Reviews of The Masonry
This was recommended by coworker and he was right...this was amazing. The atmosphere was funky and the beer, though taps were out, the selection of their cans pleased us. My wife recommends their Stout.
The food was so good that we are still talking about. Try the meatballs for the red sauce and the spicy pizza was off the charts. My wife is trying to figure out how to recreate.
Great neighborhood place in Queen Anne neighborhood that is close to pretty much everything. We plan on going back next time in Seattle.
Found on a whim, definitely worth the stop. The pizza was amazing. There was also a great beer selection. We are taking great meatballs home for dessert. Our server Jeff was very attentive and friendly. The other staff stopped by to chat as well.
We had a great time here, the pizza is very good and tasty.
The service is above and beyond,so pleasant and welcoming.
I highly recommend this place!!
Fun spot with great pizza and beer. Prices were a little on the high side but it was worth it. Like 22$ for a personal pizza and 8$ a beer. They had bill nye the science guy on the tv which was funny. Smaller place not too much seating.
I was visiting Seattle for about a month and needed a place to grab dinner one night after a long day of exploring. I saw the good reviews and decided to give it a chance and am I glad I did. The Neapolitan style pizza was great, they had a nice beer selection and the bartenders/servers were super cool chatting with me while we watched early 90s movies.
And no, much to the chagrin of the couple who came in and ordered a pizza to go, this is not the type of place that has ranch for your pizza.
Arrived with a group of six during peak rush on 10/16 around 7pm but was accommodated very quickly on the patio and were told we could snag a table inside ASAP. Our server was quick to get us inside, seated & fed. The crew cooking pizzas were just as fun & friendly. The staff here knows how to serve delicious food & drinks with awesome hospitality inside the cozy space they are working with. Cannot wait to go back next time we're in town! Keep crushing it!
Pizza was outstanding. We got 2 different kinds. Focaccia and pistachios were great too!
The service was really good but she lacked personality. She was too focused on her job and forgot to be pleasant.
The pizza tastes so fresh. The sauce, the crust, just really well balanced. I had the mulled wine which was unique and tasty and the beer selections were also different than regular fare. I would highly recommend coming here! The wait staff was very personable and the seating options were great.
After enjoying the meatballs, a slice of mushroom pizza, then my first bite of the peperoni pizza, I said out loud, "this is the best pizza I've had in Seattle." The crust is cracker thin, the tomato sauce is tastes fresh and the meatballs were as good as I make at home so I give them four stars.
Best pizza in the city!! Really cool staff. Delicious pizza that rivals Boston or nyc. Really great music :)
Edit:
I wish there was a way to add more than 5 stars. Last time I was here, we tried 2 new things that we loved:
1. Our server suggested a side of chili oil with our pizza. It was so good!
2. Tried the bottled beers. If you are looking to try out something different for beers, I would highly recommend this. It almost reminded me of opening a nice bottle of wine, but with beer
Always love going to the Masonry. They have neopolitan style pizza. Thin but not like a cardboard pizza. Still has a wonderful crisp but fluffy as well. Their sauce is so flavorful and the sides are delicious. Everyone has always been so nice when we've visited. Highly recommend.
Went here with my wife and had a great experience. Went again buy brought my old man and he loved it too. Wicked good pizzas, wine and beers. It's worth the wait...
This is our new favorite pizza place! Wood fire oven, excellent crust, and the standard selection of pizzas and some unusual. There is also a vegan pizza.
The wait staff is always super nice. They have amazing beer and the food is incredible. I love the atmosphere of this place. Easily my favorite restaurant in Seattle.
solid beers, nice environment, and kind staff.
man I couldn't get behind the 'za though, :/
definitely Neapolitan style, very thin crust- for pies of this style I prefer the more medium bodied ones at Hogstone on Orcas Island; I will give a particular comment though, the pepperoni pie had a funky, umami garlic laden (I believe) sauce that had beautiful power
thanks Masonry
Every time I'm in Seattle I have to stop here. Their wood fire oven pizza is pretty special, along with their house made meatballs. I'm also a big fan of their beer list, they offer some hard to find draughts and an extensive bottle list from breweries all over America from places such as Monkish, Anchorage Brewing and Jester King. The ambience inside of the restaurant is really cool as well, and the bar staff is really friendly and always up to chat.
I'll be coming back here just for the margarita pizza. Amazing. I had the meatballs as well which were nice and spicy and very tasty.
The beer selection is superb and I was really happy to discover they had a beer on tap from my favorite brewery in the whole world, Jester King.
Will be coming back for sure
Smaller place with a semi retro aesthetic. Great beers on tap, amazing pizza, and the focaccia is a must have.
