Reviews of goPoké

I thought this place was really great! This dining experience wasn’t planned, it was just conveniently here when I was about to get lunch and I thought it was a pleasant surprise. If you know what Hawaiian poke is and enjoy that, this place is pretty spot on with great quality fish. If you’re not familiar with Hawaiian poke, you might be thrown off by the limited sides. I ordered the spicy salmon and shared a dole soft serve with condensed milk as a topping. The last time I had dole soft serve was actually at the dole factory in Oahu, so the taste definitely took me back. With the soft serve, I’d keep it simple next time and go no topping. The condensed milk wasn’t apparent in flavor and was a bit messy, so I blame myself for trying to do too much. Staff was really nice and restaurant was super clean. All the tables were bussed and weren’t sticky. I’d come back and share my experience with others.

THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD. Their food is DELICIOUS. They are obviously very concerned about ecology and they have a lot of vegan options. Also the girl that works there was super nice and sweet to me both times i came to that place. Love them, love their food and will certainly come again!

Excellent poke bowls. I went for their special during the ID event. The inari sushi was amazing! The mini poke bowl I got was also good except more spicy than I thought it was going to be.
Wendy Buckmaster
My first poke bowl! The ingredients were all so fresh, and the combination of what I selected was delicious. Jade was great offering suggestions of what to try, and I thought it was excellent value for the cost. I’d recommend 100%.

I’ve been coming here for years and this is one of my go-to spots for poke. I always get the medium bowl with spicy aioli salmon, gopoke spicy ahi and all the toppings. Portions seem to have gotten smaller though and some days the poke doesn’t seem as fresh. Overall still a solid spot and will keep coming back, especially since the customer service here is always on point!

GoPoke is a great spot for your poke needs!
We ordered 3 medium bowls, spam musubi, and the Hawaiian Sun.
Service can be a bit slower, but the staff takes their time to make their bowls as consistent as possible. You can also sample their fish to try out the flavors you want!
Lots of seating inside.
Street parking only.

My favorite place for comfort food💚 I always come for their classic salmon, delicious!

Poke Perfection!!!!!! The poke is always fresh, buttery, and delicious. This place is an absolute treat and they have tons of flavors for shave ice if you want a yummy dessert
Melody Xiong
Solid Poke shop. Enjoyed my bowl and was very full by the end. Good amount of poke and the flavors were good. Workers were nice as well.

In all honesty, the best poke is still on Oahu but goPoke will be my go-to here in Seattle because fish is a-fresh and the service!! Oh, the service...everyone is so friendly here and always ready to help. They offered samples without even asking and when it was busy, they were quick to wipe down tables that just left so we can dine in a clean area. It was a bit pricey for what it is but they gave lots of food! I recommend the Dole whip for dessert, too!

We were in the area for the Chinatown seafair parade, they had great reviews on yelp and it didn't disappoint.
We got the large poke bawl, with two kinds of tuna. The one with the mango sauce was really good (this is coming from someone who generally does not like seafood and fish).
They also let you sample.
Prices were reasonable too.
Tip:
The restaurant has big windows and you can see the street from most tables so you can sit, eat and watch the parade.

Went here last night for the 1st time with a few friends my wife and I. Heard lots of good praises and we sure were not disappointed. 1st of all the service was top notch, we didn't know what the process was but we were greeted with an amazing personality, welcoming spirit and the clarification necessary to proceed with the process of ordering. We were even allowed to test the mixes prior to making our choices. Making a sushirito or a bowl was simple. The flavors were amazing and the sides gave it the necessary mix of flavors to a change in the flavor profile. The tuna and the salmon was flavorful, plenty and fresh. Try the desserts, the mochi was delicious and delicate in flavor and the Dole Whips were the best thing to finish the meal off with the mix of sour and sweet. This will surely be a go to spot for us to bring friends, relatives and friends. We loved the wonderful family environment, the owners were there mingleing and swapping stories and you know their passion for the business flows through their food. True Hawaiian blood, mixed with their warm hearts and open hands were a great addition to my food spots to recommend.

Finally an amazing poke place! Granted it was grand opening so it was packed but the poke was worth it. I ordered the 12th man, just for fun, and now I know what to order to maximize what I like (no ginger, for example, cuz they give so much!). Their pineapple dole dessert thing was also super good, with salted plums as a topping. I would definitely come here again, or even weekly, if I can.
Chiemi ChiAmy206
I liked the fact that they had non mayonnaise option. I chose classic tuna and Tako and they were good, not too salty. Topping selection was pretty good. They charge extra for a whole bunch of stuffs than other places.
Price was so so. Slightly more than other poke places. Street parking only. You can eat in.
Christina Zeno
Try 2 kinds of poke before you order! Super fresh and delicious! The girls working there were great and even brought a glass of water over after we sat down to eat. They addressed me by my name and even offered chop sticks for later as we left, how attentive and sweet!
Avery Lieu
It's a solid poke joint. Everything tasted fresh. A bit less customization/options than some other poke restaurants. It does the job if you're craving poke though. Overall, a good experience.
Jingwen Zhang
First time having poké and this place lived up to the hype for sure. Everything tasted fresh and the staff were super friendly - and you can ask for samples of what's going into your bowl! Plus, the other side toppings that you can get are also a huge and delicious part of the overall bowl.

In the midst of Seattle's poke craze, goPoké is winning customers over with consistent food and outstanding service.
Food: To be fair, goPoké isn't trying to re-invent the wheel here. The variety of fish is by no means original, but it is always very fresh, balanced and tasty. Samples are available if you are unsure of what to pick. If you have a sweet tooth, save room for the Dole Whip, a creamy pineapple treat made famous at Disneyland.
Ambience: Bright and clean, with a nice view of Hing Hay Park. The green chairs and wooden tables are a nice touch. Noise level is quite decent even when full, with pop music and top 40 hits playing.
Price: Competitive with most poke places in Seattle. Pricier toppings such as macadamia nuts and avocado cost extra.
Service: By far and away some of the best in Seattle! Expect to be greeted at the door, asked about your satisfaction with the meal, and offered help with sorting your trash/compostables. I've never seen a frown here.

