This is my favorite restaurant for sweet potato fries. When I’ve visited this location lately they keep coming out cold. I didn’t have time to go back and ask for warm ones. It’s just not super convenient to take the kids out of the car for all that. I want to continue visiting but it’s pretty challenging when you pay $5 for cold fries. Tried to mention it but didn’t get any response.

I like they have options for gluten free bread and fries and they have a dedicated fryer. They also have many options for sauces, sweet potato fries, and regular fries. Milkshakes look outstanding they have beer and cider and wine available.Eush they would add a Gluten Free Beer. You can sit outside, really nice area and also nice inside.

My boss and I eat at Burger 21 regularly, and they never disappoint. I love that they offer two different veggie burgers, but my favorite is the black bean burger on a lettuce bun. We always get a mound of the sweet potato fries with tons of marshmallow sauce. So good! The cashiers and food runners are always so friendly. They all laugh and my boss's cheesy dad jokes, which makes him happy too.

It's a 5* review which meant to be 1* and no, I will not be dining here again but since the majority of personal is young, maybe they will take this 5* as a future aim and really deserve it one day. Here is what I think. People who hate their jobs serve food to people they despise. No, you won't hear a "hello" here or get a smile. Conversation is very "efficient" and starts with a "name for your order". Ordered a simple hot dog and burger plate, could not believe how many times classier pressed something on her screen. I felt like she's typing a message to the kitchen "o n e hoooot dog, and....". After that a simple hot dog for which you asked "everything" on it, comes with ketchup only. Even no mustard. And to get it - no, you won't have access to some area where it all stored. You got to wait either for the girl who brings the food out of the kitchen or classier. Food was pretty terrible by the way. Guys at the table next to me looked unhappy too and requested to replace a burger which was overcooked when they asked for rare.

i love burger 21, it is a great place to get a quick lunch. the atmosphere is very nice and the shakes are great. i’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the burger buns but it is something you can over look

Hands down the best burger in Westchase. I don’t understand the negative reviews. Been here multiple times, dine in and take out and it’s been amazing every time! Fries are delicious. It’s hard to find a steak sandwich around here, so I improvise and get the chicken parm sandwich, sub for beef + mushrooms. AMAZING!!!!! Husband loved his too. Food is always warm. Shakes are good too.10/10.

Great burger place with amazing choices of sauce (8 or 9 different types) and very friendly, courteous and fast service. It was overall 9 out of 10 for the entire experience, taking 1 point away for over cooking my burger to well done when I had asked for a medium well. Even though the burger was cooked well done it was still juicy. It had crispy bits on the edges which was delicious. Thank you for your great service guys. Will definitely be back.

First time here: Burgers were 5 stars, fries were 1 star. Burgers are better than Burger Monger and 5 Guys, but not their fries. These fries are frozen, not fresh cut. There’s just no comparison. You can’t claim to be a gourmet burger joint with hard, dry, frozen fries. Fix that and you’ll be at 5 stars across the board.

We parked then ordered online for curbside delivery. This was our first experience with Burger21 and I was impressed with the quality of food in the short time it took for them to make & deliver! My husband said his chicken tenders were delicious and he rated their Honey Mustard sauce a 10.

Burger was great! Fries were what you'd expect, nothing special but done right. Tried the cookies and cream shake which was excellent! It isn't cheap though, but if you feel like spending a couple extra dollars you can definitely taste where it goes. I recommend it if you like burgers!

Had the baju burger this time. It was very tasty, turkey sausage patty topped with blackened shrimp. this is a good location, it's never really all that busy, which is great. The staff is very friendly, I was willing to help you out. A number of great gluten-free options, including cheeseburgers. Their fries are simply amazing.

The burgers here are pretty tasty. Super greasy though so if you don’t like grease then these might not be for you. The prices here for burgers are a bit high for fast casual . Fries are not included by default. Overall good experience I just think the cost is a little high for what you get. I will admit the meat is a good combination blend so it has a great taste. The grease will definitely drip though so be prepared to eat like a cave man/woman and make a mess.

GREAT SERVICE! I have been there twice in a week (no judging). Both times have been great. The first time, I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. The manager was so helpful and knowledgeable. He read me all the ingredients for the bun ( I have a gluten and dairy allergy). The second time I placed a to go order. The service was equally stellar. My new favorite burger place.

The atmosphere in the little West Chase downtown is amazing and we find ourselves at Burger21 more than the many other choices there. You can satisfy most of your cravings in this area with all the food choices... But burger and a shake do it for my family.

I am highly curious about the negative reviews for this restaurant. The service is excellent to say the least. The pride the employees carry for working at such a great restaurant is unbeaten by any restaurant in the eastern United States. The food and the cleanliness at the restaurant are also spectacular. I strongly believe anyone who negatively reviews Burger 21 has never actually been here. All in all, great restaurant, just wish there was an active location near me!

Food is great, service is usually up to par. Three stars for the extremely poor value considering there isn’t full table service by a proper waiter. One shouldn’t expect to pay $20 for a burger fries and coke at a place where you order at a stand and serve yourself. Each item is sold separately so that’s where Burger 21 makes their money. Nothing away from the food, the food has always been great specifically the cheese ale fries, however The prices to be honest are outrageous and I feel the French Fry portioning is stingy in particular. Poor value but still worth a visit.

Great! The girls who work here are on it every time I come here, they're awesome! Much better than the old St Pete location that closed down. This one is here to stay for sure mainly due to the great service and the food here somehow tastes better than the old St. Pete location too. The larger dining room and closed off kitchen makes for a much better experience as well. Prices are right were they should be. Keep it up guys!