The food is freaking amazing here and the service is some of the best. I recommend trying them out when you have a chance. Their menu selection is pretty great and the service is awesome as well.
Pizzas are nice and thin and tasty. Service is also great with the team happy to help me resolve my decision fatigue.
My partner wanted more meat topping. But I enjoyed both pizzas as is. She's a meatball person and loved them.
Lastly, the sauces are exceptional.
The pizza was so good and cheesy! This lingonberry cider didn't taste very lingonberry but that's o.k. it tasted like apple cider which I also like. I had the mushroom pizza and cherry chutney pizza.
This place is our jam!!!
I respect a restaurant that does a few things really well and a menu that has a Beer to food ratio of about 10:1. Excellent selection of continuously rotating drafts and bottles.
Their pizza never disappoints.
Good atmosphere and good pizzas. Smaller variety of pizzas but that's made up for by excellent drink choices. Quality brews of all kinds. Service was great and very friendly. Quaint little place <3.
Friendly, personable service and great chill spot for drinks and pizza. Fantastic selection of brews from all over the country and world (over 100+ it seemed). The best Tiramisu that we have had in a long time. The Wild Mushroom pizza is a must try, and one of the best we have had!
Cozy (other than screaming death metal music) place with a wood fired pizza oven. The beer was good and the pizza was so delicious. Fresh ingredients and you can't beat the wood fired oven. The caesar salad was good but was missing bacon or pancetta. I wish there were a few more creative options for pizzas. We had the galette for dessert which was very basic and they were out of ice cream. They could really elevate dessert and the salad. But the pizza was right on!
Pizza here is pretty great and the service is one of a kind. I would recommend trying them out when you have a chance.
Totally awesome & hip place for beer or pizza lovers. Was very full so ordered only a soup. To-go bottles available.
Quiet at lunch on Saturday. Excellent brick oven pizza and friendly staff. Didn't try any beer but the selection was impressive for a place so small. Would eat at again.
First time going there today (2/15/2020).
Ordered a Caesar salad and diavola pizza. Both were good. Pizza was spicier than I thought it was going to be but still good ha.
Service, oh customer service. Wasn’t greeted; Just given a menu. Wasn’t asked for water refills or how was the food. The lady wasn’t friendly at all. Customer service is super big for me...
Pricing was fair on the food but a bit over priced on the drinks.
Liked the orginal location! Prefer this than the other one. Pizza is great, thin-sliced, decent beer list!
Nice cider, great music, and solid thin crust pizza. Portions for the pizza are more of a personal feel, though I did get two meals out of it - reheats fantastically. I'll definitely come back; it's an enjoyable spot for a night out.
Stopped in for some dinner before a concert, and I was surprised with how great it was! It’s a pretty small space, but the atmosphere is fun and the food/drinks were awesome. I figured it would be just another pizza joint, but the quality of everything was fantastic and I’d definitely visit again (when I’m back in Seattle that is)!
Great beer selection and great pizza for the price.
We had the mushroom pizza and it was perfect, even happy hour prices! If you're looking for a great pizza place - I highly recommend this place
The location is great. The restaurant itself is small, yet funky and cool. The sour ale was very tasty. The service was great. The pizza itself was just ok. For a wood-fired pizza, the crust was pretty limp and almost soggy.
Amazingly delicious food made using fresh ingredients, a great vibe and nice staff. We were only dropping through Seattle for two nights but of all the places we tried this was by far the best. If you're in the area don't miss out, drop in and give it a go.
Thin crispy pizza. Solid beer selection. Good/clean ambiance. Not a ton of pizza options but the ones we had (margherita, mushroom, sausage) were good.
This place was such a mood. The staff was super tight and the pizza was great. Got our beers and apps quickly. There was a little wait for the pizza but that was only because there was a large party ahead of us. Over all, the atmosphere was sick and the music was killer. Would rec.
Wow! A great find tucked in Lower Queen Anne. Good eats, a beer list that can only be described as "superb," and great music playing - what's not to like? Service was fast and friendly, definitely looking forward to another visit!
Amazing. From server to food quality, experience was amazing.
Small quality menu containing pizzas and some alternative dishes with a nice variety of unique and interesting beers. The curried mussels were quite enjoyable on another overcast day in Seattle.
Tasty food, amazing focaccia. Great for hh or before a hockey game
Great food and amazing taplist! Servers are super friendly and helpful. Cozy atmosphere and good music.
Cozy, small pizza place with excellent beers, great service as well, better make a reservation
Pizza with mushrooms was delicious,I liked their Pilsner as well
Highly recommend this place
Great beer list- super fancy bottles you cant really find anywhere else. Great service too!
