First time trying an all American vegan burger. The quinoa patty was a good alternative, but it was not as filling as a beef or chicken burger. My dog was not interested. The Artisan So Cal Burger was also missing avocado. You can’t forget that ingredient. The organic peanut butter cup shake was too sweet and chunky.

Everything was great from the greeting when we walked in, to the flavorful burgers and chicken sandwiches to walking out with a delicious cookies and cream shake that had chunks in it. They didn't have the fries I wanted at the time but totally worth the other choice I was offered with our yummy onion rings. The onion lover was very happy with his rings so that tells you something there. I had the Ghost pepper burger. My S.O has the chicken burger. Cameron and the crew really did a wonderful job. Oh!... I love the sauce options too! That spicy dark colored sauce was really good and spicy. Thank you all for an amazing experience. We'll be back! Just went back to try the ghost pepper brat. It was delicious! But does not stay in bun. I would grab a fork a knife just in case. I believe I had this same problem with the burgers. But still so so good! I love the NL Ghost pepper sauce so much.

This has to be by far one of the best Vegan burger places on the planet! I'll start with the staff - they were super patient, friendly and very helpful. The menu is MASSIVE, as a Vegan I was spoilt for choices! We ordered the double chicken stacked burger, socal burger, Chipotle burger, beyond fire burger with a cookies and cream shake, and a chocolate shake with a side of cheesy chilli fries! I'll start with the shakes. They were thick AF, super duper tasty, and very filling. I personally tried the double stacked chicken burger and beyond burger and both very incredibly tasty, and bursting with wide range of flavors. The chicken patties were incredible, and beyond burger as always was great. The fries were quite reasonable too. Overall one of the best burger experience in my 19 years of Veganism and eating all across the world. 5 stars and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a great burger, fries, shakes experience.

What a guy! Cameron gave us next level service! He made us feel special and made us feel welcomed. We drove to Seattle from Vancouver BC, looking for a vegan joint, we stumbled onto this place. We parked on the free rooftop parking, took the elevator into whole foods and walked outside since we saw the sign on the way in.. Only to find out that next level burger was IN whole foods! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Once we found the place, Cameron pointed out the digital menu with pictures. They have such a big menu! So many options!! He spoiled me with my birthday coming up, hooked me up with a shake! Gave me a sneak peak to the dirty pumpkin spice shake... It... Was... To... Die... For! Would our experience have been as good if Cameron wasn't there... Honestly, probably not! He is the reason I'll be back! Food was good.. But Cameron lives by the brand. He truly is Next Level!

Great food! They’re located inside of Whole Foods grocery store. The wait is usually a bit long, but the food is good. They’ve added a lot more to the menu too. I like their quinoa patty. It’s a good option if you’re not into veggie meats.

Omg the food here is sooo good! I'd eaten here when it opened, but they've amped up their flavors now. The house fries with special sauce are delectable. No smell of used oil. So is the red hot chicken burger! Got memories of Plant power fast food in San Diego. Of course it's a bit greasy, but you have to be in the mood for that when visiting. Have the food fresh, I can imagine it being nowhere near as good after a delivery.

Tried the maverick burger, liked the taste. Could be little bigger in size but overall a nice experience. I had read a lot about this particular joint and was on my list of restaurants to try. If you are vegan, must try this if you are in the area.

The burgers here are soooo good! I tried the classic and chicken ones and they are yummy and affordable. The ingredients are fresh, the sauce is just about right. The takeout bag is pretty nice but there are also a lot of seats available here. Also, the stuffs are nice. We didn't try the shakes but It's probably very good.

Fire brat was very good beyond meat was good, the vegan cheese was good and prertzel bun was on point. It was pretty spicy too!

Ordered the signature burger and the chipotle burger. The patties were fresh and the greens added crunch to it. Sauces weren't too overpowering and were just the right amount. Ingredients were all organic as well. Many options to choose from and one can even create their own burger. The quality of the buns could be improved though. I prefer them to be on the softer side, yet not soft enough to get soggy. Overall, I would recommend it for a nice vegan burger.

