We were visiting family in Seattle and decided to try this place. It was a very small, nice and elegant place. Everyone was very friendly,our server was Sage, he was just the most friendliest person ever. The manager Jordan, checked on us to make sure everything was up to par. The food was amazing. It was the best pizza I have ever had, first time having cannolis and they were awesome too.. my hubby says it was very close to real Italian pizza. He visited when he was in the military. Definitely worth a visit and ordering take out from.

I don't usually do restaurant chains but this was really good and definitely felt more like a Neighborhood Place to eat in the bar than a Seattle chain restaurant. Excellent, friendly, super cool servers and yummy menu. Here I am dipping my crust in my cappuccino like a real italian.

Great pizza and very good service! We ordered 8 different pizzas and all of them were great! Although we ordered for take out, I enjoyed the space they had plus their bar and ice cream bar. Both the indoor and the outdoor spaces were very clean and nice. I highly recommend checking this place out, especially for the tourists who are looking for a good local food and space to chill.

Delicious wood fired Neapolitan style pizza! We had the pleasure of having their seasonal pizza which as fresh local wild shrooms and prosciutto, and I think local goat cheese if I remember correctly. We also ordered the house since this was my dining companion's first time there. Service was very friendly and efficient. The wine that recommended to us went really well with the pizza.

Adorable place. Pizzas came out very quickly and were fantastic. Leonardo and Michele pizzas were outstanding. Can skip the Meatball & Ricotta pizza; the meatballs were still refrigerated by the time that the pizza made it to us. Paper Plane cocktail was one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had; still thinking about it the next day.

Tutta Bella never disappoints and I think I've been to almost all of them. I had the special Pizza which had clamata olives and capers. It was fabulous. I was very pleasantly pleased with the staff and management at this location. Thank you guys, my family and I had a wonderful time for lunch. Or shall I say a Dunch? Cheers!

Delicious and consistent. I have ordered take-out from this restaurant many times now. The pizzas are very tasty and the salads are very generous and fresh. The most important part is that they are consistent. It's very easy to have a good tasting menu, it's a lot harder to provide fast and quality service consistently. Something many restaurants are lacking today. Every time I have ordered food from Tutta Bella, it has arrived in good time and with no mistakes. In Seattle I am spoiled for choice on good food, but the ones I always come back to are the ones that have good service and good quality control.

What a great experience! Walt, our waiter tonight, was awesome to us and filled us in all the details, like the origin of their ingredients and the seasonal specials. After having a hard time choosing just two pizzas out of their gripping menu, we decided to try the seasonal and the house pizza and they were just on point, as was the wine. TLDR: Great service, awesome food, good pricing.

Just discovered this neighborhood and this is the third place we visited here. Don't miss out on this hidden gem if you're in the area and craving for some pizza. Wood-fired pizza with perfectly done thin crust, fresh ingredients and flavorful sauce makes it very comforting and light. Chocolate mocha latte was great! They also have vegan options. I'll definitely return to try other dishes.

Vegetarian friendly menu available. Great Service and delicious food. One of my favorite place for sure. I think I have been to all locations and food is always excellent. I was with a vegetarian friend and we had plenty of dishes to choose from. They have outdoor dining as well. Parking is street parking and it can be a hassle. Update: They have an amazing vegetarian pizza. Garlic base, Artichoke, pepper, eggplant, arugula and I think either fennel or celery root. It was so delicious. As my birthday cake, they gave me a mouth watering Tiramisu. As always, great service!. It seemed they keep customers and workers safe. They were not packed like some other restaurants nicely spaced out and look up menu by the square.

The pizza is wood fired and delicious. My only issue was that our waiter got our order wrong and when I asked for a refill, he took the glass like he was going to refill it and never came back with the beverage. At the point he came back to check on us, we were just ready to go.

Service is great but the meatballs, lasagna and most everything are way under seasoned - ask for salt. Pizza is delicious and they do carry some local beers on tap.

The food was nice and of your typical Neopolitan flair in a local Italian eatery. It was large and the service staff was more attentive than most. There is also a great bar with TV's, an overflow space upstairs to accommodate larger parties. Definitely would return.

Best pizza in the state, hands down. Neapolitan certified means everything from where their ingredients were grown to every prep procedure is as was originally intended by those in Naples who invented pizza once upon a time. Owners are very responsible as well, being among the first restaurant chains in Seattle to offer paid sick leave to servers.

Lovely atmosphere! Waitress was very kind and on top of it. Food was exceptional and I would definitely return. Recommended for everyone, particularly people looking for a relaxing place to sit down and eat dinner with friends.

