The Picky Eater

The pizza is decent enough, made fresh in front of you. Staff were nice enough. Messed up our pizza (I should have stayed and watched) but they were more than happy to remake even though it was just a quick fix. Appreciated that! Good location from the pacific science center in the armory food area. Plenty of seating. 4 stars for service. 3 stars for food. Always forget to take pictures before we start eating 😂

My goddaughter and I each ordered our own 6 inch mini pizza. She’s a picky eater so this was perfect because she got to choose her own toppings. I loved that we were able to eat all of this between our visits to Chihuly Garden and Glass and the Space Needle with no leftovers to carry with us. We were able to catch the sunset up top after dinner. The location was very convenient and our pizzas were delicious!

These guys won my vote. A1 for service. Everyone in here was so kind and unusually friendly. I love seeing this because it’s a sign of good management. I could tell the employees were happy and it made the experience a joy. No complaints on the food either. While it’s hard to mess up, I’ve had it happen before (not here), but this wasn’t the case. If you go, try the mega dough. A lot of people don’t know about mega dough. I think this is actually poor marketing because it makes you sound like a fatty fat fatty for ordering it. Really, there’s thin crust (regular) and hand toss (mega dough) like what you’d find at a papa john’s or domino’s. Mod is so simple, yet satisfying.

Mod Pizza never disappoints. Liked the thin crust once again. Just forgot how thin it was having had it a while ago. Unlike other outlets they nailed it in making it. No charred base. Just go for it if you’re in armory for food.

Oh wow. When I tell you this is the best pizza for price point. It's all made to order and you can make whatever pizza you want for one price. Its seriously genius. The staff was pretty cool and talked to us while we waited on our pizza. Also loved that they had a small selection of alcoholic beverages. We absolutely walked our leftover pizza 10 minutes back to our airbnb so that we could have it for breakfast in the mornin. Well worth it. Pesto? Different sauces? Bbq? Chicken? Artichoke? EVERYTHING

Fantastic place to visit for a good quality pizza, downtown Seattle. Lost of options to "MOD" your own pizza. Pretty much no restrictions on how much you want to load on the pizza top. Hope to be back again next time I am in Seattle.

Loved this place so much, my family came back twice in as many days. I feel this place offers the best value for quality eats around the space needle. Also, it is faster than fast. Our pizza guy Ike was lighting quick, polite, and made my kids smile. The crust was properly crisp and just singed around the edges how I like. We could put any kind of topping we wanted on our pizzas, and the kids came up with some brilliant combination. When I visit Seattle next, I will be back.

The staff here is so nice! This is our favorite place for my family to eat in Seattle Center. The kids prefer pizza and garlic strips, and I lean toward salads. Unlimited toppings and combinations for either, and they're very accommodating for picky/particular eaters with the endless customizing that's available. Love coming here!

The best pizza crust that I have had in a long time. They had some unique topping combinations. I enjoyed the mini Dominic. The pizza itself baked quickly, but the line and ordering process was very long. It was a bit pricey for what you get.

Excellent "make your own" pizza. It's like Subway, you start with type of crust, sauce, and then add toppings. Everything you could want. They even have special sauces to top off the pizza. Pizza is made in woodfire open oven. Mine was thin crust, spicy sauce, all the meats!

Is MOD the best pizza out there? No. But you literally build the 'za yourself so if you don't like it, that's on you. Completely customizable and they offer salads and mini pizzas as well for a smaller bite. Another plus is that the people that work there always just seem like the coolest and least judgemental people. Good for a quick stop, too.

I was nervous to go into MOD because I am a vegan and often times people making my food give me non-vegan items and leaving me disappointed. I was happily greeted when I walked in and everyone working there seemed to be enjoying their work. I told the man making my pizza I wanted vegan cheese and he immediately told me he was going to change his gloves! I was so pleasantly surprised by not only the amount of vegan choices but also the commitment to give me a safe meal. My pizza was obviously delicious and I left feeling very happy I came in. Will DEFINITELY be back to this great location!!

