The Pig Out Tavern burger is so good. Kids really liked the cheese fondue. Our first time at this Red Robin, we're from out of town. We love Red Robin. Our server Leo was fantastic!

This is one of our favorite places to eat, we eat at Red Robin once every few months I'd say. It's great for burgers and chicken strips (clucks n' fries) but they also have a few salads and other things as well like their recently added freshly baked pizza. It's very kid friendly and kids of all ages from the little one to teenagers. The atmosphere is fun and lively especially when it's busy and it can get noisy sometimes. The service is always fast and friendly. I like that you can order and check out right from your table so you don't have to wait for your server to bring the check or ring in your food. I tried the new purple lemonade and it was really good. Tasted similar to a melted bomb pop popsicle. It has prickly pear!

I'm not sure what happened to Red Robin, but they used to be so good. The fries look like they have been microwaved now and not much seasoning. The wait was a little slow, but there was1 waitress for a large section. The staff seemed friendly.

Staff are awesome! Just went in there before an orientation at a different location. They were quick, friendly and very cool. I ordered a side of fries and a glass of water. I had both within 3 minutes. Bartender kept good communication and good company while I enjoyed my snack. These folk really need a raise. The work ethics go a long long way.

Yesterday Devin was amazing! She is the best server in Red Robin’s. She does an amazing job knowing when to refill beverages without asking! As well if needed for anything else. She remembers her guests from previous visits and always says a goodbye and hope to see you again. Please go to see Devin. She is amazing!!

Northgate location.. Standard Red Robin, nothing new to say, except... Currently, there is virtually no parking. Kid's Mac n Cheese served cold. Re-heated on request. It just seems like all the food has really gone down hill over the years. Servers are friendly, but the system seems impersonal.

Great place for a good burger. Scorpion pepper burger is spicy without scorch. Guacamole burger was appropriately creamy and messy. Tower of onion rings was crisp and tasty. Really good thoughtful service.

Way to expensive. Note though considering the salary for the waiter, the cooks, the person who brings the drinks, the person who brings the food and the person who cleans up: all separate hourly wage. So 2 extra people the customers has to pay for is redundant and unnecessary. A 10 dollar hamburger cost 18 dollars.

We went there on lunch time right before the Seahawks game on Sunday. We got seated right away the service was great. Food came out quickly and was as expected. Was a great Sunday date!

Got the monster burger and it was huge, this thing was delicious. The service was spot on, the bottomless fries and drinks were fast, if I wasn't worried about calories, I'd eat here every night.

Service is unbearably slow, even sitting at the bar, and this location is usually pretty crowded so make sure you come with 30 to 40 min to spare to wait for a spot/wait for service. Don't be surprised if servers forget about you entirely. Food is good, standard red robin. **edit** They finally hired an amazing bartender (Devin) but the rest of the restaurant runs like hot garbage. The hostess station doesn't care about first come first serve so be prepared to be a squeaky wheel when you see a table open up or you'll be the last to eat.

Over 75% of the tables were empty, and they still made us wait 34 minutes to get a seat. It wasn't like they were understaffed. Once we were seated, our waiter only had 3 tables and spent a lot of time standing around/talking.

Impeccable service. Never had to ask for a refill of anything. Food came out very quickly even though it is a holiday and pretty full. Food, as always at Red Robin, is very delicious. Atmosphere is good, obviously a little crowded but it's nice. We were seated just in the little inside patio-esque area by the fireplace and it was delightful. Edit: men's restroom non-handicapped stall is very tiny. Uncomfortable for a bigger dude.

My sister and I frequent here quite a lot. The bottomless fries are our favorite, but on top of that their burgers are always phenomenal; ordering any of them and you can't ever go wrong. Every staff here are super friendly and they'll do anything in their power to make sure you're satisfied. On the other hand, the onion rings weren't too great, but that's not something I often order. Also, ours didn't come in a tower despite it being called an "onion ring tower", but that's a minor detail for such a good place.