The wood-fired pizza is very good, but the beer selection (which is over half of the menu) is the main reason to visit. The servers are friendly and super knowledgeable about the beer options. The interior fits about 30 people, and is spaced out well enough so that you're not bumping into your neighbors. Pizza, good people, and craft beer - you really can't ask for much more. Love it 👍
I’m new to the neighborhood and have been trying to find the new spot. This place tasted amazing. My girlfriend and I were talking about it the next day. Crust was great and tons of flavors. My only issue is on their takeout menu they list a cheese pizza as “big cheese pizza” so to me I thought because they are takeout only right now that that would resemble a large pizza, maybe 16”. Nope, we show up and it looks a little larger then a personal size in my opinion. We thought the $20 price tag for it indicated it would be larger but I guess not. Long story short if you’re feeling fancy or trying to impress someone this is the place to go. If you just want a pie to fill you up and don’t want to light your cash on fire consider going elsewhere. I’ll definitely be back once they open the inside to get the full experience, I feel that’s what you’re paying for.
Really enjoyed the pizza here and interesting beer selection. We ordered the margarita and mushroom. First had really nice bright tomato sauce and not overwhelmed with cheese, good flavor in the crust. Mushrooms were cut rustic large style and made for an interesting presentation and required some care during consumption so the fungi didn't roll away like the meatball on top of spaghetti. Prices seemed fair and vibe was chill. Mural of naked people in hot tub eating pizza made my day.
Great pizza and beer. I do wish you got more than 4 meatballs for the appetizer, but very tasty!
This is easily the best pizza in Seattle. After living here 10 years and giving up hope of ever finding good pizza, I finally did it. What is with this city and it's complete inability to make good NYC style pizza? At least we have The Masonry. It's expensive but worth it. Get the meatballs and included marina for crust dipping too.
Went here for a cheeky happy hour bite, sooo nice the room is pretty casual.
We had 2 of the pizzas and pickles!
Pickles were awesome flavour full and still crunchy.
The pizzas came out really fast and were so nice and crunchy, thin crust cooked in a real deal wood oven which gives it an awesome flavour !
Beer selection is big but not to the point that it is cumbersome!.
Service was great courteous and present
10/10 recommend
This is a great place for a quick bite. The lunch menu does not have a lot of options, but I enjoyed the sausage pizza. They do have a list of craft beers that looks good. Food was decent and service was very good. I was the first customer of the day so the order came out fast and hot.
I'd go here again in a heartbeat. The Caesar salad was light and delicious. Not your typical Caesar but discount was great, also quite large. Pizza was delicious. Leopard spots on the bottom. Full of flavor. My partner mentioned it hit every taste bud. Small intimate space with a fantastic beer selection. There were more things on the menu I'd love to come back and try. Broccolinni and meatballs for example.
Pizza was great, beer was great, service was great. Solid 5-star experience.
We went before a Kraken game and they handled the crowd well. It got busy about 2 hours before puck dropped
Great selection of beers on tap. The meatballs are a must! It's juicy, tender and drenched in sauce. The margherita pizza was so good. It had the perfect crust. The pizza topping selections are a bit limited but they use fresh ingredients here and everything that we've tried has been good.
This place has some of the best pizzas in the area. They use an actual wood oven and make the pizzas quickly. However, if you do not like thin crust, you will hate this place.
They also have a constantly rotating list of beers on tap and like to feature lesser known brews.
Unfortunately, the space is small, so don't be surprised if you need to wait to be seated. This place is also very loud, so that can be a turn off at times.
Impressive beer selection! Their menu is fantastic with wood fire pizza, meatballs, and other rotating appetizers. They definitely cater to a special dining experience. The staff is very friendly and brings food and drink quickly. Has a parking lot available when street parking isn't available.
The meatballs are some of the best ever; moist, flavorful, crispy and tender... yes. Yes. Pizza is consistently good, and salads are also on point. I wish we could take the kids, but the 21+ prohibits that. The masonry tends to be our date day (lunch) place or our super early before Pacific Northwest Ballet dinner spot. Either way - love!!!!
I wish I could give this place a 6th star. They have a great, diverse beer selection, and the food is awesome. You actually feel like you're eating healthy food via their pizza, which is great.
My experience was awesome. I'm an upright vegetarian with serious dairy problems, so I ordered a $10 happy hour pizza with no cheese. They accommodated, which isn't a requirement for happy hour discounts, and the food was great. My server went above and beyond for me, asking me before they cooked it if I knew the pie I selected had no sauce. I didn't, she offered to add it, I accepted, and it was rad.
