Reviews of Haidilao Hot Pot Seattle
I would give this place 7 stars if possible. The quality of food was unimaginably good. Pricey but well worth your money. The service was also a 7 star experience, the servers were extremely kind, thoughtful and so professional.
The dancing noodles were not only entertaining but so yummy. Highly recommend this for flavor and the experience.
The technology used in the restaurant is pretty cool, order on a tablet and track your orders on the same tablet. A robot server brings you your food and a server will come and set it on your table. The table is designed perfectly for the water jug to not take up space, and tiered trays to put extra plates although we didn’t have to use this because the servers were so quick to clear our table soon as we finished a plate.
Also one of the cleanest places of business I had ever been to in the US. The bathroom alone was better than most luxury hotel rooms in the states. Including a kids sink with kids shampoo and wash because kids, right? Also had complimentary baby wipes, diaper rash cream, individual wrapped disposable combs, lotion, mouthwash station, and feminine hygiene products.
We had our six month old with us and the server asked if they cold give him a toy (complimentary for kids) and they brought him a brand new packaged toy airplane!! He was so excited.
This was the first meal my husband and I had after landing in SEA-TAC. You could tell everything was fresh and it was all delicious! It is definitely on the high end for hot pot, but the quality is there. Service was great! This meal is better shared amongst 4 people if you do not want to take leftovers or feel wasteful. For 2 people it was way too much food. We also ordered the Dancing Noodle (What a cool performance!) and USDA Choice Short Rib. The sauce bar was fun because you could try different sauces and add different toppings, as well as get little appetizers (crispy soybeans, fruits, veggies, etc). We liked the House Soy Sauce the best. The sesame sauce had too much of a peanut flavor. The restaurant was very clean and there were lots of little freebies for you to enjoy (snacks and fruit tea) and the washrooms are equipped with things like combs, razors, dental picks, and more. We’ll be back in the future, but with family or friends so we can try more food.
Would go back here again. Food and service by the servers are great. The order experience is neat because you order everything on the tablet they provide. The spicy pepper broth is a must get, by far the best broth and everyone always enjoys it. The mix of lamb, beef, seafood platter is a good mix for a group of 4 or 5. Consider getting the dancing noodle show, fun show for first timers! There's also a robot that goes around autonomously and delivers your food to your table!
Wanted to try this place and was greeted very nicely and was asked if it was my first time there. They showed me how to order and explained somethings. My waiter was very nice and made sure everything was okay. I came by myself so I just ordered the kobe beef belly combo. It was enough to satisfy me where I didn't feel gross, so personally for me the amount of food was good. I got 3 different soups my favorite was the pork bone broth (I think that's what it was called, the milky white color one). The traditional spicy was also good, pretty numbing. Lastly I ordered a mango green tea and that was also delicious. It tasted basically as the name suggests, mango with a hint of green tea flavor.
Delicious hot pot. We had an awesome experience because our waitress was superb! We came right when they open, so we did not have a wait.
Since it was our first time, we were recommended to do the 4 flavors so we can see what we liked. We had the classic spicy, spicy pork, pork bone, Thai tom yum.
Our favorites were Thai Tom Yum and Pork Bone. I would recommend doing water as one of your sections, so you can dip the meats in there and get the impurities out, and have the broth in your bowl. Thats just my opinion.
We got the Prime Ribeye Combo and Kobe Beef Belly, it was perfect to feed two people.
The only thing that sucks is that you have to pay extra to use the sauce bar.
Would definitely come again.
Love this place, the decor & privacy but all meal Combo Sold out and is unavailable on weekend! We need to select individual dish with higher price! I think we didn't hit their special promotion on a weekend! Watch out, it gonna be pricy $90 for 2 people! We can only order simple dishes! By the way, Customer Service is very good!
I had a late lunch at a hot Chinese chain restaurant. I've heard stories and hype about this brand from Asia that don't compare to what's available in the States. Soup was decent with some ingredients. Everything looked fresh with a bar of sauces. The portions are too small for the price. You can only see a show by ordering noodles.
Overall clean, but knocking off stars for the price for the portions and constant interruption about their change of staff as we eat.
May return in the future.
Best service I’ve had at hotpot, not just in the US but around the world. You could tell the staff thought about user experience by the way they provide wet wipes on arrival, phone stand, bib to protect clothes, and pretty much anything we wanted.
The table next door had a birthday and the staff not only brought a free cake but a Happy Birthday sign and danced along to the happy birthday music.
Food was incredibly fresh and the staff cooked for us and served us at the table. Not to mention there was an automated vehicle carrying plates roaming around. What a unique dining experience!
We had a birthday celebration for my sister here on the 11th of March, and had a really great time. Elaine was our head server and she was very kind, informative, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel welcomed. The restaurant is very beautiful, and the complementary birthday gift and dessert for my sister was greatly appreciated. The food was outstanding and the choices were plentiful! We hope to visit again soon!
Totally worth it! It's not a cheap outing but it's absolutely a fantastic meal and a unique experience. We went for the first time and our waiter, Ivan, was so awesome. He talked us through all the choices and how to order and helped when the seafood needed to be shelled. He pointed out how long each meat or vegetable needed to be cooked, we had the best experience and our food was delicious. Go there for an adventure!
Amazing place. Best food, and customer service. Free snacks, heated toilet seats, very helpful staff, super great service. Lisa was an amazing server and went above and beyond. She even got us slices of lemon to put in our water. Overall, will definitely come back here. First time here, and super impressed. Thank you so so much guys 😊😊 …
Ribeye was delicious. The dancing noodles were a fun experience and also the most amazing delicious texture. Definitely reccomend getting the sauce bar option to elevate your food.
Only giving a 4/5 due to some disruptions in our service.
Pretty standard haidilao (expect it to be a bit expensive) including the expected great service. They were missing a few items since they hadn't received the shipment but I was able to order everything we wanted. I like getting the pork bone base for soup and most of the beef as well as pork belly. The lamb was good as well, didn't have that very strong gamey taste lamb can have. I usually don't recommend getting the mala spicy soup unless you really like mala because it is quite spicy and has a lot of peppercorns floating around that gets on everything you put in there. The service is very good, it's very easy to flag someone down and they're always ready to refill water and pack your leftovers. I left my bag there when I left and was able to get it back easily.
The gentleman who helped me, my mother and our family friend; it was our first time! Service was AMAZING, I will come here for my birthday! Robots are cute, he was so friendly and understanding; so very helpful! Try the Peach Tea, perfect amount of sugar to tea ratio, so yummy! Try the mushroom broth too! Big thanks to Roy!
You are mostly paying for the service not the quality of the food.
I like the large selection of soup bases, food items and appetizers, but some of the food items really don’t deserve the price I paid… The wagyu beef cube was not impressive at all - the texture and the flavor isn’t as good as what I had in other hot pot places. The handmade meatball (beef and pork) was maybe the worst I’ve had anywhere - they taste like meat patties, very dry and not chewy at all. The fish balls are great though - very tender and bouncy.
