Reviews of morfire
Thai Hotpot is delicious. Everything we tried was yummy and the staff was helpful and friendly. My wife loved the Zap noodles, the MF fried chicken reminded me of Hat Yai, the drinks were great and the hot pot hit the spot.
I recommend the egg tofu, simple, but divine. Also, definitely go for two different broths, so you can mix and match. Their mixed veggie plate is a great start, but don't forget to add your favorites to it.
My wife and I decided to do something new for dinner on our vacation to Seattle and decided hot pot fit the bill. We expected a fun dinner but what we got was so much more! A creative cocktail selection and inventive and tasty starters would've made our visit good, but morFire went so far above and beyond with the hot pot experience. The beef broth is an umami bomb in the best way and only gets richer as it bubbles on the tabletop wok. The vegetables are crisp (cabbage and bok choy were the standout favorites) and we had a great laugh over chasing the glass noodles around the simmering pot with our chopsticks. This was all fantastic but the service was the best of all! So friendly and attentive and made the experience absolutely the most memorable meal out in months.
This restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious hotpot options with high-quality ingredients. It is a great choice for those with dietary restrictions, such as celiac or vegan. The location is convenient, being a 10-minute walk from the train station. I highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience! This is a cozy and warm small restaurant that is just a short walk away from the hustle & bustle of Pine Street/Cap Hill. The entire staff was very accommodating, so friendly and helpful. We did family style hot pot and the Tom yum broth was delicious. Highly recommend!!
Love it! I tried the gyoza and pan mama. Absolutely flavorful and tasty food!
Update 1: One of those rare times when the food is impeccably tasty. Had the gyoza and spicy basil kao pad(they mean spicy!).
Went with a group and we loved it! So delicious- the Tom yum broth and Tom kha broth were our fave- but everything was so good. Service is great and helpful. Love the basket of morfire veggies. The perfect thing on a rainy, cold January night!
This place was awesome. There were five of us and we got there a little late (~half hour to close), but there were a few tables occupied. The guy was more than happy to seat us anyway and took care of everything for as long as we needed, and we never felt rushed even for a minute. Super friendly, incredible service, delicious food. Can't wait to go again!
Food : Delicious, prompt, reasonably priced.
Drinks: Superior house cocktail (Maroon Maroon pictured) with a good pour. 10/10 will be returning for just the drink. Friend was satisfied with her vodka soda.
Staff: Very friendly, voluntarily helpful. Lots of smiles.
Atmosphere : Simple, inviting. Good light. Clean tables. Smelled like something was being lightly toasted the whole time. Hot pot table setup is simple and easy.
All in all thoroughly satisfied and will be returning regularly. They earned it.
I love Thai food in general but this place is something special! I came in on a cold day and had one their hot pots- nourishing, mindfully prepared and fun! The service is excellent.
My partner and I's favorite spot for date night! Absolutely do not skip the cocktails created by the owner, he clearly loves what he does and everything is delicious and unique!
We always get the hot pot, and always end up scraping the bottom of the pot with our spoons to get the last drop of the broth. The a la carte items you can order to cook in the broth have always been fresh, I've never had wilted bok choy or funky meats.
A true hidden gem, I would love to see more people visit!
All I need to say about this place is, “wow.” Absolutely delicious food and cocktails. The service was top-notch. The soup base had more of a Thai flair, which made it damn tasty.
Thai hotpot is new for me so this was a treat. We got the son-in-law egg and hiyayakko tofu off of the small plates menu. Subtle and chilled (tofu) with crispy warm (egg) way to start off a shared hotpot. Unfortunately when the main meal came out we were so hungry we ate it all before remembering to snap a picture. But here's the last ramen bite next to all of our empty hotpot plates for you to imagine how the meal went. Definitely passes the clean plate test 😆. Recommending the tom yum kha and chicken half and half. The first one is really flavorful but gets a bit salty towards the end when it's cooked down. We were still sipping at it til we left regardless. Did I mention they do Lactaid based milk tea? All my lactose intolerant Asians celebrate 🥳.
