Reviews of Cutters Crabhouse

Top notch as always! Excellent service is their key to a great experience. On this visit we had oysters and sushi prior to the main dish: the Crab Sampler. This is a must-have for any crab aficionado. We also tried the salmon, which was delectable! We topped the meal off with some amazing sweets and port wine.
This is a great place for special occasions, and features magnificent views of the harbor. Enjoy!

This place has one of the best views on Pike Place Market. The staff is courteous and the restaurant is quiet and clean.
Decent selection of wine. We probably didn't order the most representative dishes, so while we were happy with the presentation the food itself wasn't too remarkable. We'll need to try the crabs next time, we decided not to order it because we were visiting the Paramount after and didn't want to eat anything too messy.

I always have an exceptional experience at Cutters every. Single. Time! This time wasn't their usual. We sat at the bar and put in our order. We put both our appetizers and main dinners in at the same time. Our starters came out first, which is perfect. Then time went on and on and our main dishes never came out. Luckily, we had very very attentive servers and bartenders at the bar who noticed and took matters into their own hands. They continuously followed up with the kitchen and with us. After more time went on, they went back to the kitchen and our meals finally came out. 🙌🏽 . The downside - our food was cold 🥶 I expressed that our meals were cold and the manager came out to apologize. I cannot thank those who took care of us enough for being so attentive and for doing as much as they can for us within their scope. They appropriately escalated things without me having to get emotional. They put themselves in our shoes and handled it the way they would have wanted it to be handled. Bravo for the excellent service 👏🏽 🙌🏽

Absolutely stunning! Had a table right in front of the window in the back of a whole entire bay … even saw a cruise ship that was leaving for Alaska. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, excellent service… Definitely make a reservation. The food was so fresh! Market price for most of the menu. Would definitely recommend splitting dishes. Every appetizer expected to share with multiple people. Lots of portion great in size… The crab sampler a must wonderful for the pallet excellent taste the meat was bountiful. Definitely check the wine list, go with what you know and what you like. If interested the server will pair you. Start with a glass then go from there… Bottles reasonably priced. Wonderful ambience, dim lighting. Beautiful views. $$$$

I am a club member of this place and visit here frequently with my wife. Almost all the times, we had good experiences with the food, drink, and customer service here. We have referred many of our friends here. However, yesterday’s visit was a totally different experience and was disappointing. Let's start with the one thing that was exceptional. I ordered the Spicy Prickly Pear Margarita. And it was really good. My wife even complimented it. She is more expert on hard liquor than me. I would give five star for that drink. The first disappointed was with the coffee. We had always enjoyed their coffee here. We used to own a cafe and know when quality coffee is served. This time, the first cup of coffee came to my wife and was cold and sour. I asked the waiter to make sure my coffee be hot. He smiled and walked away and I was thinking that he acknowledged my request. Well, my coffee came cold and sour. We didn't make a big deal of it because we had always had good coffee here. When asked for refilled we both agreed the second pot would be good one. Sure enough the second cups were hot, fresh, and bold. Thanks for beltewing a fresh pot. The disappointment was we were their first customers of the day. How could the coffee be cold and sour? Drawing from our own experience, the first pot was from yesterday. 😩😭😖 Now, the food. The steam Manila claim dish lacked flavor like it was before. The main course dishes were crab and shrimp fettuccine and crab stuffed prawns were way too salty. I hope this was a very unusual incidents because we were just there last weekend and everything was really good as usual. I look forward to a more pleasant experience next time.

Great location! Near the hubbub but still quiet enough to enjoy a delicious meal.
The mussels were a great starter. Just the right amount of sweetness in the red curry broth. The wedge salad was really good but enormous and could have been shared between two people.
The king crab, while probably overpriced, was perfect. The seafood linguini was rich, flavorful and a perfect portion.
The Cutter Chardonnay was dry but with just enough flavor to make it both refreshing and a lovely complement to the meal.
Bottom line, you’re gonna drop some coin here, but you’ll love the dishes and ambience.

Alright this... Was a great place to eat we got in and were greeted by who I assume was the owner, he gave us a window seat to see the harbor. Afterwards we had Savannah as our waitress, we come from a desert and literally have next to no idea about fish we went with some of her suggestions and we were not disappointed. It was a fantastic dinner, if we lived here we'd come back.

I really like the location and the view. Service is pretty good. Although lately I believe the food has gone a little downhill. The calamari was overcooked and they changed the breading/batter. Overall though, I think it's still a good place to go if you're visiting Pike's place market.

Always a decent choice when dining around the tourist area in Seattle.
Food was excellent except for my shrimp that was a little too cooked so it was tough. You can even tell from looking at it
The cheese curds was the best I've had.
Customer service was on point as well.

Great dining experience! Staff was very attentive and service was great! There was a food allergy at our table and the chef and staff were the most accommodating! It was above and beyond accommodating- they provide suggestions and other options!
Food: 10/10 so good!! Everything was wonderful! We started with calamari, fresh oysters, and a Caesar salad! Every thing was so good! Main entries we got the fish and chips (so good, you could tell they make it there and not frozen!), crab cake dinner was so full of flavor, and special treat was the king crab legs (not pictured). You can’t go wrong with any of the entries here!
Dessert: vanilla bean crème brûlée was so good! Nice shareable portion!
Drinks: I got the spicy prickly pear margarita and it was too sweet and not spicy in my opinion. Still drinkable with a little water added.
