Really great experience! It's a 4 course selection and there are four options for each course. The menu changes monthly. I think this is a really smart but also delicious way to run a restaurant. I want to go back and try everything and see the new stuff every month! The staff was attentive and sweet. They gave us free tasting appetizers and at the end gave us locally made truffles to take home. Worth the splurge!

Lark is a fantastic Seattle fine dining experience. The location has a super bright and welcoming feel, and the kitchen and bar are open so you can see all the action. Upstairs they have a circular bar for charcuterie and raw bar options. The food is a delicious mix of seasonal local ingredients and northwest classics. The menu changes constantly but I find their salmon dishes are always my favorite. Don't miss the desserts, they always are great.

Lark’s sweet return to Capitol Hill. The service was seamless and professional. Our server was extremely well informed and the kitchen was showing off tonight, as they always have. It’s good to have them back! The menu was a 4-course, something for everyone yet focused experience with local inspiration. You can’t go wrong. It’s classic Lark and I suggest you book as soon as you can!

Beautiful restaurant! Dinner was delicious. Their 4 course menu is well thought of and they have delicious vegetarian options in each course. I really enjoyed all the wines in the wine pairing - went really well with the food.

This was an outstanding experience. The experience was delightful from start to finish. Our server was friendly and engaging and genuinely helped guide us through this unique experience.
I'm not much of a foodie and there were multiple things on the menu I didn't recognize, but she helped break it down and led us to some excellent dishes.
Everything was delicious and carefully prepared without seeming pretentious. I opted for a rib eye that was available that night and it's one of the best I've ever had, full stop.
If you're looking for a place to spend a special occasion or just a unique food experience, I highly encourage you to try Lark.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the capital hill area. I love how cozy it feels and slick, clean, and stylish it looks. The atmosphere is nothing but wonderful. If you are looking for a place to celebrate or have a romantic dinner then this is your place to be.
They do offer excellent service, delicious food, and tasty drinks so don't be surprised when you cash out :) it will leave a dent in your wallet. If you don't want a set tasting menu you will need to ask for the bar area.
They recently reopened after two years of Covid shutting down so go support them, folks.

Our first visit to Lark was for their Forest Omakase event and they couldn't have made a better impression! The food was inventive and positively delicious, and the service was impeccable. Delightful drink pairings and an elegant but intimate setting mean that it will be our go-to for giving friends and family a taste of Seattle.

Wonderful place for afternoon drink and snacks at the bar, or evening dinner served in courses with wine or spirit pairings.
The bar tenders are warm and friendly, I had small appetizers (Truffle Salted sunchoke chips, handmade crackers and cheeses). This was a perfect start to the night, good drink and light food before meeting friends in the area.

Enjoyed every part of this. The chef is creative, pairing fresh in season foods, can't wait to return and try another delicious creation by John. The Lark is a Gem in Seattle and worth a visit.
