Reviews of Palisade
Mike (Big Mike)
The service from Jordan was top notch. He definitely made our family outing for a birthday really enjoyable. He brought out the birthday girl a dessert, wished her happy birthday, and was just friendly to talk to. I did not get many photos just because we were all talking and enjoying the meals. Since I'm allergic to seafood, I ended up getting the chicken just because steaks from places like this I never really enjoy 100%. I got the smoked old fashioned for my beverage. This is where they bring a smoker to the table and light it to let it infuse. This was very nice and the drink was very well made. I would suggest anyone who orders it to ask them to double or triple smoke it or make sure they load the bowl up with more. I would also suggest that they leave the lid or the smoking device on the glass for longer if you like your whiskey with a strong smoke taste. That was really my only complaint and the drink was still good. Yes, this place is fairly expensive. It does provide a higher service and food quality to match that. Also, the view out the windows is amazing. I will say driving there does suck a little bit because at certain points there's no actual signs or things tell me where to go and you almost feel like when you make the last turn you go from like a ghetto to ritzy million dollar homes out of the blue where this restaurant is at. I just found that really odd.

Palisade is a wonderful restaurant for dinner with a great view of Elliot Bay. We enjoyed the delectable crab dip for an appetizer, absolutely delicious seafood for dinner, and wonderful drinks. The wine selection is absolutely extensive and amazing. The kids' menu is an awesome deal. I was amazed at how much food my child got for under $10, and it was so good! Out server was very attentive, and the ambiance is nice and spacious! The only downside was that it was an especially hot day in Seattle. Even with the A/C on, it was pretty warm and uncomfortable inside the restaurant.

Visited on Christmas Day and had a very lovely dinner. First impressions, the restaurant has a romantic and cozy atmosphere. The view of both the water and city is oh so pretty! The food was good, particularly enjoyed the lobster bisque and the seafood trio. Their desserts are also really yummy, both the chocolate cake and their creme brulee were the perfect finish to our meal. Would come again!

The views are incredible. On a clear day you can gaze upon the majestic Mt Rainier and wish you had one of the boats below. The longer you stay at the Palisade, the bigger and more sophisticated words you start using - like "exquisite" - to describe all things in your life. But we all know it's just a front. Tears.
Food was great but not exceptional. I'm grading this based on the restaurant being a fine dining establishment. I had the lamb and it was perfectly cooked but way too salty. Big portion sizes. Drinks were great. Creme brulee was good. I will probably come back and try more seafood stuff.

Food: huge, fresh shrimp, moist salmon, and smoky, grilled scallops, plus an interesting mix of seasonal veggies (Brussels plus radish recently). Serene view of the boat docks. Top-notch service. Dated but clean dining area. Plenty of parking. A gem away from downtown.

We choose Palisade for New Years eve celebration and Valentines. New years eve was pretty good beside lava cake wasn't lava but we did had a great time and enjoyed our water view. But we came at 5 PM which was early and we got a good service.
However, Valentines felt totally opposite. They had exactly same pre-set menu beside dessert was different. We didn't got our requested window table even tho we were ready to wait and there were plenty available. They put us in the middle and we hardly could squeeze ourselves walking trough the tables. We saw in 2 minutes they put couple after us to window table. They didn't even respected our membership card that supposed to have "perks". Service felt very rushed and we didn't enjoyed cold dishes. Also steak didn't had any sauces to it and was very dry and cheewy. Overall felt like factory in and out vibe. We wanted to leave as soon as possible.

Good food, but you’re mostly paying for the gorgeous view of the city. The seafood «tower» was not as large as I imagined it for the price, but it tasted really good ! Great portion size however for the halibut. Overall great experience for dinner, I recommend it if budget is not a concern.

My wife and I went Saturday night for our birthday dinner, first time coming here. We found parking right by the front entrance and waited a short time before being seated at our table. Fantastic view of Elliot Bay with the downtown skyline in the background. For our appetizer we ordered the lobster and crab dip, very delicious. For entrees, my wife ordered the rank of lamb dish (she scarved it down, remarked it was some of the best lamb she's ever had) and I ordered the grilled seafood trio, which consisted of salmon, shrimp and scallops! We added the Beecher's Mac and Cheese with lobster as a side dish. Everything was grilled perfectly and the scallops were AMAZING! Only disappointment was the Beecher's mac n cheese, not really much lobster in it and wasn't as creamy as I was hoping. For dessert we got the key lime pie but was also surprised by our waiter by two creme bulee for our birthdays! Would totally recommend this place for a special dinner or just a nice date night!

Absolutely beautiful and romantic and elegant and just everything! LOVED EVERYTHING AND THE FOOD! Hard to find but definitely worth it so give yourself extra time to find it without missing your reservation. It is pricey and again so worth it.

Fiancé and I came to Palisade for date night and had a lovely experience! Service was good, but left some room for improvement. the food was excellent, scallops are highly recommended! It was our anniversary so they left a card on the table for us and brought us a crème brûlée, we did not know we were getting a dessert so we had ordered the cheesecake on our own. Both desserts were decent but not my favorite. If you can catch a sunset meal you’ll get a great view over the harbor. Overall we really enjoyed our experience here and will come back for future dinners.

Had a great dining experience. Sean(spelling?) Was an incredible server, made us laugh and went above and beyond for service. One note, wish we could have had espresso at the end of our meal. Not enough to make me drop a star though. Started with lobster/crab dip, both got filets.

Went here with my partner for my 21st birthday dinner. We were kindly taken to our table, and I was given a sweet little birthday note, which was unexpected! Morgan was an excellent, very sweet waitress who made my birthday dinner more memorable going above and beyond throughout our dinner. Food was amazing and we both enjoyed our meals. Attached a photo of the lovely dessert I was gifted with as a surprise. Delicious!

Great for casual but also for events, date or any nice occasion
We celebrated there few times, reservations are easy to make and the staff is always knowledgeable and accommodating for any food allergies or special request.
Ask for a seating by the window, sunsets are nice and the views are amazing.
Seafood is great. Lobster bisque is my wife’s favorite but anything they have would probably be on the high end side.
Full bar with great selection.

Not another overpriced just because its by the water or some scenic location. The food is legit amazing here. This place was perfect for a suprise dinner night. Even the entrance was a fun experience.
We had reservations and were seated fairly quick. I was pretty much wowed from the entrance to the seats. The view from where we sat was really nice. We could see the marina, downtown, and an overall nice view of the sound in that area. We made it just before the sunset.
Most of the food was seafood with a bit of asian inspiration. I ordered the crab stuffed lobster with some grain whos name I cant rememer. I do however remember that ever bit was savored. Im glad I chose this, but I have a feeling the other dishes would have been amazing as well.
The most interesting part of the meal was the appetizer. I ordered kungpao calamari. Never knew that even existed. It was forsure the best calamari I've ever eaten. The fried breading did however start to get soggy over time to the point where i ended up not finishing the final bits. It was such a good portion I wasnt mad as I still needed room for my main course. Which wasnt a large portion by any means.
In order to even get to our seats we had to walk over a cool bridge like walk way that is over water. Kind of a large pond. Very cool. The main space is very open and designed in a way where pretty much every seat has a good view. Windows pretty much from floor to dome/ceiling. Its hard to explain without seeing it, but the dome ceiling curves up pretty high. Very cool interior design. From what I could tell every group inside was enjoying themselves and off in their own world.

It’s beautiful. The koi paintings were stunning. The food was acceptable. We ordered two mojito’s and they were perfect. The non alcoholic dragon fizz was a delight. The bread basket was sad. The bread was dry and the butter was unsalted. The majority of it was left untouched on the table, and I noticed that no other tables around us had eaten theirs either. Next came the seafood tower and it was disappointing. Compared to the one we ordered the night before and Anthony’s, it was definitely lacking. The poki was sitting straight on the bed of ice so when you try to scoop it out you got ice on your chip. The Oysters were very small and the one I tried was gritty. The shrimp were sweet and texturally perfect. The seafood trio was good. The salmon was a little fishy but the scallops made up for it. The prime rib was perfectly cooked although the asparagus was definitely still on the raw side. Don’t order the stuffed prawns. They were a no. We ended up getting crème brûlée for free and I think it’s because it was the end of the night and they had to get rid of it, but it was as good as anywhere else I’ve ever had it. We did not order dessert because the dessert menu was limited and very basic. The bathrooms were very clean as far as I could tell because the toilets are actually black. They were probably very trendy 30 years ago. Our total came to $284 before tip and I would probably not return to this particular restaurant.

I've had seafood at many places, and the food at Palisade was absolutely divine.
My party and I booked a table for three, and they offered us a table at the bar as we arrived quite early for our reservation. The drinks were wonderful. I recommend the lavender cosmo.
The atmosphere was just beautiful, with the lovely pond in the middle of the establishment, the soft lighting, and the gorgeous harbor view, it was quite a spectacle. The lobster tanks were in the front of the restaurant so you can see them before you order, as well.
Our wait staff was very professional and polite. They were training a new person, and he was very gracious with his service even as he followed his superior around. They often roamed the tables to check if any of us needed anything, and they were very present at all times, which is a fairly rare thing to see nowadays, I feel.
The food was next-level. I feel like the only lobster I've had to top this one was at five-star restaurants in the Bahamas. The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy. Their steak was amazing, wonderful in its simplicity. The scallops were perfectly cooked, and the yellow sauce they served with them is truly what brought out their flavor. Not overpowering, but very tasty and complementary to the dish.
One of our party was celebrating his birthday, and they brought out a wonderful coffee cake for free that was very light and tasty, the perfect finish to such a dinner.
Overall, a 5-star experience that won't break your bank. We will definitely be back!

Limited menu selections for Sunday brunch. The food presentation was great, and the test was good, but it was cold. Great service!

This place is literally the best when it comes to food service location and view. Our server Justin was amazing very patient and knowledgeable on the wine and food. The desert was absolutely delicious. I’m happy me and my husband chose typhus place to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We’ll be back !

Palisade a Pacificnorthwest seafood served in an elegant space with an indoor pond in the sweep of ElliottBay and Pudget Sound toward the Olympics. Inside, the whiff of grandeur only an indoor pond can provide. Palisade has been one of Seattle‘s top go-to spots for special occasions and astonishing waterfront views. Palisade offers private dining areas in the restaurant with the same dramatic views as the dining room.
The restaurant‘s menu futures everything from Seattle City View Brunch to salads and chowders, to fresh seafood and prime stakes, to desserts and cocktails.
The dress code at Palisade is business casual.
Overall, if you are up to landmark your destination for a memorable dining experience with an inspiring view, at Palisade, you will get the experience you’re looking for.

We had a wonderful dinner for our anniversary 😊 Food was delicious and service outstanding! I had the chef's special with ribeye steak and lobster tail and for desert Vanilla Creme Brulee. Absolutely delicious! Will certainly be back.

I booked an early dinner for my birthday at Palisade, for my parents and I. The restaurant is a short drive north from downtown Seattle - and is in a way diverted from the main bustle of the city. There is also a large parking lot directly on-site, which was welcome.
The restaurant is charming, elegantly designed in a tiered, amphitheater sort of shape. Large bay windows seating is available on the far side of the restaurant with open views of a large dock on the sound. You'll mostly see watercraft parked in rows but it's nice to sit near the water and the shades are adjustable for the sun.
The service was quick, and the wait staff very polite. There's no need to dress up (many customers are not) but you will not be out of place in business casual either.
The food is really what shined: the seafood is excellent, tastes fresh, is seasoned perfectly and served at prices that are surprisingly more affordable than many high end restaurants. The portions are standard for other higher end places but the food was delicious. The appetizers were well worth ordering and the wine list is very robust and includes also affordable local WA state wines.
The environment was quiet, peaceful and enjoyable and the food truly won the day. They bring a complimentary slice of a coffee cake for birthdays. All in all we enjoyed it very much and will be back again.

Couldn’t go wrong on menu. Nicole conducted a symphony of an experience. The view was breathtaking & the food was a playful pivot from our new england seafood palate. LOVE!

We had a wonderful seat by the window with views of the yachts, Mt. Rainier and the Seattle skyline. The Exotic Mojito cocktail is so refreshing - must try. We also tried the Mule and enjoyed it. Kung Pao calamari - delicious and huge portion. We split the Seafood Bucatini - loved the flavors in it. Our server Nash was very friendly and was kind enough to serve us a French Vanilla Creme Brulee (also great) as a congratulations gift. Overall, great experience.

Received amazing service to help us in celebrating a very special 1st anniversary and the food and drinks were delicious! Plus the view is amazing!

Snagged a reservation for my fiancé’s birthday. Did not disappoint. Awesome spot for a twilight meal, overlooking the ocean and marina, along with Mt. Rainier in the distance. Every item placed on our plates was delivered straight from the kitchen of the gods.

Great food and views.
Check Happy Hour Menu.
Be sure to stroll west on walkway behind back of restaurant to Smith Cove about .75mile round trip.
Great views on sunny days
Watch ship traffic and boats returning to their moorage.