This Red Robin like every Red Robin in this area is awesome. Food was amazing, staff was super friendly, there's a bit of a wait to get to our seat, but it was a Friday night and a really busy location, so that's understandable. Once we were seated service was prompt courteous and consistent. Food arrived quickly, and was very fresh and hot again, worth noting because of how busy they were. Also, their drinks are top notch. Even their old fashioned!!

I was craving RR, I can't remember the last tome I had it... Anyways we dropped in with a large group for lunch. We had to wait about 15-20 min to get seated. After that service was mostly good, minus the fact that the vegetarian friend was served a beef burger in lettuce wrap instead of a veggies burger. The shake is satisfying and it comes with the overflow, it's like two glasses. I ordered the chocolate hazelnut bliss, it was good minus the cookies that felt a little stale. I did enjoy it, the downside was that I got full and when the burger came there was no more space :( We started with some appetizers onion rings and deep fried pickles, they are ok but it after a couple it tastes too oily. I ordered the southern charm which was recommended, it wasn't bad, but my issue was that the bun used cannot handle the burger and it falls apart which kind of ruins the experience a bit. The fries were alright but they got cold too fast. All and all it felt Ok.

The service is fast and friendly, but the quality of the food has definitely gone down. The burgers are smaller, as are the fries. Haven't tried the shakes lately, but if the burgers and fries are smaller, you can bet the shakes are too. Self checkout from the table is nice, but it's weird that the table kiosk let's you order appetizers and drinks, but not order the main things like burgers.

Red Robin is one of my all time favorite restaurants. Well priced. The burgers are great and the bottomless fries are awesome. Bottomless root beer floats and freckled lemonades are also amazing. The service usually is pretty consistent each visit. Though sometimes it is disappointing from time to time since the bar has been set so high. I would always recommend Red Robin.

Haven't visited RR in years, and decided to come here during their educational staff/teacher appreciation day and tried one of their new "Tavern Double" burgers. Due to the free burger offer, it was PACKED and super crazy busy. Service was very slow, and drinks took forever to arrive, but I would attribute it to the special event. Other issues (drink was sold out so I never received it, received the wrong burger, etc) I would not consider to be normal issues. The beer was surprisingly spendy ($7-8), but the burgers (normally $6.99) were free, so oh well. The tavern double burgers are a nice size - smaller than their regular burgers, but enough to make a good sized lunch especially with the fries. I ordered the "Sir Racha Tavern Double", subbed pepperjack instead of American. It wasn't spicy at all, and would have been nice to get some hot sauce, but due to the business I didn't ask. I didn't taste much sriracha or spicy flavor, but it was hot and fresh and still very tasty - I was impressed! They also have these touch screen things set up at every table that were a bit confusing to use - it's very difficult to access just a simple menu to see items and prices. It is convenient that you're able to see your bill and check out without having to wait for a server, but we couldn't get the "split check" feature to work.

Within the last 4 to 5 months, we haven't had a burger make it to our table warm but maybe twice! My son and I go to the movies a lot, and he loves to go to R.R before our flick for dinner, or he used to. Maybe it's just our luck but we have found that even with a reservation time of 50 minutes, we end up waiting another 20 minutes or more just to be seated. Our burgers take forever to get to the table, and more often than not they are barely warm, but the fries are hot. We have switched to the Crispy Chicken sandwich because it's breaded and arrives at an acceptable eating temp. Also we are finding that from the time we arrive for our reservation time(delayed), until our meals make it to the table, we must ask for to-go boxes because we have to take half, or sometimes all of our meal with us because we didn't have time to eat. Start to not finished 3hrs, delayed reservation, forever wait time on a burger at a gourmet burger restaurant, cold food we may have to take with us.... Is it staffing, online orders or both? We hope that they can pull it together and bring back the fun and the yummm!!!

