The pizza here is really good and fresh, they have a thin bread and really tasteful. The drink I had was a coffee liquor one and it was an excellent digestive after having dinner. The service was kind and nice.

Two amazingly delicious pizzas, accompanied by a wonderful bottle of wine (Brought myself, small corkage fee), good service, and nice ambience 👍🏻 The Delux pizza is the best in my opinion! Though I brought my own bottle of wine on this occasion, their wine list is really quite nice and they have some nice craft cocktails, and the tiramisu is a delicious dessert! I’ve been here five or six times since they’ve opened a few years ago and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend checking it out!

Such a cute spot! The restaurant is beautiful inside and only has a few tables making it feel intimate (would be a great spot for a date night or catching up with a friend)! Got the Delux pizza which was delicious, the crust was thin and crispy and the pizza was oozing with cheese. The pizzas are a little bigger than a personal pizza so could try to split with a friend. The tiramisu was incredible. The staff are also very friendly and made it an enjoyable experience. Will be back!

OMG this place is delicious. The team working tonight was legit! We love the Calabria number dos and the buratta Jr and they were extra delicious tonight. I almost don't want to give a great review because I like that it's our neighborhood secret. Definitely busier with the Kraken..

Great food and great staff. If heading before a Kraken game be sure to be there 5 minutes before they opening order to get a table.

Delicious thin crust pizzas with fresh, creamy burrata, spicy house-made pepperoni (the best we’ve ever tasted!), generous toppings of arugula on the flavorful flatbread. Service was adequate although not friendly. Limited seating indoors but they have nice patio seating outside. Drinks were tasty. Would go again next time we’re in town.

Really nice cozy spot! Really kind staff. Nice drinks and nice pizza. Definitely recommend dining in here. I’ve tried a few of the pizzas, but IMO a must try is the fennel sausage pizza is a must try.

Perfect pizza - thin, airy, crispy crust with well-balanced sauce and just the right amount of unctuous cheese topped with fresh herbs. This stuff is the real deal. Great wine selection, romantic atmosphere, nice salads, genuine hospitality. Don’t skip the Margherita.

What an amazing find in the lower Queen Anne neighborhood! Super lucky to have both Masonry and Coltiva at walking distance. Coltiva's margherita pie gets pretty close to how an original Neopolitan pizza should be. The crust is slightly on the denser side. However the flavors are off the chart. I'm a huge fan of the kale and squash pizza as well - very earthy, aromatic and innovative to say the least.

Had a perfect laid back date night with my husband. Everything was perfect! Very friendly, warm service. Enjoyed delicious brussel sprouts, sausage & fennel and special pizzas, and bonus AMAZING cannolis. Can't wait to go back to the is neighborhood gem!

Super nice neighborhood pizza place with a well stocked bar. The salads are huge and tasty. The pizzas are great. We especially liked the Delux-goat cheese, pepperoni and sun dried tomato-pizza. Great place for an informal date or to just have a pizza.

This pizza is seriously amazing and the happy hour deals were great as well. Their Lager is something special, I get it every time. The place is small and definitely has a farm-to-table vibe, the huge windows give lots of natural light.

The pizza was excellent, the ingredients were so fresh and the cooking of it was expertly done! The dough is thin but still perfectly slightly chewy yet also crisp at the same time. The pizza size is perhaps a little big for a single person, and just right for sharing between two people if you are average hungry and also get a salad or appetizer. The most pleasant surprise was the size of the salads, they were nice big salads - not just a side dish or an afterthought like seems to happen at other pizza restaurants. Quite creative salad ingredients and dressings as well. Overall a great place for a beautifully crafted and authentic tasting pizza.

The food was good, but service was extremely slow. We had to wait for ~1hr for 2 pizzas. Salad special was underwhelming. They served chunk of arugula with balsamic dressing.

My husband and I have been wanting to try their pizza, we glad we did. But we picked the wrong night. It was concert night at Climate Pledge. We had to wait for a while to get a table and it looked like there was only one person working at the front of house and one person was cooking. But our server was very friendly and attentive, he was all over the place helping people all by himself. After we sat down, and took our order, food and beverages came out pretty quickly. Pizza and salad were awesome. We definitely come back again. They should have more help on days like this.

Amazing. The pizza, the ambiance, and the two employees that are rock stars in that place. They were on top of everything even though they were crowded as all get out when we first got in. Had our pizza and drinks in under 20 and spent the next 40 enjoying the space and having a great conversation with the waiter. Amazing pizza made by the awesome chef, man of few words but big flavors. If your ever in the area deffenitly check them out.

Yummy and amazing. Unique pizzas that WOW. A small quaint spot for pizza that feels both high end and fresh. The salad was just as delicious. The environment was perfect for a date or small group, intimate and cozy - highly recommend.

My new favorite local pizza place! Great addition to lower Queen Anne scene, perfect for date night or just to chill for a $10 happy hour pizza (5-6pm). Check out my date in the pic lol! (a dog friendly place outside with water bowl :)

Nice simple small place that does everything very well. All the components of the pizza are great, and personally I think the crust is the best. Not sure of their recipe or proofing methods, but it works and works very, very well. I had the olives and they were great.

This place is really small and quaint, I loved it. The pizza was phenomenal. We got the fromaggi pizza (motz gorgonzola marscapone with spicy honey) and it was seriously delicious. We will definitely frequent this place.

Every time there is a Kraken game, we walk by and say, let’s try this place next time. Finally, tonight, as we were already running late to the game- we stopped. We are so glad we did. Even though was only 38° out, we decided to eat outside on the patio. Table was cleaned for us and set up, even though we were the only ones to brave the cold. The pizza was delivered quickly and steaming hot. The sauce was a bright tomato balanced with the fresh mozzarella. The crust had a good chew to it, while still having the desired crispy cracker like edge. A side of sea salt and pepper flakes was all that was needed to kick up the flavor. We dined quickly as we were late for the game, but we decided this should be a place we return to on game nights. Glad we finally tried Coltiva.