First things first: none of us actually got the a la carte hot pot.
I got the dry hot pot (Suki hang) and it was really delicious. It came out fast, and tasted great, and was a very decent amount of food. It was a little too greasy, but I still happily ate all of it.
My dining partners got the single-serving hot pots, and they said they were good too. One of them eats Halal and needed to replace the chicken with fish, and the kitchen was very accommodating.
Prices for the dishes seem alright, but a little expensive for the "big" hot pot.
Great service. Would come back!
The food is pretty good but it did not meet my expectations for hot pot in general. I live in San Gabriel Valley in Los Angeles which has a plethora of amazing and diverse hot pot places so I can't help but compare from my experiences. I do understand that Seattle lacks quality Asian food compared to Los Angeles so I only took one star off as I do feel like it's better than most of the hot pots places here in Seattle anyways. It's also a lot more expensive for less food compared to the restaurants back home.
I did enjoy their morfire sauce. It's sweet and mildly spicy.
Service here is excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly.
Such kind staff. Comfort food. They have a variety of options for the hotpot including vegeterian ones. The tom yum broth is flavour full. We also had the morfire spicy sauce on the side. Gyoza is perfectly cooked. Thai ice tea is not too sweet. Ambience is fresh. Overall good hotpot spot in Seattle.
The Tom Yum and Tom Kha hotpot was absolutely delicious. I’ve had lots of hotpot in my life while and I have to say Thai hotpot is super delicious as well! Everything was fresh— the lotus root is actually better than what you can get at most Asian marts. The nori-wrapped shrimp balls were delightful. All sauces are complimentary, which is a good thing because you’ll want more and more of the bean curd and shrimp paste as your meal goes on. Excellent service and ambiance too. Definitely returning soon :)
Edit: Went back again today, and the owner recognized us! Service was top notch- literally some of the best we've gotten at any restaurant, even "higher-end" ones.
We liked everything! People are sooo nice and helpful in here! Food is so good and...cosy, I would say. Quite interesting different positions in menu and a big bar menu also. We’ll definitely come here in winter to get warm with a hot pot!
We got vegetable dumplings and miso broth with a lot of veggies and seafood + lavender and hibiscus cocktails, and we highly recommend all of this
Extremely delicious hotpot and quite unique flavors. Hard to find a better priced hotpot place in Seattle at this quality
This place was small and cozy. We walked in at 9 PM on a Thursday night and got a table with no reservation. The herb broth was great, but the morfire sauce really kicked it up a notch. The pork wontons were the best, and we loved the book choy and glass noodles, toon
I’ve been eying this spot for a while now. I was glad the place was super neat and empty. The menu is super easy to read as they have pictures with them as well. Very reasonably priced. The beef braised broth was very good and flavorful. They also give you sauces too! The quality of the meats and seafood were amazing. I’d highly recommend this place!
Great food with so many gluten free and veg options! The menu is well labeled and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. There are dividers between the tables indoors due to COVID and it makes it feel very private and cozy. The monfire sauce was the perfect level of spice to complement the broths!
Once again this place has out done themselves by living up to their name. Morfire indeed. Idk if I really want to update my previous review as much as I just want to emphasize how amazing they are. This is probably my favorite place to take people and impress them. My bill was through the roof on this visit, but we also ordered half the menu and stayed 30 minutes past closing.
Such high quality and fresh ingredients all worth it. My lamb was so tender I could barley get it off the tray in 2 pieces lol. Yes, that tender and tasty. The broth is spot on at this place. I don't know if you can go wrong with anything on their menu. Hats off to the chef.
What about the ambiance... it's amazing. The place is hip. Perfect for a date or a medium large party. Not a huge party tho, unless they can move tables around, which I think they can. We will be back, probably soon. Sheesh I'm still full.
This is one of those places that reminds me why I can't seem to get away from Seattle. So many hidden gems and they just keep popping up. This is one of those places.