I always get great service here. Just yesterday I came in and it was full. I really just wanted a drink by myself at the bar. The Hostess Erica said it would be a really long time for a seat and I said really? Even just the bar top? She quickly looked saw that no one was there and let me sit down. It was an excellent judgement call especially seeing that the list didn’t match up with the reality of the situation. Get servers quick service I love coming here.

This place was fantastic. It was so good I accidentally forgot to take a photo of my food. Being a vegetarian it’s really hard to find a veggie burger that doesn’t make me sick. The veggie burger here made out of quinoa was so delicious and it’s the same price for the impossible whopper and it’s 10000x better.

Everyone here works very hard and it shows! Great burgers for an awesome price that's worth trying out if you are new to Red Robin. Delicious Menu has had me wanna try them all out. Manager was awesome with customer complaint which was not having enough wonderful staff as they do now. Waiter deserved that tip im coming back

Red Robyn is convenient and cheap. And that’s where the accolades stop. No salt on my margarita, no refills for my kids’ drinks, no silverware/napkins provided, food is average at best. If you’re in a bind and there’s nothing else available, it works, but it’s far from an enjoyable restaurant experience. Staff needs a lot more training.

Bartenders/servers are always friendly and responsive. Treat them as you want to be tread red, right. Been going here for more years than I should admit. From Jerry to Amanda to Sonya to Kevin to John, some there, some gone, always respectful which is why, despite prices going up, and serving sizes going down, I still go back. Compared to the Waterfront location, where the service is menial, at best. I will CONTINUE to frequent this location for all my years near Seattle 😁 Having been to the Lynnwood location several times the past couple years, even more so I appreciate the overall staff service at the Northgate location.

An honest review, service was accommodating to a degree, no water refills, came over once to see if we wanted more fries. I had the new Buffalo chicken sandwich, which had a nice patty but all the condiments were cheap including the bun; no seasoning. Fries are bland, only reason I went was for the girlfriend. Beer was also 7 dollars for a draft.Girlfriends clucks and fries were cold. Felt oddly depressing in the place if we are comparing to Applebees.

I come here about once a month and I have a different burger every time. Love the bottomless fries, fun atmosphere, and friendly service! Its usually packed, so you may have to wait but its never too long of a wait. Theres lots of seating and a fun bar area with sports playing all the time.

Red Robin was absolutely fantastic, we ordered dinner for my father's birthday and there was a system mishap that caused the payment not to go through. Not only were they extremely understanding and apologetic for the hassle but they went above and beyond with their service for something that was not even their fault. I cannot give enough praise to customer service like this. Not to mention the food was great!!!

I have been to a few different Red Robins across the state for comparison and I was kind of disappointed with it. While my burger wasn't bad, the broccoli side order was over cooked to the point of being mushy. In addition, every other location has let me mix bottomless sides as long as they were cheaper. For some reason, this wasn't allowed, which seemed petty considering the cost of potatoes compared to broccoli. Everything else about this location was fine. The waiter was courteous enough, the food came out at a reasonable time, and it was clean enough. Overall, not bad.

Went here about a month ago. Once we were seated, I was amazed at the speed we got our orders. This was a busy evening, with lines coming out of both doors and every table full, but our drinks and appetizers appeared within 15 minutes of ordering, burgers 10 minutes after that. Being able to deliver that quickly with friendly service, while under pressure from so many customers, was amazing! It was the best service I've gotten from any Red Robin.

Red Robin is good, and this one is just like all the other ones. There's usually quite a wait (depending on when you come) even though the restaurant's pretty big. Service varies, and the last time we were here was probably the best service we've ever had. Well, it was definitely the happiest and the friendliest. I ordered one of the burgers but pretty much customized it to my liking. I also changed out the side of fries for a caesar salad. The burgers are fine, they're not especially tender or flavorful but they're decent for what you pay. The fries are bottomless, I prefer crispy fries so I'll usually only eat half of them and leave the others for anyone else at the table. The caesar salad is okay, the lettuce isn't especially crispy and I wish the dressing was a little less Kraft-tasting (bland). All in all, it's a Red Robin, it's not a 5 star restaurant so have the right expectations when you come in and it'll all be fine.