Too many places have high school kids working tables who don't care about serving boring food. This place doesn't, and I like that a lot.
Laid back atmosphere, good food, good beer list. Been here a thousand times and the food is always fresh. We've tried almost every pizza they've ever put on the menu, but we keep going back for a couple of the classics - the margarita and the sausage. And don't miss the meatballs.
Also love that their staff really know beer and can answer questions or provide suggestions.
Very interesting combinations of pizza toppings and sauces. Delizioso! I would love to dine in again!
They have an excellent, but pricey, tap selection ($7-$9+). The food uses excellent ingredients, but the pizza crust is far too thin and floppy for it to handle the weight of the ingredients placed on it. The pizza is also often a bit burnt.
But the irreverent ambience and excellent tap list often make this an excellent place. They are a less floppy crust away from being an expensive 5 star rating from me.
Great beer selection! Friendly staff, delicious food
Service is fine, but the pizza is only OK. Pizzas come out relatively fast, but aren't very substantive. It's a matter of taste: if you're fine with thin pizzas and relatively soft crusts topped with sauce and some toppings of your choosing, then you might like what The Masonry has to offer.
A few side items like salads are available if you are or have a friend who's trying to keep to a diet.
A small number of local brews are available on the menu in addition to your standard collection of readily available beers. Otherwise, hit up the bar for full service.
Great Beer selection and very friendly staff. The owner makes all the Neapolitan style pizzas. My recommendation is that you try the meatballs. They are on the spicy side but they're damn good.
Yummy pizza and great beer selection. Wood fired crust and melty cheese, variety of toppings but keeps it classic too. Favorite in the neighborhood
Amazing pizza and an equally amazing beer selection. Great little spot to grab a slice with some friends and enjoy the atmosphere sitting at their long community style tables. The music is always great as well, sonetimes they'll throw a record on the turntable. There are two TVs you can catch a sports game on as well.
It's not just the pizza, which in my opinion is one of the best in Seattle, or the meatballs, which are the definite best in Seattle, but the great curated beer selection which makes this place a 5 stars experience. The environment is cozy and unique, and a perfect hide out on a winter day. During my 6 years living in Seattle, this was my favorite place in the city. I can't recommend it enough
Best beer selection in town (except the other masonry) and some of the best pizza anywhere. There's always some good music spinning and something fun on TV (Star Trek TNG on my last visit). Occasionally crowded, but have always found seats.
They always have great selection of beers and cider on tap. Regardless of the pizza you get (they're all delicious) be sure to add the foccacia! Space is small, so try to get there during happy hour.
Best pizza beer combo place in the city. Delicious wood fired pizza and other stuff. An always rotating fantastic beer, cider, and wine taps. Huge bottle list too. Great records constantly spinning. Great people.
Best collection of sour beers in LQA if not DR Seattle area. Pizza has always been great tio
This place rules! They have tons of draft beers, bottled beers, and wine! They often play records or have killer tunes going on. They have the best pizza in the city. Order a caesar, side of meatballs, and the margherita pizza. It's a little overkill, so I always take the meatballs home.
The pizza was cooked quickly, tasted incredible & was very reasonably priced. The beer selection is wide ranging, nicely stepping away from the ubiquitous IPA the NW loves to drink.
Highly recommended.
Best margarita pizza Napoletana in Seattle, also one of the best curated beer lists on tap in the city. Chill vibe, great murals, and the waitstaff is always on it. One of my go to places if we feel like eating out or meeting up with friends.
A great wood fired pizza in a pretty bleak pizza city. They use an actual delicious dough, and the ingredients match together well. Wish there were more than just a few options, and they tend to be on the oily side, but the flavors are outstanding.
Honestly the best margherita pizza I've ever had. The sauce had such amazing garlic and tomato flavor, my mind was absolutely blown. Top it off with an amazing tap list and just call it heaven!
Though I don't eat pizza, I stopped here with a friend who does. While he enjoyed a pie, I wolfed a Caesar salad and two amazing sides. Friendly service and moderate cost make up for the tight quarters and high volume.
The pizza is amazing. Staff is friendly and they seriously know their beers. This place was so great, we went two nights in a row, and one of the servers recognized us right away. We were treated like one of the locals and we got to eat like one too. Prices are reasonable.
The bartender, Kyle, was so friendly and clearly loves his job. I tried a couple new kinds of cider and enjoyed the one-of-a-kind art on the wall. The space is small and feels very tight, but with rotating taps, I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates simple and delicious pizza and trying new beers.
The best pizza in Seattle!.
Thin crust with a creative ingredients.
They rotate the pizza menu monthly... Or every two weeks! The best!