I don't even want to write a review. Are you looking for a spot to take multiple people on a budget. Then your in good hands. It's not exactly cheap, but when u add it up in the end you can mix it up and provide plenty of food for the table for a price that just makes sense.
Follow me on social media if you wanna see me enjoy these places via somewhat real-time video. Lol. Have you never been to a hot pot restaurant? If not then maybe not go here first, you won't like many of the other places. And the other places are really good also. This place is a dangerously good package. You've been warned. Good luck.
Very Friendly and Very Helpful Recommendations! The broth was very tasty and the vegetables were very fresh and beautifully prepared. The Hibiscus Sour cocktail was beautiful and delicious!!
The drinks comes out a bit too slow, and the request to add some water to the pot was dismissed. We came in near closing so some of the meats are not the freshest. But otherwise good experience
Amazing place! They have 4 kinds non-meat/vegetarian soup bases which is already heaven to me. Lots of vegetarian toppings to choose from and overall great quality, portions and price. Would highly recommend!
This place is absolutely amazing, not only is the hot pot so delicious to share with friends but the cocktails are out of this world and completely affordable for Seattle prices. I create craft cocktails as a hobby and these are better than my own! Love this place great service great food!
Truly a hidden gem, super hole-in-the-wall feel. The prices are unbeatable in terms of Seattle/Bellevue hotpot places and their quality and service remains consistent! Food is really good and staff is super friendly. I had two other friends with me and together the bill rounded out to about 80 before tip. Go here and support local Asian owned businesses!
Shh, this place is a diamond hiding in the ruff. Great drink special for a Sunday night. Love the soup and all the options. Don’t pass up the specials too.
I got the dry hot pot and it was really tasty. If you're looking for authentic Thai food that you can't find on most regular fare Thai menus, try this place out! Coming back to try the meatballs.
Easily spent a lot of money here (~$70 per person) but it was absolutely worth it! The cocktails were delicious - tried the Lavender Mojito like everyone recommended and it was amazing. We sampled most of the meats and the stand out by far was the pork belly which melts in your mouth. Will definitely visit again! (when my bank account recovers)
Really delicious hot pot with fun sauces and high quality ingredients. We had the Suki Nam Tom kha & Tom yum. The staff were super friendly and welcoming too. Definitely would recommend!
Mango ice tea and Vietnamese iced coffee is the best! Serves really nice broth - Tom kha is the best one that I tried
Used to go here frequently when I lived nearby. Hot pot, noodle dishes, cocktails.. everything here is really good!
Morfire is our favorite restaurant, not just Thai food, in Seattle period. We love it. One of the only places with high quality fresh, healthy ingredients, delicious interesting food and great atmosphere and cocktails. We bring our kid and she loves as well
Heard about Morfire from a Seattle times article a year ago and came here with my family. Interesting cocktails, decently priced hotpot and quick service. Was half an hour late for our reservation and they kept our table.
Broth tasted really good here. Sliced pork belly was the best meat here.
Great, creative menu. Our dinners were excellent and the staff was super warm and friendly.
I love this BIPOC, immigrant owned local restaurant. I bring friends here because it's really easy to accommodate multiple dietary restrictions and build your hot pot into whatever your heart desires. The mains that aren't hot pot are so underrated! I love the nutty noddle SO MUCH. I also like that Morfire is really creative and competitively priced for cocktails. Things are getting really expensive on the hill, and similar craft cocktails are significantly more expensive in nearby locations. I also like that they make sure to swap appetizers and cocktails often, so I can always try something new.
Curbside service is quick and so easy! Great food, great service.
Loved this place! I had never had Hot Pot before but this is a great place to start! They had tons of options that were all really good and they were quick to take away empty dishes and check if we needed more.
There is a reason this place has so many five star reviews. Easily one of the best restaurant experiences ever. The menu is easy to navigate with all the pictures of the food. The drinks were INCREDIBLE (we got the maroon maroon and lavender lemonade mojito). The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was top notch (boran style on the meat is super delicious). The broths were out of this world. All the dipping sauces on the table were great. With how much food and drinks we got, the bill was reasonably priced for two people. If I lived here I would be coming here all the time. I would highly recommend morfire to anyone.