If you're a Vegan who wants a burger 🍔, milkshake, and fries 🍟. This is the place to get it. They have amazing vegan milkshakes, and burgers. Such a big variety and they taste amazing! Definitely recommend. It's in the front of a whole foods, so not the optimal atmosphere IMO.

Vegan burger joint SO DELICIOUS and the ice cream shakes are amazing. I hope this chain opens more places further north. It is inside a Whole Foods, so the atmosphere isn't great. Their app works well, I often use it for pickup. Recommended!!!!

NLB's food is disappointing, especially for the price. The burger had some good flavor and the ingredients were fresh, but other items were surprisingly bland. I also tried the onion rings, which were mediocre (clearly not made locally, and similar quality to burger king), and the nuggets, which were probably the worst vegan nuggets I've had. The seasoning on the outside was great, but the nuggets are thick, and the filling is weirdly flavorless. The staff was great, and the location is nice, but I don't know why I would return here when Seattle has similar vegan places with better food at the same price point (such as Cycle Dogs).

This place is great! They have amazing shakes and pretty quick! Which it's always a drag if you're a vegan and jonesing for a shake, cause there just ain't a lot of options. This place scratches that itch and then some! Also got pretty good burgers too, and offer some house patties in addition to the beyond burger patties. I like beyond burgers, but sometimes there a little to much like meat so it's nice to have the option. The staff are very nice and have always put in the effort to make people's experiences pleasant. Rated 4/5 just cause the prices are a tich on the high end, but there really ain't a lot of competition for what they serve!

WAY better than I expected for a vegan burger! The "cheese" they used was excellent, the Beyond patty was great, overall an excellent package. The mushroom bacon fries are incredible as well! Only thing I would suggest for them is to work on a better recipe for the vegan milkshakes, there are some really fantastic vegan ice creams available even from some of the local ice cream shops that would make MUCH better milkshakes that aren't icy.

I love the idea and plan and what they are doing for the environment and the planet, but I wish I could say I love the food as well. I would definetly support this place for what they are trying to do for the environment, but if you are just coming for the food, then I'm not sure you will be in love with this place. I'm not saying the food was bad, I think it just wasn't up to my level of an amazing burger. I got a beef-based burger with lemon herb mayo, grilled onions, lettuce, and american cheese, some organic crinkle cut fries, and a chocolate milk shake. I'll start with what I tried first and that was the milkshake. The flavor was super chocolatey and super rich! It tasted like a very luxurious milkshake. However, it was super thick and hard to suck up and personally I like shakes that are easier to drink up. I also like when my shakes are super cold and after every sip your mouth feels cold, but this shake was some what warm. It reminded me exactly like an In-N-Out shake, but gourmet and higher quality. Next were the fries! This was probably the best thing I ordered! They were super fresh and were crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I also really loved the seasoning on the fries because it made them unique and very tasty. Finally, the burger. I honestly had pretty high expectations for the burger considering the price, the ingredients, and because this place as "Burger" in it's name. The burger in general was pretty bland and really lacked texture and that "wow" factor. Everything did taste fresh and organic but that was really the only good thing about it. The lemon herb mayo was bland and I could barely taste lemon or any herbs in it, the grilled onions were bland, and the patty was bland. Everything just needed some thpe of seasoning or more salt, just like the fantastic fries! Not the ideal place for a burger, or it's just not my type of burger because for me I think of good burgers as something else. The food wasn't bad at all, but I wouldn't really come for the food, but I would definetly come back to support a good cause to save our planet!

I love their burgers, they are flavorful with high quality toppings. I got mine on a pretzel roll today and it was great. You have to have a shake as well especially 50/50 soft serve.

Let me preface by saying I am super excited for any vegan place I can visit! Next Level Burger's prices however are entirely too high. I spent $11.80 for a medium sized shake this week and the taste was disappointing. The first time I went, I spent $30 on a shake, fries, and a "chicken" sandwich. Yikes... not a place I will go often.

I totally forgot that this place is vegan! I was very excited to try their burger and shake. The shake was really good! I love the flavor and texture to it. The burger on the hand was special, I did enjoy the bun and avocado but the patty itself was okay. I’ll come back and try again!