Worth mentioning that the service is impeccable. We ordered meatball selection but they didn’t include fish balls at first. When I asked for it they just came me a full portion of fish calls complimentary.
They have plenty of options available for the broth, veggies and meat. We ordered 4 soup bases: mushroom, Tom yum, spicy, tomato. All of them were tasty, flavorful, and still very different from one another.
The service is fantastic and better than any average restaurant. It is quick as well. A knowledgeable friend told me that the Haodilao chain is indeed famous for its service.
It's a large restaurant with a ton of seating space inside. Parking may not be easy to find...you may have to walk a few blocks.
One of my favorite hot pot places to eat at. The customer service is top notch and the quality of food is great. I love that we can choose 4 different broths and also go to create our own dipping sauce at the sauce station. They also have the robotic machines to deliver your food items.
Long was an excellent server, knowledgeable with the menu, very attentive, and friendly. Ordered four soups and it all tasted good. The condiment bar was clean and well stocked/organized. The robot server was super cool too!
Probably one of the best hotpot locations you can get in Seattle, but still too pricey for me to give 5 stars. I hear the overseas locations provide better value. But definitely order the dancing noodle, it's relatively cheap and the performance is more than worth it.
Tried the new Salmon menu! So fresh!!!⭐️ Amazing food quality and taste. Our server Ivan did an excellent job catering to our needs and helping us get anything we may need in advanced. Manager here is awesome. This Haidilao never disappoints! Thanks haidilao team!!
The service was great! And food was fresh but a little disappointed with the boiling hot pot. Basically it was able to split with 4 different soup choices but none of them really boiling, which should have been the hot pot all about. The sesame sauce was too salty. This was to compare Haidilao in Beijing where the brand became famous.
One of a kind experience in Seattle! The mushroom and tomato broths are addictive. Wonderful variety of noodles, veggie protein options and seasonal vegetables to add into the hot pot. The ingredients are kept fresh on ice. My favorite part is the free toppings bar! So many variations can be had in a single meal. The staff were really friendly and talkative. The robots are super cool!
I would say one meal there serves 6, so it's not as expensive as it seems.
I'm surprised the mala spicy and chilli broths are served as is, they're wayyy too spicy. I couldn't eat them at all.
This shop serves good food as much people know one of the largest hotpot chain in the world. The famous of this shop is choices of soup. If you are a hotpot fun, this is a GoGo place. However, the price is $$$ , perhaps, because of location. My favorite is the sauce bar where you find many receipes. If you are a first time hotpot and less inelastic to the price, this is a good start point in the downtown Seattle.
Had a fantastic time here. Was able to come here on a weekday for dinner relatively early at 6pm with no wait or line. Still had plenty of tables available. Ordering through the tablet allows you to self service ordering at your own pace with all the options in the world. Be careful with how much you order though as it gets filling very quick especially if you avail yourself to the sauce bar which I highly recommend. The wagyu beef is very fun but I wouldn't get again. It's quite expensive and flavor disappears with the broth. Choose the American short rib or ribeye, lamb options are all fantastic at a great price as well. The 4 soup pot base gives everyone at the table an option. Service was quick and friendly as well. Wouldn't' hesitate to come here again.
Made a reservation prior to arriving. Upon arrival, a worker will temperature check you. Masks required for entrance. Tablet at the table for ordering. Gloves provided when going to the sauce bar.
Great place to go to for the Haidilao special of 4 soup broths. Good place to go to diversify broths to get an idea of what you like.
Combos are probably the go to option if you want meat and veggies. I thought the meat and veggie quality was up to par for the price that you're paying. The dancing noodles are a must have since someone will actually come to your table and do the little show with the noodles.
Definitely pricier than comparable places, but it's good to go once for the experience.
Haidilao is a hot pot company in many places around the world, who now has a location in Seattle in Pacific Place. Hot pot is a central base (think soup broth) that you add things like vegetables, meat and noodles to cook yourself. They give you a tablet to order here which makes it super easy. The spicy base is amazing but can be very spicy. Get at least 1 combo as it comes with meat and veggies, plus some noodle and protein sides as well. Definitely don't miss out on the noodle show, it's very cheap, they do a dance and the flat noodles they make are delicious. Tomato base is good, so is miss base. Don't miss out on the lamb and Angus beef too. Make sure to also get the sauce bar since you can make little plates/bowls of side thongs that will enhance your hot pot.
Wow. This spot is everything I could hope for and more.
I will start by saying proof of vaccination is required to dine in, and I would recommend a reservation but it isn't required.
It's obvious to see why Haidilao is so popular and so large- their service goes above and beyond. There's a large variety of broth choices, and a huge selection of items to cook. The sauce bar has everything you need to make a great sauce- sometimes I find that hot pot places don't have something I'm looking for but this place has it all. I am particularly fond of their enoki mushrooms and the kobe beef belly. This is the best hot pot I've had so far. Five stars hands down.
Been to many Haidilao from different states, this one here has been considered the best. The food is fresh and yummy. The waitress and the manager are very nice and friendly. Love the welcoming atmosphere here. Would recommend to all my friends.
I was starving, so I couldn't take all and good pictures 🥲
Clean and beautiful establishment! All the ingredients and broths were tasty and fresh—my favorite was the tomato broth and my husband loved the Tom yum. The meats were tender and the dumplings were delicious and cooked faster than other hot pot places we’ve been to. Our server, Alex, was very professional, kind, and helpful from start to finish. He ensured we received everything we needed and more! We especially enjoyed his service today and it made our experience wonderful! Thank you Alex!
Super expensive, but the food is adequate at best. Honestly, what you pay for is the great customer service. Seriously, they are insanely attentive and helpful. The noodle dance was interesting. I would love a place that has better ingredients and flavor over fantastic service. Obviously I would love both but for the price we paid (about $120/person) there are more flavorful options out there.
Super fun dining experience! Since it is a full dining experience, it is expensive, but worth the experience at least once! Food is delivered by robots, lots of broth and food options, super friendly and attentive staff, fun noodle presentations! It will get busy, so reservations recommended! The two broths we had were tasty, but the house spicy beef broth is spicy, so if you don't like spicy recommend another broth. :) We didn't get the more expensive beef options, but the lower priced beef was still delicious. Lots of veggies options and the sauce bar is a nice touch to add a little more to your dining experience. It was a fun experience and I recommend it, especially with a bigger group.