This is my kids favorite restaurant. Getting all 3 to agree on something is no small feat! It is our usual choice for birthday dinners with friends/family and they always provide great service and quality food. It can be pricey, but the milkshakes are definitely worth the add on. Especially recommend the chocolate malted milk ball! Be careful in ordering fries as the regular side should feed two and shareable we've done with 3-4 (normal size portions, but they are addictive, so size up when in doubt!). They underwent a makeover in recent past and place looks great. There are a lot of great choices, but my son and I stick to the Burger 101 as you don't need a lot of fancy toppings for this solid and tasty burger.

Absolutely delicious burgers. Nice selection of condiments too. Kids loved it! The one thing I will say is this, they have priced everything too high for the atmosphere they are presenting. I would have no problem with the prices if this was a full service restaurant with servers at your tables, but as it stands it is somewhere in between upscale fast food and a full service restaurant. If they lower prices or go to a more full service system, I will upgrade to 5 stars. I

food was okay, the burger was partially pink despite me saying i wanted it cooked well done and it was very salty for some reason. they were also very stingy with the fries. this place is really overpriced and it seems like a scam that you have to pay $7 or $8 for the burger alone, then pay for the fries and drink. staff was nice but i probably won’t be back.

I've been to several Burger 21 locations, including this one. Last night I tried the Bayou burger and, oh boy, it was amazing. Who would have thought of putting shrimp and andouille sausage on a bun? The flavors were really good and you could taste each of the ingredients used. The service was also exceptional and I like the fact that the chef was going around explaining about how they make the food.

They have... Banana Foster Milkshakes! My heart skipped a beat. This being my first time, I am in love. Service was a bit slow at first but all is forgiven with the deliciousness of this milkshake. Burgers are amazing and the fries, incredible. Highly recommend!

They have lettuce wrap burgers that are low carb, which is nice. The location is clean and the food tastes great. There are no value meals - you buy sides and drinks separately, which is good if you're avoiding fries and other unhealthy foods.

This is the best 'quick' burger place I know. They do a VERY good job on quality of the food, clean presentation, and good customer service. My only gripe is that some of the prices are a little high. The burgers range from $6.00 to $8.00 (which I am OK with if it's a GOOD burger); but $2.30 for a small cup of french fries and $2.25 for a soda is over the top. I think the thing to do is go for their daily specials, because they ARE a good deal. It was also nice that they have no gluten and vegetarian options (so now I can entice my girl to give them a try too). I still give it 5 out of 5 just because the burger was really good.

Five Guys who?? I can't speak for any other location...but the monster burger I just ate here was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten! That's saying a lot since I've been around! You know fresh ground beef the moment it touches your tongue...their combination of beef to fat ratio is of the tastiest and highest quality I have ever encountered anywhere! When it's cooked a perfect mid-rare and juicy fat is rolling down your fingers...you know you're in for something special. The fries and free sauces are excellent as well...fried are shoe-string style and crisp on outside and creamy inside as it should be! If it weren't for the fries I just devoured...I might have attempted another burger! It's that friggin' good!

Burgers are just great! The buffalo chicken sandwich and chili cheese dog are actually my favorites, but the sliders are a wonderful choice as well. Beer cheese dip for fries is a great treat and the shakes/malts make it a completely wonderful digestive experience. Parking can be a bit tight/tough from time to time due to all of the other popular shops and eateries within the plaza.

Good place to get all kinds of burgers. Hamburgers, chicken, veggi, shrimp, ahi tuna, with all kinds of flavors and styles. I have yet to be dissapointed with the food quality or service. If you get the meals though it can be a bit pricey at over 10+ dollars a sandwich. They also have 8-10 different french fry dipping sauces. Worth a visit even with the small premium being considered.

LOVE this place! Many will argue about which place has the best burgers in town, but it's this one. Hands down! My favorite is the Tex Mex Haystack. Hubby and son always go with the Cinco burger. Try their sweet potato fries with a side if their toasted marshmallow dipping sauce. Mind = BLOWN!!

I eat here at least 3 times a month. The service is always friendly and helpful. The food is top notch and always delicious. They have a sauce selection that will please any palate. (including an apple cider sauce and a toasted marshmallow sauce) There are a lot of menu items and tons of variety. Another great feature they offer are turkey burgers, gluten free buns, and salads! Always a bonus for the health conscious. Personal recommendations: Tex-Mex Haystack burger Ale fries Banana fosters milkshake I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Best burger in town, quick service. If you like fish, the ahi Tuna burger is tasty. Also with great desserts. Great for kids or for causal dining. Only way they could improve is with better beer selection, otherwise best eating establishment in Westchase-shop area.

Pretty sure the burger was still mooing. Although that didn't bother my husband. Who enjoyed the mushroom swiss at about a 7 on a scale of 10. Fries were crispy & thin. Personally I like them thicker. But sauces were the highlight of the trip. On 8/26 my Anniversary actually. I ordered from Uber eats who never arrived with my order (Cancelled by Uber Driver) I then reordered from Burger 21, when I reordered I got a courtesy call from Burger 21 employee Cathy, who states she has the same name as me which is awesome just like her. She questioned if i wanted the same order as my previous one that just was carried out by Uber eats. She went out of her way to contact Uber after me telling her my angry story. You get angry until you have someone like Cathy who calms your mood and GOES OUT OF HER WAY to contact Uber on my behalf. That’s same day i got a refund and a positive outcome. I don’t know if there is employee of the month but she deserves it. Thank you Cathy or Kassandra ❤️ for making my day easier and happier. Have a blessed day and keep being great.

I came from temple terrace to try it out because of the reviews on this place made my brother in law and his family come with and we all could not put the burger down even though we were all full to are ears but we still wanted to try the shakes and wow.... we are glad we did.
