Reviews of Lowell's Restaurant

Typical port side seafood place with a great view from the top floor. I loved it. Easy set up, order downstairs, head upstairs and await the food. The service is fast and efficient and wow they work so hard, so please tip well! I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food is! Best crabcakes I have had in a long while. So much flavours. Everything was delicious. Loved it.

Amidst all the rushing around and confusion you'll come across at Pike Place Market, Lowell's is like an oasis with some great views. The food, though slightly pricey, had great flavor and quantity. We ordered the fish and chips and the Reuben. All the employees there are super friendly and the food was really good! Definitely would recommend for a great meal and a great view to boot.

This place never fails.. The food is always fresh the clam chowder is delicious. The fish-and-chips were cooked to perfection and the crab cakes were delectable. l
It's a great place to have a meal and watch the view out onto the waterfront. I suggest you ask to eat upstairs as it has a much better view.

From the hostess at the entrance teaching us first-timers how to go about ordering, to the cashier recommending & helping out with our choices, to the kind server asking us if we wanted more of anything, service here is sincerely warm & friendly!!! Soup of the day salmon chowder was delicious!!! Get the steamers, crab cakes, crispy prawns, fish & chips!!! Everything we had was flavorful and so worth the calories!!! 😍🤩😋😋😋

My second time here. It’s definitely nice location for this type of food.. nice view. I personally think that for $20 fish and chips, the portion is small. If taste was amazing then I would have agreed but our fish was little dry. I can say it’s typical port area level. Overrated due to location but it’s not bad to visit once a while.

Excellent salmon dinner and my husband had fish and chips. We went at 3:00 so we could get a table otherwise there is a long wait. We had a waterfront view. The food was delicious and the service excellent. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The portions were large and the place is very cozy.

A must stop when at the market!
No line when arriving for breakfast at 8:30am. Ordered on the first floor and got a table on the 3rd floor with a great view.
The Dungeness crab eggs Benedict was very good, wish the poached eggs were cooked a little less, but still delicious. Not cheap, but with it for a treat.
The French toast was huge and tasty. Great fresh Orange juice too.

Great service and excellent food. The calamari, dish and chips, and the fish tacos that we ordered were amazing. Waiters always came by to make sure the food were alright. And he kept refilling our drink and coffee whenever they were empty without us asking.

This is one of the places I've always wanted to try in the 18 years I've been living in Seattle. It's located right inside the Pike Place Market, and it's difficult to walk past it without noticing.
We came in on a weekday morning so it was moderately busy, but most of the window seats were taken. They have seating areas on 3 levels.
We had breakfast, which in our case was corned beef hash, breakfast tacos and a cup of clam chowder. The food was ok, but we mainly came for experiencing the atmosphere and I think the food is fairly priced. The staff gets a thumbs up, they were all very helpful and friendly and the food came out quickly.

So we stopped for some seafood because it said waterfront view. We stayed on 1st fl to eat and it really was a bunch of backs of buildings with a little water. Wait was average or bit long. Place was full on 1st floor. Fried Shrimp was good, friend got fish and chips, he said good. Cole slaw was flat w little or no flavor flavor. Clam chowder needed more clams. So, we finish our meal and I go to the restroom on the 3rd floor and omgosh there is the the view. The 3rd floor room is beautiful with a great view. So if you stop in to try seafood, make sure you eat on the 3rd floor!
