn't seem as juicy as my 1st visit about a year ago. I wish the seating area was nicer / updated but at least they have a seating area. This was hands down the most amazing burger I have ever had in my life. Like, the experience was a spiritual one. Better than any quality burger joint out there..better than Burger 21, Burger Monger, Five guys and probably anyone else that will come along. This place seriously needs to be on a food show. Yes..it was that amazing. I dont think any burger will ever compare to the veritable orgasm I just had in my mouth tonight. The one I ate was the Mango Burger, and also try the balsamic tomatoes as the side. It was quite simply food prn I just paid for, and ate food prn. I cant wait to go back!

The food was stupendously scrumptious, with a great selection of plant based options and even better than that, the service was phenomenal and the conversation with the two fellas working at that time was nothing short of fulfilling, sort of like a Sunday sermon when you feel like the pastor is feeding you life. The location was easy to find because of the Harley dealership and there was ample parking in the lot. Google definitely needs more stars to accomodate their new standard for customer service. *******

The burgers here are the bomb dot com. Went here with my coworkers and everyone loved what they had. I plan on coming back so I can try everything on the menu. Seriously, you have to check this place out. It's a food truck with a lot of flair. Super cool decor and nice clean tables to eat at. Outdoors of course but under a nice canopy.

What isn't there to like about this place, maybe the only thing is that they need more of them around. Their burgers and fries are absolutely delicious, I have dreams of their cheesesteak sandwich. The 3 Pigs Burger is my weapon of choice, I could eat them everyday if I could. They're open till 11pm so don't wait too long. Also they are partnered with UberEats, so order away!

My first time here. I drive by it all the time and have been curious. All in all it was good. I got the keto burger. I love a burger with an egg on it. I thought it was a bunless burger but it was on a bun which I could only assume was keto friendly. The only complaint I have is it was very salty. Not inedible salty but more "I'm going to have to drink a lot of water to flush it out of my body" salty. I will go again to see if it was just a one time thing.

Much better before they got too big for themselves. Response: Sure, I'll be happy to help. The last three times I have placed an order, something has been wrong. Most recently, I placed an order through Uber eats a few weeks ago for 3 Philly's. I waited about 45 minutes and called in to you to get an ETA. When you answered, you said you were out of ingredients and claimed to have called to let me know, but I received no calls. I really love Burger Culture and have been going there since they opened, just have been disappointed multiple times recently.

According to Yelp this was the number 1 rated Burger spot in metro Tampa....Yelp gets it right again. The set-up was pretty cool, true to the food truck style...because it's a stand-alone food truck with a nice outdoor eating area to accompany. The menu was a little confusing, I had a hard time navigating it at first. I thought there was a custom burger option. But I eventually figured it out, and ended up ordering the Double Bacon Cheeseburger. I added grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, etc. Without a doubt one of the best burgers in town. There had to be close to 1.5, if not more, pounds of meat in the burger. Everything from the bun to the freshness of the add-ons was A1. I had the chance to try my girl's sandwich as well, she ordered the Waffle Cheese Chicken Sandwich. That was really good as well, it was surprisingly moist, and the honey accompanied it well.

In short, this place's burger is amazing: juicy, tasty, and with a perfect balance of crunch and mmmmmm (Street Burger is their specialty). The locale is pleasing to the eye: it's hip and fresh. The people working there are super friendly and have constant smiles on their faces. Price to food ratio however is faulty: $15 for a bottled beverage, a decent sized burger with thin (almost like Steak and Shake) fries. I cant help but think that I could have gotten my money's worth elsewhere (I mean...at least innovate your fries guys!). Also, although the weather on the day I visited was awesome...I cant help but think of the poor souls that will have to endure a delicious pricey burger under Tampa's summer weather. Also, because the tree that the food truck is under (which provides great shade), I had the misfortune of having a tiny insect attempt to make its way to my shoulder (a couple of ladies eating next to me had a similar experience); I also made friends with two squirrels who were clearly excited to see what I was munching at. Although I am not moved to panic by any of the previous, I can see why some ppl would. Putting ALL of that aside, they still make one delicious burger. I may however just have to UberEats my next burger...without fries. Food quality is not affected by a drive time right?

First had Burger Culture several years ago at a MOSI food truck rally and was blown away by the flavor and care. I was happy to see that the business was doing well enough to park a truck. To this day, their burgers do not disappoint. The burgers are competitive in price with steakhouse and BBQ establishments, but because it's all they do they have the time to perfect their craft, and the results are incredible. They will serve your burger just about any way you ask as well. My mother, a diabetic who manages her blood sugar purely through diet and without insuling has a craving for a burger, but told me she'd just not eat the bun. Though she still opted for no bun or other casing, Burger Culture offered Keto-friendly gluten-free buns as an alternative. Seriously, go treat yourself if you've got a little extra cash and a hankering for beef. You won't regret it.

Get the Goober Burger and add the bacon. You won't be disappointed. The prices seem a little high at first, but when compared to other "gourmet" burger places in the area, I'd say it's about average. Burger with fries plus a drink for just under $15. That being said, the little additional fees through made me constantly second-guess when I *really* wanted various options. It was $1.50 for a small bottle of soda, $2.99 to upgrade from fries to sweet potato fries, $2 for a three-strip bacon add-on, etc.... It all adds up. Definitely try this place out. It wasn't a 5-star for me, but for a burger place, it was really close.

Food was great! I ordered a Ago Burger and my girlfriend had a turkey burger. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because the buns were a little to greasy and soft for the accommodations of the burger.

Hands down, my new favorite burger joint. I got the Avo burger and it had a mound of smashed avocado, Swiss cheese, some sort of cilantro aioli and grilled white onions (the menu says red onion, so when I asked for no red onion the employee clarified that for me). The fries were so well seasoned and perfectly crispy (and included in the price of the burger). My boyfriend got the classic cheeseburger and did enjoy it but said he liked mine more. We’re going back tonight for round 2!

Absolutely one of the best food truck in the Tampa Bay, Bayside Bimmers host a car meet every 6-8 weeks on a Thursday night for the last 6 months to this day this place has never disappointed us. Great spot, friendly staff and excellent food. There delicious gourmet burgers and sandwichs are worth every penny, the fries are seasoned perfectly as well. I recommend the Chicken Waffle sandwich it is my absolute favorite and my husband will the Philly Steak and Bacon. I would like to say thank you to Gab and Ashley and their staff for always making arrangements for our members and making it a fun atmosphere it totally worth the hour drive to come out and enjoy awesome evening.