Making a reservation was a good idea and they followed through on my request for a window table. We ordered oysters and drinks, salad, entree and dessert. I specifically asked for a wine to pair with my entree. The drinks were delicious and the entree was amazing. The wine that I ordered to pair with my entree didn't come out until 15 minutes after I received my entree, I had to remind the server. The oysters had shell pieces in them. The salad and dessert was average. Overall I was disappointed with the food and service for the price point.
Kairi Froehlich
Not very good. Salad was too sweet. Chicken wasn’t well-seasoned, mashed potatoes were lemony? And calamari was too complicated for its own good in my own opinion (used to much flavoring for good quality seafood and masked any natural good flavor it could have) The staff was amazing and our waiter was lovely! I believe her name is Lisa. The view and the ambience were great. I might be back to try something else. Hopefully I just happen to get everything that I wouldn’t like very much.
Tabatha
Great service, ambiance, and a fantastic view! I enjoyed the oysters, but the crab stuffed shrimp were greasy and the sides had too much butter.
Cat V
Great place with wonderful views. The food is pricey but everything I ate was memorable. I didn’t care for the cocktail selection though. Our waiter was great and all the staff were lovely. I would definitely go back.

Washington-made Cabernet Sauvignon was a good choice of a house wine, great value. The appetizer Crab and Lobster dip was taste buds pleasing, not too salty nor fattening. The highlight of dinner was a dish prepared with talent, Sake marinated black cod with prawn/shrimp cake, zucchini spirals in coconut-ginger sauce with microgreens. Delightful! Small things that could improve - water refills, needed patio heaters, and minimized interruptions by staff
Frenchie
This was a very nice fine dinner. I was a bit shocked at how limited the menu. Food was exceptional lobster, king crab and filet mignon were cooked to perfection. The baguette for the table and appitizer lacked flavor and did not deliver like the rest of the meal. The view does not get any better it is jaw dropping and the fish swimming thru the middle of the restaurant was unique.
Laura McLeod
A friend and I were there for a celebratory Sunday brunch and while in the end, the experience was fine, I feel compelled to describe it. First, after we were seated, no one came to the table to offer water or take a drink order until, after 10 minutes or so, I went back to the front desk and asked (the restaurant was less than half full, and other tables near us were being served). When we received our food, I wasn't impressed - I won't go into details here because the manager did the right thing for us - but even after making it right, I've had better at Palisade and equivalent restaurants - and at one time may have given this place 5 stars instead of 3, and this both for presentation and execution. There were a couple of other interesting 'things' that made it less than ideal, but it's still a beautiful place with a stunning view. I appreciate the special 'mocktail' drink menu and our beverages were good. I hope this was just a fluke; I know restaurants are having a hard time right now. I'll go back another time and if it's improved, I'll update this review.

Fantastic dinner, everything was perfect, from food to service to ambiance, will be back!

Visited for Dinner. Great waterfront locale with a great bar and nice food selection. Liked the smoky bourbon cocktail which they make at the table. Plenty of parking and service was good. Nobody was rushed and no waiting between courses.

went with my parents for a fun night out…i ordered crab cakes as my entree which were not that great. i also ordered a side of the mushrooms which were really dry, didn’t even know mushrooms could be dry. my parents seemed to really enjoy their meals though. the molten chocolate cake was the winner for the night. also the living wage surcharge makes people want to tip less.

Three stars is based on my experience of planning a 16-person wedding reception in August 2022. 4-stars for food and 2-stars for overall service with the staff during the planning. This review is mainly for anyone interested in planning a large event at Palisade.
I initially started off by coordinating with Alex the Sales & Event Coordinator. Alex was great at answering my questions about the banquet room in a timely manner. Closer to the event I was put in touch with the manager Morgan to work out the menu & contract details. Morgan was very polite but there were multiple occasions where she either did not respond or clearly did not take the time to read my emails in full and therefore did not address the questions asked. The lack of communication made me unsure as to whether my email was seen and how often I should check in. I felt I was doing a lot of chasing management for answers and it was only when I reached out to Alex about this issue that I finally got a response from Morgan. I feel that my initial questions were not complicated, and if she had taken the time to read and respond to that first email with care, there would not have been the need for so much back and forth in the first place.
At the event our waitress was great but being the only one to work our 16-guest table you could tell she was being stretched thin. There were several occasions we had to check in with her about certain appetizers or drink orders that had not been brought out with the rest. I understand restaurants are understaffed and there are certain kinks that are being worked out post-pandemic. However, I don’t think it was worth the money paid for the level of service we received in planning this event. It was by far the most stressful aspect about planning the wedding. I think Palisade would be fine for a small dining experience, but I would not recommend trying to plan a large event here.

I dined on Christmas Day and had an amazing meal. My server David Lander was fantastic and made sure my whole meal was nut allergy friendly. The food was delicious and I will definitely be coming back again.

Beautiful views. 180 degrees of windows. Food is a little expensive but the view and room ambience 10/10. They have lobsters in the tank that you eat. Fresh. They also have a fish pond inside with a bridge that crosses over it. So you walk across that to your table. Very pretty. We went on valentine's day they had a set menu for 2 people 5 course for 120$ very good deal. What you see in pictures came with the meal. Not the oysters though we added that on. Staff was very friendly opened the front door for us. Took care of us
Did not rush us. Made our valentine's very nice. I just wish someone could have taken our picture. The views are very pretty!!! Just wish we had a photo to capture us in it.
Anthony DeLeon
Incredible view of the city, especially after sundown. Food and drinks are stellar. The staff were professional but not particularly personable. If you're looking for a luxurious setting comparable to the Space Needle, this is it.
Miguel Terrazas
Really good food excellent service, overall a nice dining experience, the location it’s superb.
Kurt Wiesenbach
Great place for that special dinner. Not inexpensive, but not as expensive as some others in Seattle. Overall it's worth the cost for a nice evening out. Wish they would bring back happy hour though.
Alanna Libbrecht
Just had date night here and loved it! Couldn’t have asked more from the food, we HIGHLY recommend the lobster bisque, the prime rib, the scallops, and the cocktails. Our server, Brian, was an absolute delight and incredible server — thanks, Brian!
Anna Gonzales
We went to dinner last night at Palisades for my friends, 48th birthday. We chose to eat in the bar as Sunday night football was on. We ordered the shrimp cocktail and the lobster dip, which was absolutely wonderful. We then ordered a Caesar salad and the bone in steak with a lobster tail. We were really disappointed with our steak dinner! We ordered it medium, and when it came out, it was very rare with blood on the plate and there were potatoes, asparagus, and we had ordered a lobster tail with it. The waiter couldn’t emphasize enough that he was going to send it back so the executive chef could make it right. If you order medium, it should come out right the first time. And from an executive chef. We sent the entire plate back because we wanted the entire plate of food to be warm when it came back for the second time. They brought our plate back and the lobster was cold, the potatoes were cold, and the meat really didn’t have much flavor. We asked if they had any sauces, and it was like we were asking for something in a different language that he didn’t understand. We spent about $100 per person which included dinner and drinks. I always want my entrée to be fabulous considering where we were at. I was so disappointed!
Jason Burdick
Great view, excellent food and great cocktails. Had the surf and turf. The lobster was fantastic and the filet was cooked to perfection. For a cocktail I ordered a Moscow Mule and would rate it in my top two of all time.
Obi A
Nice restaurant with a beautiful view very on brand for Landry’s. This is one of those places you should request a window seat and go around sunset.
Freddy Felix
This place has the best food, the best service, and the best location and view. Our server, Justin, was great. He was patient and knew a lot about the food and wine. The dessert was incredibly tasty. I'm glad that my husband and I chose typhus place to celebrate our first year of marriage. We will come back.
Lindsey Hjelm
My husband and I planned our dinner here to celebrate a new job. Wow, the service was fantastic! We couldn’t believe how tasty the food and cocktails were also. A special thanks to the GM, Shawn Norris. We’ll be back!!!

Absolutely loved it here. The view is great, but don't let that fool you, because the food is JUST AS GOOD. the steak is tender and delicious, seafood is great, and gotta get the bread pudding.
shoutout to gabe! friendliest restaurant staff ever!
Lynn Paulson
Attend an event in a private room for 30ppl. We had dedicated staff for food and beverage service that anticipated our needs and kept our glasses full. The filet was cooked perfectly, and vanilla creme brulee was rich and creamy with a beautiful glazed crust. It's worth every penny!
Sav H
Upscale buffet with lots of seafood, a chocolate fountain, great breakfast, and lunch mains. If you're looking for gluten free I wouldn't recommend but if you're keto there's lots of options. Service was good and the views are lovely. You can see the boats in the marina and Mt Rainier on a clear day. Inside is a bit dated but otherwise nice.
Bonnie Colon
A wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion. Great views and service

I went to Palisade to have a drink between the hours of 1630-1900. Palisade has a great view and is located on marina. The ambience and atmosphere is very chill with a host of professional and curteous staff. The Botanical Berry Mule was my drink of choice, and it will go down as one of the best mixed drinks I have tasted. The bartender was a true mixologist and truly enjoyed the job. They had sports playing on the television, and light music in the background. I would like to get back and try the food menu sometime. Inshallah...right?

My fiance and I flew all the way from Dallas to plan our birthday lunch over here and drive to Vancouver after. I must say that this place didn't disappoint. It took our breath away the moment we walked in. The view from our table was amazing! The food was really delicious and satisfying. The service staff were all friendly and engaging. I highly recommend this place!
David Pitoiset
We had a fantastic window seat overlooking the yachts, Mount Rainier, and the Seattle skyline. The Exotic Mojito is extremely reviving; you must try it. We also tried and appreciated the Mule. Kung Pao calamari is both delicious and abundant. We appreciated the flavors in the Seafood Bucatini, which we shared. As a gesture of congratulations, our server Nash served us a French Vanilla Creme Brulee, which was also delicious. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Edina D.
Wonderful food and ambiance. This was our first time here. It is very romantic with dimmed lights 🧡💛 We had a table next to the window with the nice view of the water and boats. Service was great and each course takes time so you don't feel rushed and can fully enjoy your meal. Everything was absolutely perfect. Coming back for sure! …
Joe Morzuch
Very good restaurant, I would consider it fine dining. I had the salmon and it was delicious. If you sit at the bar around 5 o'clock you can get bar specials. I had the pork sliders and crab dip, both were delicious. Great place for a candle lit date night around sunset.
Harvey Noble
Amazing seafood and drinks! View is really second only to Space Needle imo.
Online reservations only and a little bummed that the Sunday brunch has been downsized.
Ivan Blanco
This is definitely on the Seattle bucket list, and if you ever visit or live here, you have to try it. The quality of their Christmas buffet is second only to the level of service you get here. If you're one of the lucky ones that gets there on the rare clear day in the winter, you are rewarded with gorgeous panoramic views of the city, including Space Needle and Mount Rainier, if she's out that day.
Seriously, at over 1300 reviews on Google, what can I say about it that hasn't been said already? Just go, and make sure to soak in the ambience and atmosphere as much as the cuisine.
James Yoon
Palisade is one of well-known fancy restaurants in Seattle. The location is very ideal for such an awesome date and outing afterward as it is located in front of Elliott Bay Marina.
It is somewhat expensive so if your budget is tight but still want to try out, I recommend you to visit during lunch hour because the price goes up significantly for dinner menu.
I went for lunch with my family in a beautiful Seattle sunny weather. I made a reservation via OpenTable app and specifically asked for a table by window to be able to enjoy a great water view. Definitely worth it!
We ordered Palisade prix fixe lunch with a Chef's feature seasonal entree and Dungeness crab & lobster bisque. The chef's entree was Mahi Mahi which is available limited time. Bisque was amazing and Mahi Mahi was very soft, tender, and juicy with full of flavor. A bread serving with the entree was OK - they put too much salt on butter, so I had to ask for the butter without the salt.
A plenty of parking space is available in front of the restaurant. More importantly, it is FREE as long as you dine in there.
Donna Osborn
Food was excellent, service was adequate, obviously a new server but was able to accommodate a large party, he gave it his best and I am sure will only get better
Lori Underwood
My favorite brunch buffet with bottomless mimosas in all of the PNW. Tables and tables of breakfast food, entree's with sides, salads, meat and cheese board and a huge dessert bar. They make very best eggs benedict cooked to order with the buffet. Absolutely beautiful view while enjoy all the amazing food. Well worth the price!
Emily Senchyna
This place is lovely and the food is delicious. Good bartenders who make great drinks too. Since this is a seafood based restaurant, they have big lobster tanks inside and incorporated fish, anenomes, starfish, etc into decorative pools beneath a bridge within the restaurant which is really interesting to look at. This place is great for a nice night out.

