Quite impressed with this hut! I’ve passed by it so many times and thought it was just for tourists, but I’m so glad we decided to try it. Customer service was wonderful, and the most important part, the hot dog was sooooo yummy! We got the Kosher Dog Seattle Style. Nice snap, great flavor. Would 100% go back.

I bought a Seattle style dog. To be honest it was more expensive than I expected, around 8$ and it was cold. I guess that they have prepared everything in advance and they barely warm it. But the flavor was great.

First off the photo of their shop is when they were closed, it was on one of my night walks and decided to make sure to remember this place. The other two photos were during their operating hours with consent from the nice lady that was working their. I believe I got the Italian hot and the kilbosa options, they sadly don't come with fries or anything and some of the toppings are extra. The other sad thing to learn was that they are not serving the pasta salad for the time being so I got the potatoe salad instead. Finally the review! They were both well cooked and delicious but for the price without a side dish is a little steep. As far as the potato salad it didn't blow my taste palettes away but the fiancé and I definitely ate it all. Overall next time your walking down near Pike place give it a shot and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Tried the Seattle Dog, it was really good which I didn’t expect! Super tasty combo of flavors. Prices might be a bit high at this spot but it’s right on the water in what’s very clearly a tourist spot.

The smell of the hot dogs and the fact that they make their Lemonade from scratch right in front you was incredible! The hot dog was Really good the hot dog buns were also freshly made I could tell. The guy who was there was super friendly great customer service! Would recommend any one to buy a hot dog and freshly made lemonade! YUM 😋

Super excellent hot dogs! 🌭 The fella at the counter was super friendly and ordering was a breeze. Got the spicy Italian hot dog plus the "Seattle" add-on (cream cheese, grilled onions and peppers), plus plenty of relish, Ketchup and spicy mustard. So freaking good, and smashing it on the pier in the sunshine overlooking the gorgeous waterfront was divine. Absolutely would return and try their fresh lemonade too 🍋

Customer service was great. Asked about me and my spouses day. Where we lived and how we felt about the nice cool and dry weather. He gave his honest opinion on which hotdog is popular and pricing is fair. Will come again when I visit the pier

One of the best hotdogs I've had in a long time. A fab selection of dogs to choose from. Only coke products and fresh lemonade. PRO TIP: If you like spicy, the Italian hot is excellent. Try it with the hot mustard.

Got the hot Italian Seattle dog style and couldn’t be happier. The chef was quick and super cheerful. Such a great location to grab a good priced and delicious hot dog! We drive in from Issaquah to eat here and recommend to everyone we know!

OMG, the Seattle Style Dog is where it’s at! We were visiting Seattle and heard that no matter what, you gotta try it Seattle Style. I was not disappointed, this was a total win for me! Fast & fresh food as well as friendly service!

So so good! I visited recently and tried Seattle style and am obsessed. I want all of my dogs that way. Great service and price. Super convenient lunch for foot travel in the area. Would definitely visit again

Good Fast Eat! If you want a quick bite after a long day without paying too much, try this place. These are hotdogs people! Only one way to eat them. Price isnso-so, service was great and the cook/hostess was very patient. Try them out but don’t go in expecting super gourmet food. It’s simple, quick, and great location.

Have to agree $13.25 for two hot dogs, one Seattle style (cream cheese, fried onions and peppers) and the other plain seemed a hefty coin. They were delicious, especially the Coney Island (plain). Don’t think I’d eat there again though.

Our first trip with my boyfriend we saw this hotdogs place and wanted to try it out. I am so glad we did, I have tried many before but nothing like this, I love every bite it's a lot tasty compared to others around. We tried the seattle original that has cream cheese in it. If we ever come back for another trip to seattle this will be the first place to get a snack! Oh and yeah if anyone likes lemonade he does a good job making it my boyfriend approves!

I'd love to see longer hours at the hut. I've never been able to go because it closes at 6pm! I feel like they're missing out on the evening tourists, dinnertime locals, and after-work ferry commuters!