Best hot pot since Hawaii! Omg!!! Amazing! Get the coconut milk and hot n sour split pot for a sweet and sour broth that will make you drool!!!! Peppered meats are amazing and all veggies are so so fresh! 🔥 I will be back for "more-fire" at morfire. 😉 …
Wonderful staff and cozy feel when you walk in. You feel like you're entering someone's home and being served at the table.
Delicious food and lots of variety. Great place to come with a group!
A phenomenal restaurant, very decently priced, with the best noodle dishes I've had. Really great drinks as well, that are affordable and well balanced. The son-in-law eggs are a highlight on the menu.
This place was an incredible experience, it was the first sit down restaurant my husband and I have eaten at after moving here a few days ago, and we are beyond happy. Their wide range of proteins and healthy ingredients, amazing choice of broths, veggies and herbs make this a must-visit place for hotpot. They also have a few awesome looking appetizers and non-hotpot entrées. Will definitely be returning quite frequently, and you should too
Wow! I just had my vaccine and wanted to go for an actual meal. It was horrible weather and I was a grumpy, soaking wet, exhausted, cold person. I was drenched. My socks were squishy in my shoes.
I was in such a bad mood and this place was honestly like putting the awful on pause. The food was perfect. Not too heavy. Exactly what I wanted. I’m vegetarian but my friends aren’t so the pot was split. LOVELY TOUCH! It was so so so good.
But more than that. The staff was beyond kind. They adjusted our table to better fit our group and then moved us to an even better table. They took care of us in every possible way.
I am thrilled by my experience. Thank you! LEGITIMATELY, Thank you!
What an amazing, comforting, reprieve!
Amazing food and very nice workers. The fried rice is one of my favorites I've ever had. Would highly recommend!
What a spot! We love their hot pot and the service is always lovely. This place is perfect for a rainy Seattle day or a cozy and fun dinner date. Hot pot is so fun! We will be back soon!
I love morfire! Came here for the first time over the summer to celebrate a friends 21st birthday and it was a great experience! The staff are super kind, June walked us through the menu and helped us pick out the best hot pot we have ever had. Amy, the owner, is super kind and helpful as well! This is such a great neighborhood spot for delicious hot spot and really yummy cocktails, for super reasonable prices! Love you morfire ❤️
This ain’t Thai. It’s clearly Chinese Hot Pot with an identity crisis. I would challenge the 4.6 rating.
This is a very good establishment. The staff is super friendly and the food is very tasty. I went in there with my family (party of 5, 3 kids) and get accommodated at the table that is very comfortable for us.
Looking at the menu, we were confused in the beginning about the different options available, however Ricky was able to explain about the selection on we were able to mix different sauces, which made the experience unique and very enjoyable.
All in all it's good experience and I will come back to visit again whenever I am in the area.
The price is reasonable too for the quality and amount of food served.
Incredibly kind service, they were packed when we got there so we headed to the bar next door. The hostess came and grabbed us when they had an open table! The menu is easy to read and the hot pot is on point. Cocktails were presently beautiful and were so fair priced! Will definitely be bringing more people here 😊 …
This restaurant has delicious food! The hot pot with miso broth is amazing and the meats and veggies are very fresh. I ordered these little seaweed pork and shrimp balls for the hot pot and they were perfect. Service was also great. Excellent for a cold rainy day.
Delicious! Lucky to have dined here for my first hot pot experience. You will not be disapointed.
A friend suggested meeting here for drinks after work and I was glad that they did, the space is amazing. The staff is friendly and I ended up speaking with one of the owners who not surprisingly given the stylish interior, is an architect. Even more compelling is and what brought me back the following day was Thai hotpot. I had heard about regional styles of hot pot and I was excited to give it a try. The food was simply and elegantly presented with a choice of house made broths, and dipping sauces along with a choice of vegetables and meats which are cooked at the table. All were good, my favorite was the rib eye beef and the "morning glory" a seasonal Thai vegetable not on the menu but recommended by the owner.