Not sure if this is cheating because my review isn’t really about the poke. I went in to try the Dole Whip Soft Serve and that’s all I got. It was Incredible! 5/5 or more!
One of those “first mouthful has you captured” type of desserts. It’s essentially a pineapple flavored soft serve available in two sizes - I got the smaller one - and it was soft, flavorful and super-chill - exactly the way you want it on a hot day! They had the option of sprinkling a flavoring powder and adding a salted-plum sauce. I paid for the sauce & powder ($0.50), but got mine plain to start with. Loved it the way it was and then, about half way into it, I decided to get some of the powder and sauce added - that saltiness I was not a fan of, but if my wife tried it she would probably be a fan of it. I went back to eating the rest of it just plain and savoring every bite of its refreshingly-pineapply goodness! Also posting pics of some of street artwork (kau kau) that add some color and pizzazz to the place.

I went here with a friend and to report back to another friend who loves poke to let them know if it was good or not. This place got a lot of options for protein and its nice that they samples of the protein. The customer service is fantastic here! Probably one of my favorite poke places now 😂 …
Jacob R
Good poke, at a reasonable price. My favorite thing about GoPoke is the selection, they have 13 different poke that you can choose between, which runs the gamut between sweet and spicy. They say that all of the different selections are also imported daily from Hawaii except the Salmon, which is locally caught. I ordered the GoPoke Spicy Ahi, which had a decent kick but not the most flavorful Poke I've had. If you're craving Poke and are in the area, you could do much worse than goPoke.
Sophie Gao
I used to like this place but every time I go I swear they give less and less actual poke and toping. The value just isn’t there the way it used to be. Just drive the extra mile and get fresher better poke at Seattle fish guys.
Lin Lin Pan
Great little poke to go place! Very big and fat pieces of fish. The servings of poke were just a little small.
Jenny Ma
The poke here is phenomenal. They have a great selection of different poke flavors that are pre-marinated. The fish is also incredibly fresh and smooth. They definitely don't skimp on the toppings either, offering wakame, fish roe, crab salad, and others for free. However, the variety of toppings was a bit limited. The price is a bit on the higher side, but certainly worth the splurge.
Michael Jacobson
Former Chinese corner store from the '40s has been transformed into a bright, energetic little piece of hip Hawaii. 4 set bowls with 3 types of poke ($15) or build your own bowls. Greeted with an "aloha" and great service throughout the meal, for example once I told them we were done with our lunch they walked our dessert over. Dole Whip is available too (I liked mine plain more than the float style). Super busy with line out the door, go early, but never had a problem finding a seat.
C R
Love this place! I am addicted. Everything is always super fresh and prepared well. They were even accommodating to a friend in my group who wanted less sesame oil in their bowl.
Payal Karan
Seen this place in Chinatown and just had to try it. The selection of poke is alright but Id rather not have mine soaked in sauces premade. The veggie selection was small. Honestly i just wanted a bowl of spicy tuna, rice, and some spicy mayo. It just didnt turn out they way i liked it but my hubby ABSOLUTELY LOOOVED IT. might come here again for him. But thats the only way
Shayne Leong
Poke restaurant with many options, including regular and spicy ahi, salmon, and tako, in bowl or burrito form. For dessert, enjoy shave ice or delicious pineapple-flavored Dole whip.
Raimund Alforque
I come here regularly for lunch. I like this place more than other places because they make a more complete meal of it with all the toppings.
I typically get the shoyu shaka ahi or the classic salmon. They have a number of mayo based poke if you're into that. I only wish they had a oyster sauce based one.
You can request both krab salads if you're a fan. I always do
Jason Lee
I love the various salmon pokes they offer. Delicious food at a great value.
Will Cheung
Seattle has had an explosion of poké restaurants but goPoké is my favorite! The staff is super friendly, their ingredients are incredibly fresh, the selection and customization means that you can have a different, but still delicious, poké experience every time you go there. Make sure you save room for dole whip!
Alex Maloney
Great fresh fish in the poke bowl! It is on the smaller size and I wish they had some sauce options (at least on doordash they didn’t). Loved that the fish was bigger pieces of fish and the sides were (limited compared to most place) just as good.
Callie Fong
Awesome tasting poke with great add-ons and a nice selection of protein options.
forest chen
Good food! Good choice for keto diet ppl. Poke are fresh, with fresh spring mix salad choice.
pamela billedo
Fast service even during the lunch rush. I like that there's an option for getting greens instead of rice. Their toppings are a delicious add on to the standard bowl.
Bunnii Bunz
The poké was so fresh and the service was outstanding! Everyone working there was super helpful, they definitely went above and beyond. Christy especially made our visit there enjoyable and more fun for our little niece! Thank you for such a nice experience! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone around the area.
Golden Papaya
It was delicious! It was affordable sushi. We ended up getting a sushi roll wrap and the ingredients were fresh tasting!
Kaleb Corpuz
Great Poké. If you love Spicy food I would Recommend Spicy Ahi. Dole Whip Float is real good as well
Quintin Coppola
Phenomenal place with outstanding service and equally delicious food. I wish I had one of these in Carmel, IN. It would put the poké shop down the road to shame.
yuichiro aoki
Great food and service. Each piece of tuna and salmon was big. I was very satisfied with quality and price of food. They keep everything clean inside the restaurant. I would like to visit there again!
Simon Tan
It's good poke, but the portions are kind of small
Ryan Smith
Never had poke? Do you like sushi rolls with lots of tasty sauces? If you answered yes, you owe it to yourself to try poke and Go Poke is a perfect place to start! Excellent poke, excellent rice, and toppings. Nothing bad to say, one of my wife and my favorites In Seattle. X
Garrett Chan
Awesome selection of poke, with your choice of rice, greens, or "sushj burrito" form (rice wrapped in nori). You can get Hawaiian Sun drinks (despite Seattle's obnoxious soda tax) and Dole Whip too!
Kevin Xu
My go to poke place in the ID. Service is always excellent and their food is good too.
C B
Fresh Poke. It can even be bought by the pound. They also serve dole whip with little hing mui and shave ice! Staff is very friendly and has local Hawaiian ties, so you know the poke is ono. My favorite place to go for poke.
Mary B
Great spot for lunch. Food was great and fresh. Service was quick and helpful.
t1ff C
Big portion, free samples, warm and jovial hospitality, care for their environmental impact, tasty fish. Plus, enjoyed basking in the sunlight by the big windows while enjoying the meal.
Brian
Love it. Quick and accurate service but most importantly I enjoyed the flavor of the ingredients. Check this place out!