We celebrated O’s retirement today and LOVED every bite and we’re tickled pink by the sense of humor and service of our server, David Lander!
3 hours of gastronomic amazement, sweeping views, and the absolutely best crème brûlée I’ve ever had, especially since I’m not typically a fan. Tasted it, had to have.
Tonight’s special was swordfish and it was so well presented, it disappeared!
David made it so special for my discerning sweetie. He really enjoyed his retirement party with me and his best buddy.
We are grateful we chose to mark this celebration and make our memories here at Palisades, in the ever changing sunset light and view of the sound, city, and Mt. Rainier.
We will never forget this.

This restaurant was simply amazing. The food was delicious and the service fantastic. You get to eat with a beautiful view of the marina and might catch to sailing as well.
It is definitely on the expensive side but for me, it was worth it!
Janelle Miller
Food was so delicious! Everything was wonderful! Scallops were like butter and salmon was perfection! Would definitely recommend this for a nice evening out for some great local seafood.
Yen
Amazing restaurant with gorgeous dock view of Seattle skyline. Their view of Seattle skyline is spectacular and almost all the seats are able to see the outside view, which is great for a romantic dinner. The seafood is great with lots options on the menu, and the quality is excellent. The seafood food tower is delicious, however the portion is relatively small compare to its price. The miso black cod is so amazing!!! It's not easy to find the restaurant serves with black cod, which bis my favorite fish. The miso black cod was amazing tender and juicy, you would never forget the flavor once you have it. The service was also amazing, almost every waiter and waitress know lots about their menu and the food, they would provide useful information to help your order. We had a pretty wonderful experience at this restaurant.
Macsen W.
Their brunch buffet is a little pricey, and selections are limited, but their seafoods are definitely fresh and made to perfection... Their prime rib and bake crabs are delicious! (I miss their green curry mussels though.) For dessert, their tiramisu is so good that you have to save room for. Their friendly staffs also provide great service!
Lena Wang
Pretty amazing restaurant! Their salmon was cooked to a very tender state. Oysters were really really good! The view is breathtaking! Service was great as well. All around another must try!
Dean Hunt
Had an awesome evening here, the atmosphere and ambience is perfect if you love water, sailing and boating. Sitting over looking a marina is the perfect setting. Every aspect of our meals was great. Staff are very friendly and insure your dining experience is everything it should be. Make a reservation here it will be a fantastic meal.
Helen Ell Tran
Great experience. It might have been our group but there was rose petals when we got to the table. The food was delicious. The view was amazing. We had a good time.
Ryan Chiang
One of my all time favorite restaurants!! My family has been coming here for events for the past 20 years. I have had birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and dinners here and some of the best meals ever. Unfortunately, I think the flavors are still good, but with the stiff competition and change in chefs, it is not the flavors and ambience that I once remembered. And I say that in relation to other fine dining charging 35-50 per plate. The restaurant also needs a little refresh... that being said, we will still come back because of location and solid food. Hopefully they can evolve and keep getting better.
Angel DuVaul
From the moment they open the doors for you when you arrive until the moment you leave you are treated exceptionally well, pampered with great drinks and some of the best cuisine Seattle has to offer

