If you’re waiting for a mariners game to start or in the area and hungry, Paseo is the go to restaurant. Not only is the food authentic, but the kind staff is as well. The cooks have perfected the balance of meats, vegetables, and bread in regards to their sandwiches. The tostones are crispy and fantastic as well. This place is definitely top 3 in the Seattle area when it comes to non-American style sandwiches.

Service is excellent, food is deliciously amazing. The #1, is hands down the best sandwich. The facility is clean with restrooms avail. Plenty of indoor as well as patio seating. If you are trying to figure out where to eat and haven't eaten here stop reading, take whatever mode of transportation is avail. to you and stop by to stuff your face with some delicious food.

This is the best sandwich you will ever have in your life (the number 1). It was so good that I ate here three days in a row while I visiting in Seattle for three days.

Have heard a lot about this place. We ordered roasted corn, Caribbean roast and paseo press. The corn was the saddest looking corn I’ve seen. No seasoning at all. However, the sandwiches made up for it. The pulled pork shoulder was delicious.

Awesome meat to bun ratio for the most popular "#1 sandwich" which is generous amounts of pulled pork on a warm toasted bun. Get the napkins out, the juices are going to drip all over if you're not prepared. Just the right amount of fat and grease that it won't make you feel uncomfortable. Location is near Showbox so it might get packed, 4 free parking spots out front. Slightly cold inside, but the sandwich hits the spot. Cuban pork sandwich was around 13.50 after tax.

Amazing spot to come and check out ! I was blown away by how good all of the food and flavors where. Easily takes a place on the list of favorites and must try’s. Super authentic eats and really enjoyed how all the taste flowed together for a yummy experience.

the sandwich was huge and super flavorful! i was surprised by the amount of meat in there. it was messy to eat though, so we ended up using utensils. the fries were so crispy and delicious as well!

Delicious Cuban sandwhich - really juicy and pretty loaded. They have a good selection of sandwiches and other sides. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

Sort of stumbled on this place, and now I’ll recommend it to anyone I know. It’s just so good. A little pricey, but well worth it. We got the #2 and the #7 along with corn. It was all phenomenal—will certainly return next time I’m in SODO.