Great selection of beers! More than 15 on tap and some 50-75 on bottle!
A little small and loud. The service was a bit slow but she was helpful. The beer was tasty. I had a really nice kick butt stout and a light saison. About ten beers on tap at any time, but they all look very intriguing
This place has great food and a great drink selection. I like cider, and they always seem to have a delicious seasonal cider on tap. Their beer selection is really good too. Once when I was inquiring about buying a bottle of cider to take home, one of the employees (might have been the owner; I saw him there during renovation) told me where I could buy it for cheaper! That's the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back! You can tell they genuinely care about quality of food/beverage and treating their customer right!
Lots of good memories here, but one that sticks out is stopping in after closing at work and 'Chonkyfire' on vinyl playing as soon as I walked in.
I get that Neapolitan pizza is about simplicity but something about the pie here is lacking for the price. Of course, I did spend $10 on a 6 oz pour of beer here so...
Sometime in between eventually getting priced out of Seattle and my wedding, I'll be a regular here. For now, I'll tell you that this place is a must if you're a beer drinker who's well advanced beyond just IPAs.
The best Pizza Margarita in the U.S. for its perfect dough and everything! Delicious Pasta with mushrooms in Alfredo sauce.
Update: Unfortunately, last time they didn’t have that amazing pasta on the menu :(
It’s also a little sad that kids are not allowed there because we would love to show our favorite pizza place to our friends with a kid.
This is my favorite place to eat in the city. Awesome environment and the best pizza of its kind in the area. Everything on the menu is great and the staff is chill and unobtrusive. They use good olive oil drizzled on the pizza when it comes out of the oven so get the focaccia to sip it up.
This is my favorite pizza place in lower Queen Anne. You have to try the ceaser salad and meatballs... Seriously it will change your life and increase your expectations of what a ceaser salad should taste like. Service is great and has a chill ambiance.
One of the hidden secrets of Lower Queen Anne, this place has exceptional thin crust wood fired pizzas. They have beer on tap and wine too. It's a small place and usually crowded on weekends. Since it's open until midnight, after nine is a good time to go.
Love the pizza, it is more a traditional pizza so not a lot of toppings but that doesn't make them not amazing. Good beer on tap as well. Love the atmosphere and the records they spin.
No sliced pizza so I ordered a cup of Seapine Ur-pils. Tastes good.
This has become our home away from home. The people are great. The pizza is great. The sides are innovative and delicious. My boyfriend says the beer selection is great. We love everything about this place.
Pizza was excellent. Thin crust, light and tender. One of the best I've had. Also, the carrots and pickled vegitables are a must. Ceasars salad is strong and authentic. Loved it too!
Amazing wood fired pizza. Pizza is very thin crust and made fresh to order.
Rotating beer tap menu means that there is a new beer menu every few days. Some of the best beer list in Seattle.
This is literally my favorite place in Seattle.
Great vibe and nicest thin crust pizza (best in Seattle? Maybe!)
This is such a weird review because I really loved the food and service. But, I did feel rushed the whole time. Not sure if this is supposed to have high turnover but the feeling of the place is long time for dinner and drinks. Great food though
Warning for out of state visitors:
The rules around kids around drinking in Washington are very strict and this location does not meet the requirements to allow children (including infants) anywhere in the establishment. If you have a problem with it, take it up with the state legislators and liquor control board. They can and will revoke licenses over this.
Masonry's Freemont location does have child friendly seating.

So I guess the secret is out. This place is fabulous and I hate you all for making it so hard to get into in the evenings. Staff is passionate about what they do and it shows in the quality of the beers and food they serve.
Thin charred crusted pizza, just the way I like it. The pizza menu changes from time to time which I think is great. You don't want to get bored of the same 'ol stuff. Huge beer selection, but they also have cider, wine & soda. Anything you order you'll absolutely luv! Just make sure you get in early bc it tends to get packed.
This is the best pizza in town. Can take some time to get seated since it's a small place, but you won't be disappointed.
The pizza is amazing, especially the perfect crust. The Caesar salad had just the right amount of dressing, anchovies and cheese.
Wide range of beers to choose from.
great wood fired pizza and oh the meatballs are amazing. be sure to get some house made focaccia bread to dip in the spicy delicious sauce. full bar and great craft beers from all over.
Great pizza with their own person twist. Pizza and service were great and the hard cider was delicious! Will definitely swing in again next time passing through.
If you're a fan of excellently curated sour beers and saisons this is THE place for you! Also the pizzas are outstanding and you have to try the clams in beer! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the beer selection. Love this place!
Awesome beer selection and music being played. Meatballs were the showshopper- highly reccomend.