PALISADE RESTAURANT:
We had a fantastic Easter Sunday brunch. The restaurant is fairly easy to find with google maps. There is indeed free, onsite parking. Our table reservation was for 6:00pm on Easter Sunday. Traffic was light and parking was easy to find.
SERVICE:
My two kiddos we're dining as well and when I asked if the Easter Bunny would be making an appearance, our waiter said that we had just missed him as 6:00 was his last visit which was a bit of a let down to the kiddos.
However, to my surprise not 10 mins later, our waiter came to me and whispered that the man whom wore the "EB" suit had to go home for the night but there was a lady on the staff that can fit into the suit and is willing put it on and come out for photos with the kids, so "the Easter Bunny will be coming back of we were patient". This really made an already great night even better for the kiddos! They we're so happy!!
I could tell that our waiter takes pride in his job. He was very helpful with our food and just a joy! My 9 year old said he was such a cool man and gave him a hand shake on the way out. He even helped my son out with his fondue dip strawberries. My son had been waiting for the chocolate on his fondue strawberry to harden. Our waiter said that might take a little while so he offered to put it inside the blast freezer for a few moments. He did and my son was so happy! Honestly the best service at a restaurant I'd ever had anywhere! Palisade Restaurant should be proud to have him on staff.
I didn't catch our server's name but we did happen to catch a photo of him in the background of one of our photos (last photo I'll post with this review) 😉.
A great guy with superb service. He went above and beyond. :)
FOOD:
The food buffet was amazing. A wide range of of fresh food with super friendly staff that clearly cares for their customers. Each time we visited the buffet we were asked if we were enjoying our meal and if there was anything that we may need. Of course there wasn't because it was a fabulous spread. My favorites were: the hash brown casserole at the breakfast section, as well as the French toast with toasted coconut. I also loved the mushroom ravioli and the prime rib was excellent! The mashed potatoes with green beans were amazing as well.
They had everything from a sushi bar and clam and oyster bar to shrimp, lamb and prime rib. There was great selection of tasty salads. Breakfast included: pancakes, an egg dish, biscuits and gravy (which were fabulous) and the meats, bacon & two kinds of sausage. Everything was so wonderful we had an amazing evening.
THE VIEW:
The restaurant is located near a yacht club so the view of the water was beautiful. Elegant wall of windows show to the outside where the yachts are docked.
We dinned in the evening while the sun was slowly setting and you would get the miraculous clouds changing colors as well as the reflection on the water with the view of Seattle and the Space Needle off in the distance. Very peaceful. Marvelous view.
We love that they were kid friendly and the kids loved walking across the bridge inside the restaurant to our table and seeing down to the salt water underneath with the amazing sea creatures inside. We saw a lobster crawling around on the rocks as well as many fish and there was even a starfish or two!
BOTTOM LINE:
We are so glad that we chose this restaurant for Easter brunch even though it was in the evening the food was fresh and the staff was bright cheerful and ever so helpful and such a joy to be around! I highly suggest this restaurant. Go with your family or by yourself for the amazing views and amazing service you will have a fabulous time! If the opportunity arises, we will definitely be back!
Norman Underland
Amazing! View of the bay is incredible. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. Will definitely be back.
Mitchell Yin
As expected (ahhh yukshi!) Palisades offers a fine dining experience at a reasonable price. Fit with a starter, entree and dessert, fixed lunch prices offer a no fuss meal. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and kind. Service was reasonable, and of course the view is noteworthy. Also, the bathrooms are clean and that's the selling point of any restaurant really.
Nina Reza
Ordered the Dungeness crab and lobster bisque with the poached Atlantic live lobster and the pink lady cocktail for dessert we ordered the Trio creme Brulee. Soup was amazing nothing I've ever tasted before! Service was spectacular! Scenery was beautiful! Perfect for an anniversary dinner or any occasion.
Pauline Schoeneman
Susan's 79th Birthday Celebration Trip, and she surprised ME with a reservation at Palisades! I have always wanted to go to this restaurant and my anticipation and excitement were not disappointed.
The restaurant is beautiful, has a great view of the marina and Puget Sound. We even got to see one of the cruise ships that was docked at Pier 91. We were early, so we sat at a table in the bar and ordered a Bloody Mary. Our server/bar tender was wonderful (So sorry I don't remember his name) and even took our picture for us and oh yes - the Bloody Mary's were Amazing! The hostess came over after a few minutes and walked us to our table. Stephanie was our server, and she was knowledgeable and friendly and attentive. The menu is amazing, and our lunch was delicious, and the view could not get any better!! What an amazing way to celebrate a birthday, or any event or just come for lunch or dinner. The views, the menu, the staff - superb! Thank you to everyone for a memorable experience!!
Jen Garone
The food is good, the wine list is extensive. The service is excellent - nice to see some training, so rare in the Seattle area. Very expensive.
The view is amazing, from city to mountain.
Great special occasion place or if someone else is paying.
Quinten Careaga
If you want quality food with a spectacular view and don't mind spending a little extra this is the place for you! Very well organized in the post Covid era of dinning. Be warned they are working with a limited menu as they're continuing to open back up! I was really bummed to see the king crab legs not on the temporary menu but was pleasantly surprised when out waiter said it was available! Great place to plan a make up or break up and everything in-between!
Brad Jones
With great views of the Seattle Skyline and the harbor, its hard not to enjoy the great food and atmosphere of the restaurant.
A J
The food was delicious, and I especially recommend the Kung Pao calamari. It was fried to perfection, and the sauce was amazing.
Anis Annisa Maryam
The view is stunning, place is beautiful, the oysters are fresh, the wine list is extensive, BUT the best thing about our time there is Justin, our server - loveliest person, amazing service and we three women felt safe and taken care for. Thank you, Justin!
Aman Mehra
We went here to celebrate my wife’s new job and this place for a perfect match for a celebratory dinner date. Posting a picture of the dessert below - the king crab was extraordinarily delicious and we had a good time overall. We spent around ~$250 for dinner of 2.
Shirley ng
The food was salty and I'm not saying this cause I'm a salty person but I had to drink a lot of water. Went here for restaurant week so it was worth it but normally it's pretty expensive. The complimentary bread is SO good. Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Chocolate ganache cake was too thick and heavy for me. Service is really friendly. The view is normally really good but we came at night and it was foggy outside.
Joshua Williams
Dinner was great, however after we ordered entrees, server offered side salads, implying that they came with the entrees. Was surprised to see the salads on the bill. Didn’t make a deal out of it, but a great dinner was slightly soured by the feeling that the server played a fast one on us.
carmelina johnson
Great location, views of Elliot bay, boats and ferry.. food was well presented, served and very flavorful. I had the lobster and crab bisque, pan seared steelhead and cheesecake for dessert. Everything that I had was cooked perfectly
Sissi Mattox
We called on a Saturday afternoon and luckily were able to get a reservation for two for the same evening. Easy to find the restaurant with parking on site.
Glass of wine, old fashioned, lobster dip appetizer, two entrees (scallops and filet mignon), and crème brûlée + 20% tip = $200
All of the food was excellent, steak and scallops cooked perfectly. Bread was fresh and replenished without being asked. Food came out hot and prompt without making you feel rushed. We ate and talked for about two hours, and although it was busy, there was never an air of us being rushed out of the restaurant to free our table up.
I believe our waiter’s name was Jordan and they were kind and attentive without being overbearing. Manager also stopped by our table to say hello.
If you are booking for an anniversary or a romantic occasion, I would recommend specifically requesting a table by the window, and maybe on the upper level, because the tall ceiling openness of the dining room is not the most cozy or romantic but beautiful views of the marina.
Carri Urbs
A great place for special occasions! The staff at Palisade is simply wonderful. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were given the royal treatment; there were lovely little touches and everyone was very warm and friendly. The view is lovely--we watched a heron perch on a dock, fishing for his dinner. We're vegetarian so the chef whipped up a couple delicious custom dishes off the menu for us (pasta primavera, farrow risotto). And dessert omg, well just look at it! :)
Norman Parks
Great views, conscientious service...always there when wanted, not intrusive, delicious seafood, fun time!
Monica Legatt
Our experience dining in the bar was fabulous: the drinks were perfect and the oysters were fresh and delicious. Our bartender/server Chris provided excellent service.
rebekah puc puc
Waited 15 minutes for menus 10 more to order. Then app salad nd dinner all came at the same time. After that never asked about a ssecond drink amd waited 45 minutes to speak to anyone. Food was excellent but not with the service taking forever.
Brandy Torrisi
Everyone was great. The food needed some attention but, they are on the midst of refreshing so, check out the view, enjoy the drinks and food and know that they are getting better by the day!
Mozan Albuainain
Very beautiful restaurant with amazing view. Food is delicious, service is excellent. We had some issue, when the waiter bring our food with pork & due to religious reason we rejected, the head chef came over to apologize & ensure to have a new order & he made our dinner free of charge! It was so nice of him to make sure the customer is content & happy.
Pritam Baxi
Simply awesome. Great views, outstanding food and lovely service. One of our best experiences and most certainly a place you can keep visiting.
DeAnne
Our server was excellent, however, the quality of the food we have become accustomed to at Palisade has taken a departure from the normal quality expected.
Lane Seegmiller
Crab and Lobster dip, with sourdough.. And kung pao calamari. Must try appetizers!
codie smith
Place is outstanding!!! Food amazing , service was amazing ! I would wish a dinner upon anyone in state must try! If you are cheap then don’t go. if your like me and go all out when you go out to eat then this is the place!!!
Marky_marc
Friendly, attentive service. Great cocktails. Kung Pao Calamari and Maple glazed cod was delicious. Nice decor and views.
Heather Stoller
The food was mediocre in taste and quantity. The crab Louie salad in particular was minuscule, with limp lettuce and only a few nibbles of crab.
Justine Mrsich
Wonderful drinks and delicious food - especially the oysters! Great view of the bay.
Rocío de la Vega
Great ambiance, awesome views of Seattle skyline, charming service, and delicious food. We went for the restaurant week and the cheesecake was delicious. The wine flight was totally worthy.
Fredzo
Went to a 40th wedding anniversary last night. The staff was efficient and pleasant, the food excellent. Especially the Kung Pao Calamari appetizer. The entres were varied and delicious. For our group, 22 people, all the entres arrived pretty much all together. Impressive.
The staff I hope, enjoyed our stories and toasts.
Super setting for a party, easy parking. It was a nice evening, glad we went to Palasades.
Megan Hall
What a fantastic dining experience. Service was prompt and friendly, and very knowledgeable. One in our party has many food allergies and our waiter was very on top of it and made suggestions to fit. Food was served very nicely and was delicious. Definitely a wonderful place for a nice date.
Atle Straume
Palisade is an absolutte Great Place for Lunch or Dinner. Our kids got to feed the fish in the entry area pond, and that was a nice touch. Very nice kid menu too. Hand written & signed table card & anniversary treat at the end was very nice touches. Highly reccomended place.
Anthony Martinis
Started with the crab and lobster dip, outstanding, Kung Pao calamari for a main course, again outstanding, very attentive wait staff. I'll definitely be going back.
Matt
A very good restaurant with amazing views. Took my wife here for her birthday and we really enjoyed it. The seafood pasta had a lot of delicious seafood in it, the pasta itself was bland but still pretty decent. The service and ambience were excellent! The prices seems a little on the high side but mostly fair. Very good experience.
Jim Baker
Beautiful harbor view with amazing food. Staff were friendly and helpful, and great place to celebrate a birthday!
Evone Elia
Let me tell you about this place! We were greeted instantly from the hostess! The food! Is AMAZING! the staff is WONDERFUL! The atmosphere is PERFECT! Whether you're here for a date, family, friends, whatever it is...THIS PLACE IS A MUST! You will not leave unhappy. From the moment we stepped in the restaurant, to sitting it was smile on the face eye to eye contact when speaking with you, and just all around great, GREAT, service. We lived in magnolia for 3 months and when our family came to town, the sister in law found it and we went with it. Could not have picked a much better place.
Our waitress was AMAZING! It was my sister in laws birthday and we got a birthday desert at the end. That just goes to show they go above and beyond! I also noticed that everyone works together which is just amazing as well.
All in all...this place is amazing. Come and try for yourself!
N. Shack
Service was perfect, the flavors danced on my tongue, the white chocolate cheesecake was a taste of heaven. The complementary shuttle service is a nice touch.
Brandon Pitchford
Went in early dinner at 530pm and ate at bar. Bar staff were great. Surf and turf, steak was the highlight. Cooked perfectly. Drinks were poured on the light side but to be expected. Amazing city views.
Lisa Blevins
We had dinner reservations at 7:30. A stunning view of the Sound! The snow-covered mountains in the background was amazing ! With the floor to ceiling windows, great atmosphere, great customer service an excellent food! Wish I had taken pictures to share with everyone! It was that good!
Anthony Monaco
Beautiful setting, great cocktails, decent service. Unfortunately the entrees were not good. Prime rib was very tough. Scallops were extremely salty. Ate maybe 1/4 before giving up The breads, dips, and side dishes were good but huge miss on the mains.
Michael Patterson
This was my second visit to Palisade, but will likely be my last. I ordered surf & turf - a $72 meal. The steak was cold, tough, and didn't seem to have any seasoning to it. Quite honestly it was way worse than an Applebees steak at 5X price. The manager was very nice and understood I did not eat the steak so he took my meal off the bill and offered to bring something different. Even at that, we had 1 meal to pay for, 2 margaritas, 1 soda, and 1 shared dessert and our bill was $162 before tip. The view is great, the staff is very nice, our dessert was amazing. The watermelon margarita was one of the best drinks I've ever had! But the main course was horrible (my fiance's meal was good, not great).
robert zieroth
Quite the restaurant for a special date, birthday, or even a fancy first date. Be prepared to lay down some serious cash, but it's worth the price.
The service is always top notch, the views are amazing. On a nice day, you can see the Seattle skyline and Mount Rainier, boats coming and going, seals from time to time and if you're extremely lucky, orcas coming into the bay.
David Olsen
Attentive staff and wonderful food... Oh, did I mention the view?!?! Salmon done to perfection. And very tasty drinks. The restaurant holds a lot of people, so be prepared for that, whatever that means to you. My opinion? You'll want to check the place out.
Rick Hoang
We love going to the Palisade Restaurant for special occasions. The food is above average and the service is second to none. You definitely cant beat the stunning views of the city skyline and of course the picturesque views of the marina. My only gripe would be the lighting is way to dark, especially if you are dining late during the fall and winter months. Everyone at my table had to use there flashlight from there cellphones to read the menu. At first I thought maybe as I am getting older my night vision isn't so good but even the teenagers in our party had a hard time. The food was excellent in our most recent visit. There is always some kind of special dish that is seasonal. Our server was very attentive and checked on us often. See you at our next special occasion Palisades.
Sabi l
Absolutely beautiful. The staff are amazing and so attentive to the little details. Redait was phenomenal and went above and beyond to enhance our dining experience . She even gave us recommendations on where to go and it really made our trip!
Jordy P
Happy Hour is amazing! Service is always fantastic and the food is great! Try the creme brulee trio! Too die for. My favorite item on the dessert menu!
Karola Cochran
We ate a birthday dinner and it was lovely. The food and service were wonderful.
Jesse McCrocklin
It's quite a nice restaurant terrific views of the harbor and the marina. The food was good but it wasn't over the top. Everything was a b+. The service was great we loved our server Lisa. I'm doing four stars because the food just wasn't over the top.
Pankaj Parag
Make no mistake, this is a fancy restaurant. If you dress up, you won't be over dressed. You'll be greeted by doormen. There's valet parking but you can find plenty of parking here. When we went on a Saturday night, the median age of crowd looked like in their 50s. A very fancy sit down dinner.
Even though it's not on the menu, you can ask for vegetarian food. I got risotto. It was acceptable. You can get similar food at McGilvera in Madison valley for a cheaper price. My friend has sushi and she liked it. It's listed above appetizer but if you are not hungry then it's a good meal. Another friend had salmon and he liked it.
The ambience is pretty good. It's a big space and you have the view of the marina. There's small water pond inside the restaurant, you can see fishes on your way to the table. You'll enjoy your time here.
Jaafar Al-Qassem
The Crispy Coconut Prawns are to die for. Truly amazing. Cheers to the chef!
Oscar Zeng
The view is amazing I'll give it that much. I came to celebrate my birthday with a few friends. Other than the view, the service and food were quite disappointing. Our server seemed grumpy to serve us bread and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. In terms of food, you're mostly paying for the setting and the view. Two of us asked for medium rare and the steak was cooked medium-medium well and ended up quite dry. The Seafood bucatini was solid but nothing extraordinary. I guess you really are just paying for the view.
Harland Abraham
Delicious food and great views.
Scott
Great vibes, the waitress was on top of her game too!
Joshua Beal
This was very very very good. Making a reservation was easy and they even easily moved us to a window seat when it was avaliable. The service was very friendly and most importantly the food was delicious
Monserrat A.
Special occasion spot with stunning views.
The service was impeccable.
The food presentation was very well executed.
Wendy Zheng
One of my favorite go-to place for a pleasant and laid back summer/fall day to bring tourist friends and families to, nice view, good seafood tower and seafood louise.
Dennis Tanner
Delightful happy hour and such a beautiful view!
Updated 9/22 - Nice lunch selections - we had salmon and shrimp louie -no delicious! Excellent waiter.
Chaffee Cline
Palisades is my favorite restaurant in Seattle. The brunch is over the top. I have been to elegant buffets in my life, this may be the best have ever seen, experienced. The food, staff, ambiance, view of Seattle and Marina is amazing. If I died and went to heaven, this is what best version of heaven I would hope for :) Thank you Team Palisades Awesome with a capital A.
Richard Velazquez
Was here for a work dinner, so didn't have to worry about the high prices and just enjoyed the delicious food along with views of the Elliott Bay marina.
Jelena Radovic
Great food! Solid selection of gluten free alternatives and the staff is very helpful in guiding you through the selections
Corey Zapata
Professional and fun staff, great food, great setting. Gave my niece a birthday to remember!
Ellen Hirsch
Excellent meals and drinks. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional server. Wine was perfect for the meal.
Angie Sutton
Beautiful views! Wait staff was great and food was so delicious. Will go back again when in Seattle.
Panos Giannopoulos
Good location with beautiful views and surrounding, okay food, hit or miss service. Pricey.
Thomas Bradley
So many times I've had dinner here in the past, but it's been a few years since I've been here. I took some friends for dinner, the view is amazing, but sadly the food has fallen short of my many previous dinners. We ordered appetizers and 1 of them was not what we ordered, and we had to wait longer for what we ordered. We also ordered dinner and added additional sides. The sides didn't come out with the main dish, ave had to be rushed in the kitchen, and they came out and tasted bad and cold. This is not the way I remember palisades. I will return again and see if it was just a off night. I hope it was
Danny Patton
Was it expensive? Yes. Was it a great experience all together? Yes. So it was totally worth it. Nash was our server and went above and beyond. During our meal we had multiple staff members always making sure we had everything we needed. The food itself was great. Nothing too heavy in regards to the pasta dishes and everything was fresh. Not a huge menu so they can really focus on a handful of good dishes. Total seafood restaurant, no burgers or sandwiches. Great atmosphere, the kids loved feeding the fish in the pond inside the restaurant. The food was really good and the service was next to none.
Genie Maz
Love the food at this fancy restaurant every single time! My favorite place to celebrate life!
Antonio Lagarde
Came to celebrate my anniversary and had a fantastic experience. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable as we weren't too familiar with some of the menu options. Would definitely come again!
Jessie Z
Atmosphere good, service good, price fair, but food is not good at all. Plain, over cooked lobster and steak.
Dhanashri Damankar
Delicious food and perfect ambiance for anniversary celebration!
Esther Ko
Christmas buffet was delicious! I especially loved the salads. Ate two plates of salad!
Meli Rose
I really wanted to like this place, unfortunately the views were better than the food. Service was top notch and atmosphere was wonderful. We had the crab lobster dip which was lovely but that's is where it ended. I had the scallops and they were cooked good but the broccoli with it was not good and the accompiment of lobster Mac and cheese was flavorless. My husband had the stiffed prawns and they were dry and strange. Unfortunately I would not return beautiful location.
Debbie Adams
One of my favorite restaurants. You can never go wrong here!
John Rumpf
Great views, great food. They were out of a lot of draft beer though
DMA. MONROE
This is the place to go for a special occasion. The food and service are excellent, and the view is great.
Katshot
We're in town on vacation and have had some great meals. Unfortunately, Palisade is NOT one of them. I saw that it was highly rated and pictures of the place looked beautiful. As soon as we arrived I was skeptical. The place was dark, nothing like the pictures I'd seen. It was quite empty too. Our server Megan was great so I started feeling better but then the food arrived. Virtually nothing was good. Then the bill. Not cheap. So...I must wonder what happened to the place? It screams of a place that used to be great but isn't anymore and people have noticed and stopped coming. It's a shame.
Mehrnaz
Beautiful waterfront view with nice interior design! The food is delicious! Such a great restaurant for celebrating a special occasion.
Philip Raether
So glad to know dine in is again available. I love the view from this restaurant. Nice selection of wines and dishes even though it’s reduced from pre-Covid days.
Rebecca Thein
Always a great meal at Palisades! Very accommodating to my shellfish allergy.
Robert Buendia
Excellent service and food. Beautiful sunset dinner
Sandor Wallace
Absolutely outstanding. My girlfriend and I were treated like royalty. We were sat at an excellent table with the best view. Our waitstaff was as good as it gets. The manager(s) came by to check in and make sure our experience was top notch, and they were so friendly. The food was incredible (cod, and salmon). The drinks were fantastic. I could go on, folks, but seriously if you haven't been there at all, or in a while, it's a truly wonderful experience. Thanks to the whole staff at Palisade for treating us so well. Cheers!
Eileen Chon
Overall: Great place for date night or a nice dinner with family/friends. Try to go on a clear day to get the best view.
Ambience:
5 stars for the view!
It's on the marina and has wonderful views of Lake Washington, and on clear days you get a spectacular unobstructed view of Mt Rainier
The inside row of tables is on a raised floor so even if you don't get a table by the window you can still see out of the ceiling height windows.
The restaurant itself is nice and has a cute little river thing running through it, but it feels a little dated.
Food & Drinks:
The food is new American and pretty good, we had the kung pao calamari appetizer, stuffed prawn, pork chops, and seafood bucatini.
The calamari is tempura fried (no too heavily battered ) so it's light and
crispy, it was the standout dish of the evening.
Lavender cosmo and watermelon margarita are good, the watermelon margarita is for people that like something sweeter.
Service:
Everyone was pleasant and attentive without being intrusive.
Nathan Charest
Incredible view. Super fresh oysters. Perfect lobster. Those guys are artists. Always a stop when I travel to Seattle for work. See u.
Vance Webster
Both food and service were exceeded only by the view of the Space Needle, downtown Seattle, Alki and Puget Sound
I just ordered Thanksgiving dinner to go, oh my gosh it was delicious. The turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, all the trimmings, even pumpkin pie, couldn't have tasted better. Service was typical of Palisades and made me feel like a welcome guest. Try Palisades, you'll agree one of Seattle's best places to dine
René Wagner
Amazing food. Great service. Beautiful restaurant and location. This is a great fancy date or elegant birthday kind of place! Check out the lobster and Filet Mignon...
William Wilson
Food pretty good but expensive. Beautiful view of marina, Elliot Bay, and Mt. Rainier.
Rob van den Assum
Great service from waitress. Hostess could have been a bit more polite. Food was what had hoped for. From starter to main the execution was flawless. Atmosphere was fantastic as well. Not the easiest place to get to but definitely worth a trip.
Mark Perry
This is an excellent place to see great views of Seattle skyline/marina, great food and service. I like their selection of seafood and other dishes. Prime rib is very nice.
Adam Loving
Excellent seafood, amazing views, fantastic service. Temperature outside was in the 90s, AC inside the restaurant couldn’t quite keep up.
Michelle Aschenbrenner
Food was mediocre and overpriced, but the service was great.
Nick Clark
Good food and customer service from the waiter was excellent
Chris Saffel
Had a wonderful afternoon on the deck here with my wife yesterday! As always, the place was beautiful, the staff was dressed well and attentive, and the whole place felt warm and alive with the pre-dinner hustle. I’d forgotten how beautiful the marina setting and tiered-seating dining room was, and cannot wait time come back! After a HORRIBLE experience at RAYS BOATYARD (nothing homey about my experience there) I was almost ready to head back to the clean and inviting eateries of the Eastside, but a stop at Palisades renewed my faith that not all of Seattle has gone insane! Thanks guys, see you soon!
doreen lange
Beautiful dinner. Atmosphere too.
Krystal Kanh
Went for SRW. While nothing was bad, nothing was great. Garlic Mash Potatoes were the best part.
Diane Lindberg
Sunday Brunch is Awesome and can't beat the view - Go hungry as well worth the price, just make sure you start small
Markie Lage
This Landry’s property is past its prime. Top dollar for suboptimal food. Paying for a view and not much else in return.
Kate Kiatsiri
I loveeeeeeeeeeeee the oversize window and the view is gorgeous!!! Food is amazing!
Dmitrii Nemtsov
This place is fancy. Steak and fish filet we're a bit on the fatter side. We wish the menu was a bit more diverse. Overall, a good spot for a special occasion. Good desserts.
Shanita Roberts
Celebrated my 33rd Birthday here. Wonderful experience
Susanne Horvath-Evert
Food great desserts must share. Copper river and halibut stellar. Great view.
Adrian yo
Location is beautiful, food was decent but way overpriced for what you get. Waiter was a bit snooty and so was the hostess. The seater gal was nice. There was about half the staff that was extremely nice, the others not so much. We spent over $250 for me my wife and 2 girls who both ordered off of the kids menu. I don't mind spending that much on dinner occasionally but I do expect better service and food. Felt like we got a lesser experience because we had our very well behaved tween and teen with us.