Great selections and not very busy. The service here was slow. They couldn't remember what you order previously so they continuously ask you to write it down every time.
The meat and broth was okay, tasted like any other hot pot places.
I like their plum juice, but I like plum anything. I probably only come back if my friends wanted to go. I'm always down for hot pot.
Very delicious! Price was good, staff was very friendly. Had great proportions- just enough for the two of us. I also enjoyed the sauces and the ability to have two broths in one pot.
Also, the green tea mochi is incredible.
The food was amazing! The best hot pot we've ever had. The service was also wonderful! They were very nice, made suggestions, and really made us enjoy the experience. 11/10 would go again
Awesome little neighborhood spot! I had one of the plates with a peanut sauce and it was really delicious! Big portion too, with lots of meat and fresh veggies. Super friendly service, I sat outside on the tiny patio with my dog and it was lovely. Great service, friendly people, and very yummy food - I’ll return for sure.
Total hidden gem. Been here many times. All the food is amazing, and as a bartender I'm very impressed by their house cocktails. Can't reccomend this place enough!
Delicious, cheap, and fun. Make your own soup at your own table. great little place, lots of broths and sauces to choose from. good selection of meats and veggies to choose from for the soup. If you've never done hot pot before you must try!
The BEST food and experience in and out. The staff is so considerate and kind, food is always amazing and prices are so good for what you get. Not to mention their drinks are great. I really can’t say enough about their staff - so quick to get you what you need and always on top of things. Truly an unbeatable experience with amazing hospitality! Thank you Mor Fire!!
The food is fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. The also have amazing cocktails (sometimes I go just for a drink). Atmosphere is good and the people who run the place are kind and friendly. My absolute favorite hot pot place anywhere!
The non alcoholic drinks, service, apetizers (get the son in law egg!), and zap noodle are all amazing. Zapp noodle is amazingly savory and delicious especially for a vegetarian dish. Everything is very reasonably priced.
This is a neighborhood gem. Very reasonably priced Thai street food with great beverage options. Staff there are all super nice. It will definitely be my go-to place on a skip cooking day.
Miso broth was great and the meat and veggies were clearly all very fresh. Price was good for hot pot compared to other places ($50 including tip for two people with drinks). They also had hard cider, which is super rare at Asian restaurants. Staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back :)
My favorite Thai restaurant in the town. Love their fried chicken and pad ma ma are to die for. It’s the normal Thai food. Very different than the rest what makes it unique and my only favorite Thai place in the town. Their individual hotspots taste amazing.
I really wanted to go somewhere that did hot pot and this place definitely did not disappoint! You definitely have to try the small plate Moo Yang and the MF chicken on the side. For the hot pot, we ended up getting the herbal broth and added in a little bit of the additional sauces. It was incredibly flavorful and the quality of the meat was great. The only thing I would recommend is avoiding the instant noodles as they were really salty. They might have been better to add early on instead of at the end like we did though...
I was really impressed overall and would definitely recommend others to eat here! The chill and easy going atmosphere really makes you feel at home and comfortable as you eat, too!
Went to a Yelp event. Interesting and tasty cocktail menu - honestly one of the better bars in Seattle. The Matcha Key Lime Pie and white winter were my favorite ones. Jewel box was also pretty good
Great place for groups - you can sit communal style and share a bunch of interesting plates and hot pot.
MorFire is excellent on every level. They have amazing cocktails. The lychee sangria is super delicious. The small plates have been on point, especially the buffalo cauliflower. Also the chicken wings and gyoza are perfect. Then there's the main attraction of the hotpot. The staff is very helpful getting you to cook it up just right and the side of sauces that come with the different broths let you make your flavor just right. The beef slices are good the meatballs are delicious and the ground prawn mix was really tasty. Even the tofu and cod fillet are really good. Each time I have visited we have completely drained the pot of all the soup before we left. Then when it's all over you get to make your own cotton candy in a real cotton candy machine! Definitely recommend
This is hands down the best hot pot in Seattle. This place sets itself apart from the rest immediately by it's cleanliness and non over salted broths. The quality of the items were excellent compared to places like Mongolian Hot Pot, where quantity seems to be the driving force. I hope this place keeps its quality and cleanliness because I have found my goto hot pot spot!
best hot pot i had in 2022, plus low-med price. Highly recommend coconut broth and pineapple virgin mojito!