Went with family, really tasty hot pot! A little pricey but was not disappointed. Left very full and I loved the robot that was working in the kitchen and the dining area! I definitely recommend visiting here if you don't mind spending a little extra for a fairly common quality hot pot with nice atmosphere
Absolutely love this place! Can eat for 50$ but if you're a glutton like myself you could spend 100, it's the same as the others in the chain. I go to the ones in Vancouver, and LOVE it! They have good quality ingredients, extremely friendly servers, high quality aprons (no plastic bibs) and robot servers too :-) I love hot pot so much. 5 stars and the 2 servers I had today were so awesome! I didn't catch their names
But they were great :-) would definitely come back here 100%
Great tasting food and welcoming staffs! My husband and I came here with our young son, and to our surprise this restaurant is very kids friendly. Before we made the order they served us a plate of kid’s appetizer including nuggets and a bunny shaped custard bun! They also offers lots of complimentary dipping ingredients, sauces, side dishes, and fruits! Everything was so fresh and the broth was just the right taste. The hot pot was 4 split made it possible for us to try different spicy broth while my son could still enjoy the non-spicy broth. At the end, one of the lady staff even gave my son a small gift which was very sweet! We will definitely come here again the next time we are in Seattle!
An easy 5 star for me to rate. They take the service in Seattle area to the next level. You will enjoy not only the food but also satisfy your eyes. They have noodle show, asian traditional show to serve you. You can pick your own sauce for your hotpot meat. They are great, you wont be disappointed. If you have kid, they can also gift a cute balloon for your child. The tables, chairs... are neat and clean. You will do the ordering via a tablet, I like this way better than the regular paper menu. The only thing bother me is the parking, it is hard to find. Parking entrance is located at 6th ave (remember this, because the map would point you to Pine str). And it is not free. But that is Downtown, you could understand it. Overall, guarantee you would have a super nice meal.
This place is hands down THE BEST for hot pot. It’s inside the Pacific Place on the 3rd floor. This place is beautiful, super clean and modern, bathrooms were wonderful and again super clean, heated toilet seats, mouth wash and high end hand soap. Staff were super helpful and friendly. How is this place not rated 5 stars on google? The veggie and meat selections were so good, the quality was definitely there. They’re also open late on weekends. I am so sad I don’t live in Seattle, otherwise I would be a frequent customer. I’m so glad to have stumbled across this place.
I'm from Singapore, in town for a business conference. This is the home away from home. Really good, feels really consistent and opens till 11pm. Very authentic, very surprised in a good way. Service was spot on as HDL usual excellent standard.
The spicy szechuan broth has some heat! Finally, a place with spicy broth that is as numby as it's spicy. So good. Dancing noodles are also pretty good. But after seeing it once, kinda wish I could just get noodles without someone dancing for me anymore. But still, worth sitting there awkwardly for a minute or two. Also, probably the nicest bathroom I've seen in a restaurant. If that matters to you.
Reserved a party of 7 this past Tuesday night and the various broths that were available were absolutely splendid. A robot ran our food and it was very cute. Server was always present even though she was helping a full section that night. Food was on point the marbling on the meat was beautiful and the soft melt in your mouth meat exploded with flavor with the broth. Will definitely come back! The vibe the night out with friends it was all worth it.
Haidilao Hot Pot is a very fun restaurant, especially for a large group. I love the spicy broth and cooking meats, seafood, and vegetables in a tasty soup. I loved my meal, although the spicy broth was much too spicy for me. (I've had similar broths at other places that had more reasonable spice levels.) I had a ton of fun here, but can't give it 5 stars because they said it was a 15-30 minute wait for a table and we waited 1.5 hours. Once we got in, it was great, though.
Overall great experience. Came here with my parents and kids. We were 6 in all. Kids had a great time. The delivery robot was cute and the dancing noodle was pretty funny. Some protein dishes are misleading - in particular the beef rib meat. The picture makes it look like a lot but in reality only 6 slices came. The pork plate was a way better value. The noodle and veggie portions are also a hit on the small side. Otherwise the food was good and I would pick the miso soup base again.
Delicious and fresh food, dance with noodles was so unique, never seen anything like that before, service was great, bidet in the restroom surprised, the cleanest restroom I’ve ever seen in the restaurant.
We had so much fun eating here and can’t wait to go back. Quick service, delicious food, and a robot that delivers your ingredIents. I highly recommend the miso broth 🍲
Had a great time with a couple of friends. Server was very attentive even though she had a full section. Food tasted great we tried 8 different soup bases and my favorites were definitely the kimchi base and the pork neckbone and chicken base. Will definitely be back again.
This is a very good place to eat. Very clean and cool experience. They keep every detail fun and technological. The food just taste perfect.
Haidilao actually not the best hot pot restaurant in Seatle but i love the way they do service . Free of charge for welcome snack, free ice cream for kids, free toys as well. They make customers get much enjoyment. I’ll recommend you guys should come Haidilao at downtown. They offer full service as above and good location better than Haidilao Bellevue local.
Fun hot-pot time with traditional Chinese performances. You can choose up to 4 different soup bases, with water being the cheapest at $0. The meats are expensive and the bathroom and floors weren't especially clean, so it's not 5 stars. Shout-outs to Wenjie, Michael, and Nana for their exceptional service!
First time having hot pot and it was a great experience! We tried the Spicy Pork and the Classic Spicy Soup for our two bases. The meat and veggies were so fresh and the service was excellent. We got the sliced Prime Rib which came with a side of veggies, tofu, and vermicelli noodles. The beef was so tasty and the Dancing Noodles are our new favorite! At the end of the meal, they offer you complimentary ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry).
They give you a lot of information beforehand so it was really helpful for someone who hasn’t been to a hot pot place before. Will definitely go back! Just make sure to call a few days before (if making a reservation on the weekend) or the day before if planning to go on the weekday.
Also, they are extremely clean and taking all the necessary steps to prevent the spread of COVID. They give you a baggie for your mask, hand wipes, and wipes for your glasses too.
Yeah it’s kinda expensive but service are definitely the best you can get but… the food and the taste are average:.. if you are looking for something nice, no. If you ONLY looking for service, yes.
Epitome of hotpot & malatang! Definately a 5-star experience. Cannot find this place in Eastcoast so definitely give it a try if your travelling the west coast! Soup base was charged individually but the experience was phenomenal! The quality of the food was very pleasing. When you order Dancing noodles, one of the showmen comes out and performs a little dance before putting in the noodle. There is also a mask dance performance as well! Kids will love the experience.
Friendly staff, broad choices of broths, a build your own dipping sauce menu, comprehensive protein, veggie, noodle and side dish choices.
Our waiter was awesome and guided us gently through the process. I ordered the signature spicy beef broth which caused a slight delay while they waited for the lava to arrive from Mauna Loa.
The dipping sauces added complexity - if you're a novice let your waitstaff build them for you, we did and didn't regret it.
The tables and all the embedded induction equipment is spotlessly clean and high tech, topped by the arrival of a Chinese speaking robot bearing gifts of meat, seafood and veggie platters for plunging into the broths.
The dancing noodle guy added a bit of theater as he stretched out a ribbon noodle before adding it to the mix.
Delicious, will be returning and probably having a less tear-inducing broth 😬
I had heard about this place a lot and finally got a chance to visit with my friends. Both the spicy soup base and the chicken soup base taste good. But not good enough to be surprising or impressive. The food quality was good, very fresh. They had a sauce bar with a wide selection of sauces including chill powder, which was my favorite, and free Szechuan jelly. The service was good, but not impressively good though. It was a little pricey.