Jordan Becerril
Mediocre experience, very small portions on the poke, which in of itself had off texture and flavor, not enough sauce (no options for extra sauce), rice had off texture as well. Pretty disappointed but service was nice. Hopefully they just had a bad day.
Senai Mesfin
Best poké I've had in Seattle. Just as fresh as in Oahu. The staff are friendly and have great customer service.
Frank Sena
Seriously good poke. Great selection, very clean, attentive helpful and knowledgeable staff. Definitely coming back
Ben Pham
Delicious. Large bowl (2 meats) was $13. Everyone was super friendly. Ambrosia Cafe two doors down for boba.
An Actual Breadstick
Quick place to get some amazing food. Never been disappointed here. I always recommend this place to my friends.
Jen H.
Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious seating. Clean and tidy. Fresh Tuna from Hawaii and fresh local salmon; large pieces. Generous samples for first timers. Not as many toppings to choose from compared to other Poke places but very worth it for the freshest tasting and well seasoned extra chunky fish.
T. K.
This place is very close to my office, and I am glad it is. It's also my favorite poke restaurant regardless of location (except Hawaii). I prefer the poke that has been marinated in the sauce as opposed to the kind where the sauce is added at the time of order.
goPoke is fast and convenient. It has a good amount of space for dining in, and they have high quality disposable bowls and utensils. Not that those things matter so much for one's culinary enjoyment, but I think it is indicative of this restaurant's commitment to quality.
Ben Jolly
First time eating Poke, staff were nice, food was very fresh and tasted great
Young Hoon Oliveira
The poke is really good with decently sized portions for the price. The desserts are all tasty. But probably the best part about this place is how helpful and accommodating the staff are. They're crazy nice and really make you feel welcome. Beware though, this place has been ridiculously busy every time I've gone.
Anthony H
Generous seating and I like the laid back atmosphere in general here. Staff was friendly and they offer samples so you know what you're getting. Fish seemed fresh, and the serving sizes were more than fair for the price it was going for. I have a big appetite and this definitely hit the spot.
Perfect place to grab a healthy/filling meal before you head back out into the city.
Fyi there's no public bathroom here.
Malia Kawaguchi
Absolutely the best poke I’ve had off island. Feels like being home. The Pokerito was a blast, spring mix was slime free for my bowl, all the fish was perfection (mango salmon and spicy chili tako are the standouts for me, but all were superbly fresh and perfectly marinated). Do not pass up the dole whip and Hawaiian frost (try the swirl) as well as the spectacular house POG (passion fruit/orange/guava juice, for my haoles). Ate too fast for pics, but it was all gorgeous. ;)
Mimi Strawberryy
We have been coming here since Go Poke first opened, never been disappointed! Definitely one of Seattle's most delicious restaurants. I'm very particular with my raw fish, and Go Poke always provides the most fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly and If you're lucky they'll offer you complimentary miso soup ;) We love their prices, and the service is always wonderful!
Somenan Thach
Great flavors of poke to choose room. Although we came towards closing they were happy to get us some more of the flavors they had run out. The shave ice is also really delicious. Price is higher than others but getting quality at the same time. Definitely coming back to try more.
xaenlikatu H
I loved the customer service. The girls and the one guy inside were very nice and welcoming. We know a lot about poke and raw fish, and the quality of the fish was great! They let us sample any poke we liked, and very informational too. I intentionally went for the dole whip float, but I can't help but get poke too! AMAZING PLACE! LOVE THE SERVICE LOVED THE ATMOSPHERE! LOVE THE FOOD QUALITY! LOVED THE PRICES! DEFINITELY MY NEW FAV PLACE!
A P
very friendly staff and clean place! i like their poke variety and flavors, but if there's one thing to critic it would be the too much onions in the poke. its hard to taste the flavor when the onion is too overpowering and leaves strong onion aftertaste. flavor-wise overall i like poke on 45th more. other than that, poke is also reasonably priced. i have yet to try their dessert!
Daniela Bailey
My first time trying Poke and although I was skeptical, I really liked it.
The mango salmon was really good, fresh avocado was tasty, loved the cucumbers (lightly pickled), all yumm.
The best thing was the great service, there's people making sure you have enough water, your empty bowls are put away, etc... which is expected in a formal restaurant but this is more like a pick, pay, grab, eat and go kind of place.
Nice nice
Rachel Dekman
Absolutely love this place! I've tried many poke places and this one is far superior. I've been almost exclusively going to GoPoke since they first opened. They superb quality has not once faltered. The staff is nice, the establishment clean, and the poke is the freshest! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Per Sveen
Really helpful and friendly staff with some great gluten-free options.
Gwen Kim Choy
Food was great, beautiful atmosphere, perfect music and the staff was friendly.
Carol I
Very fresh and high quality fish. The only complaint is that the sauced-fish can be a bit too saucey at times. I prefer the less saucey-fish, but I should've been more specific with minimal sauce. The service is so friendly. You get samples and more samples, and they truly want you to enjoy your food and experience. The desserts are delightful too. Great location in China Town.
Toni Ho
Easily my favorite Poke spot in the downtown/ID area! The fish is super fresh and flavorful, the toppings are generous and the staff are super friendly. Plus Dole Whip with li hing mui powder and gummy bears!
I make the trip from downtown at least once a week and usually get one of the combo bowls. If you are unsure of what to get don't hesitate to ask for a taste.
Jason Gruenwald
Wish I would have taken a photo of the bowl I got. It looked just like the menu! Personally I can't rave about all of the flavors, but they do give you samples so that helped tremendously. I recommend a combo or building your own to get the best value and most variety. Long story short: I enjoyed it!
Brianna Ahron
goPoke has a great vibe, excellent service, and fresh fish! My only complaint was the size of the cubes of fish (too large). I also prefer to pick my own sauces but theirs was already mixed. I really enjoyed my salmon poke bowl.
Lillie Johnsen
The place is very warm and inviting. The workers are sweet and very welcoming. Food is great dessert is even better if you get the spicy flavor fish, the dole whip float is a very good palate cleanser. You can't go wrong with their dessert. You also get a side of warm soup. I wish there was one down south!!!
Niki Pham
Such great customer service! Got to try a few of the marinated fish before purchasing. The ingredients taste fresh and apparently they’re flown in from Hawaii everyday. The devil is in the details! Definitely coming back again the next time I’m in town.
Z D