I give it 5 stars for the taste and quality of the food. We shared a pasta 🍝 vongole with clams that was cooked to perfection with a true taste of Italy 🇮🇹 as was the pizza with prosciutto, arugula and shaved parmigiana on a thin yet soft crust. My husband is a big guy and the portions are individual so he was not satisfied. Without 🍹or dessert 🍨 the bill was $45 With the costs of eating out we found it unreasonable to charge a mandatory 20% gratuity. They even make you read their policy regarding that so as you are forewarned. That part made us uncomfortable. It should be the owners responsibility to pay they're employees well even if their own margin of earnings is a bit less. A tip is ones own assessment of how we liked the whole experience so it should be at our own discretion.

It was my first time at this location, it's a nice old building and it has coffee place next door, they are kind of connecting, so place was clean and well-maintained, you can see kitchen with wood burning pizza oven, food was delicious, we got pizza, salad (which was personal size, but it was big enough for 2-3 people), and if you are going for first time they are offering one scoop of gelato 😊 Great customer service.

I started making my own homemade pizzas about a year ago and quickly they tasted better than anything I could buy at restaurants. Then I visited tutta Bella and was pleasantly surprised. I don't recall the name but it was a white sauce with goat cheese and mozzarella. We tried their housemate beer and it was something to write home about. The pizza dough was delicious also. To finish off the night we also had some of their gelato and I'm happy to say everything we ordered tasted amazing and was worth every penny.

A great lunch spot! A couple of my friends and I stopped at Tutta Bella for a late lunch and received excellent service. I shared a prosciutto mushroom pizza and Caesar salad with a friend. It came out to about $15 each. The crust of the pizza was my favorite part. The waitress treated us to complimentary gelato after the meal. We all got different flavors. Each gelato was intensely flavorful. The lemon gelato was very acidic but a good palette cleaner. The salted caramel gelato was salty but in a balanced way. Some may not enjoy it though. I got the pear gelato and it was very fresh tasting! Make sure to stop by if you are in the area.

Decent varieties of pizza, stands out from rest of the pizzerias. Not heavily loaded with cheese, has decent flavor. Kid friendly. Only downside I felt is the portion size for the price we pay.

I was visiting Seattle and my cousin brought me here to have their tiramisu, she claimed it to be very good. I was shocked! It wasn't just good, it was delicious, it's so creamy and yummy! I only had their tiramisu so I can't say anything else on their other items. If you come here have some tiramisu for dessert, it will not disappoint.

That pistachio white pizza? Unbelievable. Crust was fantastic too, nice and light and airy but held it's shape and still had a great chew to it. Would take another 6.5 hour flight, 20min train ride and 15 min walk to eat again.

Service was pretty meh. It was almost like we didn't have a server throughout most of the meal. The meatballs were outstanding, as always, but the pizzas were disappointing and lacking in flavor. The crust was light and pillowy, but that's about it. I had thought Tutta Bella had the best pizza in the state, so I'm hoping this was just a one off occurrence.

Amazing, true authentic Italian pizza! Beyond the amazing food and gelato, the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Even the teamwork within the crew was impeccable; they all would jump in to help one another out as I had witnessed during my dinner yesterday. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area! They even gave us a free gelato dessert because we had never been in before. Seriously the sweetest people, and you can tell the people working love their jobs. Super awesome team, thanks for such an amazing experience.

It's been a long ... really long time since I've eaten here. Nice that they added more meats to the menu. The Gnocchi w/ Mariana & sausage, to me is fantastic ! I've had gnocchi at other places, none of them had the creamy texture and proper firmness as here. The only thing missing was a slice of bread to sop up the sauce. Very tasty !!

Great location, ambiance and service The food speaks for itself. I'm a huge fan of the marinated beets. The roasted cauliflower is AMAZING (sad that were out of it on my recent trip). I haven't had one thing I didn't like on the menu. Parking is going to be your biggest issue in this location, however, take a little patience to drive around. You won't he disappointed!

Amazing restaurant. Top quality service and top quality food. Would recommend this restaurant to absolutely anyone. As a Uber eats driver they give promo to get free pizza for deliveries and always give complementary jones sodas, etc. I have not found any other restaurant to do anything like this. It is above and beyond in my opinion. I could not rate this restaurant more highly. From the amazing food, to the incredibly friendly staff, and the great ambiance I would like to rate this resturant even higher if I could.

As always they make a good Neapolitian style pizza. With their oven set to 700+ degrees the pizza gets a nice char on the bottom. I do miss the Birra Moretti on draft (please bring that back), but the great customer service helps ease the pain. The manager Don made sure we had a great experience so we will be back.