The food and experience was incredible. The staff took excellent care of me the entire time. Highly recommend!!
Good quality hot pot restaurant. Our waitress Yana went above and beyond to provide excellent services. We had a great time dining there. The only feedback is the table side entertainment was a bit loud. Good thing it didn’t last too long.
Kids said ‘5 stars!’ Wonderful experience. On the Craziest busiest 110 degree Monday with long waits and lots of places closed, we got in here the fastest. We liked the Tom Yum sauce the best. 2 orders boneless short rib, 2 pork. We loved sweet potato noodles. The show stopper is the dancing noodles. We ordered too much for 4 and didn’t eat our rice. Sauce bar isn’t worth it. Just get 1 order.
The best hot pot restaurant in town, period. Brilliant 5 stars service - Elaine, Lisa, Chelsea, Ivan and Eva are the best staffs I’ve ever seen in the greater Seattle district!! Their excellent services are the sole reason that me and my wife come almost once every week!!! Thank you, you deserve all the best!!!
Happy lamb in Chinatown is much better if you consider the price. Honestly the meat quality is probably better at happy lamb too. Here it’s $50 per person for less variety and worse meat. Good in China != good in Seattle.
Food was delicious but we had few issues. 1) overall service was lacking. All the servers looked too busy forgetting some of the order. 2) there was a piece of plastic wrap in the soup and initially we were told we can just eat the soup.... we argued and got the soup changed eventually
First time hotpot eater and it definitely set the standard. Spicy pork was super flavorful and yummy. Sauce station was clean and full. Meat and other sides also up to quality. Can get expensive but worth it!
First time (with Phoebe Parks) here loved it so much I definitely recommend especially the peach tea as the drink and spicy pork bone for the base and mola I would for sure bring my significant other here for a date.
Phoebe: Second time here, a non-planned birthday; still worth it! Peach tea, as always. Spicy pork bone, hot and sour the best flavor I have had in forever. We loved it here, going to bring our friends with us of course, our server Ying, the sweetest! Thanks for the meal; 10/10 will spend more money again! :)
Exceptional service at this busy hotpot restaurant. Haidiloa is a hotpot chain popular among travelers and hotpot aficionados. My Chinese colleagues inform me the translation of Haidiloa is “deep sea fishing” which is what fishing in the hotpot for your cooked food kind of feels like. This location also has a nice variety of Asian beers and Japanese sake. If you order the “dancing noodle” there will be a cook that comes table side to hand pull noodles in a “dance” that is reminiscent of a gymnastics routine. Good fun. Be sure to say bye to your robot food runners as well.
Not my favorite hot pot joint, but their food is very good. Service was only ok, they forgot to bring the drinks we ordered until we flagged someone down.
Dropping one star because they don't validate parking and they charge for the sauce bar.
It’s my first time try haidilao in US. Not amazing as in China,A bit pricey. Small portions of food we get . Service is always on point . Clean place
Definitely recommend this to anyone. Service was fast and the food was delicious. One of my favorite restaurants. We had the best experience here! First of all service and employees were amazing!
It was the best hot pot restaurant I have ever been to. We ordered a lot, but we definitely ate it all! I like it a lot.
Tried their lunch combo (pork belly soup pot, 猪肚汤冒菜套餐), large quantity with quality ingredients, unfortunately the flavor is lacking. I also waited 20 minutes extra just for their rice to be ready, yet the rice is still undercooked.
I went to haidilao hot pot for my birthday since I always wanted to try the spot! by looking at reviews I immediately made a reservation and I’m glad I did. I parked in the Pacific Place garage which ultimately ended up to be $10 for our two hour stay. We waited about a couple minutes after our set time to be seated. The place was super clean and neat. The service was spectacular! We got aprons, hair tie, hand towelettes, and bag to hold our masks! The menu was on an iPad and was for the most part easy to read. I wish they had a caption for each image of what the food was because some of of the dumplings I had no clue. Anyways the food came out fast and on a cute robot! My favorite dish was the Kobe beef belly and it was delicious but the dancing noodle was amazing! The dance was so personal and better yet, tasty! I’d definitely come here as I think this is the best a la carte hotpot and even specifically the best Taiwanese hotpot!
We had an amazing time at Haidiliao. The main reason being Elaine, Lisa, and Eva our servers. The food was good as always but Elaine, Lisa, and Eva made sure that our time at the restaurant went perfectly. I’ve been to many different Haidiliaos and these three servers here were the best I’ve ever had at any restaurant. I constantly come back to this specific Haidiliao when I crave hotpot. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this location for Haidiliao.
I first tried Hai Di Lao in Shenzhen and loved it. I was very excited when I heard it opened in Seattle. The food is amazing here and it’s probably the best hot pot in Seattle. Amazing service! The restaurant is exceptionally clean and they are very good at making sure it stays that way. Highly recommend the pork bone broth and the spicy broth. Make sure to order the dancing noodles, you won’t regret it!
Pot is not hot enough, boiling is very slow. Place is not warm, a little cold even. It should be very warm after finish the hot pot, but here? not. Special soysauce is bad, totally different from in China
Compared to the ones in China and Singapore, the food and service in Seattle are not up to standard at all. Service was chaotic and food was mediocre while price is high. Won’t go back as I don’t want to be disappointed again.
Best customer service I've ever had a restaurant. They started by providing a place mat, bib and toy for my 3 year-old son. He received three different toys by the end of the night.
Food was of high quality and great flavor.
My wife received a gift on our way out.
Awesome experience! My husband and I went here for a meal. It was our first time having hot pot, and our waiter walked us through everything. The food was delicious and everyone here was so friendly.
And the bathrooms...suffice to say the toilet seats are heated. My mind was blown.
Seriously though, we both loved this place. We'll be coming here often for sure.
I usually don’t leave reviews but we just stopped by this place today, our go-to hot pot place has gone downhill a lot in quality of food and service so we decide to Google up a new place and try it out. I was impressed! They keep the place very clean, the flow of service is great, our server and others checked in on us periodically (but not too often that it felt invasive). They brought out little things like hair tie for me (I have long hair), little eye-glasses wipe for my dad cause he was wearing his reading glasses, some ziplock bags for our phone (so your phone doesn’t get wet or broth spill on), overall just a top notch service and experience. When we were waiting in the lobby the hostess greeted us and even asked if we wanted to be seated even though our whole party wasn't there! I’ve been to another hot pot place that told me they would not sit us unless our whole party was there! Food-wise, they have great meat, vegetables and drinks to choose from, they don't have alcoholic drinks yet cause they are still waiting on their liquor license. We definitely will be back soon and hope they keep this quality of service.
Exceeded expectation for hot pot! From The easy iPad ordering to robot delivery to your seat, this place had a few nice surprises for us! They provided aprons to everyone to protect their clothing, and had a nice spread of self serve sauces, fruit, and dessert. Soup was nice and spicy, and the sauces plentiful. The dancing noodle is a fun to watch.
Service was the best I had in a long time , will definitely return again!
