It’s a good place to have Italian food. Plenty of seating and decor is great! I loved their Cheese Ravioli absolutely yum, eggplant starter was not for me. Garlic Bread was great too. For the price, food is worth a try!

A great place for pizza. The restaurant is located in a quite neighborhood of capitol hill so the crowd was at minimum with empty tables on a Friday night. The food and the service was great. I tried the pesto gourmet pizza and loved every bit of it. For appetizers had the garlic cheese bread and that wasn't the best I've had. They have Tartufo classico chocolate dessert which I haven't seen a lot but was worth a try. Overall I would love to give it 4.5 stars.

Delicious food and wonderful service! My son doesn’t like a lot of restaurants but he likes coming here 😊 I have to admit I haven’t tried much of the menu, because I can’t help but order the chicken Caesar salad every time. The ingredients are always very fresh, the romaine is always crisp. I order the half size and I always leave full!

Authentic Italian restaurant, delicious food and friendly service! Very happy I found this place, helped me get thru the day as I waited for my husband to get out of surgery. I was also able to order a delicious sandwich to give him when he recovered. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area.

The overall experience was great. The food was amazing. We got Hawaii pizza, four-cheese pizza, and Margherita pizza, spaghetti bolognese, lemonade, cake, cheesecake, and tiramisu. The pizza was very delicious. The only regrettable thing is that the waitress didn't pay attention to us that we said we want to take out the rest pieces of the pizza, and she threw them away. After we asked her, she replied as if we said we didn't want to keep them. I hope if there is any next chance to visit the restaurant, the service could be better. Also, it was hard to find a parking space, it took us like 15 minutes to get a street parking in the neighborhood.

Uncomplicated, authentic, and delicious Italian food! They have the best Lentil soup I've ever had. Pizza and pasta is great too. And they are so friendly, we always feel welcome. Delivery people are also pleasant and fast. Highly recommended!

I've done delivery through Palermo's website dozens of times, every single time it has been a great experience. Let's start with the food: it shows up warm and transports well, it's never a mess so when I open the box it looks and smells like I just took it away from the counter. Then you take a slice and bite into it... It's DELICIOUS. I've tried so many different apps and pies at this point and every single one is a 5-star worthy dish, legitimately some of the best pizza I've ever had. Melty cheese, generous toppings, even distribution across the whole pie. Plus the sauces! So tasty! Next the delivery: these guys are one of the only places I can order from regularly where they deliver right to my door. I live in a slightly confusing apartment where it's hard to enter, hard to know where you're going, hard to find my door. Most of the time when I order delivery from other places I have to go down and meet them at the front. These folks always find my apartment door and hand the pizza to me right from the hallway. Super friendly and excellent delivery staff. Lastly the website: it's easy to navigate on my phone, find what I want to order, it has coupons that are always available. It's a piece of cake, or pizza pie. Also customization is easy, my friend who's vegan can customize his pie to his preference, I can change out crust and sauce to my general vibe that day. As I said, Palermo ROCKS. It's always my preferred pizza place, any day of the week.

Soft crispy crust, sweet sauce, thick cheese. Very very nice!! Have had it a few times and really like the basic cheese pizza with roasted garlic. Their cheese bread is a steal.

Ordered some pizza for dinner, since we felt like staying in. We ordered a pineapple pizza and a pesto chicken pizza. Both of the pizzas, got eaten pretty quickly. We also got both cheese sticks and garlic bread, which were a hit. Quick pick up also, which was great.

I stopped by several times at Palermo while working on a site down the street. I like their specialty pizza Chicken Marinato. And their salads are always fresh!! Spacious restaurant if you like your space to eat! Will visit again when working near by! Thanks

I love this place. Every once in a while we have pizza movie night and Palermo is always the go to. I love their gluten free pizza, I recently got hooked on the BBQ chicken after consistently ordering the Palermo special GF. So we typically get a pizza and a noodles and butter for the little. Tonight they even brought a bottle of sparkling wine and it totally made my night after a long week. So happy to keep supporting these guys.

Good value, quick service, tasty pizza. I had the sausage and spice specialty pizza, and it was delicious! Toppings are very flavourful. Olive oil base was a nice compliment. Fresh garlic crust was also darn good. Small size was perfect for me for a couple meals.

I ordered the full size rustic Mediterranean sandwich for take out. It was really good and the portion is massive for only $8. The picture has a pen in the picture so you can see the size of the sandwich. I really liked the artichoke with the different cheese combinations. Definitely plan on coming back again!

Michael & the others were so accommodating during our visit. I’ve gone to both locations and this is by far my favorite. Never too crowded & service is excellent! Must visit when I come to Seattle.

Of all the dinner pizza in Seattle, Palermo's is one of my favorites. Great crust, delicious sauce and piping hot with mounds of cheese! I usually enjoy the pizza with a glass of nice wine as well.