Only ever had their dairy free shakes, but they were quite satisfying. They're located inside Whole Foods, which doesn't make for a pleasant dine in experience, but I normally take my orders to go anyways.

Food is pretty good, but you must order a shake (see below)! Some burgers are prepackaged and others are made on site. Sauces are flavorful. Its convenience food but they use non-GMO organic ingredients and that's great. Plenty of options to choose from! So the shakes are pretty incredible and they're made made to order. I suggest the soy base (smoother, creamy) instead of the coconut base. The "next level" peanut butter cup is very tasty with chocolate chunks mixed throughout. Not too sweet either!

It is very hit or miss here. Either everything is perfect and delicious or it completely wrong, cold, and takes 60 minutes. The employees sometimes clearly don’t give af, especially if you are ordering closer to closing time. I let that slide, but the stuff that’s frozen from a bag that goes into a fryer should be consistent at least imo.

Ultimate vegan burger spot. We got their signature and red hot chi'ken burger, tater tots, and a small matcha shake. Signature burger: definitely had a lot going on with the smoked Gouda (OMG SO GOOD), avocado, flavorful mushroom & quinoa patty, and maybe bacon? The patty had a hard time sticking together but all in all a delicious burger. Chi'ken burger: it was very saucy that made the patty and bun a bit soggy. It took us about 15 mins to start eating the burger after picking it up, so maybe that added to it? The patty was pretty delicious otherwise. *Wonder if the recipes can be slightly modified for to-go orders so that they taste fresh after sitting in the car for a bit?* Tots were very flavorful! And lastly, the matcha shake with 1/2 coco and 1/2 oat was DELICIOUS. Tho felt more like a custard/very thick smoothie consistency, it was harder to sip the shake. That needed spoons for sure. All in all pretty good experience, will definitely come again to try the various other options

Pretty good! Ordered the Classic Cheeseburger and vanilla shake (half soy/half coconut milk). The shake was great, and there were a lot of different flavors. Definitely want to go back and try some of their other burger options.

Excited to learn there's a location in Seattle. I wanted the chicken burger but.. they ran out. Had a promotion and didn't think to order more ahead I guess so no chicken burger this whole weekend and the cashier didn't tell me til I tried to order. So I had the chilli dog and kids tender to accommodate my chicken craving. The tenders are Gardein crispy tenders, I know this. Was disappointed they're not original. The ketchup was great. Now the chilli dog was so good it felt wrong. Sour cream, cheddar, chilli, and a "I don't believe it" veggie dog. Really its scary because it tasted how I remember meat tastes it made me uncomfortable but it us delicious. Highly recommend the chilli dog. Gotta have the chilli fries and animal fries next. Edit 1# mexicali burger bland and not very good. Special fries are okay not as good as in n out don't go in expecting in n out they're good in their own way. Edit 2: chicken burger only okay. Edit 3: I've since had chili cheese fries. They were underbaked. The cheeseburger was great. I had a ballpark dog was good but kept falling apart. Goldenmilk shake is AMAZING and leaves you a lot feeling less guilty. Edit 4: the bacon shroom fries are good. Fishless sammy tastes how I remember fish fillets, its spooky and a bit uncomfortable because it seemed so real. I got a cookies and cream shake. It was AWFUL. It tasted like there were cardboard chunks in it. I'm offended I was served that. The staff is a bit unorganized and not the most urgent.

Vegan options are getting better these days. This place was great but I have had better burgers. I would rate this place a 3.5 if I could as its definitely worth a try. The coconut based milkshake has a better taste than the soy based.

Gabriel took great care of the front counter before going on break. I'm a regular now! I just had to give another experience update. He's SSSSOOOOO informative! Making sure the 5 cups of AMAZING NLB Ghost Pepper sauce for $.75 ea was what I wanted(he even included the expiration date for my sauce!) so sweet of him!, as well as extra sauce for the Fire Chicken Burger. He even took my second order cus I forgot the tots! So YUMMY and seasoned! OMG I just love this place! The customer service is just so sweet and full of fun. Thank you for the fork!😉.