Service was slow (they forgot our drinks and the table next to us and by then food had already come out) but they were really busy so we understood. Definitely eat here!!
Great Neapolitan style pizza in a sporty hipster bar. Their beer selection is almost too funky for me. I could use a Mannys sometimes. If you are looking for a sour or a farmhouse ale from Chicago, this is the place.
A favorite (and somewhat hidden) lunch spot for a brick oven, thin-crust margherita pizza and a decent glass of wine. My friends also love their mushroom pizza. They are often playing good rock music and have a chill vibe that's a nice break in the middle of my work day.
Great pizza, wood fired and delicious. Beer list is also amazing.
Smaller but brilliantly curated craft beer menu representing top tier local and national brewries. You can find everything from hazy to sour to darker brews. The food menu is in the same spirit: try the meatballs at least once.
I hellza love this place so much.
- Turntables in the corner with someone often djing good hip hop, indie, downtempo, and various other quality jamz
- Delicious salads. I frequently don't like salad. Tasty homemade dressings and nuts and fruit and fresh ingredients.
- Consistently tasty wood-fired pizza.
- Rotating local ciders, beer, and wine - with interesting options that aren't at every "we serve rotating brews" place in the city
- Friendly, prompt service.
- Very reasonable prices for fresh, foodie-style ingredients
I've been here multiple times prior to writing this review. On a few of those occasions, I entered in a pretty bad mood after a rough day and emerged feeling relaxed and happy. This place was one of my favorite things about my year spent living in LQA.
I envy those who get to enjoy this place regularly. The beer selection haunts me, it was really that good. Proper Belgian style brews available with fresh smokey pizza and vinyl rarities blaring out. Who can resist.
Doesn't take reservations. The wait for a table wasn't too long though. We split 3 pizzas between the four of us plus a couple appetizers (good call on whoever suggested ordering the meatballs... the extra sauce is good for dipping your crust). Fantastic beer list. A copy of Madlib & MF DOOM's Madvillain LP was playing when we left.... solid.
We ordered the Al Diavolo because I love having hot honey on my pizza :) and wow was the pizza soft and full of flavor! My friend called it the "El Diablo" because the pizza was very spicy, haha. I'm also usually the type not to eat the crusts, but the Masonry's pizza crust were crispy and quick to eat. It was quite a surprise to have delicious pizza on a day we were so tired from jet-lag and in need of easy food. Thanks!
Delicious pizza, incredible beer selection(and soda actually), excellent management/staff, diverse but simple menu.
I've only heard vinyl in there for background music.
I don't work here.
We only stopped in for a quick pizza but writing this a week later I still can't believe how cheap and delicious it was.
SuperGood, fresh and friendly local joint that we happened across. Nice selection of beer, cider and wine on tap. Wood fired pizza and fresh pasta. Yum!
Best tasting meatballs and pizza combo. Not to mention a very good beer selection. Good vibe music for any occasion. Highly recommend
Beers on tap from the best breweries in the world, with incredible effort to serve rarer ones not available elsewhere, including in stores. Incredible. Pizza is flawless too.
Large rotating selection of beers on tap (including a lot of Belgian ones) plus plenty of bottles.
The pizza selection is limited but they are really good (the dough is great).
This place is great. The service is friendly. Chill fun guys and gals. The food tasted amazing and the beer selection is HUGE. More importantly it's unique. I highly suggest visiting. Everyone will enjoy the food the beer and if your personable the service. Come in relax and enjoy this amazing selection.
This review is only for the pizza that I had there (no beer or meatballs). I went into the place hoping to get a taste of the famed meatballs, but sadly, they were out. We had the Rapini and Burrata pizza as well as the Duck with orange marmalade. I would say that the duck was definitely not my favorite. It felt like the sweet orange marmalade was slathered on so thick that it was basically eating sugar on a piece of soggy bread (the water from the marmalade).
On the other hand, the Rapini and Burrata pizza was perfect. The pie even had roasted garlic that was heavenly. None of the ingredients overpowered each other, and the crust was a great mix of thin for the inside, and doughy for the crust.
Delicious wood fired pizza and friendly staff. Great spot to remember especially for after arena events!
Decent sized salads, pizzas seem rushed and not baked long enough. Also noticed an excessive amount of flour left around the top crust when pulled out of the oven and served.
This is probably the best, most authentic Neapolitan pizza I have ever had. The tap list is exceptional, rivaled only by the one in Bambino's Pizzeria.
Delicious pizza! Something about their crust is soooo good! One pizza is plenty for one person, could even have a slice leftover to take home for that late night snack!