I like this place, poke is always fresh with good flavor. Portions are ok, and service is good. However, toppings are limited-not a big deal as the rice and fish is the star but I hate the nickel and diming with the toppings. $0.50 for a tablespoon of diced jalapenos?? absolutely miserly. come on guys, do better!
Jamaica Sutton
Amazing fresh fish, loved the poke and the dole whip. But what makes this place absolutly stellar is the employee's. They were super friendly and helpful. They get to know you by name. I will definitely eat here again best poke in Seattle.
Kunpyo Tryon
One word comes to mind when reviewing this place, Amazing! The service, the selection, the taste were all equally amazing and I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to try poke for the first time to any poke enthusiasts out there. This is literally one of the best poke joints I've ever been to! When you go, make sure to leave room for their dole whip dessert!
Cynthia Pryor
Such amazing Poke, plus the service is top notch. Every single person working there seems to love the food and to provide great customer service. It is set up as an assembly line (similar to Chipotle), so you can get in and out of there quickly. They did not skip on any portions!
It has become by go to poke spot in the ID.
Lisa W
I’ve been looking for good Poke for awhile. The place near me doesn’t put sauce on the fish and they don’t have tako. This place does sauce or marinade their fish and they have three styles of octopus. So good. I had a bowl with salmon and tako. Everything I had in my bowl, down to the ginger was excellent! It’s a quick place at lunch, when I was there. They have a nice counter for street watching if you’re there by yourself. Oh and I tried a Dole whip. Wow that was flavor packed. Creamy, sweet and tart with powerful pineapple taste.
Wuji Fei
I am going to give a fair review of this place based on my very recent experience. First of all, the good: this place is probably the best poke in Kansas City area. The food taste good, choice of sides and toppings are flavorful, and the innovative forbidden rice is a nice touch. The not so good: the salmon is not fresh, you can taste that it's not flew in sashimi grade salmon. There is not enough 'fresh fish oil feel' and the texture is slightly chewy, indicating it's not fresh. I have a very high standard for fresh fish since I have been fortunate to sample sushi/poke dishes all over the country especially from the coastal cities but I would say this is passable for a Midwest location. The flies in this place is a bit too many. I tried to sit outside but flies kept getting into my food. The same thing happened inside the restaurant as well. I will come back if I am in town and crave for a good poke. But the general advice is do not eat seafood in the Midwest unless it's a huge city (e.g., Chicago) that they can fly in the fresh fish. Otherwise it's a waste of money.
JP
I was there for the grand opening and waited 2 hours to get a bowl of their fresh ahi, and it was amazing! I've been having a lot of cravings for poke lately so I've been coming here at least once every week or two since they opened. The staff is great, the atmosphere is great and the quality of their fish WAS great. I went and got a bowl yesterday and I felt like the quality of the cuts of tuna were not quite on par with when they first opened. Seemed like they were cut up hastily and the chunks that used to be bite sized became a fork and knife situation. Although there are several other spots for poke around here, I still end up craving the goPoke.
Eric S
Great poke, the owner said they ship the poke from Hawaii every night.
Kristen Dong
Fish is good quality, wish they had more topping options. They were out of the spicy salmon I wanted but immediately made me more, so it was really fresh! Price is a little above average for the portion you get.
Lala Reyes
The poke here was delicious they have a lot of variety of poke with different sauces already mixed in. They all taste so good you can also try any of them before choosing. It is a little pricer than any other poke spot in Seattle but it’s worth it!!
Lunch Money (Lunchmunny)
Great spot for an excellent lunch. Tables are spaced enough comfortably sit among friends and enjoy your meal. I gave it 4 stars because it does seem to be pretty spendy for what is essentially a bowl of rice and fish, but an excellent one.
Serina Gee
I went here because there was a super long line at every other restaurant on Easter Sunday. There's no wait here and I liked the flavors better than Wanderfish's poke. $15 for the combo bowls and about $12-13 for standard bowls, but poke is always expensive and the size of the bowl was enough to make me full. Dole whip was tasty too!
Steve Felson
Fresh fish flown in from Hawaii every day. This family owned restaurant is outstanding in every way. The food is simple, clean and fresh. Love the mochi ice cream for a quick dessert. Hope they open more locations soon!!!
Anthony Tsou
They have a good selection of fish and each are marinated really well. The portions are good and you can choose from a lot of toppings. The best part is that the employees are really cheerful and take care of you well.
Zachariah Swetky
GoPoke is simple, high quality poke. Quick and friendly service. I've eaten here many times; this place is reliably delicious. They also have excellent gluten-free options.
L James B
If you love sushi. Then you will Love Poke. Its so tasty and super. Fresh tasting. Going. To. Cost you about 16$ before tip. But it's very healthy. Not something I would. Buy every day but definitely a good place to go if you wanna be good and eat delicious and healthy food
Jonathan Geyer
Hands down the best Poke Place in the city! My coworker and I go almost 3 times per month and the quality and service is dialed every time. They get their Ahi fresh every single morning and one of the owners family is one of the largest Ahi fishing companies that supports Seattle.
Ly Huynh
The poke here is a little pricey - especially if you buy a signature item, however the customer service is top notch and the poke is good, The set up is similar to a subway/chiptole style where you select what you want in your bowl. goPoke is unique to other places as they serve desserts such as the popular pineapple dole. It is definitely worth it to try the dole while you are here. Something I noticed as soon as I walked in was how friendly the staff is. As soon as I came in, I was welcomed and offered many samples.
Katie Yamada
I'll probably update this review later.
So the fish is incredibly fresh, and the owners take incredible pride in that. Probably some of the best service I've ever had. I just ordered dole whip (yay) and they came over to talk to me and convinced me to try as many poke samples as I want -- even knowing that I wasn't hungry at all.
Are you guys reading this? They literally took the time to come over to our table and check on us. It was amazing. AND THEY HAVE DOLE WHIP!
Dennis Traylor
Amazing Poke Bowl. I didn't want fried food on a hot day, loved the cool crisp lettuce with the spicy Ago combined with seaweed, ginger, crab, and fish eggs. It was an amazing delight. One of the best meals I had visiting Seattle in Chinatown.
Michael Struck
A very "subway" style of getting your poke. Start off with your type of meal (bowl or pokeritta, for example) then add things to suit your style. Very fresh and tasty. Unlike most "fast" food places this place has adult beverages (beer). Overall a great Seattle place to grab a quick, healthy and tasty meal.
Brian Burck