Not bad at all, but not the best veggie burgers I've had either. Staff were friendly and it seemed to me like these use decent ingredients overall. Lettuce a tad wilty, and buns tend to fall apart as the sandwich is eaten. Decent value for the money.

Great selection of vegan burgers even for picky eaters. It took me a while to go through their menu, which had a solid variety of different ingredient combinations. I originally seeked this place out because I wanted to try tempeh for once. They had at least three different burgers with smoky tempeh as a substitute for bacon (I generally don't like smoky things), and turned out to be pretty good, not that I have tasted tempeh before. The burger could have been a bit larger, but then it cost less then $10, which is lower than many other burgers elsewhere, especially good for being plant-based. Oh, I do wish they served on larger plates!

Four of us (2 adults, 2 college age kids) ate burgers, salad, shakes & fries and loved it even though the two college kids are meat eaters. We had the Signature & SoCal burgers. The burgers are more crumbly than regular burgers but more tasty. The shakes were a no-compromise shake no matter whether you eat dairy or not. We’ll be back for sure! These should be in every Whole Foods!

Good milkshakes and my kids love their chckn strips and fries. The only frustrating thing is the straws get soggy and collapse if you dont down your milkshake fast. I appreciate the environmental thinking but it is annoying. Especially for my 8yo whi is a slow eater. Staff are always lovely and food is tasty, a wee bit in the expensive side but worth it and good quality.

I am not a huge fan of meatless burgers but off late I am open to trying different options to save our planet. I checked out their menu and boy I was confused cos I wanted it all. Finally I decided on trying their Signature burger with the mushroom quinoa patty along with the crispy chikn burger. Both the burgers were delicious. The signature burger is amazing with avocado and the garlicy dil sauce that gives it amazing flavors. I was blown by the crispy chikn burger. That patty just tasty and felt like a chicken patty. They house special sauce is delicious and I added that to both my burgers and had some extras for my sweet potato fries. We also had their cookies and cream shake and it was delicious. All in all we loved getting food from here while doing our Whole foods run. This place is truly next level!! Will come back and try more options - The Maverick and Fishless burgers! Cant wait.

So. Freaking. GOOD! 100% vegan burger joint with so many options! The shakes are exceptional, the variety is endless, and the taste is beyond. Last I counted they've got 5 or 6 different kind of patties alone; something for everyone omnivore and vegan alike. Outside of burgers they've got chik'n style nuggets, strips, and a full family combo meal that is essentially the vegan version of a kfc bucket - complete with slaw! They've got brats and great salads too, and everything is organic and very fresh high quality ingredients, with plenty of gluten free and IBS friendly options too. They package their food thoughtfully by both being mostly compostable as well as keeping things from getting soggy or touching each other (important for picky eaters and those with sensory sensitivities). Portions are very good with a lot of it being easily sharable. Can't recommend them enough! :)

OMG Next Level Burger is AMAZING! This was my first time coming in and my partner and I were totally blown away. We got the double patty spicy chicken burger, The Maverick, bacon shroom fries, chili cheese fries, peanut butter cup shake and cookies n cream shake. It was all yummy and satisfying. We left satiated and not feeling weighed down! I'm looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu. Customer service was also excellent; the waitstaff explained the restaurant concept and were available for any and all questions. Super nice!

We live in west Seattle, and do our routine weekly grocery shopping at that whole foods location. However, we recently discovered the Roosevelt location had a next level burger in it, which we've been craving since we had it the first time in Oregon about 2 years ago. We are vegan, and the burgers here are incredible! Today was our 4th visit for groceries, and dinner at next level. Each time we've come, they are always so kind, and quick with the orders. Great customer service! Today was also not a "normal" day, given our city hit record highs of 107°. The whole team did a phenomenal job given the circumstances of being overly swamped, and trying to accommodate the insane crowd trying to beat the heat. People were not being nice to them, throwing fits, canceling orders, and ignoring them when the team was apologizing kindly for the wait and thanking them for their patience. It really upset us. The line cooks were beat red in the face, sweating and pushing out food as fast as possible. We tipped heavily and verbally complimented them in great length. I truly hope they are all proud of each other for the hard work and performance tonight. They all worked well together, were kind to each other and customers, even under immense pressure. Thank you all for everything! We will see you again soon!