Wanted to try somewhere new and this did not disappoint. I asked the server to bring us a margarita pizza, as well as whatever his favorite one was. The margarita was amazing, and the mystery pizza was something with a pistachio puree sauce on it. It was SO GOOD. We've been back a few times, ordering one thing we've liked from the past and then ordering something new, and everything has been mouthwatering. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and I love the vibe!

This is our anniversary place. The food is amazingly good and the people who work there are great. We have had Henry be our waiter a couple times. He is so attentive and nice. We highly recommend coming and especially the Tiramisu.. we will be back many many more times..

Great place to come for lunch and try out the different pies. (pizza) I had the Leonardo and it was a delight. The crust was perfectly done and the toppings complimented each other well. Got happy hour pizzas. One was incredibly garlicky. Tasty but maybe a bit much if you're on a date. Veg pizza was not too goaty and had nice basil flavor. The bartender was also our server and really on the ball! Little pricey - could only afford it during happy hour

Extremely slow service starting with the hostess (15 minutes just to get our name down on a Saturday evening because the hostess was not there!). Estimated wait was much less than actual wait and did not help. A staff member was kind enough to bring us some bread while we waited, which helped to tide over the kids (and adults) who were very hungry. Food was reasonably good, albeit slow, but the waitress missed a third of our order and then tried to argue about it. She also only came to our table a handful of times with large gaps between visits. No fresh Parmesan--just powdered in a shaker. Pasta sauce was weakly seasoned. Pizzas were not very even with heavy ingredients on one side. Salads were good. Bathroom sink had some kind of gunk in the basin--needed to be cleaned. I imagine this place is best during quieter times when the staff is more relaxed, but the food is just okay IMO. If you want pizza (or gelato), might be worth a trip. If you want pasta or it's busy, go elsewhere.

I have been to this place three times in the last couple of months. The food is great, tasty. Try to come during the happy hour which is 3-6 PM and you can try discounted price on the pizzas which are delicious. I have tried Bianca and Mediterranean. Both are good. Their dessert is worth trying.

Not ADA friendly. Good service, nice staff. Average, overpriced food. You can get better in other Italian venues for same price, no bread olive oil and/or balsamic vinegar brought to the table as a welcome. Parmesan cheese is sub par. Although I swore that I would not set foot in a Tutta Bella again, I had to; it was a going away party for a fellow co-worker.The bean counters are running the operation obviously.

Incredible staff! We are new to the neighborhood and strolled into Tutta Bella to try a new restaurant. First of all, the meal was fantastic. Wood fired pizza, homemade pasta, and the Tiramisu...well my wife, and I almost fought over the last few bites. That being said, it is the people working at the restaurant that make it so special. The GM Chad welcomed us to the area with great conversation and service that is second to none. We will be coming back for the people and staying for the food!

Real deal wood fired pizzas. They make upscale pizzas, not the cheap kind that is drowning gooey with too much cheese. Excellent flavors. Very good salads too. Adequate selection of beers and wines. I will definitely be back.

Ok let's be real, not the most amazing Italian food but seriously some of the most comforting. I love their beet salad! A must! When I was in last I had their spaghetti and meatballs and it was nothing fancy but it really reminded me of childhood and the simplicity of spaghetti and meatballs! I've been craving it all week! Their pizzas are yummy and they have a decent drink menu. Check them out if only for the beet salad!

Excellent pizza, some of the best I've ever had. Crust is in between thick and thin. Although it took some time to get to our table it tasted fresh and delicious. Also the Amber Ale is very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always had a smile.

First timers get free gelato! They've made adjustments over the years, I used to love it and then got a bit tired of the place after I worked in the neighborhood and ate there too often. Went back recently after it had been about 6 years since I was a regular and they've added two sizes of each pizza and taken away some of the details I had remembered. Another surprise is that is actually a very nice atmosphere for some quiet in the mornings. If you need a coffee shop to work from that is a bit more quiet than your average coffee shop or the bakery down the street, give it a shot.

I had lunch here on a Thursday afternoon. Seating was immediate. The food was fantasic! If you order the specials that you think would be ordinary, you will find a twist in the flavor of the food that makes them amazing! Big portions too. I should have quit eating before I did, leaving some of the entree on the plate. But it tasted so good that I could not quit until the food was gone. The service was over the top! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I will definitely be back soon!