A family owned restaurant and hospitality was great ! The food was delicious,fresh and seasoned well! That's Italian!!! Order the gyro pizza ,authentic !!! Full servings too! The kids had spaghetti and fettuccini! They killed it! To our delight, we received complimentary slice of tiramisu! Yummy! Nice environment.

Pizza is definitely one of the best! The Spinach Gourmet Pizza could use quite a bit more spinach (see pic) it barely had a couple leaves! The Prawns Appetizer (Palermo Gambas) is a nice portion, unfortunately it's drowning in onions and black pepper! Whew! I was charged $2.99 for the San Pellegrino soda listed on the in restaurant menu as $1.99, I didn't mention it! Server I had was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Otherwise would've definitely given 5 stars! Hopefully she's just having a bad day and next visit will be much better!

Oh gosh I’m so sorry. I had originally left a one-star review because my order was a bit late and I assumed it wasn’t going to be delivered as I couldn’t reach anyone at the restaurant. I apologize and I’ve deleted the previous review! My honest review of the food: The meatball sub was very good and I also ordered a cannoli which is my first time eating a cannoli on the West coast. Oh my gosh. It was sooo good. I grew up in Western Connecticut, and I have had cannolis from restaurants in Little Italy in NYC and Palermo’s cannoli was so fresh and tasty even though I ate it a few hours after my sub (I was quite full, amazing portions for the price, which is rare for Seattle!) I was so impressed! Thank you guys for such a yummy meal. I will definitely order again.

You know, this is just a dang fine pie. We went to Palermo because we got a coupon in the mail, and let me tell you: it was one of the best pizzas I've had in Seattle. Super fresh, excellent herbs, great texture on the crust. Definitely get the chocolate cake, too; it may not look like much, but it tasted as though a beautiful, beloved grandma spent all day baking it just for you.

Best pizza in Seattle. Can’t go wrong with classic cheese/pepperoni but the Classico Meat and BBQ Chicken are our favorites. Their salads are also delicious, especially their Caprese and Greek salads. The staff is so nice, last year they included a free (surprise) bottle of wine with each delivery purchase. Definitely give them a try.

Great pizzeria close to downtown Seattle. Hard to find parking on street so I suggest parking in pay lot 1/2 block across street from reaturant. Prompt service once seated. I ordered a chicken and cheese sandwich. Not bad but could have more cheese and sauce on sandwich. Bread was good and toasted. I would order a different item next time.

My wife and I love Palermo, it reminds me of little neighborhood places from my hometown in New York. We order from them all the time, sometimes two or three times a week. The delivery is always fast and the food is hot, and everyone we have ever dealt with have been absolutely the nicest people. I like everything we’ve gotten from there, especially the meatball sub, salads, and their pasta - although we’re still making our way through their menu.

The first time I ate here with my BF was a rousing success so I decided to order out for a second time and they included a bottle of wine with the purchase! They've got themselves a recurring customer now. Food is great! Edit: They charged me two bucks more than what was on the Grubhub receipt, which was unexpected so one less star.

Today was my first time ordering from this restaurant as we just happened to be in the neighborhood. We ordered a pizza and the fettuccine con pollo. The pizza was seriously the best pizza ever and the crust was soft and fluffy, just amazing. It’s probably a good thing (for me) that I don’t live close by HA! The fettuccine was pretty awesome too.This will most likely be our “go to spot” when we’re in the area. I even called them to tell them how wonderful the food was as they knew it was our first visit. Definitely try this place out, you won’t be disappointed. Now I wish I would’ve gotten dessert too 😉

Stopped by for a quick bite. Ordered an extra large Palermo Special pizza for $30. It was enough for 4 people. Delicious. Service was nice. Ambience was relaxed. It does have an Italian flare.

Its good authentic pizza. They have pasta and other dishes as well, but dont go here if you're expecting greasy american pizza, which is great as well! There are better calzones out there, which is what I ended up getting last time. Still 5 stars for quality.

The gluten free crust is the same thin (cardboard like) gluten free crust that seems to be served at most pizza places in Seattle. Nothing to write home about. Delivery was fast, pizza was hot, toppings were good.

I have to say, I haven't run into a restaurant quite like Palermo -- it's almost out of time. In-house or ordering from home, the food has always shown up quickly, clearly made with passion. Choosing Palermo's has left us with memories of celebration that can't often be matched outside of the home kitchen. Salute!

Ordered via Uber Eats. They delivered to my hotel within the expected time frame. Got the Margarita Pizza and Cheese bread. Only small complaint was the cheese bread was folded up in foil in such a way that the cheese stuck to the foil and not the bread but we made it pulled the cheese off the foil and put it back on. It still tasted good! Overall the pizza was good and Customer Service was too.

