Just your average fast food burgers at a very convenient location. Service is pretty much non-existent since you order at their kiosks and pick up at their outside window. Also, I may have missed it when ordering it because fries come with no sauces.

Shake Shack has one of the best fried chicken sandwiches, and their beef burgers are also very tasty. Never disappoints! Their fries however…. they’re just so bad. Get a grilled hotdog instead! It’s better than you’d think :)

This location is fairly new in Seattle. I've had Shake Shack burgers in other cities and I'm a big fan. Burgers are great and fries are too.. i know its busy as its a good place so you have to have a bit of patience, but trust me its worth it.

Best burger ever! Great staff too! But although they say it’s open until 8pm, they close the doors at 7h30pm. After that, orders are only via app for pick up at the restaurant window.

I love the burger and fries at Shake Shack, so glad I as able to come when they’re open and didn’t have to wait too too long (10-15mins) for food. First time ordering from the kiosks, it’s pretty straightforward.

The classic burger is great! They are super tasty, Try out the one with bacon and the one with mushroom and beef patty. I’m don’t love shakes with burgers, but their shakes are very creamy and tasty! Is a great place to have some casual food. Dinning in at this location is good. The place is really clean and the staff is super fast, patient and friendly.

Our first time having Shake Shack and it was good. We tried ordering online on our way there but for some reason, it wouldn't let us finish our order. If you hate driving in downtown, so do i. lol Yhey don't have a parking lot of their own so you'll have to park in the street or pay in the lot behind their building. They have an area with ipads where you can order but i was having errors as well so i just ordered in the counter. Staff were nice and friendly. A little mishap on our order was we ordered Buffalo cheese fries but our fries didn't have the cheese sauce when we opened the box. Good thing we didn't leave yet and staff was able to quickly fix our order. I got the Montlake double cut and i added some lettuce, tomato and more onions and it was delicious! not salty but not bland either. my boyfriend got the Avocado bacon chicken sandwich and the chocolate shake. all in all, food was delicious and fresh. will definitely come back.

Definitely be patient here, it’s a hot spot. The kiosk ordering is very simple. Definitely get a milk shake, wow. At a minimum add the cheese to the fries by themselves are not as good imo. Smoke shack was great. They look like they won’t be enough food but the burgers are delicious and filling.
