Best vegan bakery. Love it. If I am in Fremont and this place is open, I am never going to count calories - the pastry or the chocolate croissant will always find space in my heart and tummy! Super nice people and the bakery looks super cute! They have a small book collection too that looks fun to browse :)

Almond croissant and tiramisu are to live for!! Dreams people dreams. You’d never know either is vegan. The strawberry shortcake, fruit tart, and chocolate croissant are also very tasty. And the coffee on offer is a great partnership. Thank you Lazy Cow for bringing vegan pastry joy to our lives.

Oh goodness. It’s always exciting for myself to visit a 100% vegan place. They were out of the breakfast sandwich and the Focaccia, so I landed with the decision of getting the burrito. Made with Homemade mashed potatoes, Just Egg, and “cheese” wooo! It was so tasty! I didn’t even need to add hot sauce the potatoes are peppered perfectly and it’s a nice bite each time. I got a matcha latte with hemp milk. They have nice matcha here not a fake cooking matcha which I despise when a café tries to serve that but you don’t have to worry here! Yum! I’m taking my NEW on the menu rose croissant home for a snack for later. Maybe I’ll update this after I try my snack. I’m definitely coming back here to try the cinnamon bun and other items. The atmosphere is open and light, with the big windows and no seating in the center or the cafe, it’s like it has wall syndrome. They had water for you to drink out of adorable glass goblets.

Tried two items here, neither was exceptional. The hazelnut tart was good. I wish they hadn't used as much hazelnut extract (?), more hazelnut. The mousse in the center was nice and light. I would eat this again. I'd give it 4 stars on flavor. Their breakfast sandwich wasn't great. The bread wasn't fresh, the Just egg omelette was cold, and the sweet relish was cold and pretty standard. I'd give this one 3 stars. The prices aren't justified, each item ends up being 10 after taxes, for a small quantity. I'd give this place 3.5 stars ideally.

Hands down my favorite vegan bakery in the entire PNW region. The owner is an amazing human and the staff are incredibly kind. I recently ordered a cake with raspberry compote and it is my favorite cake in the entire world. My co-workers that tried it, couldn’t believe it was vegan. Shout out to Katie for making the delicious cake!

The BEST vegan cake I've ever had!! And their horchata is incredible. I reccomend this bakery to everyone I meet in Seattle. Super friendly staff who are passionate about veganism, baking and their community.

There wasn't a ton of selection when I got there, but everything that was there looked great. And WOW, I didn't expect the tiramisu to taste SO good. Very rich and delicious! I don't see vegan tiramisu often, and this was totally worth a try.

I LOVE this place!! My partner, our toddler and I love to come here on the weekends to eat croissants😊 I also deeply appreciate the way they apply their vegan ethics beyond just selling vegan food by having a free pantry and weekly community potlucks. I ordered a cake for my partner’s graduation party and not only was it beautiful, everyone loved it! Even his uncle who is very skeptical of plant based food wanted a second piece. Thank you for existing lazy cow bakery your vegan croissants are the dreamiest.

I love Lazy Cow Bakery so much! It is my go to spot for an afternoon treat, my favorite is the fruit tart. My non vegan coworkers also frequent this bakery and have raved over the baked goods. I recently ordered a cake for a special event and they did a great job on it. I highly recommend their vanilla cake with strawberry compote!

My wife was so excited to go, she gets very existed to try new vegan places but the barista was very odd on Thursday morning and snarky and killed her whole excitement so the whole experience was off-putting. Great pastries but need a better vibe in the space. It’s too bad employees can cost a business $$$ by being so weird cuz I don’t think we will return, unfortunately.

Y'all. Coming to this place felt like a warm hug, I was on the verge of tears seeing the excellent selection of food items I have told myself to give up after starting dairy elimination for health reasons. I had a mocha for the first time in almost a decade, and it was the perfect amount of chocolate and richness. The breakfast sandwich is so bomb, especially with the careful multipart toasting process and jalapeno jelly for a slightly more complex taste profile. The mission and mutual aid area just felt like a bright light in a dark world, and I felt seen by a business for the first time in a long time. Thank you for being a part of this community, we need you. 10/10 would recommend. Will come back every week

The cake is very good, the best vegan cake I have eaten in Seattle; the coffee is good and the matcha is great, however, the barista was not friendly at all and seemed like she didn't want to attend us. The place has a weird strong smell inside which doesn't really invite you to stay in and drink some coffee. They were selling beautiful artisanal coffee cups but it's a shame they were hidden in the back of the place and no one noticed them.

I really like the concept, food/drinks, and physical location of Lazy Cow Bakery. I’ve had a few things from their menu, all of which have been extremely good like their breakfast sandwich. The Horchata Sucio is a favorite drink. My only issue with them is every time I’ve visited the staff is sorta rude. I say sorta because it’s not outright rudeness - they just seem like they’d rather be doing anything other than helping you. I’m not expecting sunshine and smiles, but some acknowledge would be nice instead of making me feel like I’m interrupting your side convo with someone sitting at the end of the bar. And this has happened during every visit. Although I’d love to support them more, I’m over the apathetic vibes and only stop by if I’m in the neighborhood for something else already.

Honestly it’s very good but the service is definitely lacking. Never any products available. Ordered 3 days ahead and when I got there (which is an hour trip for me) they didn’t have my entire order. I would have liked to have that communicated to maybe get something else instead of just a refund.

Lazy Cow is a wonderful option for coffee and baked treats. I've enjoyed the delicious croissants, cake, and a fruit tart on my visits to this bright, inviting space. The selection in the case isn't immense, but everything they do have is gorgeous. They seem to use high quality ingredients and prepare their offerings with great care. The atmosphere in the dining area is calm and inviting, although I haven't had time to sit and relax there. The people who work there are pleasant and friendly, and they definitely know what they're doing when it comes to vegan baking! I highly recommend a visit to Lazy Cow any time you're in Fremont.

I've been coming to Lazy Cow Bakery for a while now. Absolutely love the coffee, food, and sweets here. The Zapatista coffee is good without any milk. Personal favorite are their breakfast sandwiches, pretty filling and has a good balance of spicy and sweet in the sauce. And their fruit tarts are to die for. Incredibly flavorful, the filling is really creamy, and the berries they use are A+. This place is absolutely worth your money.

Ordered a cake last weekend and it turned out really cute - it was a cardamom cake with strawberry compote, and since we hadn't been here before I picked up conchas, croissants and tiramisu as well. I have to say, it's the best vegan baking that I've had by a long shot! Definitely try it, this small business is worth supporting :)

As someone who isn't vegan in the slightest, I thoroughly enjoy all of the desserts and food available here. The breakfast sandwich from here is probably my favorite breakfast sandwich from anywhere, and the tiramisu and strawberry shortcake are both amazing.

This place is so charming! I got my birthday cake here two days ago and it is as delicious as it is cute! The website is lovely and the ordering experience was really easy and fun. They have so many customization options and the frosting doesn't taste like food coloring at all! I got the strawberry filling and would definitely recommend it. I live in Chehalis, but this bakery is 100% worth the drive. I will be ordering again.
