This café on Anderson Road is an independent business that has been serving good american fare for a long time. Open for breakfast and lunch and there are 2 separate menus and they have the variety of dishes you often see in a diner. They also have specials they put up on the board. Pocket friendly prices, country style ambiance and always friendly service. The decor is fishing/beach style. There is plenty of parking on 3 sides. Had a couple BLT's for breakfast this morning at 6:30am. Love the fried fish and shrimp. Some satisfying and hot food choices. Burgers remind me of when I was a kid. Good subs and sandwiches. Just a great place to stop for a bite, no fuss no muss and a huge glass of tea.

Omg this hidden gem is full of southern hospitality and all around great customer service. The inside is very warm and welcoming, makes you just wanna kick back and relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast! Mrs. Shelly was my server and I love her! Love it! Been going for many years and they've always impressed me. Can't beat the quality of service and food, especially at such an economical cost. It's down the street from my work, so we in the office get takeout at least 2-3 times per week. I prefer to eat @ the restaurant if I can, because Pam behind the bar is such a pleasure to spend time with. Our orders are always prepared properly and delicious.

Great food at reasonable prices. I usually go for the chic parm sub, but decided to try a new menu addition in the Buffalo wings. They were cooked and seasoned tasty and not too much sauce. On the way out my friends and I noticed a sign that reminded us of an old friend. If you are in the neighborhood, you should give it a try.

Great, inexpensive breakfast food. I was getting my car detailed and they recommended I hang out at this place for a bit. Worth it! Extremely friendly service as well and my food was out quick. Everything cooked properly and all the necessities provided. Will come here again for sure if I'm in the area.

I had my Breast Cancer breakfast there after the walk on October 20. The owner and staff were attentive and accommodating! They have a small section in the back which was sectioned off for my 30 walkers, the food was setup buffet style and it was good!

Good Food, Good Prices We have visited here for lunch a couple of times and for breakfast once. Its your typical local restaurant with a complete, but simple menu. For breakfast, they have the normal fare (eggs, toast, pancakes, french toast, hashbrowns, etc). For lunch, they have sandwiches and assorted specials, including Cubans. The food has been consistently good and prices are good as well. Location is off the beaten path and parking is very odd. Restaurant is designed very simple and the menus could use some updating.

This is a really good place to stop by for lunch. It's not a very fancy place, but the food is tasty and great portions. I usually get the Greek salad (the half size), and it is very good and a decent size. They also have one of the best onion rings anywhere! They are large and super crispy...Yummm!!!! I've also had the gyro and it's really good too! I tell you, our waitress Sonya, is really good. She is polite, attentive and gets us our check on time since she knows we need to get back to work on time. If you want good tasty food, great service at a very reasonable price, try this café!!

I really love going here, but it's hard when you work during the day and they close at 3 and on Sundays. I dont know the server's name, but she helped us the 2 times my bf and I have gone and shes very sweet and goes out of her way to make sure youre taken care of. We tend not to spend much here either so thats a plus. Can honestly say ive never had a bad experience here and LOVE the biscuits and gravy 😍😍

Amazing staff and cook! They have home cook meals and every dish imaginable on their menu. We consider this our favorite hidden gem in Carrollwood. Today Dayani our server served up blueberry pancakes and Egg Benedict with coffee and juice. Breakfast is served from 6AM til 1PM (Awesome)!

My Saturday Morning Breakfast go to spot.. You can sit any where you like..The servers are super helpful and friendly..The Hungry Man Breakfast Deal is the best..You get two eggs cooked to your liking and a choice of meat , my favorite is the slice of ham, its huge and with a choice of home fried potatoes or home made hash browns..Toast and side of grits.. Prices are very good..They Only take cash so NO credit cards..Enjoy!

Cute out-of-the-way mom-and-pop restaurant. Cheap lunch specials, and everything else is also reasonably priced. Try the grilled cheese with bacon, it's more like a bacon sandwich with some cheese on it, unlike other places that only give you one or two strips. They don't skimp here!