I can see why Haidilao is one of the top hotpot places around - not just here but around the globe. Service is wonderful and food gets delivered through a robot. Elaine was an amazing waitress. 5 stars for service but I'd give 4 due to the pricing and value for the non-meat items.
You can start with two or four soup bases. Four soup bases costs a little more like only a dollar or two so it's negligible. The tomato broth was rich in tomato, very pure. The Thai tom broth holds a strong lemongrass flavor. Combos save you around $5 compared to ordering meats and vegetables separate, but if you don't want as many vegetables then it's not the move. Definitely get a few combos, but not only combos.
I will complain that the prices for some of the smaller items is just wrong - $9 for four dried bean curd rolls is insane. The value items are the meat, given price, quantity, and quality. Everything else felt rather marked up, but it's usually known when you go out to eat hotpot. Regardless, the food is good when disregarding price and value and if you come here, you typically already expect to spend a solid amount.
Don't bother with the DanDan noodles. We thought they'd be good but they were just soggy. Maybe they were sitting for too long before being delivered, but my guess is that they're simply not fresh. The end result is soggy noodles that fall apart marinated in chili oil. The image is misleading, stick to the cold noodles to cook yourself.
As part of the $2 sauce bar, fruits and dessert are available. Fruits for this visit were oranges and honeydew. Dessert was red bean soup and herbal jelly soup.
Delicious. The portions are bigger than we expected and we order too much!
It's good. But pricey. Portions of noodles, dancing noodles and udon are very very small.
Cool robot that brings you food. Sauce bar is excellent.
The problem with famous Chinese chains expanding overseas such as Haidilao and others, is that they always seem to lose something in the process.
Love it, the food, the service only thing is a bit pricey but I would say definitely worth the money
Our favorite hot pot restaurant in Seattle! It so great that we can have hotpot but and dont have to leave with a lot of smell on our clothings. Waiting time is way shorter than the Bellevue location, food is decent, Service is great! love our server Lisa! very helpful!
The hot soup is super spicy, but flavored. The authentic Chinese hotpot.
Close to the best hotpot there is. Definitely the most consistently good; never had a bad experience.
Great service and I liked how easy it was to add additional dishes with the ipad and the robot brings it. The spicy and tom yum were my favorites
The service is really good and food is amazing. The staff are well trained and super friendly. Will definitely come back again
The food was wonderful and was provided excellent service overall. Jon was a great server and even provided a handy iPhone charger when my phone was about to die.
Good price for good food. Always full, always looking forward to coming back. The staff was super kind and got us sat down and had our taken pretty quickly.
All employees are extremely friendly, very helpful, and accommodating. Went above and beyond every time! Receptionist and server recognized my husband and I every time we visit. Service was very very good! employees are very attentive to all customers needs. Keep it up!!! Thank you so much for the fruit basket you gave us!!! Highly recommended with high quality of foods and service!
Outstanding services and food quality.
I’m glad to see Haidilao launched two branches in Seattle & Bellevue. It’s a must-go-to hotpot space. With the joy of exploring secret menu and the experience of being well-served as a customer, you could potentially have the best hotpot dine-in memory with your friends and family.
Went on New Years Eve, and it was a great experience. This is a chain restaurant in China, and they are well organized, clean/well appointed surroundings, and high quality ingredients.
Typical Sechuan hot pot place: you can get up to 4 kinds of broth, some spicy and some not. All really tasty, and there is a burner under the table. You order vegetables, meats seafood, noodles: huge variety and all fresh. Once your broths start to boil, you put in the ingredients one by one, and eat them as they get cooked, if you can wait that long. There's also a sauce bar, where you can mix up any concoction you want, for dipping your morsels in before you eat them. It's a fun experience and great for a group.
Staff is very attentive and kind. We really enjoy hotpot here with watermelon juice. Fresh ingredients and you can make your own dipping sauce too. Very reasonable prices as well.
Our waiter went above and beyond. It feels like the standard for this place.
The food was great, but I'm mostly impressed with our waiter, Aiden. He personally mixed spices & sauce for each of us, while being considerate of my vegetarian wife. Helped make good suggestions, prep foods, and was attentive/helpful to my not-so-calm toddler. Great experience overall.
I would personally just like to see more personality in the decorations/style of the place.
If youve never done hot pot, this is a great place to experience it! First time here, and very impressed with both the service and the food. My favorite by far was the ribeye in the mushroom base (strange because I usually love spicier foods). The robot waiter is a cool touch. Definitely follow the recipes at the sauce bar... they know what they're doing!
Great service, many amazing broth choices, a big meat and vegetable selection, dipping sauce selection, all in a brightly lit and lively setting. A bit expensive, but worth the trip every now and then when you’re craving good hotpot. The robots that bring you your food is also very cool! They also have some free help yourself side dishes
This was our first time in Seattle and our first time trying hot pot. My husband and I were very pleased with our experience. The customer service was outstanding and we really enjoyed the food! Aiden was very patient and kind explaining the options and food to us. Definitely one of our favorite stops while visiting Seattle.
This was a fun new experience for us for hotpot. Nicely designed restaurant, with fun dancing noodle show, face changing show and music. The robot brings your food to you-that was cool. The management even gave my kids dolls. He was super nice to talk with too.
Best best part was the service. LISA was AMAZING!! we have never met a server quite like her- seriously! Even our kids 11 and 13 were seriously impressed. She was so nice and attentive, anticipated our needs and provided service without us needing to ask. Brought extra napkins as she could see we had kids, very often checked on us, as well as all her tables. She was genuinely kind and friendly. Outstanding! All servers should be like her.
The soup base was flavorful and complex! Veggies and meat were tasty
An impressive experience. I'm at a loss for words to describe.
This is one of the greatest meals I’ve had in my life, humbly. Thank you Christian. The food was great but the experience was better. I want these dancers at my birthday, my wedding, and my funeral
Good food. The service is good. They use a robot to deliver the food to the table. We ordered Kobe beef and it is very fresh.
Delicious and extremely authentic hot-pot. Do not miss this place. However I strongly recommend going with a group of at least 3-4. That allows you to buy a variety of different proteins and vegetable trays so everyone can try several things. The mix your own sauce bar is also really fun. And the staff are very friendly if you aren't sure exactly what to do. (There is also a cool robot helping the servers move trays around which you should keep an eye out for while there.)
Wide variety selections, good service and decent price.
The whole experience was great. We had a child with us and they give you a meal for them for free complete with a nice toy. The service was efficient, attentive, and super polite. Will definitely eat here again!
By far the best service I’ve gotten at any hot pot restaurant. I loved the quad broth hot pot. The quality of the meat and vegetables were great.
Serves was great just like any of their branches worldwide. Food verity was a bit lacking compared to the ones in Vancouver though… portion also seems to be slightly smaller.