The staff here has always been so amazing. The food? Well I live an hour away and it’s well worth the drive! I have brought many a non vegan here and they are all blown away. Picky teens and Baby Boomers alike! I need longer as a vegan have to miss that delicious combination of burger fries and shake. Only better. Without the heaviness and heartburn. My youngest gets the grill cheese, oldest the chicken burger and spousal unit the Animal. I’ve tried everything and I’m here to tell you there is nothing on that menu you can go wrong with! Now if they could make a location closer, like Tacoma or Olympia, I’d be over the moon!

I had the faux chicken wings more like nuggets. The basic product wás decent not great. I opted for the "burn" flavor and it was not subtle. Seemed like someone dumped a bunch of cayenne pepper after the deep fry. And the blue cheese dip turned out to be ranch. I did like their ketchup but the fries were cold. Door Dash never told us the meal was ready for pick-up. Oh well worth a try.

A hidden vegan burger place inside wholefoods market. I liked their chipotle burger. I never had vegan smoothie before but I liked that as well. Ask for salt mix when you have fries. That mix is something amazing and must try.

This place is really good! This was my first time trying a plant based burger at a restaurant/fast food. I would say I feel like the patty itself could use more flavor but that's my only complaint! I'm not a vegan but this was definitely a good experience to have just to test the water - would definitely have it again for lunch!

We placed our order from the parking lot and it was ready for pickup by the time we got inside. The staff looked to be having a great time joking with each other and they were very friendly to us with regards to our actual order pickup. All we got was two shakes and, while they were a little too "coconuty" for our preference, they were still a tasty way to enjoy a gluten free milkshake. Next time, we'll try the soy base!

Last night I tried their strawberry milkshake with soy milk, it was absolutely delicious. Hands down the best vegan shake I've ever had; actually it was even better than classic milkshakes. The burgers are enjoyable but don't really satiate that burger craving. I would classify them as yummy sandwiches with burger buns. Another highlight is their fries loaded with dressing, fake cheese, onions and a variety of other options. Simply delicious. Overall a very enjoyable experience, but you will have to pay for it. For two people to enjoy a full meal it will come to just over $30. Is it worth it?... Yes, but probably once in a blue moon.

We got the Chipotle burger and the Signature burger and they were amazing. So moist, flavorful, and filling. Their fries are great too and I love how they give the option of baking the fries. Appreciate the compostable packaging as well. So great for the environment. Definitely will be ordering again to try more of their burgers.

The staff here are always really friendly. I’m not vegan but I enjoy the food a lot - the cheeseburger is my go-to, with special sauce, and the hotdogs have a lot of additional toppings which is great. Their crinkle cut fries are the best!

I always order delivery. So this review will be for the delivery experience. The restaurant is amazing they are so diligent with modifications. They never miss a beat. Every time I call they are so nice no matter how busy they are. I always forget to add onions and they are kind to me every time. The variety of food is fun and I never get bored of their menu! The delivered food is never spoiled or bad however, is always through a 3rd party carrier. Which with those carrier services can be hit or miss. If the delivery driver handles the food with care its awesome but that's about 50 percent of the time. *The food sometimes arrives cold which has to do with the driver not putting it in a proper hold holding container. So that is in NO WAY the restaurant's fault.* I wish I could just drive there and get my own food maybe one day I can pop in. Once I do I will review that side of the experience. If you want vegan comfort food I would go here. It's fast and delicious. Plus the staff is amazing.

I really enjoy this place. I get my burgers without the (homemade!) vegan cheese because I like them better that way, and they're always super friendly about making adjustments. Also, if you want, they'll split the shakes into two cups for you if you want to share but don't feel like each buying your own (or want to save a bit of money). Lunchtime is very busy but off-times have no line for ordering and short wait times for your food. The first time I went, I got to go interview the founder and try the food as a press visit. I'm very impressed with what they're doing and the heart behind it all, and have been back and brought friends. Although it took a bit for me to find some favorites (at first I wasn't so sure about it, as reflected in my article! 😬), I definitely recommend it now!