Top spot for beer and pizza in Seattle, their tap and bottle list are some of the best in the entire PNW. Bonus props to them for hosting the farmhouse fest too, my kinda festival.
I didn't have any food but the person sitting next to me at the bar did. It looked delicious!
I can say that the beer was good and the service was excellent.
Super awesome beer menu. Small but well procured. Get the meatballs and the Caesar salad. They'll blow your socks off.
Small place with great service and great food.
Best pizza in Seattle. Awesome vibe, excellent beer, great tunes. Everything we have gotten is mind blowing. The staff is very nice.
Great pizza, great beer. It is a bar so don't bring kids. Expect to wait at busy meal times.
Tasty thin pizza, great beer, those meatballs, and pickled veggies?! DELICIOUS! Awesome beer list too 👍👍👍 recommend …
This was some good stuff. As I was walking by I noticed they had a bunch of records and some deep cut Santana playing. Uh, yeah I'll come in and get some tasty wood fired pizza and a couple local tasty beers.
I could eat here every day. Menu is always different, as is the beer list(which is never mundane). These folks know how to cook, too. It's a great addition to the neighborhood.
Love this place. Good pizza and beer selection of sour beers in the city. Nice vinyl and old movies adds to the hipster feel.
Their pizza is unbelievably good, such a gem! Always rotating selection of beer is also appreciated.
The pizza is good, but could be better. No pizza by the slice, so if you are a single person be prepared to spend.
Big tap selection that keeps changing and excellent gourmet pizza. Good place for vegetarians options to go with pizza too!
The pizza is excellent and the beer selection pairs well. It gets busy so get there early.
Cool pizza spot, good local beers, lots of choices for food. Best part is the good music they play in there. Good vibes.
Delicious pizza and really great beer selection. Feels like going to a friend's house to eat.
Great food. Pizza and meatballs are very tasty. Service could be more attentive, but the food is good enough to let that slide.
The pizza is great, would recommend the Margherita over the mushroom, the sauce is great.
The beer is great, but small and pricey.
Insanely good spicy meatballs and top notch beer selection. Also was playing Black Sabbath and maiden on vinyl so could it get any better
Some of the best New York style pizza around, and there's always something fun and new to try on their beer menu.
Used to frequent.this amazing. Totally delightful..restaurant before moving To shoreline every. Thing is superb. Yegan pizza isdeligtful everything is Delicous. And a must.to order

Great vinyl selection spun by the owner... Rad movies on the telly... Service is impeccable... Great beer selection... Dope spot!
Great thin crust. Awesome service. Pizza cooks quickly so don't worry if they look busy.
Great beers on tap. Pizza is so good!! Good thing we don't live closer, this place could be dangerous.
Wonderful pizza, beer is a but pricy but comes in large pours. Cool vibe, will definitely be back.
Great pizza, good beer selection. I also like how small and intimate the location is. Will be back!
Absolutely awesome place. Wonderful people. Jeff and Alex are the best. Great knowledge of beer, both local and imported. Must see if you're in the Seattle area.
Great food and beer selection. Sweet, chill spot. Appreciate their attentiveness to covid protocol.
Delicious gourmet fire oven pizza and an exceptional selection of beers and cider. Super friendly staff.
Don’t second guess this, go here!
I go here for lunch and the prices are very reasonable. Service is usually pretty good and the food is always on point.
Just note, it is a “bar” so you have to be 21+
Dee licious! Pizza was amazing. Beet and burrata was transcendental and the meatballs were to die for. Go.
I've gone here a number of times and its always been great. Food is delicious, service is good, and beer selection is great. Highly recommend.
Born an raised east coaster, this is the best pizza in Seattle. Would highly recommend the diabolo pizza.
What a unique culinary experience of eating a Pizza, at a downtown neighborhood setting in Seattle. Great style of Pizza, have never had it anywhere else!😊😊😊 …
Small joint with well curated draft list. Meatballs and red sauce are fantastic. Pickled veggies are a great snack
This place has a pretty cool vibe, over priced beer and a limited menu. I have enjoyed it the few times I've gone, and if I were a 28 year old hipster coder who wanted to feel tough, this would be my SPOT.
Fresh ingredients, soft chewy amazing pizza dough, great beer selection. I absolutely love this place.
Nice atmosphere, fun pizza. Perfect as after movie hang. Interesting beer selection.
Great selection of tap beers. Good Pizza. Service was good. Earthern vibes..
What an amazing beer list. I'm a bit of a beer geek and was in heaven. The pizza is Neapolitan-style and holds up to the beer list.
This place is so fun! Fantastic beer selection, (always) delicious pizza, and the beer clams are delectable.