The restaurant is in very good shape and the service was great, the waiters were doing an amazing job despite being filled with many Christmas parties. The food on the other hand was ok, nothing amazing or special but definitely simple and good enough. The dessert, in my case, the tiramisu had way too much cream and very little coffee crust. Would I come back again? Maybe.

Tremendous supporters of the local community, Tutta Bella on the corner of Rainier and Hudson is a cornerstone of the Columbia City neighborhood.

I haven't tried the pizza yet but the coffee bar inside is the most consistent I've been to in a while. The main barista is always friendly and fast and she knows how to pour a proper shot. Well worth going a few blocks out of my way for the service alone.

First time. Ordered with Grub hub. Had the quattro formaggi. Though it only had three cheeses. I added one from my selection and placed it in my oven for ten minutes. It was great. Excellent crust with nice flavor. Had it with my own made wings. Order showed up twenty minutes earlier than expected. Would definitely order again.

Food is decent but the service lacks. We've been here twice, the first time when we were seated we waited about 25 min for someone to come and greet us, take our order, give us water, just acknowledge we were there... we finally asked the hostess when a server was going to come, and once they realized what had happened they quickly did their best to make up for it by giving us too much attention. So we decided to give it another try, to see if the customer service was just just off that day. So we went again (a party of 8) this time they greeted us more timely, but still took a long time to place our order and for our food to arrive. Our kids were getting very antsy and when food did start to arrive the kids meals arrived before the adults, by the time the kids were done eating our food arrived and the kids were restless, and wanting to leave. We ordered three pizzas, which all arrived at three different times, and they never came around to refill our water, and it took a long time to get our check. The food portions are decent but don't expect to get good service and bring a canteen because they probably won't refill your water.

If you haven't been here, you should go. This is true 'Neapolitan' pizza - crust is partially blackened and super tasty, and toppings are sparse and high-quality. They make great pizza, and you should try many of them. But they also have tiramisu, which is fabulous. This location (there are others around Seattle) is a fun part of Columbia City - it's got a family-style seating, but also a bar. It's ok. Being born and raised in NY the pizza just did not cut it for me, it was like wet and juicy toppings slid right off, the crust was ok and had good flavor. The meatballs- underwhelming. I don't normally salt and pepper my food but these meatballs needed some spice or flavor other than that of the Marina they were drowned in. I don't know what the standard is here in Seattle but this place would not last long in Queens 🤷

Excellent, authentic pizza! I avoided this place for months because the name sounded like a campy Americanized Italian place. Reading other reviews people had mixed feelings about the pizza crust. I failed to notice the "vera pizza napolitana" sign which is a sure bet that the pizza is legit. I love authentic Italian food, and I've spent 6 weeks in Italy searching for the best food I could find. So, I was super excited to discover a great Italian pizza in my neighborhood. The restaurant is run by Italians, and I notice authenticity in their menu, bar, and coffee. A note on the pizza crust. The flavor is great, the outside is crispy with a soft, bready middle. Yes, the center of the pizza will be soggy. No, I don't care. Many Europeans eat pizza with a fork and knife.

For several years I had avoided Tutta Bella because I falsely believed it to be the same chain as a different Seattle pizzeria that refused to cut their pizzas. These were not personal sized pies mind you but full to-be-shared pizzas. Brought to the table uncut. Asked for a pizza cutter. "No sorry, this is how our pizza is meant to be served." Anyway, Tutta Bella is not that pizza place. Pizza arrived cut in to slices and each one was a more delicious than the last. Highly recommended.

Tutta Bella makes excellent Neapolitan-style pizza. They theoretically sell other entrees but I have honestly never tried them. They also have gelato, but honestly if you're getting dessert go with the tiramisu--its phenomenal. Don't bother ordering wine, it isn't good. Ever. Beer or a cocktail if you want alcohol. There is a parking lot behind off the next street to the north with decent rates.

We had pizza, pasta, dessert and drinks here and everything was amazing! The Nutella calzone is like a gooey chocolatey doughnut definitely worth sharing with the entire table. Neapolitan style pizza done right. I've had my fair share of pizza in the states, and specifically this region (PNW), and I never leave disappointed when visiting a Tutta Bella location. They had a seasonal 'dough knots' that were just perfect - garlic butter, grana padano (cheese), and parsley. I ordered to go and thankfully I had the starter and a pizza with me in my car. There was a 47 minute delay on I-5 heading south...the knots satiated my cravings. I always order the same pizza when visiting - the margherita DOC (buffalo instead of regular mozzarella). The pizza never fails to impress me - it's as basic of a pizza as it can get, but the fresh & authentic ingredients and consistency always promise a great product. I highly recommend eating the pizza as soon as possible as reheating can be a nightmare with a high quality product like this. If you absolutely must - some broiler action can bring it back to life. Nothing beats it fresh though. The mixed drinks are typically on point and great combinations that compliment traditional Italian aperitivi and digestivi drinks.