One of the most delicious veggie burgers around. Always fast, always so fresh. Everyone is really friendly. Try their All- American! It's classic. Anything they do with tempeh is fantastic. Go here looking for a good sandwich, not an exact replica of the meat you're used to, and you will feel satisfied! This place is family friendly and has kids options. Their shakes are a special treat, there's always a seasonal flavor and classic favorites. The downside is that it's located inside of a Wholefoods. So, not great seating. I almost always take it to go. I guess the plus side is that you could get a great sandwich and some shopping done in one trip!

Anyone whose struggling to eat plant based and craves fast food NEEDS to go here!! Everything I’ve tried so far is so good and there’s lots of gluten free options. The animal style stylin fries are so good it broke me from my McDonald’s cravings. Super savory, warm, fatty and indulgent but slightly better for you and no animals harmed in the making. They’re gluten free if you asked for them to be baked. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

These burgers were absolutely incredible. My husband, who is an avid meat eater, thoroughly enjoyed his and didn't even realize it was vegan until we told him midway through! The service was fabulous, which surprised me for a place inside a market without table service. They had great recommendations and their special burger was out of this world!

The burger was awesome, I personally had the spicy black bean burger with horseradish on it. The bun was bland, but the burger flavor made up for it. The tots and fries left something to be desired, but the awesome thing about this place is that they offer the option of baking or frying your fries. That is innovative for the health culture that is embedded into the local community. Plus you can now drink beer in the grocery store. Recommended for all the vegetarians and vegans.

It's always a relief to go to a fast food restaurant and NOT have to interrogate the staff. I've only been to Next Burger once. I ordered the Special Sauce burger, which was delicious. I judge a burger joint by their fries...and Next Burger offer three options: Crinkle, Tater Tots and Sweet Potato, they were delicious. They also offer beer on tap. Nice. My only complaint and it's minor is that Next Burger in Seattle is in Whole Foods Market . While parking is ample, the atmosphere was loud and the lights overbearing...I know it's fast food, but I was getting sensory overload. I think next time I'll do take out.

I went to the Next Level Burger in Seattle. The food was delicious. It didn't take long to prepare, and came out a good temperature. Lauren was especially nice! Give her a raise! We ate and were satisfied. We ordered an extra burger because it was so good! Very friendly environment, and the employees are very nice and helpful.

Great customer service. The wait for the food seemed long at 20 minutes and it didn't seem that busy. The baked tots were a little underdone, but wonderfully seasoned. The double chocolate peanut butter shake was pretty tasty, but was a little weird using the coconut milk base...maybe I'll try soy milk next time. The signature burger was great with the condiments, but the patty was very bland and practically tasteless. Those three menu items totalled $19.82!! Not a good value. I may stop back in for the occasional shake and may be back to try out a hot dog, but the burgers are too expensive to buy anymore of those.

OKAY HONESTLY WOWOWOWOWOW. I had NO IDEA that Next Level Burger was a thing!! My friend and I were in Seattle for a few hours for a spontaneous trip, and searched “vegan food” on google and this was the first restaurant that popped up. We decided to give it a go based off of their reviews. SO GLAD WE DID! (I had noooo clue they were in Portland as well, but because of the wonderful experience we had here, I looked up all their locations and was so excited to find out they’re close to home!) Okay now to the food: I ended up choosing their cheeseburger option and was a little hesitant because vegan cheese is hit or miss. I was pleasantly surprised with the multiple options for cheese and sauces! I also ordered a side of fries! The burger was to. die. for. So much flavor!! My non-vegan friend tried my burger after having opted for a salad from the hot bar section of the grocery store. She immediately loved it and ordered her own! If you didn’t know it was vegan, you’d think it was real meat because it’s sooo similar. But it makes you feel great because it’s plant based and sustainable 😍 The fries- great! It’s hard to go wrong with fries, but still worth mentioning that you have to get some to go with your burger! So glad we stopped in. So glad the staff was friendly and able to make recommendations! I am not vegan anymore but this place has enough positive attributes that compensate for it's shortcomings that the experience is still overall good. First the good, love the quality of the ingredients. It's hard to find this level of organic in Seattle without fine dining (or Chaco.) The vegan shakes are delish, I get coconut and they satisfy all the creamy, cold, sweet cravings just like a traditional dairy version. The fries are good, again love that the potatoes AND the oil is organic. My last favorite thing is they have some organic beers on tap! My main complaint about the burgers is the buns, they're SO crumbly. And no, not the gluten free ones (I haven't tried those.) The service is pretty swift and generally friendly. The worst thing about this place is it's location. It's in Whole Foods, which is lame. Especially super lame since it has been assimilated by the borg.