The line was very long probably 30+ people so we found a seat and I ordered online for pickup. Online said 15 minutes and it took exactly 15 mins. Very pleased with the service, you can tell staff works hard and efficiently. The only "complaint" I have is that my toppings were and in the middle. It may just have been the toppings that I ordered that made a bit soft (white sauce with mozzarella and Asiago

Good pizza, decent price, good service. First time going to one of these chains. They explained how it works and that all the topping options are included. They had a gluten free option and even offered to change gloves and use a different cutter to avoid contamination. The pizza cooked quickly and tasted great.

My husband and I loved this place! It was right by the entrance of the Armory so it's very convenient. All of the pizzas are essentially the same price no matter what you add or take away, which is interesting. They were fresh and toasty and looked delicious so we had to try it. They did not disappoint at all! I could tell that the ingredients were fresh, the crust was absolutely delicious! Really glad that we decided to give it a shot. We will definitely be back if we're back in the Seattle area.

They make your pizza like a subway sandwich! Add toppings to make your own. For a pizza made from scratch, it’s relatively “fast”...it’s probably not within expectations that this would be made as soon as you ordered it. Tastes great, fresh toppings. The location is busy though. If you’re unlucky, I have see 20+ people in the lineup. If you can be patient, get ready for a great pizza. If you just want to eat and run you’re probably better going somewhere else

The staff are very friendly and informative, always smiling. They look as though they enjoy their work. The prices are fair and the toppings are generous and delicious. And, pizza is cooked in a quarter of the time it takes at conglomerate pizza restaurants. Thin crust or risen are good choices!

By far the absolute most amazing pizza my boyfriend and I have ever had. This was our first time in Seattle and mod pizza was the best choice ever. The fact that mod is a subway for pizza is genius. Other pizza franchises are ridiculously expensive if you want to modify your own pizza. But to have unlimited toppings on an 11 inch pizza for only 9 bucks? Fantastic. Mod also had great customer service. They were nice and fun. I highly recommend to anyone who goes to Seattle to go to mod pizza. I so wish they had one in Wisconsin!!

Extremely Good Pizza Excellent Concept build your own/choose from favorites/choose toppings and sauces/veggies/meats. No matter what it all same price about $9 for 11 inch made custom how u want it. Made to order pizza. Right in front of me and it was delicious. Any toppings you want just pick a size and they gladly make a hot n fresh pie on the spot. Takes about 5 minutes on I believe a wood fires grill.

A fun experience. You get to build your own pizza! A great selection to choose from, including sauces, veggies, meats, cheeses, and seasonings. The crust was very thin, but that makes the mini size pizza just perfect for one adult. Service was very friendly and it only took a few minutes to cook. Delicious!

Great service, good price, awesome pizza! Pizza really isn’t ever my choice of food but a friend wanted to go on a lunch break. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of the service and the awesome taste of the pizza. There’s a selection of pizzas to choose from OR you can make your own. Very good pizza. I really like the fact that you can add as many toppings for the same prize. The crust is tasty and so are the toppings. I really enjoyed the balsamic fig dressing added at the end. It gets really noisy here when there's events. They need to do something about the large quantity of flies in their area. I saw flies flying off of a pizza, flying off the soda fountain spigots, and all over the seat areas. I guess because they get very busy, it is difficult to keep up on the cleaning of the eating areas. We were accidentally give strawberry sauce instead of pizza sauce for the garlic bread.

I went here for lunch in between seeing the Seattle sites. There was a long line but I was shocked by how fast the line moved. The service was great and efficient. I loved creating my own flat bread pizza. There were so many great and fresh toppings to pick from and it didn't matter how many I picked it was the same price. I really enjoyed my pizza and the price was reasonable especially for the city. I was a bit confused by the trash, they should have a bit more instructions for which products are compost, recycling and trash. I saw someone picking through it and couldn't tell if they were a customer or a employees but they took a ton of dirty plates out.