Wow, what an experience! I may just be enamored by my first hot pot excursion, but that was exciting. The staff was very kind, explaining the whole process and made some suggestions (even some on the house!). One guy in costume danced at our table, and robots brought food to us. The bathrooms even had razors, which I of course had to use to shave because when else can I do that? I couldn’t have been more entertained, and at the end, so impressed by the low cost of it all. Will definitely go back.
Food was great, service received was better than most restaurants we’ve experienced, but it’s getting unbelievable expensive for five to enjoy hot pot here in Seattle, > $300 including tax and tips. I’d come back again maybe in anther countries for the same experience but for less money, maybe in Vancouver BC for example.
Great hot pot! Our server Elaine was very kind and helpful.
Reservation is a bit intense; great tomato soup base hot top, and super special noodle making show/Sichuan opera show while eating the hot pot
Loved the food!
The meats were superb and I liked the white broth a lot!
It's bright and clean. The food was good. The ordering system (you order through an app on an ipad) and the volume of attention gave me anxiety. For those reasons I didn't have a relaxing, good time there but I'm sure other people will have a great time.
Was not expecting to step into the spaceship from wall-e. They had little robots going around doing I'm not sure what but I couldn't stop staring.
Ah yes, but the food was also really great. The hot pot is super customizable. You get a tablet to order your add-ins and you can even get spilt pans so you can have up to 4 different broths in case people in your party prefer different spice levels or add-ins.
Its pricey for us normies, but it's right for the quality you're getting. I hope to come again in the future.
Oh also. They have dancing noodles. Pretty cool. Take your camera out when they come by. Good experience.
This place is so fun! Great value for quantities given. Very friendly staff. Lovely clean restaurant!!
Very friendly. It was my first time and they were very helpful. It was also my birthday, and they went all out! I got free chopsticks, and they came out with a big happy birthday sign! They were awesome! Highly recommend!
Great tasting food and experience! Staff was so kind and friendly. Little robot comes zipping around, dancing noodle man whips around a noodle. Seems like a great place to work!
This place is phenomenal. Not only is all of the food delicious, dining here is an experience in itself.
The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. They show you around the place when you come in, they always check on you and are on top of any needs you have. I have never received better service at a restaurant.
The ambience is great, super modern facility with shelves to store your extra plates and bathrooms with Japanese style bidet and heated seats.
Then there's all the perks which completely took me by surprise. There's an assortment of snacks available as you're waiting for a table, a robot that delivers your meat and veggies, a person in a mask dressed in traditional-looking garb does a performance and comes to your table, and they top it all off by handing you a Chinese good luck charm when your meal is finished.
The only downside is price but it's completely worth it and then some. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
So incredibly helpful. They knew it was our first time and explained everything and even made sauces for us. They were just so nice and it really made it a good experience since we had never had hot pot before. Highly recommend
Food was okay! Not the best, but Ive had worse experiences elsewhere. The service is top notch, very attentive and lots of unexpected touches/treats especially for kids. The decor is a little strange with cat decals of all kinds (space cat!) in an otherwise modern-ish decor. There was a serving robot. There was a dance mid meal with a man of many faces. We had an amazing hand thrown noodle show. So yeah, its hot pot and more. I give three stars because it started to feel a little cultish and they had cameras EVERYWHERE! I counted 15 in my field of vision. Ostensibly to evaluate service of their employees, but feels somewhat invasive. Anyways, the broth is spicy!
Woah, I thought Happy Lamb (formerly Little Sheep) was the best hotpot out there.
Well well well, Haidilao is way above it. The plain pork bone broth is so flavourful compared to Happy Lamb. Happy Lamb's is just a bit too salty, but Haidilao was just packed with flavour.
Another highlight is the fried bun thingy that comes with sweetened condensed milk. Hory shet, it's the best I've tried. We've had it at some other place before, and they were only good when it's hot. When it cools down a bit, the inside is just super hard. But not the one from Haidilao. Even after it cools down, the inside is still moist and soft.
The Chinese donut is unique as well. Somehow it's crispier than normal ones that you'd normally get. They're great.
The meats were good as well. They were all tasty, nothing to complain there.
We also got the seafood and veggie platter. Devoured all of them. The only thing that was troublesome was probably the shrimp. You'd have to peel the skin yourself. They gave you an apron already though, so, I guess it's not a big deal since you can just wipe your hands on the apron.
Was excited to finally try pork brain, but they didn't carry it when we got there :(
Anyway, highly recommend this place if you like hotpot.
Jon was really quick and polite with service!
Our server Kevin was amazing. He gave us our food and made sure we had clean plates and that we were comfortable. He was the best and he made Hai di Lao my favorite restaurant ever. If you guys ever get served by him, feel lucky.
Amazing exceptional service, really great food! Servers are very attentive and do a lot of extras for customer comfort and enjoyment. Food is exceptional and high quality, will be back!
We have been a number of times now. We first experienced Haidilao in Beijing over a decade ago and were impressed with their service and food quality. The Seattle location is outstanding! Excellent staff, excellent service! Quality products and excellent management! We are loyal customers!! So happy they opened up downtown. Really this place makes me and my wife so happy!!!!!! Double Double extra spicy is a must!!
Loved the experience!! Service was excellent and really fast, there's lots of options to choose from, would definitely come again!
A wonderful place for hotpot! This place is deceptively small based on the outside storefront but inside is a very large, modern dinning area with state of the art hotpot stoves and amenities! I would definitely recommend going here with at least 1 or 2 friends for a delicious experience!
Absolutely amazing. The mala soup base is unbelievably good. Thin cut ribeye was fantastic along with the dancing noodle.
Visited once and can’t wait to go again! Good food, good service. Just a little bit expensive.
Some of the most amazing customer service you will ever receive anywhere. The employees are trained correctly, and are definitely helpful if this is your first time trying hotpot. We had a great time and will definitely be back as the food and service were both amazing. Price is definitely a little bit higher, but it is 100% worth it.
Amazing dinner experience in Haidilao hotpot. The service there is absolutely the best you can get in all hotspot places around Seattle.
We were served by Lisa. She is helpful, patient and nice. She really understands what we need and provides the best suggestions. I would say you can not find anywhere else the staff greets you that much even you just order to go. We also got a free pot for togo order, expressed and appreciated. The packing of the togo order is wonderful. Will definitely come again.
Came here with a friend and the food was great! Not only that the servers and service was amazing! They made you feel so comfortable and always went another step! They give you many desserts and sauce choices and the environment is amazing! Even when busy they always think about those on the waitlist and help them and always go overboard in a good way!!
Went here for the first time today.the food and service was amazing! 10/10
Best service. The meat was also sooooooo good. Highly recommend.
First time trying hot pot and it was amazing! Our server Aiden was great and even whipped us up a great spicy sauce for our shrimp. We will definitely have Haidilao again next time we're in Seattle.
This was our first dine in experience after all restaurants were allowed to resume full capacity. It was perfect, and we sure will be back. We ordered hot pot delivery last December from this place, and it was high quality as well.