It is on the pricey side so you have been warn, but you can find the menu with prices on the website so you can determine if it's in your budget. But the food is super good and well displayed. The staff is attentive and the view is lovely. The boats on the bay add to the air of romance especially at sunset. Our food was perfect and the deserts were fantastic. A great place for a date or special occasion.

The food was very good but not outstanding. Beautiful view and great wine list.

The Palisade was so amazing, the food did not disappoint! I had the steak and lobster which was the best I’ve ever had and my husband had the crab stuffed salmon, it was delicious. The service was warm and friendly. Thank you for making our 36th anniversary special.

Fantastic Friday evening dinner experience. Food, wine, and service were all excellent, as was the spectacular view of Elliott Bay on a beautiful summer evening. Was one of the first restaurant dinners we have partaken in since Washington state got back open for business. Being avid fans of Palisade for many years, we were thrilled to find "our restaurant" doing a spectacular job and making us feel right at home. Special thanks to General Manager Shawn, Hospitality Coordinator Morgan, Executive Chef Ren, and Sous Chef Elliott who all went the extra mile for us to make our evening very special. Our rib-eye steak main was fabulous, as were all the courses. Much appreciated!!
Paul Guptill
Delicious Thanksgiving buffet with a beautiful view of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier! Wait staff and all employees were attentive and very upbeat.
Nicole Hall
That's my second time being there the one thing I didn't like this time is they set me facing the opposite way of the water so I didn't have a view but it's okay I'll return again
Tatyana Alice Keney
The hotel is well maintained, very clean and well decorated. And you cannot beat the location. Only 15 minutes from DIA.
Rachel Stephenson
Incredible view, absolutely amazing food, such a lovely variety that will surely be suitable for all ages/preferences. I've loved each experience at Palisade, the staff are always so gracious and the atmosphere is wonderful. I highly recommend to anyone for really any occasion, but especially for weekend brunch!!
Roni Magnuson
I really enjoyed all the times I’ve been here. The food the nice wine, and off menus items as well. Thanks guys! And of course the magnificent view.

Excellent! Lovely evening views of Seattle, perfect specialized menu and excellent service from Maddie. Highly recommend!

Definitely a great experience. Don't be late on your bills and go here lol.
Robert Cooper
This is a truly gourmet restaurant. The menu is strong and ambitious. The kitchen pulls it off. The fresh menu is incredible. Whether for contrast or compliment the variety on each plate was wonderful. The wine list was impressive and the suggested pairings in the menu were good. The desserts were fantastic combinations of classic and creative. The meal I had here is high in the running for the best restaurant meal I've ever had.

My new go to spot in Seattle! Fantastic views, ambiance is great and the food was sensational
Nikki Hart
Lovely food, staff, and scenery. You’ll definitely want to dress up for this place. It’s right by the marina and has an aquatic feel!
Zak Schramm (Zionoiz)
A veritable masterpiece of flavors and ambiance. Patient and attentive service bolsters the experience. Don't forget to look up!

Justin was awesome! He made my friend's birthday incredible and he was so hospitable! We hope next time we have him as our server! Please give Justin a raise!!

Atmosphere in this restaurant is over the top five star spectacular. The food is 4 star pretty good. Drinks were well-crafted with lots of different top shelf liquors available. Wait staff is very well trained and experienced which tells me they must have a well seasoned manager. This is a restaurant well worth going to. Make sure to ask for a table with a view and I would advise you to call ahead and ask for a reservation.
Jack
I am quite taken away by how flavorful the dishes here are at. We got the Crab dip, Clam Chowder, KongPaw Calamari, Black Cod in coconut sauce and the Surf and Turf.
Came here for Seattle Restaurant Week and it was a steal for 3 dishes at the price of $50. I've never been this so satisfyingly full by the end of our dinner. Usually I mostly go for Asian cuisines however, Palisade have a twist on their western dishes with a touch of Asian flavour. So I highly recommend for those that are looking for a fusion place. The service here is exceptional as well, I am coming back here for sure.

The restaurant was beautiful, the food was great and the staff was very accommodating. The brought out a surprise desert for the occasion we were celebrating. It was a chocolate torte.. it was very very good, best I have ever tasted.
Wayne J
This is quickly becoming my favorite buffets in the City of Seattle. The food options are good and the staff is very accommodating. It also does not get overly crowded, so you are not likely to wait in a line. The bottomless mimosas are also a favorite. The price is a little steep, but it is worth it if you're looking to treat yourself!

Once you walk in the restaurant, the atmosphere is amazing.
The seatings a perfect because of the view. If you aren't seated next to the windows then you have a waterfall scenery in the main area.
The waiters are friendly and the tables aren't so cramped.
The food is amazing and the place is clean... i mean clean :)
Great job!!
John Kindt
Tacky restaurant, the sort of place that asks what special occasion it is when you walk in. Uh, dinner? Waiter was great, view was good.
Sweet Jones
Palisades is a go-to restaurant where the ambiance is spectacular and the service is great. There is a huge bar, lots of seating for dining and the view is unparalleled!! I personally believe the scenery looking eastward is second- to- none concerning the Seattle city skyline. My opinion... here you can celebrate any special occasion, date night, drinks with friends, or simply because you deserve all this special restaurant has to offer. You will love it here!

Experience was odd, which is reason for lower rating. It was for Thanksgiving buffet. The staff was very, very nice & did the best they could, I think. It seemed as if it wasn't very organized. The food was pretty good, but nearly everything had a sign, without enough information (in my opinion) as to what it was, as it seemed to mostly identify if 'vegan' or 'gluten free', & not what it was (vegetables?, salad?, stuffing?, flavors?, ingredients?). Things that should've been served hot didn't have a chance to even remain warm as the warming bins were constantly open due to the line of diners. Beautiful view, but unable to relax & enjoy as (although no one said or behaved as if we needed to hurry) it was 45 minutes to visit the buffet, & that included time to eat (as there were about 3 different 'areas' to 'visit' in buffet 'lines' which I didn't think this place was designed for, which caused a lot of confusion). Plates, silverware, were being washed as quickly as possible. Not my choice. The prime rib & the chocolate fountain were nice & fun. I was misled by being told that it was a 'traditional Thanksgiving dinner', & that led me to have certain expectations that weren't met. I wouldn't go there for a 'buffet' meal. I would give them another try, for a regular meal. The Thanksgiving 'experience' @least showed that the staff were very friendly, kind, patient & doing the best they could (without showing how stressful it was for them, which isn't easy to do) on a very busy holiday.

Amazing dinner as usual, great kids selection and loved the extra details for my birthday..great service as well.
Blue Maker
Excellent experience, the place was romantic and the food was delicious. The wait staff was tip top as well. Very happy with the night.
Marggiory Davila
The best crispy calamari in my life, and the sliders are delicious. Beautiful view and excellent customer service.
Stephanie J
We went here for my birthday. They sat us pretty quick. The first I noticed was it was kind of dark inside. Then I saw the waterfalls and indoor pond, with live fish. Very lovely. When we were sat, I noticed the wonderful view. They have giant windows- you can view downtown Seattle, the mountains, and my favorite, the water, so beautiful! I received a birthday card from the restaurant, rose pedals on the table, and they had a candle on my ice cream.
Our server was wonderful. Plates were collected in a timely manner. She helped with alcohol/wine selection and checked up on us regularly.
There was an issue with my salmon, our server was very empathetic and the restaurant made sure we were taken care of. My boyfriend had the prime rib, he found it enjoyable. Loved the desserts! I had the chocolate and my boyfriend had the cheesecake. Both were delicious.

Awesome atmosphere and good food!

I came for a birthday brunch. I can't complain about anything really. We had the lunch buffet and everything was great. Staff is super and the service is excellent. The only thing I recommend is if you don't eat a lot, the buffet is kinda a waste. Ditch that and go for regular menu item and get some of best items like crab cake. If you can eat $60 worth ( before tax and tips) of bacon, mac and cheese, omelets... then go for it. Otherwise order couple things from the regular menu.

Very nice ambience and friendly staff.

My wife and I are from Florida and we had the chance to get away on a trip to Seattle. We wanted to try the seafood and the reviews led us to Palisades.
From the atmosphere to the service to the excellent food, we had such a great experience. We watched a group of seals play in between the boats docked in the marina while we ate. 100% recommend!

Review update: The first visit we had here was on a valentines day set menu event and wasn't so great but we have since given this restaurant another chance and it was a complete turn around.
Ordered a makers old fashioned, which was made proper albeit without a whiskey cube, still quite tasty; just drink it before it dilutes (they're working on whiskey cubes/spheres). I knew it would be good before my first sip when I noticed it was garnished with luxardo maraschino cherries.
Greeted with warm bread and a salted cream butter, which is so good it's hard not to fill up on!
Started off with a salmon appetizer as well as the warm crab and lobster dip with baguette slices which were both phenomenal; the dip hot, rich and as creamy as you'd expect.
My spouse had the seafood bucatini, a really wonderful cream based seafood pasta(recommend), and I had the center cut filet mignon with fingerling potatoes and asparagus which were both delicious. My filet came out at the right doneness and my sides seasoned beautifully.
Skipped dessert due to being so full, but we will definitely be back and I'll probably go for the creme brulee. The view and ambiance at this restaurant is incredible, great spot for date night. The staff was also very accommodating, hospitable and went out of their way to make our experience pleasant and ensure everything was top tier, and it absolutely was.
Neda Javadpour
I'm very much fan of their seafood tower. Also, for new years eve they have a special 5 course menu which is a very decent and delicious deal.