Showed up for their Grand Opening today and it was fantastic!!! Great people, great food and all the employees made you feel at home. I had the Aloha Bowl combo and was very pleased with the amount and quality. goPoke' will be one of my goto places in Seattle.
Melissa Wolfang
Delicious and nice portions. Only issue was being charged $1 for less than a quarter of an avocado. I'm happy with the charge, but if I pay extra I expect people not to skimp. So go for the poke, skip the avovado.
Dale Oakley
Hands down my favorite place to eat in all of Seattle! The poke is always fresh and tastes amazing. The folks that work there are the friendliest people on earth you can tell they are happy and genuine. GoPoke is Must
Sona Bhatti
Have been coming here for some time. Their fish is consistently delicious- fresh and well flavored. Their staff is among some of the friendliest. Glad to have this poke joint!
Christopher Dotson
Originally I had given a 4 star rating just because I "thought" there was nothing wowing about this place. On second thought, after trying out a few other poke spots around the Puget Sound, I think this place is the industry leader locally. One main thing that made me come back and change from 4* to a 5* was that their portions and balance are great. They offer multiple different choices of marinated fish of different flavors and this is one thing that I found competitors lacking. The customer service was youthful, respectful and great and we loved the environment. If you want to try Poké the right way, please don't sell yourself short... make this your first stop!
Mel Good
Whenever our paychecks come in it's time for goPoke! The staff are warm and friendly, and the fish is always fresh and high quality. When friends and family come to visit from out of town we always take them here for great food and atmosphere.
Tyler Kostelak
Easily the best Poke I’ve had in Seattle. The freshness of the fish is unparalleled, which always results in Poke that has the perfect texture. A lot of Poke places in Seattle serve Poke that ends up a little mushy and soupy, but not here. The poke bowls have a lot of flavor and are well prepared, but usually I just get a half pound of the classic ahi or classic salmon with rice. If you love poke and haven’t tried this place out yet, please do. You’ll be happy you did!
Savannah Jay
Delicious poke with good quality ingredients and friendly staff.
Dior Ella
Been here several times and have recommended! Great, helpful staff! Don’t forget Dole whip it’s a must!!!
Lindsey Burgess
Came here for the first time yesterday after craving Poké for a while.
The place was somewhat busy but as soon as I stepped in I was greeted by the girl at the counter.
I asked for a bowl to go and she brought me over and asked if I had been in before and I said no, so she explained how it worked. She also said if I like I could try a sample of something which was exciting because I wanted to try the Tako but wasn't sure if I liked it so I tried the kimchi tako. It was delicious but I wanted to stick with the spicy Ahi.
She went down the line asking what kind of toppings I would like and explaining what cost extra. There were lots of things to choose from, and I especially liked the toasted shallots and garlic.
I also ordered the passion drink made in house.
Once I got home I tucked in and it was so delicious! The Ahi was tender and melted in my mouth, the spicy sauce on it was the perfect heat, complimenting the fish rather than overpoweringit. The seaweed salad was the best I've had. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. Also the passion drink was the perfect refreshing addition.
I will definitely be back!
Jacob Alexander
Fresh and well executed! Fast casual spot with simple, delicious options.
I had a salad with shoyu ahi, spicy aoili salmon and avocado. I was full but it tasted so good I wanted more!
The dole whip looks popular, but I didn't try it
Cherene Chiang
I really enjoy their poke bowls and love ordering their spicy salmon aoili. They give pretty decent portions and they have a decent selection of extra toppings. I love asking for a little extra of the krab and spicy krab salad in my poke bowl.
They are very friendly when you first walk in and if you plan to eat in, they will ask you to sit down and they will bring your bowl to your table. Usually in the middle of your meal, someone will come around and offer you a complimentary bowl of miso soup.
W. Scott Lincoln
Very friendly employees, nice location and interior. Not a huge fan of raw fish dishes but decided to try it anyway. I found myself indifferent to the food because of the raw fish texture, but I think it's more about my tastes than the restaurant.
Slade Sinak
goPoke has a nice bar-style seating area in front of their sidewalk windows where you can eat and watch the denizens of Seattle go about their daily lives. You can pick whatever you want in your bowl, and they have a wide variety of sauces. They will also let you taste your fish before deciding which one you want.
T Saris
I love that they serve "only poke" too.
Karena T
The food is SO FRESH!! I swear I've never had salmon and ahi that fresh before. The staff was super friendly! I'm Celiac and some items on the menu had gluten free labels next to them. The staff also helped me when it came time to picking a gluten free option. Not from Seattle but anytime I'm there again, I will definitely not miss the chance to have goPoke.
Joseph Williams
First restaurant I visited in Seattle. Finding parking was a bit of a pain, but well worth it. Some of the best Poké in the area. We showed up late and they were out of the spicy aioli, but the kitchen made some fresh for us. Super nice people and wonderful food.
Erica Gonzalez
Friendly staff, beautiful interior, great selection, fish is always fresh, BEST TAKO EVER!! I seriously love this place and eat here more often than I should. It's a little bit more expensive than some of the other poké places in the area but well worth it! I could eat here everyday.
Jonathan Vazquez
nothing i love more than great poke and warm smiles. i’m not a big fan of the whole subway style poke spots popping up everywhere, which is why i walked a mile in the bitter cold (downhill tho) to try this spot. well worth it, great selection of fresh poke flown in from hawaii and they have dole whip! will def come back to this spot.
Zero C
Although notice this place around this conner for a while ,but yesterday was the first time to have dinner at this place.
Very friendly employees helped me to build my own bowl. Very delicious poke . will definitely visit again in the future.😁 …
Ed Chavez
Awesome place for "build your own poke" meal! I'd suggest a mismash of everything :) They do have "preset" combinations, so you could do that to start...and then explore!
Excellent service! It's a family owned business and they run the place. Very friendly and "knows their poke" - it shows in the outstanding quality. Even the free miso soup is their own - it's not your usual tasting miso, it's better.
It's a small place, shared and counter seating. There are a few "private tables". Moderately priced. Parking is, well, its downtown Seattle, so yeah, it's a challenge. It'll be paid (street or lot) parking.
Alison Wyllie
So happy this just opened near my work! Super friendly staff who will walk you through the order and answer any question and give great recommendations. The poke is super yummy and the place is very clean and modern.
Ada Ip (斯嘉麗家頓)
Downtown Fast!!
fresh , online order then pick up =]