The check in / sign-up for waitlist was smooth and efficiently. We thought we'd have to wait for a long time because it was around 7 pm on a Sunday night, but we (2 people) only waited for 5 minutes. The Haidilao signature great and attentive service was there from start to finish, despite it being a pretty busy night. There were enough COVID-related measures to make us feel safe when eating at this full restaurant and sharing space at the sauce bar. The great service really made us glad that we chose this place as our first indoor dining experience after the reopening.
- Soup base: classic spicy base (highly recommended if you like the mala Chongqing/Chengdu style) and the tomato soup base. You can request more chili paste or numbing pepper corns on the side to add to the spicy base if the mala-ness is not strong enough. My mouth was not dry after the meal, which indicates there was not much MSG.
- Food: Everything was amazing, fresh, delicious. Short rib and lamb shoulder - both so good. Emerald cuttlefish paste - not bad, but I'd recommend the shrimp paste if you prefer more intense seafood flavors. Fresh leaf tripe - more expensive, but so worth it, and the portion was good. Veggie combo - fresh, great mix, portion was perfect for 2 people.
- Sauce bar: Worth the price because of the quality and quantity. More than enough choices for sauces; 3 different types of fruit, all fresh and tasty; 4 different snacks/appetizers ; red bean soup and green bean soup.
- Misc.: At least 4 tables were having birthday celebrations. The restaurant staff played the birthday song, clapped along, held up a big happy birthday LED sign, and served the birthday fruit platter. All part of the great service. Also a short show of bian lian as part of Sichuan opera, which can be interesting to people who've never seen this.
Didn't have time to take photos because we were too excited and really happy eating the whole time.
Cute, different, and tasty. I take all my out of town relatives and friends here. Highly recommend 👌
The best of best ever service I ever had! Everyone’s super friendly and always ready to help. If you’re coming in for a birthday, make sure to tell them beforehand! They sang birthday song for me and gave me a pair of long chopsticks to take home. Really enjoyed out dinner there with kid. Amazing Bian Liang show.
Fun spot and staff is helpful if you’re new to it! It really is an experience and recommend you bring family members with you, it definitely feels like an adventure. Food is very tasty, not a whole lot of options for vegetarians, be warned. Tomato soup was my favorite!
Paid >$20 for 6 slices of meat. They were really tender, so worth it?
Had an incredible experience here. We had Aiden as our server and I don’t have enough words to describe how personable, kind and wonderful he was. The food was 10/10.
What a great experience. Service details were excellent. Engaging atmosphere with the hot pot, fabulous flavors and definitely try the noodles as they are made in 3d fashion at your table. You'll understand once you are there.
Wow, out of all the places in Seattle I went to, this place was the best. From start to finish you get smiles from everyone along with great food. Our server Jenny was amazing and was on point with everything. Great job Jenny! If you like hot pot make sure to come here.
This place is an experience, even the toilets are pristine and friendly. They have a robot named peanut that transports your ingredients your table. The staff are all super nice and masked for your safety. The food is delicious! Definitely worth it 😋 …
With all the competing Hot Pot places in Seattle, Hai Di Lao knocked it out the ballpark. It's convenient for folks living in Seattle as this place is located Pacific Place. Unfortunately, they do not validate parking even though they are located inside the complex.
Hai Dai Lao wins in freshness factor, variety of meats, vegetables, side items, cleanliness and service. They offer 6 different broths to choose from. The Classic Spicy and Mushroom Broth are the best ones we've tried. Just the right amount of spice, but also a rich amount of meaty flavors. You can taste the umami flavors in the mushroom broth. The lamb was our favorite meat and we had multiple orders of it.
The moving stands were an added bonus to place all your vegetables and side items, giving you enough room on the table. The service was great. Our server continued to check on us and at the end of our meal we received a bonus hotpot noodle bowl to go.
I wanted to love this place but the service seemed disjointed / uncommunicative to each other and resulted in extremely long wait times, having to request the same thing multiple times, and at the very end of the meal we were still waiting on items that I wound up cancelling because it just took too long. Food was good quality but not anything super exceptional. Felt overpriced for the experience.
This place is great! Very much technology forward and the food is amazing! Pricey but you're also paying for the ambiance
Delicious soups (we got the spicy oil, beef, tom yum, and tomato bases), combo platter, dancing noodles (super cool!), shrimp balls, and sauce bar. The service and food are top notch. Will definitely be back. The assistant server, Peanut, is adorable.
A server today asked for a service fee, then stated that we didn't have to pay a service fee, it's thoe choice, he says. Then if it was our choice, why was her asking for one? I know how to leave a tip, my wife chose not to leave one at the beginning of our selections order on the iPad they give you as their menu is on it. It's customary to leave something, in gratuity, I know, tips are what some servers live off of, but that's not how you go about it. Standing around watching us eat, served our platters out that a robot brought out to our table? And it was pricey by the way. Whatevs, the highlight of the night was the robot that I and my son got a kick out of seeing. Food was ok, not great.
My uncle and I came here on a whim before a movie and WOWOWOW. What an experience! The waiting area has free snacks and free beverages, the food selection is vast and unique, and the staff is amazing! During our visit, there was a musical break and I won’t spoil anything but it’s super amusing and you must go to this place. We’ll be back!
Lisa and Willen were extremely helpful and very attentive. Lisa was very friendly as well as caring and checked up on us regularly while we waited for a table. And she also got us a menu so that we could see what we wanted to get while we waited. Willen was extremely helpful while we were ordering and was able to give amazing advice. He also made sure that we didn't order too much food which we appreciate a lot. Willen was very attentive in making sure that we had everything we needed. Willen was also very friendly. Michael was also helpful and was friendly. I would 10 out of 10 recomend this place to my other friends. The service was amazing.
Such a lovely hot pot restaurant. Especially Eva, amazing service!
Very good food, the soup base is a nice light flavor, that doesn’t over flavor the meats. The meats are even better, excellent cuts
Service is quite good too, they even hand out lens wipes and hair ties if you need them.
A must try !!!! Inside of Pacific Place Mall , really good broth options to suit everyone in your group, all ingredients are ordered ala carte. I feel as if not alot of people know of this place so seating has always been available
Elaine is great! Thanks for today’s wonderful service!
Great taste, same as Chinese ones. But relatively expensive: 3 people and each person spent $80.
Food and service is awesome after we were seated. But you need to wait even if you have a reservation, which is annoying
Try the Tom Yum soup base! This place is full on experience, flavor and yummy!
No amount of words will ever be able to express how absolutely flawless this place is. Andy tended to our every need before we even thought to ask. The food was so fresh and delicious and the broths we're fantastic. Haidilao Hot Pot is worth every single penny. I would happily eat here anytime.
Good quality got pot. Clean. Lots of fancy stuff. But guy good if your trying to impress someone. I'd go again when my fancy sister visit
I had the four soup option including the Tom Yom which was supposed to be rich in coconut milk, it was lacking. Sausage were unremarkable.
To be fair, one visit is all I could tolerate.
Many vegetable options for a vegetarian, would recommend store to friends!