I love the food and the atmosphere at Palisade Restaurant. It sure is fine dining. From the looks of it by observation you have a pretty good view of Elliott Bay and Marina from wherever you sit. It you time it just right you can see the sunset. It's gorgeous. I would give it 4****. Perfect for a romantic date or special gatherings or celebration. This was my 1st time here and I'm pretty impressed. Our server was very nice, company was great couldn't ask for anything else. Celebrated my Birthday it sure was memorable.

Best seafood ever and the staff is amazing

This restaurant is a fantastic place. The food was delicious. Let's talk about the ambiance at this place, or the piano that played all night without anyone drumming on the keys (i have never seen that before). The man that attended to us was so professional, sweet and lovely at the same time. He paid attention to every single detail (from putting our napkins on our legs, to remembering I didn't want ice in my water when he came back to top it up a couple of times. I could go on and on). Our party of 6 was well attended to, we didn't have to ask he catered to every of our needs. Even when we were filled up we still got some dessert on the house in to go boxes.
We had an amazing experience at the PALISADE RESTAURANT.
Ashley Odvody
Amazing views and the food was fantastic. I also loved their tea.
Jonathon Pedro
Been here probably five times and every time has been great service and better food except this last time. The waitress must have forgotten we were here because after we got our water and appetizer, she vanished for 45 minutes.
Otherwise, great restaurant and recommend it to anyone looking for great food and drinks.
Edit:
I made this review during my recent visit, before our meals were presented. My wife and I both got the Wagyu Top Sirloin Medium. It came out medium well and burnt. Very tough. My wife couldn’t finish hers because her jaw was sore from the steak. My son got the salmon and it was extremely salty.
Moved to three stars. Would recommend staying away until new staff cycle through or some sort of QA is implemented in food and staff.
Khalil Khoury
Delicious food. Awesome service. Gorgeous views. What more can you ask for? Get the calamari appetizer. The filet is cooked to perfection and cuts like "butta"
Rohit Kaushal
Great place for an all-you-can-eat brunch on weekends. The spread is great with emphasis on sea food. Brioche french bread is great and you have an option of bottomless mimosas at a reasonable price.
Staff is friendly, service is good, place is clean with great views of the bay.
Parking is sufficient and restaurant offers complimentary valet parking.

(Disclaimer: I've only ever been here for the Easter brunches)
First of all the location and view are spectacular, not to mention the amazing interior. Next up the food was awesome, I know it's an expensive buffet but it's well worth it in my opinion. Desserts were everywhere and there was an overwhelming amount of great dishes. I usually have a problem with buffets from the staff and the cleanliness, but this is different cause it's an only once a year occasion. The staff are super polite and formal. And the food is always being replenished so no worries about freshness.
Kathy Steadman
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Steph was our server and she was amazing. Their kids menu is incredibly reasonable at only $9 for starter, entree, dessert, and drink. We ordered the King Crab legs which were delicious! The jumbo prawn cocktail was served with dry ice and was an impressive presentation.
Rebecca Wheeler
Although this place is very pricey it is amazing....
Crab is fresh and good, since I always go with my dad to have crab, and we couldn't get enough if this. My sister loved that you can now feed the fish, and I didn't know they had clams as well as starfish in the water which is cool. I like most of the door and go here for birthdays sometimes. Our waiter was very nice and funny. I like that they can take photos if we need them to and not get all sassy. Overall I'm impressed :)
Ashley Gould
We loved our friendly, helpful waiter. The crab cakes were light and tasty. I'd pass on the surf and turf in the future and just order the fish, as the coating on the meat was overly salty. The fish was perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed the trio of creme brûlée for dessert.
The room was large and tiered so that everyone had a good shot of the panoramic views. It was quiet enough that you could actually have a conversation. There was also plenty of parking available.
This would be a good option for guests looking for a quieter, more classic dining experience.

We booked reservations for lunch on Wednesday since the weather was nice (the view at this restaurant is spectacular) and we were in the area. This is our wedding anniversary month but we didn't tell them at reservation. They had our information from past visits and surprised us with a decorated table of rose petals, anniversary card and dessert! The food and service was excellent as always. Highly recommend this place any day!
Jennifer Ross
The views here are beautiful. The restaurant is laid out so that you can see out of the huge floor to ceiling windows from every table. The atmosphere is elegant without being obnoxious, a nice place for a special night out, but a great date night place too. You definitely don't have to be too dressed up, we saw some people in cocktail dresses and others in simple but well-kept causal attire.
The waitstaff is friendly and they check on you constantly. They were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and answering questions. Our food was paced well, and plated nicely. The shrimp cocktail came out with dry ice to make a fun smokey presentation. My husband had the flash-seared teriyaki tenderloins and the prime rib and he said it was fantastic. I had the king crab legs, which I was really looking forward to. They were delicious, but they were also slightly dry. I am not sure if the presentation has something to do with it, because once I got inside the claw meat it was really moist. They serve the legs sliced in half lengthwise so you get two long halves for each leg, and maybe that's the problem, but I'd rather have not had them sliced if I could've had more moisture in the meat.
Overall the food is great and I would go back again, though this time I'll know more of what to expect from the crab legs, or maybe I'll try something different. The crab stuffed prawns on the menu sound interesting and I might have to head back to try them.
Matt Perrone
Absolutely over the top service, amazing food, and the best views all around. This place is something else, the decor inside, including the fish pond that you can sit around, or even near the windows to have a view of the harbor or the West Seattle beach line. The food is out of control, oysters are super fresh, steaks are juicy and cooked to perfection, and the desserts will just melt in your mouth. Make sure to be ready to spend a bit of money when going here, but it's worth every penny for any occasion. To top it off, their staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, but super friendly and funny at the same time.
Tyson Guy
Great place to take a date. Awesome view, great out of the way location, nearby quiet beach walk next to the marina. Outdoor seating in the summer. Food quality is good (could be a bit better, but is respectable). Selection is wide - mostly seafood, but there are other choices as well. Deserts are fresh and worth-while. Service is very professional and consistent. Price value could be a bit better, but is not outrageous. Biggest problem is tight parking - stalls are tiny and sometimes all full. They do have 'complimentary' valet service, which I think is worth-while if you don't like getting door-dings.
Miriam Bridges
The view was breathtaking, service was good, too, but my crab cakes were SO salty I could barely choke them down. I should have let the server know, but I didn't want to be "that" guest--sending food back when they were preparing to close, and then reopen later for dinner.
Update: After reading my review, the owner of the restaurant contacted me and invited me back to his restaurant for the experience that I should have had! Changing my review from 3 to 4 stars for the follow-up customer service, and hoping to return this Summer when I'm back in Seattle.
Byron Marshall
We had marvelous scallops and stuffed salmon. Our server - Tom - helped make the great food and beautiful setting even more fun. Knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant.
Brittany
Ok. Seemed to treat some better than others based off couples vs us as a family. Little frustrating. Crab was rubbery. Waiter not friendly but was worth other tables. I guess if you want to be treated well don't bring your kids
Nick Rusch
We had a family dinner Christmas Eve which was a very large and will kept buffet. We were fortunate enough to be seated at a window facing the Sound were we watched the water traffic and harbor lights during dinner. Our waitress was very attentive and kept us with clean plates and drinks all evening. The buffet selection was quite amazing ranging from sushi and crab legs to prime rib, turkey and all the fixings. Next time we visit Seattle we will come back for a meal during the day.
Delta Hurley
As soon as I step up to the building, the salty breeze washes over me and I'm filled with bliss. The seafood here is some of the best in Washington, and the views are unbeatable. Very kind staff with fantastic customer service.
Vijay Verma
I had an amazing prime rib dinner. We went for our anniversary and they had a card and flowers on our table (awesome touch!) Parking was great (huge spots), so valet isn't really even a necessity - I wasn't worried about getting my car damaged... Staff was great as well. Thanks for a memorable evening!
Cole Croley
Super fancy Restaurant. Awesome atmosphere with a bridge/walkway inside over a pond (you have to see this for yourself). Food was delicious and delightful. Staff was on point and attentive. Wonderful view of the downtown Seattle skyline, ferries crossing and West Seattle. Complimentary valet parking. Directions were a little scary as it seemed like we were headed under an abandoned area of the bridge where you would take hookers lol! Once we got past that it was a very nice area.
Worth a visit if your pocket book can handle the prices. 4.5 Stars.
Chelsea Allio
Great staff, great food, great atmosphere. Couldn't recommend it more.

My husband and I are expecting our first baby in July. We are beyond excited and we wanted to find out the gender in a special way. We planned to have dinner at Palisade and during dessert, we would find out if we were having a boy or a girl. Neither of us had been there before, but we will definitely be going back. It was the perfect setting and the staff went above and beyond. When we arrived at the restaurant, my husband gave the paper to the hostess and asked if they could write the gender on our dessert plate. They said they would do something special for us and we were so pleasantly surprised. … After a delicious meal, our waitress came out with the manager and revealed a gift bag that read, “welcome sweet baby boy” along with the perfect card. While we ate, they sent the valet to get us something special for the reveal. We were so overwhelmed by the effort that they put into this. Our waitress, Sarah H. thanked us for sharing this special night with her, but really we can’t thank her enough. She was so amazing and made us feel so special. I will forever be grateful to the staff at Palisade for giving us a night we will never forget. I highly recommend Palisade Restaurant for any special occasion.
Wayne Bryan
Great ambiance, wonderful views, the food was amazing I had the filet my wife had stuffed salmon we will come back, great option for out of town guests
Dennis Chivers
I really don't give 5 star ratings very often. Perhaps I was swayed by the joy of the evening (celebrating a special friend's birthday) but I am giving Palisade a solid 5 stars.
It even gets 5 stars in spite of minor room for improvement in the food, and a little more room for improvement in decor (we architects notice things like Tectum ceiling panels), and in spite of some question regarding cost vs. value for the food. In the end, I'd pay $40 for a waffle if I could sit with that view for 3 hours.
The staff were, to put it bluntly, the best I have seen in quite a while. Knowledgable, helpful, friendly, courteous, accommodating, and generally just kind and focused on making the celebration seamless and special. The manager, Joe, is especially worthy of high praise.
I had never been before (a hard thing for a Seattle native to admit) but after one experience it will become my favorite spot for celebratory events!
Zachary Young
Beautiful spot on the water with an incredible selection of food and drink.
Ryan
Came here on Monday night and it was understandably a slow night for the restaurant. The waiter we had was outstanding, and very knowledgeable of everything that was on the menu. As a younger individual, I am used to getting the shaft at most restaurants, but this time was different. I have been here many times and this is the first time that I had a waiter that truly made the experience worth writing a review for. Food was delicious, staff was courteous, couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10.
Bailey Walton
My family and I go for the Christmas day brunch buffet every year and are always so pleased with the wide selection of delicious foods, the gorgeous views, and the warm and friendly service. I've taken out of state family here for a classy Seattle dinner, and it never fails to impress. Definitely on the spendy side, but worth every penny! A perfect restaurant for a special night out, or a night to celebrate.
Jennifer Alyxendra Barron
I wish i could rate a visit rather than a place sometimes. Amazing view, very elegant, excellent service, easily 5☆... then the Surf & Turf unexpectedly (and not on the Seattle Times menu) had the asparagus I had shifted to a less optimal entree to avoid. No, understanding, quick to fix... place is still amazing, not really good. I can justify that 5.-smile-
Deborah Kennedy
Food was average. About what you would expect from a standard menu for a corporate conference venue. View is lovely at night when you can watch the lights of the ferries. The service was ok, not bad.
Tom T.
Visited for Easter buffet; was lucky enough to get a great table for two along the window with an awesome view! Ambiance & location are great!
Was nice to have the free valet parking option or self-parking, with plenty of space which is so rare in Seattle area.
Food was above average in taste & the buffet line was kept clean & well stocked. Only the peel & eat shrimp & snow crab legs were really outstanding, with most other items good, but not memorable. Desserts were also above average, but nothing memorable.
Overall, a good value for a holiday buffet given other choices & premium location. However for the premium holiday price it would be nice to have more items on the buffet line or replace some of the basic breakfast options with legitimate items from the regular dinner menu that would really kick it up a notch or two!
Brent Kottner
Phenomenal choice for an amazing meal. A little bit outside of your normal dinner location, but well worth it! Can be a tad bit pricey, but again you will not leave unhappy. Service was great and the views are amazing.
maru allegre
We have enjoyed eating at Palisade many times through the years. It has incredible location and views. However our experience last night was that the menu, presentation and flavors need to be updated and revamped. Service staff was great, greeting staff lacked friendliness and a sense of engaging with clients. The wine list was very good too. But was very disappointed with my featured seasonal dish. Filet of Halibut was over cooked and over salted. Presentation consisted of a few pieces of unripened red & yellow tomato. Undercooked green beans and gloppy mashed potatoes. Some mashed cauliflower with overpowering garlic flavor clashed with everything else. The restaurant holds many sweet memories for our family. It is sad to see it lag behind in this culinary era that we are in.