The first time was their opening day, it was super busy but the line went fast for how many people were there and the food took a while too, but it was totally understandable. Though my Mexicali "burger" was a bit too salty, and so were the loaded tots. The portions are also a bit small compared to equivalent meat options. A chain feel to it but a nice option for a vegan/veg diet. Burger was a bit small and the bun was rather dry, chocolate coconut milk milkshake was delicious. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the only negative I saw was the lobby. Lobby was not clean when we arrived, I was there for almost an hour and in that time no one had cleared or wiped down the tables.

A vegan skeptic blown away. Let's face it I like meat and I was thinking an all vegan menu couldn't taste good, but i was proven so wrong. I have to eat gluten free and this place works really hard to keep a separate grill and shake area just for gluten free. While they can't guarantee no cross contamination they work really hard to keep it separate. I was so happy I could eat their fries. Their coconut milk shakes are delicious. Their food comes out looking like the picture and yes folks it is delicious. The service was impecible. Alex at the cash register and service was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and seemed more like a waiter in a high end restaurant ensuring our experience was delightful. The cook in the back took care with every burger or bowl of fries. The staff truly appeared happy. And their prices were very reasonable. I hope they open up a place on the eastside or northend so I can get there more often.

WOW can't get better than this. Ordered through Doordash, got the chili dog and some shakes. THE SHAKES ARE THE BEST VEGAN SHAKES IVE EVER HAD!! I'm beyond impressed. Also they use compostable containers and straws so you know their heart is in the right place. I can't wait to order other items from the menu. Only thing missing is some malt in my chocolate shake(; Follow up: I ordered again and got a cesar salad but there was no dressing on it at all. Kinda important to put that in. :/

Vegan, organic, old fashioned hamburger stand. The staff is amazing, friendly and very smart and organized. The tall guy with the man bun shouldn't be working the front. He's slow and unorganized, also gave me the fart sounding part of the ketchup. I'm going to take a star away from the score. Also on a side note they need to get the menu board posted up top again. It's rather annoying to fight for the laminated menus.

I think both of us would have been pumped had we gone with the impossible burger. The overall vibe was nice. It may seem weird to go eat inside a grocery store (especially if it isn't from that store's deli) NLB gets a nice little section in the corner of the store. The food is always well made, the produce and condiments are good quality and fresh, and the atmosphere manages to be pretty kid friendly and casual without feeling low end. Best of all, it's all vegan, with lots of different options for everything, so you won't end up bored of the same thing over and over.

Being from philadelphia, it amazes me how many plant based options are on the west coast. This is especially between Portland and Seattle. Very cool place to eat, though. All vegan. Hit a craving that may linger from Nifty Fifties milkshakes. Highly recomend the cookies and cream option. Also, the menu is very convenient with breaking down calories and protein with the available options. For example, the differences in calories in the milkshakes between coconut milk and soy milk. Staff is also very friendly and cheerful. I loved it here! Sad to head back home soon!

Surprisingly good. They try to sell you on the whole hippy earth stuff and all organic hooplah which is kind of "eh". I think I could do without the marketing cheesiness but honestly the food was good. After trying the Beyond Burger Patty versus the the various types of other veggie patties I have to say that the veggie patties are better. The Beyond Burger falls into this weird uncanny valley of trying too hard to be meat but not quite doing it. Aside from that the vegan shakes, ketchups, and the rest of their burgers are really good. Plus the folks working there were nice and cheerful.

The only complaint I have is that the serving dishes were sort of ridiculous. While the burgers aren't big at all, they were served on plates that they barely fit on.