Super friendly and helpful staff! Explained the all choices really well and were very welcoming. Food was on point and service was impeccable, definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. Good variety of different poké and they also have Dole whips!
Val Ilagan (Living life)
This place is worth the drive. Poke Poke Poke EVERY WHERE!!! The bowls are plentiful and the poke just melts in your mouth... If you buy the 3 poke bowl the rest of the add ons are free!!! The bowls are HUGE!! The Dole whip float is to die for!! I felt like I was a golden ticket winner for Willie Wonkas chocolate factory but with Poke! Walked out the happiest girl in Washington.... Very satisfied. The employees were AWESOME! Felt the ALOHA spirit in this place!!! Will be visiting this place at least once a month!
Elizabeth Higgins
Really good food. I split a super sized bowl with my significant other and it was plenty for both of us making it one if the cheaper options for us to eat at. The staff was really friendly too.
C A
The best bowl I've ever had. Had the spicy salmon with crab meat, garlic, brown rice and seaweed. The service was also excellent. These guys are doing it right!
Jasmine Keen
This place is different from most poke bowl places I've been to. Instead of picking scoops of fish and seasoning them to your tastes, they have the fish already marinated, shoyu or spicy. It reminded me of getting poke at FoodLand in Hawaii - except here, they'll put it on a bed of rice or salad for you and top your bowl with some standard extras.
The food is delicious, including the desert. The shaved ice and mochi ice cream are tasty. The dole whip is a good try, but not quite like you get in the islands.
Flagstaff Mouse
Very friendly service. The fish always seems fresh and they have lots of sides. Prices are reasonable, especially for poke. Great people watching spot.
Zain Christopher
Since leaving Kauai several years back, I have never been able to find a decent bowl of poke. Occasionally, I would pick up some from Uwajimaya, but it was always so salty, I wound up sauteing it a few times. Then I read about a new Seattle foodie-phase, i.e., poke! First we hit up Sam Choy's in Columbia/Hilman City district. Not good. Then we tried Big Island in Renton- big improvement over the former, and very friendly. Then goPoke opened in the ID. This place is the one. Super-friendly people, great selection at a great price. We prefer the classic versions, similar to what we recall from the island. I haven' t experienced customer service like this since I was in Japan. The dining area is spotless. Nice window seating, too.
Tonight, my better half went to place our bowls of amazing poke and one slipped right off the table and on the chair intended for me. Uhhh. She told them what happened and they quickly cleaned it up and replaced the fallen poke on the house! I felt bad because it was such a waste of great fish; I would have expected to pay for it. I wish I would have had some cash to drop in the tip jar, but such is life in a plastic world. (T_T) We'll be back!
Natanya Phan
Best place to get Poké, the food is amazing but even more amazing was the service! Specifically from one of the workers named Aloura, WOW. I was impressed by her friendly smile and how amiable she was. would go back again just for her! GIVE HER A RAISE.
Isaac Yamamoto
Best Poke I’ve had in Seattle. Fish is fresh! You can tell it’s fresh by the texture and goPoke has it all! It’s delicious! Highly recommend
Gill Chang
My review is based on food.
I like Poké a lot and I've tried a number of Poké places around Seattle area. Among all the Poké places I've tried, this is the most pricy so far. If you go with build your own opition, it starts out at 11 for 1 protein and 13 for 2. If you go with their combination, it's 15.
Pro- fresh, clean environment, friendly staff.
Con-slightly on the pricy side, not a lot choice for sides, charges $1 for a scoop of edmame
LOVE myLinh
The Le Brothers are from Hawaii so their Poké is the best I've had in Seattle. I travel to Hawaii at least once every year, sometimes twice. Having tasted only fresh Ahi all over Oahu, this was the standard of my expectations firstly, and flavors as secondary. I have to say, this is the best Poké I've had in Seattle, California and New York (places I have tried this dish). The quality is clearly fresh - and you can taste/feel it in the texture upon the first bite. This does not exist at all of the other Poké spots I've tried. Even the flavors bring back the memories of Hawaii - I love the goPoké Spicy Ahi and the Classic Salmon. I would recommend everyone to try this place - it doesn't get more authentic than a group of guys who are from the islands.
Olivia Obeso
Great prices, incredible food and customer service! We eat a lot of raw fish/sushi/poke and the tuna here is fresh and high-quality. 10/10 we will be back and will be telling all our friends to come here
Crystal Lee
They used to have better sashimi and larger portions, and while the extra $1 for avocado is pretty common, the extra $1 for edamame is a pretty snakey move. I would go here if its the only shop open and i have no access to food for the next 2 hours.
Alex North
I'm allergic to sesame seeds and didn't realize the tofu has it until after they added it. I told them and they immediately offered to cook a new one without sesame and replace my order for free. Wonderful service
Ryan Kelley
Super friendly staff. Fresh poke. Filling bowls.
Ken Wu
Don’t really get why it’s rated so well. Kinda skimpy on the sides and toppings, sauces and marinade didn’t taste like much, they didn’t have brown rice either and didn’t give much rice. The white rice was a little over cooked. Guess I’ll try again later.
Steve Moleno
Finally got to check this place out yesterday and we loved it. Ordered the combo that came with 3 poké flavors but had no room for dessert afterwards lol. Service was amazing! We got to sample the different poké flavors first before placing our order and this sweet young lady kept giving us samples of everything while we were dining, I love her energy!😁
This place is a must try guys!!!
Andrew Krawczyk
Poke is a Hawaiian dish that could be best described as a Sushi salad, usually consisting of raw Ahi Tuna, dressed in with asian fusion flavors familiar to the local multi-immigrent cultures of the island (soy, fried garlic, crushed nuts, green onions). Gopoke provides several types of dressed poke which you can get a top of a rice bowl, with your choice of additional toppings(e.g. edamame), or in a "sushi" "burrito."
The staff here are great ambassadors to this and other Hawaiian island treats, providing welcoming taste test introductions. The owners successfully import this concept to Seattle's highly competitive international district and the taste is authentic.
Be prepared to pay for and get the equivalent of amount of food you would get for a couple sushi rolls at a Japanese restaurant. For a lover of sushi, this is a no brainer. For someone missing the food of Hawaii, a faster trip to the island then flying out of seatac. For a beginner whose done neither, definitely a warm welcoming place to try it for the first time.
Did I mention they have shave ice?
Laura Schletzbaum
Delicious poke place! Great flavor and, though they're a little on the pricey side, the portions are huge. Can't wait to go back again!
Fabrizio Antoniello
Delicious place, a must try place in the international district. If you're a first time my personal favorite is the mele mango, they have great customer service and everyonce and awhile they give out free samples of miso which is delicious.
Darnell Kebo
Friendly and helpful staff. Love they serve Kona Brewery bottles. Classic Tako poke reminds me of growing up in Hawaii. Classic Ahi poke was satisfying. Cucumber salad was very bland. Needs more vinegar, sesame oil, and shoyu.
Pricing is acceptable for the amount they give.
Lucas Fernandez
Dopest poke in Seattle? Maybe. It's tough to find parking sometimes, but it's always worth it! Their spicy ahi and salmon is to die for, their Dole whip is dank, and there are dope boba places close by, what else could u ask for? Great service also 🙌 …
Bryce Drury
I always come for the Dole Whip. Dairy Free, Vegan dessert. Amazing pineapple flavor. You will love it. I also love all the fresh poke. Much Mahalos!!!
DS D
Great food, great staff and so glad I went in person after postmates swapped orders.
Not oversaturated with filler for their poke, great addons and fresh fish made for a great dinner.
Joy Laydbak
As soon as I mentioned being GLUTEN FREE, I was offered a gluten free bowl. I always appreciate when staff is trained and ready. Fish was fresh and delicious.
soyako harima
Best place to eat poke! I tried soy-saused ahi (tuna) & taco (octopus), both of which were amazing❤️ The staff was also friendly and helpful. Definitely my favorite restaurant in Seattle!
Christopher Nicolai
Nothing short of amazing! Food quality is excellent. Very fresh! Service is fast and super friendly! The pineapple ice cream is the icing on the cake. Can't go wrong.
Don Caffrey
Great poke (so many places use tough cheap cuts if fish) and friendly service. One of the few places in Seattle to get actual shave ice instead of rebranded snow cone iceballs.
Vanessa V.
Dole whip! Yes they have dole whip here! That's all I have to say! Being a California native I've only had dole whip at disneyland (where the lines reach up to 3 hours!!) I was shocked they actually served dole whip here! It's very delicious and very well priced!
Also, unlike other poke resteraunts the tuna, salmon, ect is actually marinated before hand which makes the taste that much more satisfying.
Laura C Lin
Very nice staff! Poke and toke (tofu poke) were delicious. Used the AllSet site for a discount on first trip.
Sorceress Arrow
This is the best poke place! The salmon is always fresh and tasty and the customer service is amazing. Absolutely my favorite poke place.
Angel M. Esperas
Wishing you were closer to home. I like that their protein is marinaded; so delicious. They have vegan options too, yay! Great staff, nice place.
Zac Schasteen
What a great place. The poke was wonderful and fresh, the selection was great and the employees were absolutely helpful and great to deal with. Eating the Aloha Bowl brought me back to my time in Hawaii.
Philip Jeng
Generous amounts of fish given with each bowl and the Dole whip is extremely refreshing. If you're in the area and want something besides Chinese food, check this place out
Che Rei
My first poké. I got a mix of white rice and spring mix salad with the aioli salmon and the house recommended Ahi. It was really tasty and I don't regret it at all.
Matthew C
Awesome poke. Too bad it's far away.
Daniel Sterczek
Moved to Seattle May 2018 and have tried a few poké places since then. This one is still by far my favorite. I believe goPoké gives you the most bang for your buck! I still try other places every once in a while, however if I am craving poké and I dont feel like trying something new then goPoké is my go to.
Janina L
My absolute favorite poke place in Seattle. Fantastic service, amazing poke, clean environment and overall just amazing. I always take out of town friends here.
Vamsi Narla
Very expensive for the portion size. They have sized down on all the ingredients. Okay for a pinch
Kaitlyn Hoffman-Smith
This is an amazing place to get poke! Very delicious and wonderful customer service. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the price. It's very high in price, but worth it.
Ar Iv
Super good variety, fresh and tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff! I don't know why people eat poke anywhere else!
Holly Witter
Awesome poké! They let you try any of the fish that you want before you build your bowl. Definitely must try the spicy aioli salmon!!
Tim Bartz
Love this place and everything about it. Must have the Dole whip.
Harrison Pugh
They don't charge for the side items and you can get three proteins on your bowl for $15. Great deal!
Anzela Niraula
Very hospitable environment and staff. Since it was my first visit, they graciously offered samples of items. Delicious! Will be back soon for sure!
John Lee
Michael and his staff are always cheerful and friendly along with providing quality and tasty poké.
David Byon
Add-ons like edamame cost extra when the poke mix in bellevue do not charge for additions. Highly recommend their delicious Dole whip. For $4 it's a steal!
Salman Haji
The variety is spectacular and the freshness of the fish was great. And good service!
Kenny Yeh
Excellent poke! Staff is super friendly. They're really going for the Hawaiian feel. Dole whip and Bubbie's mochi! Delicious
jake Metz