Wow. This place is AMAZING. My husband and I came here for Saturday brunch to celebrate our anniversary and we loved it so much I'm writing this review at the table.
•Food: delicious. Great varieties and GOOD ingredients. You can tell they strive for high quality products.
•Service: above and beyond. Very charming and respectful, always clean silverware and a new napkin upon your buffet return.
•Atmosphere: fantastic. Can't beat the view!
Jim Vahrenwald
Fantastic dinner. Wonderful food and great service. This is a must do!!
Andy FRIEDMAN
Beautiful waterfront setting, thoughtful, peaceful interior. Small lunch menu, but everything we tried was outstanding! Prix fixe for lunch, starter and main, about $30, with generous portions and quality ingredients. Added bonus: live piano player! Just make sure to park in designated area.
Mark D Bullard
Great food, great service, great view and nice atmosphere. But nothing rocked my world. For the price, I want something a bit more sensational.
michael slaughter
Went here for my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend. And everything was amazing. The food was terrific. The service was awesome. The view which we had a good night was great as well. They made us feel ultra special for our day without even asking them for that stuff. Highly recommend going here if you havent.
Solange Young
Always an excellent experience and food delicious as always also great service
Rosalie Harter
I went here for my birthday with my boyfriend, and it was a great experience! Everyone on staff made sure to wish me a happy birthday. They even put rose petals on our table. Food was great, and the staff was even better! I'll definitely be back again.
David Meyer
Great view, unique decor, and amazing staff. We had seafood and beef, and everything was delicious. Drinks were made and presented well, and the wine selection was extensive. Our server Tod really made our experience one to remember.
Alex Tran (Schimiggy)
Went here for brunch and was blown away. For $52 you get all the seafood you want. I loved the baked crab and salmon. I ate mostly Caeser salad. There were plenty of breakfast items. Also you can add on $10 for unlimited mimosas. We tried the huckleberry lime and pineapple ginger and loved it. Will definitely be back!!
shawn williams
I took a couple of my staff here for a thank you lunch, and it was decadently delicious, with outstanding service. This steak house has been operating for some fifty plus years, and the walls are lined with photos of the happy celebrities who come to it. The food is rich and delicious.

Most of us tend to hunt for deals in everything we buy, but it's a pleasure to pay for the quality, consistency and great service at Palisade.
Anything off the menu is excellent, but you don't need to pick up a menu to order the brunch buffet. It's incomparable... best brunch in Seattle.
If you haven't been, try it. If you've already been, go back for the brunch.
Jose Bolanos
Best crab cakes in Seattle. Also... get the lobster
Jesse Lieberman
Best seafood in Seattle period. We ordered the crab stuffed tiger prawns with risotto and the halibut.
The service was just as good as the food. The halibut we ordered well done and it came out just a tad dry. But without fail the waiter replaced it seemlessly in a matter of moments without complaint. And top of that the manager came out and made sure we were satisfied when he heard it was sent back we certainly were.
We we're painfully under dressed for the occasion as it was a spur of the moment decision but nonetheless we were treated with respect.
The food was all to die for. Great place for a special occasion.
M B
Never disappoints. We had amazing entrees after reopening. Server was attentive but not too overbearing. I suggest coming on a sunny day to really enjoy the view. Bathrooms need a remodel. Very outdated.
Heather Durr
I had a wonderful birthday dinner here. I initially didn't have time to write a review so just gave the 5 stars, but a kind response from the restaurant prompted more- I appreciate places that leverage their reviews. My table had rose petals on it and a HANDWRITTEN birthday card with a pretty drawing in it. Everything tasted fantastic, I had the duck (cooked perfectly and with very complimentary sides) and my husband had the seafood trio (with scallops that were divine and a parsnip puree that was a delight). The service was lovely and attentive and the restaurant very beautiful with a water feature and lovely trees. Of course we were treated to a gorgeous sunset as well. Topped off the night with the creme brulee trio and a marinaside stroll, and could not have had a more pleasant night. Thank you.
Antonio Ciempozuelos
Great views if you are seated by the window. Ok food. Indoor ambience felt outdated. Hostesses were not friendly (quite snooty). Waiters were nice.
Karyn Porter
This is a beautiful restaurant with gorgeous views of Seattle's skyline and Marina. Mountain views as well. Reservations are recommended. Thanksgiving buffet was excellent. However, the food line for traditional thanksgiving fare was long. So, the seafood bar was also an option. Dungeness crab legs, fresh mussels, oysters on the half shell and fresh shrimp. Very delicious! The wait staff were extremely attentive and accommodating.
Tracy V CdashN
We love going to Palisade. The views are amazing and the food is delicious. The brioche French toast is the star of their brunch. It doesn't even need syrup, in my opinion. Just some fruit and whipped cream and your set! The service is always on point. I don't think I have ever seen the bottom of my coffee cup as they are so good at coming around and filling it up 😆
It is pretty popular for brunch, so it's a good idea to call ahead for reservations.
Rorie S. Ching
Have gone for the brunch several times, pricey but definitely worth it on the occasion. The view combined with the service and buffet options make for an ideal for a fancy meal type get together. They are famous for a delicious selection of Benedicts, but I personally go for the brioche french toast and housemade whipped topping 888) dangerously scrumptious 🎉💕
Mike Kalkofen
Amazing in every way! Perfect for that special occasion!
I dined at Palisade recently and they hit it out of the ballpark! When I made the reservation online, I noted that it would be a celebration of my girlfriend's birthday and hopefully, our engagement. Things got shuffled earlier in the day, so nothing was official by dinnertime. As if on cue, my girlfriend went to use the ladies' room after we checked in. The Maitre d' immediately asked if I'd done it! When I said no, she asked if they could help! We quickly devised a plan for them to present the ring on a covered platter. They even had rose petals on the table and brought us some champagne to set the mood. Everything went off perfectly and we proceeded to have an incredible evening. The food was outstanding, with portions that make you feel like you're getting your money's worth and the staff was great, even taking a few impromptu pictures as I proposed!
If you're looking for a place for a special occasion or romantic dinner, you can't go wrong with Palisade! I can't wait to go back!

Such a great dining experience!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. I asked for a window seat and we had an excellent view. The food was amazing and the stuff was top notch. We will be back here again! Thanks for making our anniversary so special.

Parking was nice contrast to the rest of Seattle - free and available. Restaurant said they could also pick up at local hotels. Sashimi tacos were very good for a starter. Entrees that we had were also good. Reception staff and serving staff were pleasant and friendly. Prices are high, even more so given portion sizes are not large like many restaurants. The view and ambiance make it worthwhile for special evenings.

What an incredible experience. I haven't been to Palisades and probably 18 years. I had the Halibut with polenta and lavender green grapes and beets.
The Halibut melted in your mouth. I savored every bite. Great coffee. Then I ordered the banana split for everybody at the table and it was a big hit. Thank you Palisades for a memorable evening.

Beautiful view of Seattle's Pikes Place Market and the sound. Exceptional wait staff and incredible food. Overall, a great dining experience. The seafood is of course very fresh, prepared in unique, delicious and memorable ways. Definitely on my short list of favorite restaurants in Seattle.

First time ever to visit their brunch. Wow. The food was amazing properly cooked and full of flavor. Nothing tasted bland or like it had been standing in the shafing pans for long. Must add on the endless Mimosas today they had five different flavors. High level of attention from Marcus our server and the rest of the staff. We where so happy with our experience we booked Easter Brunch reservations via Open Table before we even payed the bill. Highly recommend it as the best brunch in Seattle.

We generally aren't fans of the all you can eat buffets because usually there is a lot of average food. Each bite was more delicious than the one before. I think I tasted everything and couldn't believe how tasty everything was. Our servers Michael and AJ were very attentive without being intrusive. The views would be worth it alone even if the food was mediocre but fortunately that was not the case. Great value. We will definitely be back!

My date and I went here for New Year's Eve late dinner and to watch the fireworks on the Seattle Space Needle. The 5-course dinner was terrific. The service was perfect: responsive, not too fast, not too slow. The ambiance was very romantic. Well worth the money.

Great view! Restaurant is huge! Lobster crab dip is amazing!
Thomas Donaghy
The Palisade was just shy of marvelous. A VERY special birthday for my wife. The food was magnificent, the service was almost attentive, the table was in the middle of everything, so it was quite busy and noisy. The view of the city lights helped the cause. Would we do it again...yes, but not for a very special occasion.
Scott CL
The food is great with lovely views over the yachts. Not very intimate but great for business.
Steve Grappo
As always, Palisade delivered excellent food and top service. We had an ahi appetizer, seafood Louie, lobster bisque and crab stuffed prawns. We cleaned the plates. If you arrive early, before 6, they have a special 3 course offering for $36 with appetizer\soup option, entree an dessert.

We had a lovely lunch-great food! I had the fish special and loved it-perfectly cooked. Friends had the chicken and fish n chips. We all had the pear bleu cheese salad and desert. We can not wait to go back.

Second time there and never a disappoint always great service and food the view for Valentine’s Day was amazing ! The chef even came out and checked on us too ! The lobster and steak were on point and these goat cheese bell peppers!
Amber Glover
Dat. Brunch. Buffet. Haven't had dinner here but the weekend brunch buffet is worth it, y'all. $52 all-you-can-eat (more than you should), $10 for added bottomless mimosas, food is quality and *delicious*. Add in the gorgeous views and lush atmosphere and this is a bargain.

Love it here. Came here for Happy Hour three times already this summer. Small outdoor deck off the bar with a great view of the marina, downtown Seattle and Mt Rainier, if the clouds are cooperating. Favorites: the guavarita and the Thai lettuce wraps. Also accidentally tried the goat cheese fondue, as there was one extra made and the bar manager asked me if I wanted it. Quiet location with a trail to enjoy. Free parking. No complaints. Favorite Happy Hour, hands down. Also, I've had Stacey twice now and she's very friendly and really makes you feel welcome. 5 stars all the way.
Diana
I love their Maine lobster, which was reasonably priced ($79). Unfortunately, my husband had the chicken breast and it was overcooked; waiting for my dinner to be cooked? Out of 3 times that he has ordered it, it was overcooked twice. We still eat there because it is close to where we live.
Ekaterina Nechaeva
Every dish, including deserts, is delicious! You wouldn't want to spend $50 on brunch every time, but for special occasions makes sense. Beautiful and peaceful location makes it a nice place to walk after brunch.
Stephen Kim
A little overpriced but you get pretty good food with a very good view. I came for happy hour and both the Kobe beef and pork belly sliders were appetizing but smaller than I expected for the price. The goat cheese fondue ended up making a great light dessert.
Maia Hammy
Amazing view (couldn't stop looking!), well orchestrated trio of wait staff (leaped into action when my husband spilled his water glass), nice & comfy seats, ...but too dark (single candle - romantic but we couldn't see the food). And the *very expensive* cuisine left a lot to be desired: Sadly, it far missed even the most base expectations. The food was good (leftovers less so), definitely not the high-caliber we were expecting (darn) with one exception. We had the pu platter, which was mediocre, and a nutty greens-filled salad that was very bitter. However, the lobster/crab bisque was divine - yummy with a few delectable delights in there (fish eggs, homemade croutons?). Not sure if we'll go back, the saltwater fish beneath the floor (seen from a pedestrian bridge) were fun!
Erica Jenkins
aesthetically pleasing and friendly staff. however, the food just seemed a little mediocre for how expensive it is. if you're looking to brag about a pay raise or want to take someone on a fancy date, I would recommend this place.
Deb Cohn
We took business associates for dinner and I was honestly disappointed in the food. The lobster was tough and I could hardly cut it with a knife. My husband and the others had the halibut and said it was tasty, but common. The views are spectacular, and the restaurant is really pretty. The staff was wonderful. For the price, I would have expected better local seafood. We agreed we won't be back, nor will recommend. Too many other excellent seafood restaurants in Seattle.

Palisade will forever hold a special place in my heart, as it is where my fiancé proposed to me this past weekend!! Seattle got hit by a very abnormal amount of snow this past Saturday, so we had to change our reservations twice. The employees at Palisade were completely understanding and welcomed us with open arms when we finally arrived. The initial impression of the restaurant was stunning. The seats have a view of the entire Seattle skyline and there are boats/docks right outside. When we arrived, the general manager greeted us and checked in our coats. After we were seated, my fiancé went and told our waiter and the GM that he was planning on proposing to me. He then took me outside and proposed to me on the docks near the boats in the rare Seattle snow. It was so magical! When we came back inside, the waiter had placed red rose petals all over our table - What an amazing touch!! As for the food, we ordered the crab cakes for an appetizer and as our waiter said, they were definitely crab cakes and not bread cakes - haha! For dinner we both ordered the prime rib which was so tender and tasty. Worth every penny! The waiter was great at answering any of our questions regarding the menus. Additionally, the general manager helped us when we couldn’t find an available lyft to come pick us up (dang snow!). Overall, great atmosphere, delicious food, and fantastic service! I can’t wait to come back and reminisce! Thank you to everyone at Palisade for making this such a special night!