While visiting Seattle I found myself at Seattle Center in need of a quick bite for supper. I stumbled upon MOD Pizza at the Armory, and by the look of the line up, it was popular. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency by which the friendly staff worked the busy line with a smile and a joke. A dazzling array of exotic toppings (including roasted garlic!) soon made their way on top of my pizza, and a quick fire in the wood fire oven and my pizza was ready. What a great escape from ‘mundane’ fast food. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Seattle.

Super thin crust pizza. Did the trick when I needed a fairly quick snack. They offer beer in addition to other beverages, but you have to stay in their designated seating area to drink it.

Great pizza with fast service and many, many options for customization. Staff was very friendly and was eager to please anyone in line. Definitely worth the stop if you're questioning eating there or not. The pizza can be considered a thin-crust style and offers both red and white sauce. Several types of meats and veggies available with any combination you can conceive of. There are several "premade" options that you can pick from as well and customize to your liking.

By far the best pizza I've tasted in my 28 years of life! This my second time here but my first review. The Margarita is simply perfection! Award winner in Naples Italy. The Seattle is delicious! Once you take a bite of the Seattle with ricotta cheese! Man! The taste is truly amazing!

This is a great idea! You get to choose all the toppings for your pizza and have it baked in front of you. I wish we had this in Australia. Pizza was so fresh and tasty. My only gripe is I wish there was a 9" size since 6" is not enough for an adult but I can really only eat 3/4 of the 11" one.

MOD pizza is amazing! You don't pay extra for toppings. You can build your pizza however you want. They also have amazing salads add whatever you want no extra charge!! The milkshakes and no name cakes are soooo good also! Highly recommend MOD to anyone!

Most times when I want pizza, the only topping I really want is pineapple--no Hawaiian-style combos, just the pineapple. I can get that here for an affordable price too! The portions are also perfect for people like me who don't need to eat a lot to be full--they are reasonable and not ridiculous. The staff were very friendly and courteous during my visit.

This location is great! The staff is super friendly and helpful. If you've never been before it's awesone to build your own, the staff will help you with suggestions. My favorite menu pizza is the Calexico with bacon and pineapple added (since they don't charge for toppings) it's like sweet and spicy heaven.

Delicious but the line took at least 1/2 an hour. A great place to stop though while looking at the tourist stuff in Seattle. Had my friends take my kids to the playground outside while I ordered. You can order online, though, from your smart phone while somewhere nearby. Would recommend so that way you can just pick-up, eat, and enjoy there rather than waiting.

MOD Pizza is one of my new favorite restaurants! As many toppings as you want for no additional cost, and they do have quite a selection, where you get to choose them with a server working your way down a service/buffet line (a la Subway/Chipotle/etc.).

All the toppings you want for one price - great for people who cant agree what to add to the pizza. Its quick, and the app conveniently let's you order ahead, so if you're pressed for time you can order on the bus or while walking there.

The pizza is yummy for the price. The line sometimes seems to back up so that the pizza is done before you even have had a chance to pay. Some of the employees appear to be over this whole customer service thing. It's still a pretty good experience and I think you have to just take it as it comes.

Stick to the special pizzas with fun names, you know, the ones that sound especially delicious. Get the one with three kinds of cheese and onions. You will be happy. Skip the regular pepperoni and sausage. Cheap and fast, thin crust pizza located inside Seattle Center food court.

Create your own pizza here! One of the only places open in the Seattle center later than the other restaurants in the food court. You have the option of customizing your pizza or have one of the pre-customed pizzas from the menu. There is a variety of sizes too for how much you want. Pizzas are cooked in a fire oven while you wait.

Mod pizza is good, but this location gets incredibly crowded around lunch time, can be a little pricey, I'd rather just have a slice or something of the kind from pagliaccis, but it's good if you can get in at a time when there's not a huge line.