Charlie Whiton
Great poke in the hit or miss international district of Seattle. Basically Poke Chipotle, very nice servers, clean atmosphere, trustworthy good options. Really enjoyed it!
Franco Spadoni
Great Poke! Fun atmosphere! A slice of Hawaii in Seattle! The sun is always shining in this place no matter the weather outside!
Roderick Fung
The place was very warm so I get a little concerned at the degradation rate of their fresh fish.
Food was decent though, chunky , sizeable bites of fish.
Jenna R
The best poke in Seattle, fresh fish and friendly service. You can order online and pick up or you can have it delivered.
Jens Luebeck
Delicious and filling. Fantastic quality of fish. Great service. Unfortunately good Poké doesn't come cheap.
Aleksa Vinograd
Delicious food and clean environment.
Patrick Desjardins
Very good food. People are very gentle and take the time to explain different options. This place is small so it can be hard to find a seat at peak hours. It is not cheap but quality is here so it is fine.
Kelsey Motanic
I'm so happy they are back open in the ID! No seating (of course) but you can pick up to go!! Help support this great spot.
Li-Shuan Chen
Friendly staff is not in short supply here. Also has a fun atmosphere with great music. The dole whip doesn't remind me of Disney in case you're wondering.
Bret Colebi
Fantastic fish. Great poke place and service, but the quality of fish is what stands out.
Tanya Degtyar
Our favorite place when we're in the area. Great, fresh poke. The place itself clean with nice vibe. Not overcrowded.