Food was good. I like their dessert the most. I was expecting more sushi but they don’t have much and it wasn’t looking good enough for me to try it. If you’re looking for good sushi, I don’t recommend this place. If you like heavy breakfast this is a good place for you!

As a vegan I rarely find myself dining out, however on the occasion of my parent's 60th anniversary my wife, my parents and myself had brunch at Palisade as it is a favorite spot of my folks. When making the reservations my wife asked if they had anything vegan on their menu. Chef Brett Howell got on the phone and assured her that he would rise to the challenge of accommodating me though I asked for no special treatment. When we arrived Chef Brett greeted us at our table and over the course of our stay presented a spectacular meal which he and his staff had prepared. Two sumptuous salads accompanied by fresh, piping hot blueberry lemon muffins and vegan butter on the side. Next came a tofu quiche with mushrooms. Brett had been working on the recipe for 4 days according to the manager! It was absolutely magnificent!
Then came his risotto which was the best I have ever had anywhere! The pastry chefs made special deserts including coconut truffles, chocolate mousse and chocolate brownies topped with flower shaped icing the entire dish garnished with fresh raspberries, blackberries and fresh mint sprigs. Unforgettable treatment and service from the minute we made the reservations to the minute we left. Our server Desiree made us feel so welcome as did the manager who came out and spoke with us. Brett personally served my meal. I'm just a local musician and Brett and The Palisade made me feel like a rock star. I would urge them to offer vegan choices as they are so good at creating a menu which was very soul satisfying. Thank you guys all for the truly great experience. Outstanding!

Went for brunch. It's now a buffet. Cool. Not cool cold food. Coffee and tea came cold. Bottomless mamosa for 10 dollars sounded like a cool thing but only got 2 in a span of 2 hour brunch. And no it was not busy. Only like one quarter of the place was filled. For the cost of the meals I would expect better. Sham sham the manager did apologise and adjusted the bill I still would recommend this place to others this might have just been a fluke occurrence

Loved it!
If you want boutique and hipster then this isn't it. This is however, a classic fish restaurant. Portions, prices and quality of ingredients were all on point. Special occasions, guests, or just a terrific meal out minus pomp and circumstance - definitely check this spot out.
Andrea G-Girl
Definitely a seafood-based restaurant but they were able to accommodate the vegetarians in our party.
The decor is magnificent and the view is breathtaking, and this place has just the right ambience for a large group or an intimate date. I would go back again for a special occasion.
Patrick McPartlan
Great sea food! Beautiful views. Our waiter Jordan and other members of the staff were phenomenal. Very handicap friendly.

Been coming here for years, but quality of the City View Brunch has gone down over the last decade. Both main dining room as well as the vip rooms have been opened in the past full of food and desserts, but they have now closed both rooms and the amount of food being served has drastically been reduced, especially the desserts.
Service is a hit and miss but overall, is pretty consistent.
Trina Miller
A little off the beaten track in Magnolia neighborhood, in a marina. I like it because there is parking and the views are good . The restaurant is huge and one passes over a bridge and koi pond when entering restaurant as if to journey thru to a relaxed atmosphere of fine dining and enjoyment. We both had the prix fix menu which had choices for appetizers/ entree / dessert for about $38.00.We had the Cesear Salad, The restaurant is pricey so this a recommended way to dine and have the sea view and fine dining experience. The wines with the prix fix were about $8 a glass The good is presented elegantly and in high style.

It's actually surprising how good Palisade is, given how long it's been here. While it might be a notch below Canlis overall, it is a perfect Seattle celebration place. And they do know their way around seafood. The salmon in my recent visit was cooked perfectly, and I don't always say that. Service, check. View, check. If you have a fond memory of Palisade from, say, 20 years ago, you owe yourself a return visit.
Steph Mitchell
Food: good
Service: great
I’ve only been here for brunch, but it is one of my favorites. It’s a pricey spot but worth every penny! I love the big raw bar and seafood section. Bottomless mimosas doesn’t hurt either :)
Judy BAMY
Great service, great food and great people!!! All was perfect and the place is beautiful with inspiring views. You feel happy once you get in this place! I will definitely go back again and again and again....:) I highly recommend this place and please enjoy their delicious food and cocktails! 😋 …

Disappointing Mother’s Day brunch. Complimentary pastries were “nuked” so were chewy and unimpressive. Potatoes tasted like they came from the grocery freezer. A lot of money for so-so quality. Can’t beat the view but probably will not go back or recommend.

Fantastic staff, food and management! we went there for our anniversary and everything was top notch! would go again, next time im in Seattle!

A really elegant, lovely place with huge windows overlooking Elliot Bay. The atmosphere was great and the staff really go above and beyond to make your visit delightful. I was there with two other people but I noticed they placed rose petals on tables where couples were dining. We all got beef (rib eye and filet mignon) and added lobster tails to our meals and everything was cooked to perfection. We also indulged in dessert (hey! we were on vacation!) and did not regret our choices. This will be a go-to place whenever I'm in town.
Mark Burris
It was fine dinning for sure. Wonderful service and delicious food. However, I was not blown away. The view was fine, not extraordinary. In fact I would say the quality of atmosphere and food was not greater than the price paid. And a price was paid. It is easily $80 per person.
James Jessen
I went here for Thanksgiving with my family and would do it again. It was all you can eat buffet style with a huge variety of fare, including seafood. It was wonderful, albeit crowded and with lines for food, but understandably so given the holiday. Actually, in hindsight it was rather nice to socialize and digest between plates. The meats were absolutely delicious and small things like vanilla sweet potatoes surprisingly good. I'm not very keen on seafood, but I heard others in my party compliment it repeatedly.
Pro Tip: Avoid filling up on fruit and other plain/standard stuff, instead focus on things the chef's were able to work their magic on.
D Visitor
The ambiance and service is excellent! While my partner had the kobe beef and loved it I had the crab stuffed shrimp. Mine was overcooked and rubbery. I highly suggest replacing the rice side dish with a wildrice choice. We will go back and hope that the over cooked shrimp was a rarity.
Diana Tran
Amazing food and ambiance! The service is a bit slow, but the server kept us updated and constantly checked up with us.
We had the Pupu tower to start and then I had the short ribs and lobster tail with mashed potatoes and broccoli and ended with the flourless chocolate cake. My meal was absolutely delicious from start to finish.
The place is pricey, but you get what you pay for and it was worth it! I'm not from Washington, so it was cool to sit by the window and look out into the marina and the skyline!
Overall: delicious, pricey, and really nice atmosphere!
Craig Lutz
Excellent waterfront restaurant. Wonderful ambience. Menu selections feature oyster selections, sushi, and a selection of seafood and steaks.
Enjoy a wonderful view while dining
In addition to the main restaurant, there are 3 catering room areas for private events.

Glad to see this place is still open. A very special restaurant for my parents. Their very favorite for special times. This was going to be the place they came to after my Dad beat his cancer. Sadly it was not to happen. We have moved across the US and now live on the East coast. Palisade keep making special memories for others.

Palisade was a wonderful brunch buffet experience! They had everything from standard breakfast dishes like pancakes, french toast, bacon, sausage to standard buffet fair like pasta salads, prime rib, crab legs, bread and they even offer Asian cuisines like sushi, fried rice, and lomein. One of the two things that set them apart from other Seattle buffets is $10 bottomless mimosas in different flavors. The other thing this restaurant has is a killer view. It sits right on the water with gorgeous views across to Alki and if the weather is right even Mt Rainier. It's a brunch buffet in Seattle so be prepared to pay about $60 to $70 a person depending on if you get drinks or not. With the offerings on the buffet though it is easy to get your monies worth! Staff was super attentive and friendly as well! Would recommend!
Frank Milan
Palisade is awesome! Every time I have visited my sister in Seattle, we always make it a point to come here! I love the fresh seafood and the atmosphere by the marina is top notch! The drinks are also very tasty and they have an extensive wine menu.
brian andersen
The restaurant itself is very cool and in a beautiful location. The crab and steak were both very good. The fingerling potatoes left a lot to be desired. Their lobster and crab bisque did not contain much meat in it. The dessert menu is definitely pretty average. Their Crème Brûlée was not flambéed very well. For how much it cost, I would definitely say there are better options, specifically, Aqua.
Andrew Munger
Came here for my birthday dinner on a Sunday night. The food and atmosphere were great!
Kimball Taylor
This was our first visit of what we both hope to be many
,from the valet to the hostess and then the bartender for before dinner drinks
Then the waiter and everyone else.
It was a great experience.
The menu let us choose from a broad selection and was excellent
Really enjoyed ourselves from start to finish
Leslie Roloff
Great food, nice marina view, koi pond is always a big hit with the kids. Atmosphere is a little wanting...they could do with better lighting and improved table flow...felt like someone was always walking by and made it tough to concentrate on guests and enjoy your meal.
Ian Smith
My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary by having dinner here. The restaurant was wonderful. We found roses and an anniversary note personalized for us. The waiter was excellent and attentive
Kyle Cable
Starter and entrees were delish... not so on the dessert. Passable but paled in comparison to the first 2 courses - it was the white chocolate cheesecake - not a creamy cheesecake (had it been frozen?). It was served on top of a very dry and flavorless "crust" (I suppose it was supposed to be a cookie of some sort?) that seemed to have no sweetness to it at all. The orange Supremes scatter on the plate, while visually appealing, where also not very tasty. My date had the Blackberry & Pear (or was it blueberry and pear) ice cream that was very tasty.

Food was good but not very exciting or imaginative. Better options in Seattle if you're looking for a nice date night but a great choice for your grandma's birthday.
AlisaBeth Nash
Went there for a work dinner. Beautiful place and the decor is second to none. I did find it extremely dark especially if a person has a hard time seeing in the dark. Views were amazing. A great place for a romantic dinner if I ever saw one.
Kristin McKenna
Dinner was really good. A little pricey, but knew that before we reserved. Nice views of Elliott Bay and the City. Only bummer was reservations were made weeks in advance for our anniversary, on a Monday evening, so not that busy, but we were seated at a less desirable table.
Tom Card
Very good restaurant. Diverse menu. Expensive as usual. Better view than most Seattle restaurants. Not real easy to get to. Needs more Washington and European wines, a little too focused on California and the Southern Hemisphere.
Kerrie “KMC” Chabot
Parking easy, we had a reservation before sunset any enjoyed the combo shellfish tower and a bottle of champagne. We ordered the creme brule trip for dessert. Be sure to snap some photos outside.
Tina Davis
They never disappoint. The food is amazing, drinks are fabulous and wait staff are very helpful. The hostesses are not as friendly as they should be however once you get seated it gets better.
Mary Tannehill
Excellent food, service, and view. Quite pricey but wonderful for a special occasion. I would have given 5 stars but they add the cost of the "living wage" requirement to the bill and don't tell you ahead of time. In my opinion, tacky to add it this way and even tackier to not tell you ahead of time.
chong david
Excellent buffet brunch for my sister Rose, early birthday celebration with family!
Jessica Schwehr
The staff is awesome. The food is amazing. The portions are generous. They have a complimentary car service that will pick you up from your downtown hotel and take you back. I will definitely go back.
Very Berry
Okay, the food was great, the atmostphere was perfect and the manager was really nice, but the service of our waitress was poor. (Im not going to say the name) She was too loud and she frowned a lot while talking. She forgot our drinks several times even though we reminded her. After talking to the manager anout the service, everything was changed. Her attitude was better than before she smiled more instead of frowning. :)

Fantastic location, and I appreciateed that they really check Covid vaccination status. We enjoyed delicious dishes and good wine in the sunshine.
Candice Wilembrecht
My husband and I came to Seattle for an anniversary trip and came here for our anniversary dinner. The food was delicious, the decor was great (awesome views of the city and water) and our server Chris was awesome. He was friendly, funny, and offered us tips of the places to go and see in Seattle. We felt very welcome for our first night!
Deb Jaryani
We came here as a group, I usually don’t have the best experience when the group is more than 10, but here they just did everything right, and it all went smooth. We got the private room and it was great. The staff went a long way so everything will go on the best side, and they were able to do a very good job here. The service and the food we had here is one that worth 5 stars. Recommended.
lakeisha lester
The server was excellent but the food wasn’t really worth the price. Needed more seasoning. Didn’t taste any crab in the bucatini. The chicken was thin. Only 4 stars for the server and view.
Megan Ellison
Beautiful location. Great for a perfect occasion. They have a neat koi pond running through the place. We went for a weekend brunch and I was so so stuffed, but it was sooo amazing. They had absolutely everything and anything you could think of: breads, pancake/French toast bar, bottomless gourmet mimosas, seafood dishes, omelet station, prime rib, crab, sushi...oh and then dessert with a chocolate fountain and variety of other goodies to top it off.
Veronica Beckerleg
As usual great place to gather. The stuffed Sole was wonderful. Waiter made us a fresh pot of coffee and served a very generous Sunday that we shared.
