The food was great. The service was not. The cashier was very friendly until we said we was take out. She automatically assumes we are one of the homeless people and starts treating us as such. Told us the wrong code for the bathroom and then got mad when I said it wasn’t working. I am a paying customer. Even if I was homeless, would still deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.

This Burger King is in Sodo district of Seattle. Nice and clean. I got 2 small fries and 2 chicken sandwich by using a couple and paid $4.99. Use coupons, folks. I am not that cheap, but why pay more when you can pay less. Use Coupons!!!!

The chicken tenders across the street (at fake KentuckyFC) was over $12 for three nuggets; BK has eight nuggets for only two bucks ... I ordered two (a very nice lady staff member came to the door and opened it for me, I'm a double amputee in a wheelchair) and carried my tray to the table that did not have bolted down chairs, move your chair out of the way for me and she set the tray on the table for me, and when I was ready to leave she also came out and opened the door for me THREE TIMES NOW;. UNFORTUNATELY on my third visit the nuggets we're overcooked or left in the pre-serving bin under heat lamps too long, and we're very hard to eat without any teeth (previously the nuggets had been perfectly cooked and not left in the pre-serving bin too long.)

This place needs some renovation. The building looks dated with faded paint. On my last 6 visits the frozen drinks machine was not working. The service is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Service is slow most of the time. At the hours that I work I am left with very few options in the area so I go here due to the short distance from work. But most of the time I am in for a bit of a wait, which eats into my lunch time. I wish there was more options for me during the evening hours in the area.

First and last time coming to This location, the cashier literally got an attitude with me because I asked to make sure my food was fresh and hot, then another cashier came up and asked “would you mind parking” I responded yes soon as I get my card back because they still had it, his response “well I have to charge you first” DUH I clearly know the process of ordering food but then he tried to be all nice and sweet saying “thank you we appreciate you” I MIGHT have believed that if they checked their attitudes 🙄

I come here some mornings for the French toast sticks. Drive through opens at 7. But actually it doesn’t, it opens whenever they darn well please. I’ve come several mornings around 8 and they’ve got one person in the store getting stuff ready and they don’t pay any attention to me or the other drivers in the drive through, just wait for us to leave. I want to give five stars but it's a little hard to do because I came up on my bike we're almost at the end of covet and I can no longer go through the drive-thru line on my bike or walk up like we have been doing for quite some time there are now requiring you to be in a vehicle but their dining room is not open for you go into place an order but the food is always fresh it's always hot and you always get a good drink not to water down I've been to a lot of Burger King's but this by far is one of the better ones even though I know personally it is a franchise and not corporate so kudos to the owner keep up the good work you got a good to them

I used to stop in here frequently when I worked in the area. The food is typical fast food fare but I do appreciate that they offer veggie burgers and other reasonably healthy options. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful too, always recognizing me and remembering my usual order.

I ordered the Big Fish combo. The fish patty was crispy on the outside, which I liked. The patty was little salty, and the fish was a little fishy tasting, which I understand when using Pollock. The fries were fresh, crispy, and hot. I love the Coca Cola Fountain machine where you can make over 100 different combinations of pop. The cashier was friendly, workers were very busy pulling orders and they were quick to serve.

This was one of my better recent experiences going to a fast-food joint. The food was great and I got what I ordered in good time. I take a star off because apparently the counter staff STILL don't understand what a FROSTED Frozen Coke is, even though it's on their menu and I was able to successfully order it some months ago. I received just Frozen Cokes instead, which at least was a step up from my previous experience, where the REALLY oblivious counter guy first gave me Frozen Strawberry Lemonades, then after being corrected gave me FROSTED Frozen Strawberry Lemonades, at which point I just took my order and left. I'd wish for this location to take mobile app orders, but I've since discovered even THAT to be a hit-or-miss proposition. Still, these ordering issues aside, I've had some good experiences there in the past and it's hard to beat what they serve, at least in the fast-food realm. And I love that they play classical music in the dining room!

This burger King sells overpriced vegetable burgers. (Impossible whopper). Despite tasting like a regular burger it's still a vegetable burger. Instead of rewarding people for eating healthier, (and reducing beef consumption, which helps combat Climate Change) this corporation has decided to allow greed to govern their prices. I hope to see much reduced prices on this item before I consider going there again.

I have never been a fan of this particular Burger King generally the customer service is horrible the manager that has worked there for years is so unfriendly and he makes it apparent that he doesn't want to be there and has no desire to serve you in any kind of friendly or respectful fashion however this time on this day people that I have seen previously at this restaurant were gone and the folks that took my order served my food made my food all did a fantastic job I don't know if this is going to be a trend but I might give it a chance again rather than just use their restroom and get a soda because of their usual bad service maybe times are changing

This very professional and courteous man asked me what were you looking for on the app? I said a buy one get one free whopper. He said no problem man, you got it. Ordered 3 orders of the 10 nuggets for $1.49. Had to sit at the drive thru window for quite a few minutes awaiting my nuggets. 1st order was hot and fresh, 2nd was luke warm, 3rd was barely warm. If you make someone wait that long make all 3 orders fresh so I don't have kids fighting over the hot ones. This is an industrial(homeless) district.

Unlike many of the franchise god places in SODO, this store’s manager runs a tight place, no folks hanging out in the parking lot, store and bathroom are clean and the Manager is visible and engaging to customers.