We ordered delivery from Palermos for a group of 11 people and couldn’t have been happier with the customer service and quality of food! We had two X-Large pizzas, a party-size Caesar salad, and some garlic breadsticks. This was more than enough for our hungry group! I highly recommend their Margherita pizza! I love their pizza! It’s always perfect. Their pasta is amazing. I’d only say I wish their portions were 10-15% larger but hey, that might just be me. I guess the good news is that I’m always wanting more — If you dare dine in these days, the staff will treat you like old family friends. I’ve only sampled about a quarter of the menu but so far so good — or rather, so far so fantastic! After enjoying a scrumptious pasta dish, with a terrific wine selection, don’t miss their tiramisu. It’s noteworthy if you take it that far. 😊

This is a great go-to lunch spot. They have a good variety of Italian food. The meatballs are made in house so they're always fresh. The baked cauliflower is worth trying too. It comes out hot with a nice white sauce over the top. It's setup like a small bistro. There are small tables and lots of Italian decor. I like that the owner is usually at the business making sure things are running smoothly. She is very nice. The prices are a little higher than I would like but I keep going back for the great food and nice staff.

Came here with a few friends, we all really enjoyed the homey feel and the food was great! They were accommodating on our food as we wanted a few different kinds of pizza to share and the server offered to split pizza the half and half pizza for us- both were really good! Would recommend.

This place is great. Crust and pizza is so good. I got the non dairy cheese and it’s one of the best versions I’ve had. I also got delivered the wrong pizza and the restaurant made a new one and had it delivered to me within 20 minutes. Great service and food!

I ordered pizza delivery online and the pizza that arrived wasn’t even close to the one I ordered. The poor guy on the phone seemed utterly confused on how to rectify the situation. They agreed to make the correct pizza and deliver it, but I’m pretty sure they put the order at the bottom of their queue. It’s been two hours since my original order and still no pizza. (They wanted me to give the erroneous pizza back to the driver…)

I had been to this Palermo pizza a couple of years ago and I recalled the gluten free crust as being not bad. This time however it tasted frozen, which made it difficult to eat. I understand that gluten free crust is hit or miss, so I'll just add this to the miss list lol. The waitress was nice and a very hard worker, so the service was never an issue. Oh, I also ordered the baked cauliflower which I thought would have melted cheese and be creamy since it had Alfredo sauce in it, but it wasn't. It was runny and had a lot of onions, which to me is a symbol of thrift since onions are inexpensive. Yeah the meal was disappointing, so hopefully this review will help you to decide what's best for you!

The pizza is pretty good. The crust has a good chew without being too hard. So far we've never had one undercooked or burned. The price is really reasonable. The gnocchi with meat sauce was enough for a filling dinner AND a filling lunch the next day.

My absolute favorite place in Capitol Hill. Our experience started with a lovely warm greeting and continued with mouthwatering pizza, and excellent service. Correction: decadent pizza. Go for the classic Crispy Pepperoni pizza. A small feeds two. Budget friendly. One of my favorite dates in Seattle. I only wish I tried their dessert. Update: We returned and had our New Years dinner date here and it was absolutely lovely! The staff treated us to a decadent Tiramisu after a delicious crispy pepperoni pizza. Extremely welcoming and friendly! I ordered a takeout gluten free pizza (the antipasti) and was elated to find that they have gf crust larger than a 10" small! If you're gf you know this is a big deal. The pizza itself was very good; the artichoke hearts had a nice texture and the pesto was delicious. It was a warm day and they offered me a glass of water to drink while I waited. All around great place!

Good place to grab lunch. We got the spinach pizza and it was very tasty. As were the spanokopita. Very good service and friendly staff. The pizza had medium thickness crust which isn’t usually my favorite but the toppings and the sauce tasted fresh and delicious. One star taken off for price, seemed a bit pricy for what it is.

A great place for family dinners!! Took my dad and rest of the family here for his birthday and they all loved it! The food came out very fast and the portions were huge! My dad got a salmon dish that he really liked, though he wished it had come with pasta because it was too oily for the pita chips it came with (he had it over pasta the next day and loved it). The rest of the family ordered a few pizzas, really liked the crust and the cheese. When all was said and done, a dinner for four including a shared appetizer and everyone getting a dessert ended up being around $80 which is an AMAZING price for Italian food anywhere, especially in Seattle. The pizzas are a bit pricey but everything else (really yummy pasta and sandwiches) doesn't go for more than $15 ! So what are you waiting for???? Palermo is great!!!!

Absolutely amazing chicken parmesan sandwich My friend who I went with is 1st generation Italian born she was impressed as well. She had a pasta dish and I was nervous because more than sure of the authenticity. It turned out fantastic. I'm sure more so because it was a Sunday late evening dinner and it is after a seahawks game. very quiet nice pleasant environment the waitress was beautiful and exceptionally well versed in how much or how little preferably to leave the table be of service unsolisotous. let us enjoy the food so highly recommended. I hope it's not that empty every night and that it gets the business it deserves because it is a fantastic spot.