Amazing!!!! My wife and I were walking along the Seattle waterfront and stumbled upon a quiet hot dog stand. I noticed the chalkboard that said "Seattle-style" dog which caught my attention. I've had great dogs at The Last Stand in Philly and Die Wienerschnitzel chain in California, but this was the BEST DOG EVER. The bun was like brioche style and the dog outweighed the bun. It was perfectly cooked and had a ton of flavor. add onion and sweet peppers with cream cheese, YES CREAM CHEESE and you have a gourmet feast for your mouth. we ordered a fresh lemonade and hot cider and walked away under $15. if you like hot dogs you must give this a try when visiting Seattle!

Excellent service. The lady was very nice and I got the Kielbasa with the Seattle Treatment (added cream cheese and grilled onions and bell peppers). The onions were slightly still crunchy. Travis got the chicken link with yummy herbs. The bread was amazingly fresh. It was crispy on the outside and soft and non soggy. It came with sauerkraut. Condiments were ketchup, sweet relish, dill relish, diced raw onions, sweet hot mustard, Gulden’s mustard and regular mustard.

I had to try a Seattle dog while in Seattle and this was the first place I ran across that offered them. Quick service, fair prices, great location and decent food. The hot dog wasn't super flavorful but it wasn't bad. Definitely good for what it is, a boardwalk hot dog shop.

I am a BIG fan of hotdogs (or tube meat, as Tony Bourdain liked to call it), and generally speaking Seattle is grossly lacking with regard to good dogs. Working only a block away from the waterfront allowed me to indulge my hot dog habit a little more regularly, and thank goodness! They're GOOD. Lots of choices, fresh squeezed lemonade, views of Puget Sound. What more could you want?!

Had a Thai chicken dog, great snap to the dog and wonderful flavor. Strawberry lemonade could be a little more tart for my taste but still delicious. Extremely friendly service as well.

I have been eating at Frankfurter since I was little (ie since the 70s) and this is STILL one of my all time PNW original favorites. Everything on the menu is fantastic and we'll priced! If you've never been you should try it, you won't be disappointed. There is only one location now but the waterfront is also one of my favorite places so it's a perfect pairing for me.

Great food, reasonable prices for the waterfront area. Cooked on a grill on toasted or regular buns. Pork or beef selection. All types of drinks from fresh squeezed lemonade to sodas. Different side items and a kids meals. Being on the waterfront,it will be busy and a line to wait in. At the end,it"s worth it. I eat there when riding my bike to Muriel Edwards Park and my friends come with me after they ask where I"m going. 12 of us showed up like a biker gang and took over the place. If your a local or a out of towner,at least try this place one time while their here. You might make this place into a once a week place to eat or a back up to your regular one. The place I go to when here for a day or a week for work. It"s all good. Easy to find on the waterfront, almost center and east of getting your feet wet. Close early during the fall and winter months 7pm. If you can not make it to Leavenworth or the Washington State Fairgrounds during Oktoberfest this year, uuumm this could be your place to go. Just thinking out loud here. Have a great day.

The Frankfurter on the Seattle waterfront is sweet this place has been here a little bit its very easy to find and there usually always open , stop by if your walking buy bring you're family and friend's there like part of the city . I love this place #love Thank You Frankfurter on the waterfront.

Great selection of dogs and delicious hand squeezed lemonade. Anyone who is passionate about a good dog needs to stop here. The staff are also friendly and fun. Grab lunch and eat on the pier.

Use your Entertainment Book 2 for 1 coupons to get two hot dogs for yourself or two items. Don't forget the sauerkraut, relish, onions, and hot deli mustard. Parking is difficult by the water and under the soon to be demolished Alaskan Way Viaduct.

I go here every time I take the ferry into Seattle for a game. I prefer their dogs over what I get in the stadiums. Wish they had one in Tacoma.

Doesn’t have any veggie options and randomly cuts the line in half and closes the stand for 15 min for restocking but I’d rather call them “hotdog emergencies”