The broth was not tasty as expected. The flavor of tomato broth was not strong enough, more like red pigment mixed with water. Other than that, staff was friendly.
Overall good food and decent service, but definitely pricey.
Received a little less than I expected from haidilao. Having been to different locations in China I expected top notch hot pot. However, it seemed a little overpriced, 120+ for 2, for the portions.
The ingredients were very fresh, which I expect from haidilao, but my soup was lacking in flavor and not spicy. Maybe the recipe is changed for American locations?
I will probably come back but with options like Happy Lamb at half the price it's hard to justify
Super popular joint and you get to wear aprons!
I think it is important to state that people who do not leave 5 stars for this Hai Di Lao are mentally deficient. The intensity and the interest of every staff member to impress patrons at every opportunity is obvious. For someone not to see this, they would have to be drugged or possibly sleeping. Low iq is also possible.
We have a fantastic experience at this restaurant every time and they know how to take great care of our toddler. The staff is beyond amazing and the service level is on par with the locations in China.
Chelsea was nice enough to prepare gifts for 2 toddlers dining with us and our waitress Wenjie went out her way to make sure we all had a fun experience.
Excellent food, from the soup base to the meats.
Service is good and very well thought out, they give hair ties to people with long hair and lens wipes for people with glasses.
Really friendly staff amd good food. Overall a great experience.
What a great place for meeting new and old friends, would come again for sure.
It's delicious! It's a very intense and fast paced experience. Good to read up on a bit before you go, but they'll guide you through the process
Expensive but you get what you pay for. Even the washrooms top notch.
Excellent service and interesting use of technology in serving. But food was mediocre. It could be fun dinning experience though.
Amazing service! Delirious food! Phillip went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Highly recommend!
Taste good and high-tech. A bit pricy tho.
Great service. Got a private room for 8. Really enjoyed the different meats and bean curds. Recommend it.
We've eaten at Hai Di Lao hotpots in China, Canada, and California. This restaurant lived up to their high standards. Always a great meal and a great experience.
It's really nice and a different experience.
Nom nom nom nom nom. The only negative thing I can think to say is that you might spend too much money here because it is so dang good. We enjoyed watching the Peking Opera dancer and noodle thrower while we ate. So glad this place opened.
I'd say the experience here was awesome. Hotpot here is so good that I was thinking I'm actually in China!
Best service/dining experience I've had in North America. Very comparable to the service at upscale restaurants in Asia. Food was top quality and the included deserts were also very good.
Best Hot Pot in Seattle! Love it!
Really loved the hot pot, team, and atmosphere here.
Our server Eva was super helpful!
The quality of the ingredients, service members and experience were well worth the trip to Seattle. I felt the price point was more than reasonable for the service received and will definitely be back.
Overall it was a good experience. The service was good, the food was good. Soup broth was so good. A bit on the high Price.
Finally a real hotpot chain with a yummy food. It's a little bit on expensive side, but in my opinion it's worth of quality of service and a food you get!!!
Great service and friendly! My first time at hot pot and it was delicious and a really fun experience.
Amazing food, service, and experience! I'm from Minnesota so I'll make sure to always stop in when I'm back in the city. Laihong and Lisa were so friendly and helpful!
So clean and friendly staff. The experience here was amazing and the flavors are on point!
Best food and service I had in the many Seattle fooderies I visited. Will differently go here again when in Seattle.
The customer service was amazing! Our waiter was super nice, super kind, friendly and very welcoming, everything you could ask for in customer service !!
Lack of food variety compared to China and Singapore branches, overpriced considering the quality, I would rather prepare and eat hotpot at my own home
Is there a better spot for hot pot? This place is so fun and delicious every time!!
Food is incredible, the robot IS SCARY
Very fun and delicious experience. I can compare this with Dolar Shop, and I like this place more. Less pretentious, similar in quality and a little more variety
I never give 5 stars to any restaurants but these guys has amazing customer service and good food
Really accommodating of my shellfish allergy. Great service and people. Will definitely be back!
Very well done. The service was exceptional and they have thought of everything to make an awesome experience.
This hot pot restaurant is the best, management here knows what they are doing. Will be coming back for sure
Good. Different experience with man dancing.
Pretty good n pricey.
Service is very good, food quality is very high, I love the tofu. Keep up the good work!
Best hot pot place I've been to on both coasts of NA
Delicious hot pot. Fun and lively ambiance. Excellent service
Good quality.
Very good service and wide choice of food options
I’m pretty sure everything here just tastes great! Excellent service!!I will recommend this place.
So good and very fast
🔥✨💯 …
Best hot pot I’ve ever had. Highly recommend
Food are fresh and service was great.
Very good
Good service. Decent food selection. Too pricy
Great place to eat hotpot! Service is great and the food even better!
Excellent food but a bit pricey
Great taste for the take out to home. Would love to dine in after COVID
Amazing hot pot and the best customer service I have ever seen.
Great hotpot. Great service. Super satisfying!
This place is so cool I would come here again!!😊
Best experience and high quality food. I would recommend this instead of Dolar shop.
Initial impressions are great!
Such a fun experience. All staff are great

Was great
Fantastic
Amazing service!!!
100 stars for service.
Great experience
Love this place!
Great food, and really fun experience. Staff are efficient and pleasant. There's not waste because you pay for what you order so you don't go crazy getting stuff you won't eat. The sauce bar has additional snacks like vegetables, seaweed salad, little bits of things. The spicy soup base is VERY SPICY!!! I'd definitely go back.
Just like a hot pot place in China, huge variety, robot servers are fun.
What a great dining experience!!!
They have some snacks and games so you can wait for seats without having stress. Meat and seafood are fresh. Satisfied for all
(Translation) We went there around 2:30pm. Very few tables. Service was very slow, not up to the famous HaiDiLao standard. There is no manual film, no hand care, no one told us that there is a double set. The waiter is barely visible. Desserts have ice powder, no white fungus soup, and no purple rice porridge. No one helped us add the soup base, it was almost boiled in the end, so I had to add the pork bone soup to the tomato pot.
The lotus root, ramen noodles, and small crispy meat are delicious; the enoki mushrooms can be ordered and stuffed between the teeth; the boneless duck feet are not too interesting. The lamb shoulder is a bit thick. The classic spicy pot bottom is too spicy, and the tomato pot is the best. I like the bottom of Tom Yum Kung, a little sour, very fresh.
Next time order: two soup bases of tomato and tom yum, lamb, fish, lotus root, ramen, small crispy pork, brown sugar glutinous rice rake

We went there around 2:30pm. Very few tables. Service was very slow, not up to the famous HaiDiLao standard.

(Translation) I wonder if I went twice between lunch and dinner to avoid busy times.
The service, taste and atmosphere are all good.
Quantity is just small compared to the price
I feel that it is a bit expensive
Recommended as a place for family dining.
In terms of price, it's better than choosing two bases.
It is better to choose 4
We recommend choosing a combo.
If you are Korean, be sure to choose tom yang base.
A smile is cleaner and better than a pork bone.