Great menu, of course get the Brussel sprouts (duh). Friendly waitstaff and good beer list. This was a fun spot
Typical Seattle service, typical atmosphere, good pizza though a little depressing overall. Or maybe it's just Seattle in the age of Covid.
Really good pizza, excellent beer selection that leans towards farmhouse/saisons
My favorite pizza place in town! Decent beer selection, and their meatballs are to die for!
Awesome thin crust pizza and one of the best draft beer selections in Seattle (quality, not quantity).
Awesome pizza. Great meatballs. Always a real interesting beer selection
Great pizza. I like places like this that don't have a lot on the menu because they stick to the things they do well.
Best pizza in seattle. All the classic pizzas are amazing, but the seasonal selections are hit or miss.
Amazing pizza and meatballs are a must have. Amazing and fun, rare beer selection
High quality pizza and beer. And the beer. Oh the beer. Amazing tap/bottle list. It's the best.
Great service, pizza, beer selection, and the best meatballs and ceasar you can get in Seattle. I love this place
Great slot for a beer but the crust on their pizza was on the bland side andissing some chew or texture.
One of my favorite places in town for great pizza and meatballs, and the best beer selection!
A varied beer selection to satisfy anyone's tastes. Food choices are limited: meatballs, pizza, and soup.
Great, authentic Italian pizza! Also, beer selection is great. A must go!
Nice local vibe with AMAZING pizza. They even manage to blow you away with the Marinara sauce. Top five in the city for sure.
Clams in Beer was delicious, really good sized portion. Had the meatballs also, but wasn't feeling those as much
5th Birthday Party! Some tasty kegs from far away, great people - with Predator on TV (captioned) and Lil' Jon pumping from an LP. And killer pie as well; that too.
What a great sandwich! The focaccia was fluffy and just the right amount of oil. I’ll be back for sure.
Good place to get pizza and beer. It is somewhat of a smaller place so you may have to wait on popular nights.
The crust is awesome and pizza comes out fast. Good beer selection. Will be back.
Hard to complain about wood-fired pizza. Really liked their crust and sauce. Toppings were fresh and quality.
Good pizza just wish they would accept legal tender.
The brewer's nights are amazing! Wonderful pairings of beer and food over five courses, definitely coming back!
Great pizza with a nice beer and wine list. Simple place.
Yummy pizza with that perfect NY style bottom! 21 and up though, no kids allowed, so we had to order our pizza togo :(
Just ate the salad and I F****** love this place. Beer menu also on point. Pizza.is.amazing
Pizza is light and easy to eat... The potato and pancetta white pie was exceptional!
Watch out if you go to early won't be able to get meatballs. Otherwise clams and meatballs are amazing and almost all the pizzas are good...
There are always people in here, even though the space is small, but for good reason: the pizza is delicious and there's plenty of beers!
A local hole in the wall eatery with fabulous thin crust pizza and decent salads. Service is warm and friendly
Best place for freshly made wood fired pizzas and drinks. The staff is extremely courteous and very kind.
Good pizza, very classic mixed with modern flair
Good place if you like low key screamo emo type of vibe. Kind of depressing.
Great pizza, huge beer selection, very limited topping selection.
Really enjoyed the pizza here. Staff was super interactive and friendly too. Definitely coming back.
A must visit, must eat at, Seattle pizza place... Amazing menu selection. Warm welcome, Nice service!
Interesting pizza, but ours was a bit burnt. The ceasar salad was pretty good as well.
Came here with my son, we enjoyed the environment and food was absolutely amazing
Limited pizza topings for a pizzas restaurant in my opinion. Food was average at best.. Cool vibe
Really good pizza with perfect crust. Small menu done well.
Perfect happy hour spot! Great food and always an exciting beer selection!
very good hh, awesome music, food is amazing (their clams in beer are the reason we keep coming back) and great beer selection.
Love the mushroom pizza and the meatballs. Always great beers to choose from.
Great service, even better food, good atmosphere. I was worried I'd feel out of place in a more hip place like this, but I was very comfortable.
Excellent wood fired pizza. Interesting beer selection. Great service.
Great beer selection, and the wood fired pizza was good too.
Always good pizza, but meatballs is a hit or miss.

Odd beer sizes but very good pizza
Fabulous sausage Ceasar salad, not on the menu, paired with a Fentimans ginger brew. Out of this world "snack."
Pig and fig pizza was great. Good music, lively, friendly service.
Excellent pizza and foods from the pizza oven. Nice microbrew selection
Good fire made pizza, lots of beer on tap, small and intimate atmosphere.
I've never been in a restaurant where everything has been so good. The beer, the food, the service--it's all so good it compelled me to say so :)