Update 30 October 2020.
I wish Google would add a mechanism for multiple reviews of a place. I understand the risk - fake reviews.
I was out walking around thinking about food. Bumped into a friend and mentioned that. She asked if I'd been to Morfire. I said yes, and we both agreed that they're the friendliest people. I figured it was fate and went back for my usual - Kao Pad. I usually get it with either just veggies or with tofu, too. It's always delicious. I was tempted to get gyoza, too. Next time. I know we're all doing our own pandemic risk calculations - I'm comfortable going to Morfire. Walk in, order, staff masked, clearly labeled clean pens. I opt to wait outside. It's fast.
Sticking with the 4 star rating (saving that 5th star for the restaurant of restaurants).
Old Review. Recently started going here after walking by all the time. I really like the food, and the people are very nice. I haven't tried the hot pots yet. Seems like those are better suited to small groups. Instead, I've gone with the vegetarian "plates" options. Very tasty. It's not cheap, but it's on par for what you'll pay at a lot of Seattle spots. I usually get out of there for about $15, not including tip. That's a big meal and a ginger beer. If I get back to eating smaller portions more times throughout the day, the plate could (and should) get me 2 meals.
It was okay. We just tried the place out because we've never been before. The beef slices were tough. The lamb slices were good enough. Every other thing we got was good enough as well. The place is small, so there's probably going to be a wait during normal hours. Overall, an okay experience.
Super delicious. They have a split hot pot bowl, so you can get two flavors of broth! The servers are super nice and help you through everything, would definetly come again!
One of my favorite restaurants in Capitol Hill. The buffalo cauliflower appetizer is delicious, and I recommend the half and half broth with miso and spicy herbal. Also try the hibiscus sour cocktail if you like gin. It's so good. 😍 …
Really enjoyed the hot pot (half chicken broth, half herbal), even on a warm day it worked well as the place isn't stuffy inside. Recommend the look chin ping skewers (pork meatball), and chilled tofu Hiyayako. The suki hang plate was really flavorful, and would be great for take out. I appreciate the ingredients list for the sauces on the menu and the prices are good.
I've never had hotpot before today and let me tell you, this place sets a high bar. The food was delicious and there are things I enjoyed here that I avoid in other restaurants. A great experience all and all!
First: this a soup place. Had no idea what I was getting into (I didn't select, but I'd go back).
Second: It's similar to a Korean BBQ you can cook at your table. The bring a large pot of broth and the sides you order (veggies, meat, etc). Then you add everything to the broth to cook.
Last: It was a fun experience, food was good, price was reasonable, and the service was friendly. Will be back for sure.
We came here with a big group and got divided into each of our tables while being together which was nice. This was my first hot pot and we thought it was good. Our table got some really good side dishes, our friends got some chicken which wasn't great. The broth got better and better.
Amazing staff, great space, quick service.
I have a limited vegan diet and the menu was clearly marked, that was quite nice.
Definitely eat here again, vegi item selection was a bit limited compared to places I’ve eaten in international district. (But had more meat options)
Great food experience! The broth and sauce were great. I enjoyed the different assortments of vegetables and meat offered. Wonderful service! Very attentive and friendly.
One of my favorite places! The waiter Ricky is really nice and so on top of everything. The food is absolutely delicious, and very healthy. I come here every chance I get!
Came in because it seemed like the best bet for gluten free hot pot in town. Food and service were great, but I had to take two stars off for their very loose definitions of GF. They told usthe fried tofu is not cooked in a dedicated fryer and I'm pretty sure kamaboko/surimi is not GF.