I could never get enough of this pizza. They have an electric oven but the pizza has wood fire quality without the char/ash. My go to is the burrata jr. I recently tried the butternut squash and it’s equally as spectacular. Service is also awesome. Garrett is lovely. Sad my guy Chris is no longer working there but hope he is doing well. Thanks Coltiva for providing me with many happy meals.

Walked into this place on Sunday, and had the absolute best experience. The drinks where amazing. But Taylor was the best, hospital, personal, knowledgeable and honestly was the cherry on top of our time here! Definitely coming back!

Be aware that the Google hours of operation are incorrect - check the restaurant website/ social media for accurate information! This is the second or third restaurant I've been to recently where management is struggling to get Google to correct bad information or even respond to the restaurant owners. We showed up 2 minutes to closing time, they explained the misunderstanding, and went out of their way to accommodate us and another group. Super friendly, fast service! Delicious pizzas and great wine and beer lists - the burrata pizza was a particular standout. Cute indoor/ outdoor space, as well! It's a great neighborhood find and we'll definitely be back!

This is a little gem of a pizzeria, tucked away in a corner of this neighborhood. Let’s start with the venue, which was cozy and inviting. Then the staff, all of whom were delightful; from the pizza chef, baking delicious pizzas in full view, to the bartender, serving fantastic cocktails with a wry comment sprinkled in, all being delivered by the tiniest server, whose banter just tied a bow on the whole experience! And then there was the food. Classic Neapolitan-style pizza, well-crafted cocktails, and finished off with lovely dessert. 10/10, would come here again in an heartbeat.

Coltiva Pizzeria was delicious. My parents go almost weekly. We had a great bottle of wine and a couple of pizzas. Be sure to have the brussel sprouts, they're awesome. The pizzas have a perfect crust and are absolutely wonderful. Definitely recommend this place

Great small neighborhood feel. The staff are friendly and try to accommodate requests the best they can. The menu is simple, but executed well. Great place to come in have a glass of wine, pizza, and a salad and leave happy. They have a great Sunday special where the wine is discounted. I would suggest reservations if your party is greater than two-three people.

A simple menu with 4 pizzas bearing different toppings, 2 salads, LOTS of wine, cocktails and a couple desserts. I loved the freshly made burrata cheese on our simple pizza. The Gem salad was very plain but well dressed and a nice compliment to the pizza. Service was excellent. We said we were in hurry because w had to get to a movie and the waitress took great care of us.

Wow, such a gem, amazing food and super chill vibe. They have great pizza, beer and great selections for cocktails. This is perfect to bring visiting friends or even a date as it has a nice romantic atmosphere. I can't wait for summer as the patio perfect for a bottle of wine with friends. A year ago I would have rated this a 3 star at best. I live within walking distance so having good pizza close is a bonus but i avoided it based on experience. Previous orders were disappointing. Over baked and little flavor and skimpy with toppings. Maybe they have a new chef?? Last night I ordered the Burrata Jr. this is essentially a margarita with a generous amount of Burrata in the center. DELICIOUS! Baked perfectly with good amount of basil. And then the burrata in the center. Just so good and I get to have the test for lunch today!

I love the relaxed ambiance and friendly service of this restaurant. The lighting is kept somewhat dim and it's certainly got a date vibe...which I like. Sometimes groups are laughing at the big tables. I'd definitely recommend a visit. It's very small, but a neighborhood gem with very tasty pizza and red wine options.

I have been keeping an eye out on Coltiva for a few weeks now and was excited to finally check it out. I was very impressed by the menu and overall vibe. The customer service was great and I tried a few new cocktails that I haven't seen anywhere else. Next time will need to try the pizza and continue working down the cocktail list. This is an awesome addition to the neighborhood!

Wow, what a great new spot the neighborhood has needed. The pizza was amazing, they clearly took their time getting it right before they opened their doors. The atmosphere and ambiance of the quaint space was laid back but lively, definitely a great spot to stop by for a causal drink or two as well. I’ll defintely be back soon. Cheers!

Fantastic service in a quaint setting. Farm to table ingredients are used for each pizza, and crafted by hand. You’ll feel at home with owner Garrett. The staff is fantastic. They will remember you and treat you as part of the neighborhood crowd.

Awesome service! Coltiva Lager was great. The pizza I had was “The Dalux” it was big enough to share if you really wanted too. You could crush it solo though. The crush was light but about medium thickness. To me that is the perfect crust. I’ll be back.

My favorite thin crust pizza in SEA! The crust stays crispy no matter how slow you eat. We used to go to Masonry, but we always feel that we need to devour the pizza so fast before the base gets soggy. No need to do that here. You can enjoy your drink ( aperol spritz was tasty) and pizza slowly! Since it doesn’t get soggy i bet it’d be good as take out too. The only downside is the space. It’s quite small and they only have 1 person cooking everything.

The perfect pizza place for me and the 6 other Montana girls visiting Seattle. We met the farmer and the owner who were both very nice and the pizza was delicious. Definitely stop in for a pizza and a glass of wine next time you're in the area. I wish Coltiva was in Montana, I'd go all the time!

A bit more on the pricey side. Service can be hit or miss even though it's so small. The owner is fantastic, but some of the servers never seem happy. Food overall is delicious though! Decent happy hour as well from 5-6.

We ordered the Burrata Jr. and the Delux. They were both high quality and ready for pick-up in 15 minutes. We will definitely be ordering from Coltiva again. The highlight was the whole ball of burrata on the burrata Jr.