Very cute and comfortable Little Italian restaurant... Service was excellent however the food was just okay. We had the spaghetti and meatballs and it was acceptable , the pasta was cooked al dente, and the sauce was okay it may have been homemade or just at least a step up from jar sauce but the meatballs were not great, they were previously frozen and tasted like they came from Costco. They did not offer any bread baskets just a slice of garlic bread on the side which to be fair wasn't great but it tasted okay. All in all it was an acceptable meal for a decent price, but I probably wouldn't eat here again.

Another gem of a treasure in our beautiful city Seattle. This is a Bulgarian family own place of business. The food is supreme. The best baklava all you'll have anywhere in this city. I would give it even less. I have no idea about so many positive comments about the food. I ordered spinach gourmet and chicken marinato pizzas which were delivered hot but the taste was average. I literally felt uneasy for hours after eating those pizzas. The dough was unfresh and the layer of cheese was sickening. Never ordering again.

Great pizza for delivery! They recently changed their menu so some of the pizzas they have are completely different than what they used to be. Ordered my favorite pizza the appenina. Which is now an artichoke veggie pesto pizza instead of the prosciutto goat cheese pizza it used to be and got super surprised. Called them back and they took care of it and gave me a new pizza! Great customer service!

I've been a semi-regular customer at Palermo on 15th since they opened, both dine-in and delivery. The service is always warm and friendly; the dining room cozy and smelling of fresh-baked deliciousness; the food always good, and sometimes remarkable. Huge servings with no complaints about substitutions. Best non-pizza dinner? Whole spinach salad with shrimp AND chicken, coupled with a half order of cheese bread with meat sauce (not marinara). Always plenty of food for both dinner and lunch the next day. Yum! 🍕🍕🍕

There was a mix up with a grub hub order and PALERMOS SEATTLE WENT ABOVE AMD BEYOND WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It would have cost me 75$ but they chose to deliver way outside of their delivery zone to make it right. I appreciate this gesture so very much. Great food, great people. So glad to discover an Italian place in Cap Hill that's actually not pretentious. Impressively extensive menu of hearty Italian comfort foods, at remarkably fair prices. We had the lasagna, and thought it was quite good (I won't say best ever) and the portion was enough for a big eater. Want to go back and try other dishes, as a lot of the choices sound interesting. This is also a place where you can likely get in without waiting. Cheap beer Mon-Tues.

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, a large cheese pizza, buffalo wings and a chicken calzone. The pizza was delicious! The crust was perfect and you could tell the cheese was higher quality. Family of 5 and we all agree that we will be ordering the pizza again before we leave town.

First off, delivery took longer than the 30-40min window I was given. Then when it arrived, pizza was partly squished likely due to driver somehow tilted the box or dropped the box. Then the taste was just ok, one of my friends said “it’s edible”. I would not go there again for pizza- I am sticking with Pagliacci and Garlic Jim!

All together a good dining experience! I went in before dinner time and pretty much had the restaurant to myself. It's a cozy restaurant that I feel would be great for both families and for casual business lunches/dinners. The lighting was a bit too dark for my personal preference, especially with the dreary weather outside, but overall nice ambiance with decor of the restaurant. Tables are a bit too close together in a few areas, so I imagine that when the restaurant is more busy, people might have a hard time backing into the chairs behind them trying to get up from their seats. I ordered the Fettuccini Con Pollo. It comes with garlic bread and I choose a side salad over soup. The salad was fresh and had a good amount of each ingredient. It came with the dressing of my choosing already on it. While I was eating the salad, it took about 12- 15 minutes before I had my pasta dish placed in front of me. The fettuccine pasta was maybe a bit overcooked for my personal liking, as I prefer al dente pasta. I will ask for this specifically going forward. I should have mentioned this when ordering (my fault). The Alfredo sauce was delightful. It was creamy and full of flavor. The chicken in the dish was served, almost cube cut, but not dry. There was also enough chicken added to the dish to balance out the pasta and make me feel satisfied with the chicken. Overall, I was impressed that the dish was not dry and had a great flavor. There was enough sauce added to ensure that all the pasta and chicken were graciously covered. For the price, this was a pleasing and filling meal. I am definitely interested in going back and trying their pizza and wine selections. They did also have a TV in the corner that had the football game on. I think this would be good for fans who would like to dine out, but keep up on the game.

They had this cool rack that 'stacked' the pizzas on the table in the center versus taking up big spaces for both on the table. Nice touch! My pasta dish was the carbonara... & it was very good. It was significantly creamier than I expected. Theirs doesn't seem to be a traditional preparation. I would order it again Service was personal without being intrusive. We got our food all about the same time & it was hot.