Tasty Poke in the Hawiian style. The fish is marinated before adding to your bowl. Spicy ahi was delicious!

Joey Kolber
Good food, good service. My first time there and I will certainly be back.
Krzysztof Czaja
I go there quite often for a super quick lunch. I love the food and the atmosphere. Crew is too chatty for me, but I know that people like that.
Michael Steiner
Very pleasant alternative to sashimi. Unlike a fine Japanese restaurant, you can expect many chewy slices.
Josh Fermin
Very fresh and flavorful poke, just a bit on the expensive side if you get a specialty bowl.
François Gauthier
Typical poke restaurant. Very good, fresh poke but otherwise unremarkable. Friendly, helpful staff.
David W
Very good poke. Melt in your mouth goodness. Convenient corner location, clean and bright with a walls of windows. Friendly staff.

Almost afraid to rate this so well because then I will not be able to get in. Fresh fish flown in daily from HI. Great prices and the service is super friendly.
Winona Svarny
My bf loves this place. In impartial. Kinda feel like they are going over kill with flying icecream from HI. I mean salmon now that's believable but icecream come on.

goPoké is so yummy 😋 The employees; John, Johnny and Kristy were all super friendly! …

Fast food poke, which is good for what it is. In a city without a wide selection of fast food it stands out, but I certainly won't be bragging to out of town friends about it.

Good portion. Good salmon poke. Toppings selection is very limited.

GoPoké offers a variety of Poké including a Pokérito! Which is amazing, obviously. The staff are kind, helpful and informative