I've had hit or miss experiences depending on the Tutta Bella I'm at. Here I Columbia City I had a good time, the speciality cocktail and pasta was fantastic. The Salumi appetizer was perfect as well. My friends indicated they enjoyed their pizza, though one noted they felt the dough may have been slightly undercooked (though not so much that they didn't eat the whole thing!)

Order larger than you think, and you'll get a good meal. Vegan options available, too, with some clever substitutions. Try white beans and/or roasted garlic in leu of cheese, for instance. Rating is purely on drinks alone. I will come back for the food which should raise the score later. I got the Sofia for happy hour. The description on the menu: house vodka, limoncello, aperol, lemon juice, mint, seasonal fruit, soda. All that could be tasted was the ice and soda. The mint seemed torn and not muddled, seasonal fruit was just a single piece sliced, and it also should have been muddled. The Sofia was the top item for the happy hour menu at $9.5. Avoid it or taste disappointment. Grabbed a Tiramisu to share and that alone was worth the three stars. Also ordered a nutella latte. The next bit is for coffee snobs only, otherwise for the uninitiated, the coffee was a good introduction to a mocha and a great pairing with the tiramisu. I admit that I ordered it for its novelty, but I believe that it still represents their coffee skills. The presentation was nice using chocolate syrup and a latte art tool to make a sort of star. Espresso though is not just its visuals. The intentionality of the nutella latte points more to visuals as the main focus above all else. The foam that the chocolate syrup star sat on was much thicker than even a cappuccino should be. There was no sign of crema because it felt like a cake of cheap whipped cream was on top. The caffe latte part was "Meh," at best. The mouthfeel was thick and coating in a bad way. I'm certain it wasn't even nutella they used, just some off-brand chocolate hazelnut spread that barely sweetened the coffee, but it's bitterness highlighted the bitterness of the espresso. My suggestion is to work on consistency... get a barista from Empire down the street to make a standard for dosing, and a workshop for milk foaming. Sell the nutella latte as a cappuccino to lower the size of the drink to reduce the preparation time, as well as capitalize on the higher amount of milk foam to set the chocolate syrup star on. Instead of coating the whole inside of the cup with nutella, just do the rim, and have hazelnut pieces to act as margarita salt. You should also get 10-20 grams of nutella and add some of your steamed milk until fully dissolved when whisking, then pour the rest of the milk. I'll be back because the customer service is nice and the food looked good, but the drinks... I'll get a plain latte and judge again, but I won't trust the cocktails and head for straight limoncello next time.

I am so glad I came here for my one and only dinner in Seattle. I'm from Georgia and my friend was from Australia and we adored our food! I had the Spaghetti D'Abruzzo (a great option for vegetarians - spaghetti with tomato/mushroom ragu, pecorino romano cheese, and julienne sliced red and yellow peppers) and I still think about it. It was some of the best pasta I've EVER had (and I have EXTREMELY high standards for pasta). I also had the Tutta Bella Amber Ale which is the house brewed beer and it was so great. Our server was very knowledgeable and steered us the complete right way with what to order. If I ever return to Seattle, I'll definitely eat here again. Every time I think of my time in Seattle, I think back to my tasty meal here! Very memorable!

Some of the best pizza in Seattle. I love trying their seasonal pies as well. They are usually very unique and while I've never been to Naples, it's definitely what I imagine pizza over there is like. The Rustica Flatbread is to die for and you cannot leave without trying the Nutella Gelato! Heads up, it's a small shop so be prepared to wait if you didn't make reservations, but it's usually not too long. I'd say my only complaint is the floor is slanted in a lot of places so the tables wobble but that's just a minor issue.

Not my first time to a Tutta Bella, but my first visit to the location in Columbia City. As all Tutta Bella experiences go the food and drink was wonderful. The dining room was louder than average and the service was a little touchy, but the visit was still quite good. We always make a point of coming when the Calabrese (fig pizza) is in season. It does not dissapoint, and neither does the Salermo salad. The familiy size is a great deal and big enough for 3-4 people. Easy to find location, bright and airy, outdoor seating available, bar seating available, in walking distance to the Royal Room!

Just a dessert review... the gelato was good but the panna cotta was really uninspiring. Often panna cotta is infused with a flavor of some sort, like caramel, but there was no flavor here.