Generally good food and service. Crowded and noisy but the kitchen manages to keep up pretty well. Of the many times I've been there only once was my Mushroom Swiss burger way over cooked dry and disappointing. It's a great place for a surprising variety of food besides burgers. Took forever to get food. party of 3, orders placed at same time, but food came at 3 separate times. Ordered a burger with no cheese, and it still came with cheese.. with my allergy to dairy, it made my lunch basically endless fries..as getting a waitress or help was basically non existent, unless it was a to go order..hoping it was just a bad day..

Usually busy at expected busy times. The staff is usually great and friendly. They have a wide range of options from healthy (Grilled Chicken Sandwich with bottomless broccoli) to dessert (Mile High Mudd Pie). It's one of my favorite chains, regardless of location. It's a Seattle original!

This Red Robin looks like every other Red Robin I have been to. They have an arcade for the kids and a nice bar for the adults in the middle. Every time I go here for lunch with the co-workers it's always packed. I do want to say that this is the place to bring a large group to for lunch. It's really hard to find a place that can effectively serve a big group and I'm glad Red Robin can help us out with finding a good lunch spot. I haven't had any issues coming in here and the food tastes fine. I always order the Whiskey River BBQ burger and they do a good job making it over here. Tip: Make sure you order bottomless fries with ALL the sauces. This is an amazing experience!

I'm low-key obsessed with Red Robin and have never had a bad meal at any location. It's a good local chain that takes food seriously. I've eaten at many Red Robin's and the quality is always consistent, plus the freckled lemonade is a great compliment for anything on their menu. Sad that Sam's Tavern is now apartments, but glad I can get Red Robin nearly everywhere in the region.

The staff is lacking in customer service, the management is doing the best they can with their employees but they are still making too many mistakes. My order was wrong, when they brought out the remade food it was cold and the waitress couldn't have cared less. The manager I spoke with took care of my meal that evening but it was easy to see he was frustrated with his staff. I found out the hard way two weeks ago that I am highly allergic to the penicillin that is found in blue cheese. I mentioned my allergy to my waitress Rachel, she made special note and assured that precautions would be taken. Our food was brought out by another server and it was unclear which burger was made with precautions. Rachel quickly took the burger away from me with a very concerned and sincere look, worried about which burger I received. She quickly brought back a basket of fries, so I could eat something while my friends ate. With in a few minutes she presented me with a new burger assuring me that it was safe. I have had high anxiety eating at restaurants as just two weeks ago I nearly lost my life in one due to a trace amount of blue cheese that was transferred to my meal from a friend trying my Alfredo. (Innocently). I received this amazing service with a packed restaurant and bar, I began to notice that the people around me were all very happy there drinks whether it was water, soda, or spirits were promptly filled; there food was nicely presented and the server Rachel was to thank. In the midst of handling a full sitting area she took the time to ensure that my food was safe. My friends and I had an amazing time laughing and talking with eachother and those around us. So thank you Red Robin and especially thank you to Rachel! We will be back for sure!

The server we had even made sure to tell our friend if anything was non vegetarian (which she is) and offered her thoughts on substitutions. The Mad Love burger is messy and delicious. We have a person with a food allergy and they set up an electronic menu that only showed the milk-free menu items so it was easy to choose. The kid’s menu Mac and cheese is a hit and served in small portions, but it looks like the refill was free. I’m not sure what the $1.99 entertainment fee is for? The only dark beers were Guinness and a coconut porter, but there are a lot of choices if you’re an IPA fan. We all enjoy the freckled lemonade which has strawberry pieces in it. We only waited about 15 minutes to be seated and around 20 minutes for our food even though they were busy.