Fantastic food, excellent service. Do not recommend the wagyu beef at all (thin and not fatty as expected). Peppered meats, pork belly were excellent. Non-hot pot dishes are large and good, too.
Tried their house special broths worth the try will go again
I can't believe I haven't stopped in here before but what a wonderful delightful little pan Korean experience. I had Neua Sawan, a house made beef jerky for only $5 and their Zap noodle with choice of protein for only $10.
The ingredients are really fresh and the broths are amazing. I feel like one cannot go wrong here and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
Stopped in because an employee mentioned it and it was close to my normal travel path. Amazing sides...i went at Happy Hour and was pressed for time. Cant wait to come back and try the Hot Pots. Great service from the staff.
Hip, classy & delicious hot pot! Owners are sweet and awesome. Good quality food for the right price. Check out their happy hour (:
Great menu options and food came out in a very timely manner. The broths were very flavorful and the service was very good. Definitely going back.
Very intimate, group focused, Capitol Hill restaurant. I return for the atmosphere and consistently good menu items.
Service was great and the food was good. A little overpriced.
This thai style hot pot was so good! The have lots of variety and the pork wontons were delicious. This is definitely a place we would be revisiting a lot.
This place is wonderful. Delicious food and kind staff. Also they have a cotton candy machine and they let you spool your own! I felt super happy the whole time I was here.
Best hot pot in town. Also try the zap noodles and Thai jerky. The nicest staff, and super clean. Kid friendly.
The best hot pot out there. Very comparable to authentic hot pot in China. It is seriously to die for. Also, the staff is so friendly and helpful!! 6 stars
Quite enjoyed myself but I wish the meat portions were a bit larger for the price. You can get cotton candy after dinner if that is your jam.
Very vegan/vegetarian friendly. The staff was great. This has become my goto place for vegetarian hotpot. Only thing is finding street parking might be a bit challenging.
Would not return.
Ambience is quite nice, cozy. Service good. Food good... it’s just that it’s way too overpriced so I can’t justify going there versus international district or at home hot pot... I just can’t.
The food and service is Great! The hotpot was awesome and they seem to provide drinks that are a bit more innovated than the average cocktail.
Finally! Thai hotpot in Seattle. So far, I went there twice and I love everything there. Worth your money and belly!
SO FIRE!!! This place is absolutely amazing. Food and drinks just amazing. We didn't have the hot pot we are going to be back for that, but let me tell you. Wow!
Tasty food! $6 lavender mojito! Coke hungry and leave full.
Surprisingly good cocktails and at very affordable prices. It is worth it to go just for the bar. Hot pot is a bonus.
Had small plates ... some very good others not good ... customer service was good they took off the cost for the bad tasting meatballs... place was comfortable...but it would not be a place I would return to ... left with bad taste from the poorly prepared meatballs
Sometimes you just have to try and find out if it works... not this time
Amazing service. It was our first time having hot pot and all the servers were so helpful with telling us how to cook the food and what all the options are.
Delicious Thai fusion hot pot. So tasty. Try the shoestring fries. You also can make your own cotton candy.
Very tasty hot pot for a reasonable price. Their meats and veggies were delicious as was the tom kha broth.
I really liked the experience. I wished I had ordered a bit more: I thought one soup and one item from the "middle column" would do it. Next time I'll get some extras ;)
the staff here are so welcoming and kind, and the hotpot is so delicious! this is one of my favorite restaurants in seattle.
delicious food, excellent service. the waiter was really nice to us even though we came in late and we were there last ones.
Reasonable prices and large portions. Didn't have a hot pot (which is kind of a speciality at this restaurant); had some small plates and shared a large plate.
Morfire was the single best Seattle restaurant we've been to. Inspired us to buy a hot pot.
I really enjoyed the hot pot experience and they were able to accomodate my lactose intolerance easily.

I was in the mood for Thai. This place got a good rating, so I went here. It's not your standard US Thai place. And and as much as I love Kee Mao, I was pleasantly surprised at the menu here. All stuff I'd never tried before, and all great! Cozy seating with privacy. And friendly attentive service. Love it!
