Went for the Oklahoma style burger, but either left off the onions or they’re so thin they all disintegrated, so couldn’t taste them at all. But still was a damn tasty burger, but I’d try the jalapeño one next time. Points off for only ordering through your phone but they were fast and food was reasonably priced for Seattle.

As truly outstanding as all the reviews here say. Had the jalapeño double.
Probably the best smash burger I have ever had.
Can look closed from the street but the dude is there.
Bonus is it is right next to the rooftop brewery so one can drop in for a lager while they wait :)

Great burger a true smash burger. Got the quad Oklahoma. Really enjoyed the burger, it had the right amount of juiciness, crispy lacy edges. However it was a little heavy on the salt. I do understand salt help create the crispy lacy edges and this could be a one off. Still would eat again.

Killer smash burgers. Had the jalapeno double and my partner had the Oklahoma onion burger. Both delicious and hot, with crispy fries. Will be back for sure!
Perfect with some Rooftop Brewing beer too!

That was a tasty burger! Was still delicious after a 10 minute drive home. Will be back, as I do love the taste of a good burger!

If you are looking for a great burger and fries, this is your place. Be advised that all ordering and payment is done through their Website (QR codes at the window to scan into your phone and then order).
While we were waiting on our food, a cyclist was picking up his order. This place is just south of the bike trail and is next door to Rooftop Brewing Company, so he and his buddy were stopping for lunch, combining the two establishments. Great idea!
This is a food truck (we'll, trailer), so no indoor seating unless it's in your car. Staff are great, and the burgers fantastic!

Certainly the best burger I've had in recent memory. The flavors of both the Oklahoma and the Santa Fe are just the right amount of savory satisfaction without tasting too rich. The texture, including the crispy edges, also strikes the perfect balance. The large fries provide plenty for 2-4 people, depending on how hungry you are. I'll be back--many times!

Love this place, with ample parking at the brewery or pickup and easy to find location. I recommend it to anyone looking for something way better than those standard burgers. When you order a burger from Smash That! you get more than you bargain for. Let's start off by saying that Smash That is quite simply a tremendous and quality smashed burger patty on top of another smashed burger patty and if you are daring enough...another! That's not all, either option is delectable depending on your tastes and mood. The Oklahoma with its generous portion of pickles and onions hits the spot if you are looking for a traditional feast. But if you want something with a little more kick the Jalapeno Smash with its piled high jalapenos and onions will satisfy that craving. Oh! And lets not forget about the sauce, Smash That Sauce I need it bottled ASAP!

Most amazing smash burger! Never new what I was missing. Yum!
My four kids begged for more. Rooftop Brewery is kid friendly too.

Best smash burgers in Seattle. The Oklahoma Smash is the perfect combination of flavor between burger/cheese/onion/pickles with tons of the smash sauce. An easy stop, you don’t want to miss out.

This burger is incredible. Eye-closing, mouth-watering, smashed-up perfection. Best scratch burger in town for the foreseeable future. In fact this spot might be from the future. Go. Just go.

Best burger I’ve eaten to date! This place has mastered it. After having the first bite at lunch we decided to order and eat double the amount and skip dinner

First smashburger I've had in seattle that wasnt afraid to achieve the crispy edges that are in my opinion the whole point of a smashburger! The Oklahoma style (onions cooked into the patties) is a plus too.

Absolutely amazing burgers and fries, customer service was 10/10 too. Definitely recommend

Love eating here. Been visiting a bunch lately! Always get 2 Oklahomas, extra onion and spicy fries. Really simple, good smash burgers.

So good! Did not realize one of the burgers was vegetarian and he remade for me free of charge. Saucy fries are great and burgers were amazing!!

Terrific burger at a cool spot. There are plenty of tables and to sit and eat as well as grab a beer from the next door brewery.
I for sure will be back soon!

I’ve been to this location now 7 times in the last three weeks. I’ve had 11 burgers in those 7 days. I can’t get enough.
First of all it’s really easy to order online through Smash that’s website. Great interface.
Next is the greeting. There’s a beautiful human in that truck. He goes by the name of Jered. The smile the discourse and the presentation and delivery of your box of burger genius are just the thing we need more of in this world. Jareds sincere and heartfelt energy, radiates 15 feet out the truck. He’s a treasure adds a certain amount of what I call the secret sauce of customer service. Your burger is a work of love and Jared is the love.
Well here’s this:
As you sink you teeth into the first bite and as your teeth come together gathering up its first sensations, your tongue is meet with the crispy outer edge of the burger that is a perfect 1/2 inch outside the bun drizzled with the ideal amount of secret sauce. The tang combines with the pickles crunch, causing your cheeks to smile and your eyes to close. And in that moment. There ya are. Just you a burger and a perfect moment in time where things are just right.
You will know when you know. It’s as simple as that.
