These burgers are awesome, super fresh and taste great. Bit overpriced for portion size but that’s Seattle for you. I like all the customization you can do on the ordering kiosks. Also you can watch a robot make the French fries. Seems this type of fast food is the wave of the future, more automation, fewer human employees. This is located in the food court on the second floor.

The only reason still got 3 stars is the food. K town hotdog was delicious. Disappointed because hotdog was really small. It was not I was expected as shown on their menu. Another thing was, my order was very messy. All the sauces and ingredients were in the side or more likely on the wrap or sleeves.

Thought the fries were alright, not the best but not the worst. The hotdog was surprisingly pretty decent. Presentation was not the best that’s for sure.

This will be my first time eating here and trying it. The burger that I had was called Baja BBQ Bacon Burger it was delicious and tasty though the onion ring was okay the sauce was bit messy overall the experience Was good the fries aren’t special but it was tasty too lmao. I recommend if you want try something different while in Downtown.

Really happy with my order here. All at the kiosok, no mistakes or talking to people. Added extra grilled and raw onions to a rather delicious smashburger double. Staff was nice. Seating was plentiful.

Meh. I got the K Town hot dog and fries. The hot dog was really small, but very good and surprisingly filling. The fries were more plain than frozen store brand fries. The kitchen got two out of three of our orders wrong. The kiosk is also confusing. It's also too far back and too high for a wheelchair customer as I watched one struggle mightily for over 5 minutes before anyone helped him. It also took too long for my food when not very busy. Skip this place if you're in a hurry.

Delicious food and amazing prices! Definitely recommend the hot dogs here, they have different ones you can pick from. Their burgers are also bomb. We used the kiosk and our order automatically went through and was ready in a couple of minutes. The lady working on our order put napkins and condiments in our bag. We decided to get out order to-go to avoid the usage of trays but all tables were being sanitized by a person. Definitely recommend the food here.

Good food but you literally never talk to the workers you order by kiosk so it is very impersonal and VERY expensive considering it is a burgar and fries take out type place.

It was okay. I ordered a Chili Cheese dog. It was good but the size was small. For $6+ dollars, I figured they would give you something bigger than a kid sized entree.

Food was tasty and prepared quickly with minimal interaction. Burger was excellent - crisp and juicy veg, burger sauce, and a soft bun. Onion rings were not warm, but they were still well-seasoned, crisp and tasty. Pricing on the burger was fair, probably won't be paying $4~ for the onion rings again.

We ordered chicken tenders. When we asked for dipping sauce as there's none in the bag, we were told to pay extra for the dipping sauce. Never seen this before.

Formed chicken patty in a chicken sandwich is poor. Serve the real thing in a $10 sandwich. Do not recommend the fried chicken sandwiches. Flavor was fine, I had the K town.

It was good, great customer service, however burger wasn't super great, it was just good. Fries were ok, a bit dry. Not bad, we will be back. We really liked self serve menu, or u may place ur order ur self, that was really convenient for us, quick.