Red Robin has a terrific menu with a wide variety of American inspired dishes. It is a great place to take kids with lots of kid menu choices. The only drawback is the noise. I wish Red Robin would live up to it's hype by both times I have been here the experience has been mediocre with regard to the staff and atmosphere. The restaurant is massive and they always seems to be short staffed. Service is friendly but rather infrequent. Red Robin is neither quick, fast food nor a strong sit-down restaurant contender. I will allow them to take the title of date night king however. The combination appeals to a wide audience. The food is good.

Vegan Perspective: Its been about 10 years since I last visited a Red Robin. The Red Robin I remembered had Boca burgers as the only veggie option besides a house salad...not anymore. They now offer a house made vegan Patty that is delicious. You can get it with unlimited steamed broccoli or substitute fries. Either way you'll be so enamored with the burger you won't care about the side. It has just the right flavor and texture, highly recommended.

They are still open while demolition construction is beginning for the New Training Rinks for the NHL. Oh yah baby, the NHL is coming to town. Really love Red Robin but tonight's visit while out of state from MN, wasn't the best. I ordered the Searing Salmon with the broccoli. I ordered an Iced Tea but never had a spoon to stir the sweetener and lemon into it and no straw. Had to ask for one. The Salmon was I think a little too seared. Had a tough texture to it. Broccoli was not hot but luke warm and the side of cole slaw was bland. Never was offered extra broccoli since it was unlimited. I would have gladly had more since I love it. Bartender was my server and she checked on me while eating and got me a refill on my tea but didn't ask about the broccoli.

We always specifically traveled to this Red Robin at Northgate because they were always better than the other Red Robin's. Their burgers always tasted better because they were the only RR that cooked over an open flame. We wondered why and were told by the manager that they were the only RR that had this particular cooking method. The burgers were always extra good because of this. We traveled there again recently and ordered our usual burgers, only to find out that they tasted bland with no bbq smokey flavor. We asked why, and were told that they were no longer using that method because it took longer and if they used the other grill, that they could put more burgers out quickly, thus sacrificing taste. We also noticed that the juicy, dripping burgers were no longer wrapped in paper. The paper helped keep them together, making it easier to hang onto. The paper also kept it from dripping all over. We talked to the manager and he said we could always ask for our burgers to be cooked on the open flame (which takes a little bit longer, but well worth it), and he was happy to wrap our burgers in the paper, and he re-made our burgers with the open flame, and offered us dessert on the house. I was pleased that he listened to us and corrected the problem. We visited again weeks later and asked the waitress if we could get our burgers cooked on the open flame. She understood, but someone in the kitchen didn't and again brought us the bland burgers again. Again we talked to the manager, and he made it right again. My only complaint is that I wish we didn't have to specify, and there seems to be alot of confusion with the kitchen. Northgate Red Robin, please cook all your burgers on the open flame. That is what made you stand out from the others. Also, your burgers really need to be wrapped as they always have.

The burgers are always great but if you are on a diet, this is NOT a place to be. Their burgers are super high in calories and don't even get me started on the bottomless fries. Skip the signature burgers and go for one of the tavern doubles to cut the calories in half (740+ calories still though).

Well, once in a blue moon I will treat myself to a Red Robin burger. This time, it was the "Impossible Burger" which was plant based and actually really delicious too. Stuffed with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, cheese of your choice (swiss) and mayo. Bottomless fries too. I always request no salt or seasonings, just plain please. And catsup to dip them in. This Red Robin is located in Northgate Mall. I was speaking to one of the waiters and asked if they plan to move anytime soon (since most of the businesses have vacated to make room for the NHL Ice Arena) and was told that a meeting that morning said it's definite that they will stay for a long while. Anticipating huge business with hocky arena, perhaps?

Love the bottomless fries and lemonade. They have about 4 or 5 types of lemonade. Also on your birthday, you will get a chocolate sundae.

Even though this place seems to be in a mall food court, they have a separated area like a proper restaurant in there. I enjoyed their whiskey river BBQ burger which was amazing.

This time around was not so hot at Red Robin. There was staff drinking, staff not being attentive, cold or bad foods, etc. Ate in the bar and only hope they will try harder next time.
