Craving pizza today and came to Flying Squirrel Pizza Co in Georgetown with my hubby around 5pm. There is no parking lot, so it will be street parking and also need masks to enter the restaurant. First I love atmosphere here and nice service. We ordered Old Rasputin Imperial Stout Beer and half of the farm and the mothersip Pizza. *Only 16 inch size available. There are fun craft beers menu on the board. Imperial Stout Beer 10 oz pour was dark and bitter taste. Half The Farm Pizza is fresh arugula, goat cheese, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, garlic, mozzarella on topping. It's a vegetarian pizza. This pizza has a good garlic flavor and I liked little fresh arugula on top. Half The Mothership Pizza is Pepperoni, spicy salami, Hempler's Canadian Bacon, pork sausage, mozzarella, sauce, fresh basil on top. If you're meat lover, get this one. All pizza topping are good. But The pizza dough was overcooked and the bottom was pitch black. Therefore, when we ate it, the aftertaste was bad. Unfortunately, when I saw the charred and pitch-black pizza dough, I couldn't finish.

Happened on this place looking for an easy dinner. It is located in an area that seems to be rebounding from a past slump. We love "non-traditional" pizza, so we ordered the Eartha Kitt and we were not disappointed. They had a lovely blackberry cider on tap along with their beer selections. Friendly service.

Good pizza and a little on the pricy side if you're used to the mass advertised, mass market, delivery pizza chains. Not bad if you enjoy local, well-made pizza. There are enough squirrels to keep a Sasquatch away. Parking is tough, so plan accordingly.

Some of the best crust left in Seattle. Tons of creative toppings, delicious fresh/local salads and of course wings. I always go for the chicken pizza but they are all delicious - the secret is the crust. House made, chewy, and thin its a real winner.

My company invaded the Flying Squirrel for our “after meeting get together spot” & everything from reserving space for 30 people, individual drink purchases at happy hour prices, the delicious pizza and amazing Mac & cheese, the waitress, the bartender, the pizza chef & surprisingly reasonable prices made our visit so much fun.

I am a sucker for pizza, and this place hits all the right notes. Flying Squirrel is broken up into two sections, there is a bar area and on the other side is general dining. Both sides are welcoming and open. We had our meal in the dining area, next to the window. The place was pretty quiet and we were served quickly. We ordered the #7: House-made meatballs, fresh mozzarella, sauce, fresh basil, Grana Padano. The large pizza was big enough to feed 3 people and was very tasty. It isn't drowning in sauce or cheese, which I really enjoyed. The basil smelled so fresh, it made me excited for summer. All of the flavors complimented each other well! Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive and efficient. I believe she was the only one holding down the fort in front too! I am excited to come here again and try their other pizzas!

Pretty good pizza, not exceptional. Service was pretty good. Everyone seemed friendly. There is a bar side and a dining side which you can move between freely. Sign says there is a patio but it was 63 so I didn't try it out. Ordered a Coppola pizza with local goat cheese and strawberries on it. Pizza was very hot so waited a few minutes for it to cool so I could actually taste the flavors. Crust is pretty good. Thinner but still chewy. They had a busy bar but I only drank the water which was nice. Bathrooms were clean. Area is pretty cool. Lots of old buildings (some from Rainier beer)

I have been to this location (Georgetown) several times. The staff are always pleasant and next try to rush you. The pizza is really good, with nice thin crust with just the right amount of char on it. The combinations of toppings are sometimes unique, but you can always make your own. The personal size pizza is plenty of food for one, but not quite enough for two. The Seward Park location has better parking.

Took my kids here on 4/15/22. Not many people in the restaurant. We came here after going to Stellar Pizza and finding that place closed. I was with my two kids, so we ordered cheese pizza. Pizza dough and sauce was bland; cheese seemed higher quality, perhaps… When we walked in, two other families had come in right before us. Server seemed annoyed that customers had just come in. I was told right away to expect a longer wait, so I ordered quickly. Place was clean and could be fun to grab a beer, but service left me not wanting to come back.

Our pizza was cooler than we would have liked when it was delivered to the table. We ate it but noticed that the next table also had this issue and as we were leaving received a second pie that was visibly giving off heat. We were envious and it seems to pay to speak up.

Love this place. Georgetown location is our usual go to, but the others are just as good. The food is ALWAYS great, with an eclectic variety of choices. Centered around pizza of course. We've not had anything here that we weren't 100% satisfied with. I always get a beet salad with my dinner, very tasty. There's always a good flight of draft beers on tap, some local some not. Lots of local art work on display. Kickback atmosphere and good music.

This is a cool little spot, the staff is super friendly. The pizza was pretty solid and the cheese bread was good but the chicken parm isn't actually chicken parm. It's just grilled chicken with no sauce and what I think was peppers. The marinara sauce is more savory than sweet which I appreciate. Over all I would probably go back but not for sandwiches.

I have been eating here once a month for the past few years. They have excellent pizza, tasty salads and friendly service. They have a full bar and a dining room for families. I heard they were open for take out and got a pizza, salads, mac n cheese and a growler filled and it was not expensive at all. Highly recommended.

Stopped by with a group of six and were able to be seated immediately by an extremely friendly and attentive server. If you like thin and crispy crust with TONS of cheese and toppings this is the pizza place for you. Time your visit at the right time on a Saturday and you can visit the free art walk around the neighborhood after happy hour at the restaurant.

I love it when we find a great place on Google! We happened upon Flying Squirrel when we searched for a place on our way out of town after a ballgame at Safeco Field. Great local find. The crab dip was excellent as we're the specialty pizzas we ordered. The air conditioning was having a bit of trouble keeping up with the heat wave, so we didn't get any ice cream, but the beer was cold and the waiter was friendly. Definitely worth trying!

Great tasting pizza, interesting artwork on the walls which apparently does rotate (or gets sold). I try to eat just half of the personal pizza, but seem to always eat the whole thing. It is yummy. I order the Motherload. I recommend it and this pizza joint. Be prepared to pay around $20/person for a personal pizza and a drink plus tip. I would say the food is worth it. Yum!

This is a great place to bring the family or meet a group. The staff is always amazing and helpful. They have a happy hour with a $5 cheese pizza which is the perfect size for my three young kids. The only downside to coming here is sometimes the street parking isn’t always close.

A little removed from the little restaurant row in Georgetown but worth the walk. The Greek Olive appetizer is over the top good and the hummus was garlicky and delicious. Nice pizza and very courteous staff. Highly recommend Flying Squirrel.

Been coming to this place for quite some time now and have always been in love with the pizza, a bit "spendy", but a nice treat once in a while. The service on the other hand has been spotty at best. When I mean spotty service, I mean one particular "server" that we have dealt with multiple times. Her attitude is aloof (cell phone and playing with her hair), her memory is lacking (try writing orders down so you don't have to come back and ask, or outright forget) and people skills leave something to be desired. Sometimes, people just aren't set up for customer service, and if that's the case, maybe bar tending/waitressing isn't for them.

Umm yumm OMG My only problem with Flying Squirrel Pizza is that I couldn't stop myself from eating the whole darn thing! and that's baaad :-( But seriously -- friendly staff, great atmosphere, cool location, and some of the best pizza I've ever had. And the gluten-free crust is also amazing! If you've had multiple pizzas on cardboard crust, as I have, you will really appreciate the chewy crunchy yumminess of theirs. I just wish I lived closer!

Our first time to George Town fun cute little area ( reminds us of Gastown Vancouver) ... we were looking for a place to have beers and pizza with our “ service dog “ and spotted this funky eatery ...Justin the bartender had a great personality and welcomed us all ..
